Banda, Uttar Pradesh:बांदा में कलेक्ट्रेट से 500 मीटर दूरी पर दबंग ने बिजली के पोलों को भी अपनी बाउंड्री में कर लिया है। मोहल्ले वासियों के रास्ते को अवैध कब्जे से रोकने का यह दुस्साहस दिनदहाड़े किया जा रहा है। विद्युत विभाग और स्थानीय अधिकारी मूकदर्शक बने हुए हैं। मोहल्ले वासियों ने कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचकर ज्ञापन सौंपा।

डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने जनता की शिकायतें सुनी; जल, सड़क व पर्यटन के विकास निर्देश
Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, chaired a Public Outreach Programme at Tourist Facilitation Centre, Lalmarg, Chountwaliwar, Block Lar, aimed at listening to the grievances, issues and demands of the general public and ensuring their prompt resolution. During the programme, the people from the village and adjoining areas apprised the Deputy Commissioner of various issues and demands pertaining to road connectivity, irrigation, drinking water supply, tourism promotion, infrastructure and other developmental matters. The DC gave a patient hearing to the public and took up the issues with the officers from various line departments present on the occasion. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to examine the grievances raised by the public on priority and ensure their time-bound redressal. Directions for resolution of various issues were issued on the spot, while matters requiring further examination were referred to the concerned departments for necessary action. The DC directed the concerned departments to address the irrigation-related issues raised by the public and ensure that necessary measures are taken to improve irrigation facilities in the identified areas. He also directed the concerned agencies to examine the requirements of areas facing drinking water shortages and ensure provision of adequate water supply to the affected habitations. The Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned agencies to accord priority to road connectivity and other essential infrastructure and directed that the issues raised regarding roads and public facilities be resolved at the earliest. Reviewing tourism related issues and potential, the DC called for greater focus on promotion of tourism in the area and directed the concerned departments to explore measures for boosting tourism activities and creating better facilities for visitors and trekkers. He stressed upon the concerned agencies to work towards promotion of homestays and other basic facilities at suitable locations to support trekking and tourism-related activities, encouraging local participation in tourism and generating livelihood opportunities for the local population. The DC further directed the concerned officers to ensure effective publicity of government schemes so that the local population is adequately informed and can avail the benefits of various development and livelihood initiatives. The Deputy Commissioner emphasised that all grievances raised during the outreach programme should be properly recorded and followed up by the concerned departments. He directed the officers to undertake necessary field visits wherever required and ensure that genuine public grievances are redressed in a time bound manner. The Deputy Commissioner reiterated the commitment of the District Administration towards responsive governance, effective grievance redressal and regular public outreach, and directed all concerned departments to ensure prompt action on the demands and issues brought forth by the people. The programme was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Programme Officer ICDS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Education Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, concerned Executive Engineers, Assistant Director Employment, Tehsildar Lar, Block Development Officer Lar, District Social Welfare Officer, Lead District Manager and other concerned officers.0

A massive search and checking operation is underway in Srinagar’s downtown areas, particularly around Munawarabad, with CRPF and other security agencies maintaining a strong security presence. Multiple checkpoints and barricades have been established at key entry, exit and connecting points. Security personnel are carrying out intensive checking of vehicles and pedestrians, including identity-card verification, frisking and inspection of bags. Security teams are also checking shops, hotels and other establishments as part of the ongoing operation. In some locations, mobile phones are reportedly being checked during the verification process. Several movement points have been restricted and additional barricades have been deployed to regulate movement and prevent any suspicious activity. The heightened security measures follow security inputs regarding the possible movement of suspects in the city and come shortly after the reported killing of a wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba commander during the Budgam encounter. Srinagar, Uttarakhand:J&K Police Reports Major Gains Against Terror, Drugs; DGP Highlights September Achievements 288 Properties Worth Over ₹138 Crore Attached; Nearly 4,000 Arrested in Anti-Drug Drive, Says DGP Prabhat Kumar Srinagar, Oct 1 Jammu Kashmir Police Director General of Police (DGP) Prabhat Kumar on Thursday said the force recorded significant operational achievements during September, while simultaneously strengthening its counter-terrorism operations, anti-drug campaign, crime prevention measures and engagement with youth. Addressing the flag-in ceremony of the “Run for Unity” Marathon organised by J&K Police at Lake View Environmental Park, Police Golf Course, Dal Lake, Srinagar, the DGP said the police force was working on multiple fronts to protect peace and security in Jammu and Kashmir. He said September witnessed a series of important counter-terrorism achievements and reiterated that J&K Police remained committed to frustrating the designs of terrorists and their supporters. The DGP also underlined the growing participation of children and young people in police-organised sporting events, describing their involvement as an indication of a wider preference for peace, development and constructive activities. He said the youth of Jammu and Kashmir were increasingly choosing peace over violence and progress over destruction, adding that the police were working to further strengthen their engagement with young people through sports and the Civic Action Programme. Anti-Drug Campaign Intensified Highlighting the police campaign against narcotics, DGP Prabhat Kumar said 3,257 cases had been registered so far, while more than 2,500 cases had been disposed of. According to the figures cited by him, around 4,000 persons have been arrested in connection with the anti-drug campaign, while 170 convictions have been secured. He further said the police had intensified action against assets linked to narcotics activities. A total of 288 properties valued at more than ₹138 crore had been attached, while cash amounting to over ₹80 lakh had also been seized. The DGP also highlighted preventive action under the PIT-NDPS Act, stating that 144 persons had been booked under the preventive detention mechanism. Security Arrangements for Pilgrimage DGP Prabhat Kumar also referred to the security and rescue responsibilities undertaken by J&K Police during the annual Amanat Ji Yatra. He said 19 Mountain Rescue Teams of the J&K Armed Police were deployed during this year’s pilgrimage to ensure the safety of pilgrims and respond to emergencies in difficult terrain. He also appreciated the role of J&K Police Mountain Rescue Teams and personnel of the State Disaster Response Force (SBRF) during the rescue operation following the Gulmarg Gandola incident, when tourists were left stranded. Police Personnel Making Mark in Sports and Mountaineering The DGP also highlighted achievements of Armed Police personnel in mountaineering and sports. He referred to successful summit attempts at Kang Yatse in Ladakh and Mount Kolahoi in Anantnag, besides the achievement of a J&K Police sportsperson who secured a medal at the Asian Championship in Vietnam. He said such achievements reflected the growing involvement of police personnel in activities beyond conventional policing. Youth Participation Seen as Sign of Changing Environment DGP Prabhat Kumar said the increasing participation of youth in police-organised events was strengthening the relationship between the police and the younger generation. He said initiatives such as sports tournaments and the Civic Action Programme were providing platforms for young people to participate in positive and community-oriented activities. “Because of you, the contact of the J&K Police with the youth is getting closer day by day,” the DGP said. The Run for Unity Marathon at Dal Lake brought together participants from different sections of society and served as a platform to promote unity, fitness, peace and greater interaction between the police and the public. हाईवे पर स्टंटबाजी: कारों से पर्चे उड़ाते युवकों के वीडियो पर पुलिस ने इंपाउंड किया
Faridabad, Haryana:फरीदाबाद में हाईवे पर कारों से बाहर निकलकर स्टंट, दोनों गाड़ियां इंपाउंड:एलएलबी छात्र चुनाव जीत का जश्न मनाने जा रहे,खिड़की पर बैठक पर्चे उड़ाए मेन नेशनल हाईवे पर चलती स्कॉर्पियो और बलेनो कार से बाहर निकलकर स्टंटबाजी करने का वीडियो सामने आया है। वीडियो में कुछ युवक दोनों कारों की खिड़कियों से बाहर निकलकर पर्चे उड़ाते दिखाई दे रहे हैं। गांव बघोला के पास दूसरे वाहन चालक ने इस पूरी घटना का वीडियो रिकॉर्ड कर लिया। वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू की और दोनों वाहनों को इंपाउंड कर दिया। खिड़कों से बाहर निकलकर पर्चे उड़ाए बघोला चौकी प्रभारी सतबीर ने बताया कि पुलिसके पास स्टंटबाजी का वीडियो पहुंचा था। वीडियो में युवक चलती कार की खिड़ियां से बाहर निकलकर पर्चे उड़ाते नजर आ रहे थे। पुलिस ने वीडियो के आधार पर वाहनों और युवकों की पहचान शुरू की। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि इनमें से अधिकतर युवक कॉलेज में पढ़ते हैं और एलएलबी की पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। दोस्त के घर जा रहे थे, हाईवे पर करने लगे स्टंट पुलिस के अनुसार, युवक पृथला गांव में रहने वाले अपने दोस्त के घर जा रहे थे। इसी दौरान उन्होंने हाईवे पर चलती गाड़ियों से बाहर निकलकर स्टंटबाजी की और पर्चे उड़ाए। पुलिस जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि पृथला गांव का रहने वाला उनका दोस्त किसी चुनाव में जीत हासिल कर चुका था। इसी जीत का जश्न मनाने के लिए युवक उसके घर जा रहे थे। पुलिस ने तीन युवकों को राउंडअप किया वीडियो 29 सितंबर का बताया जा रहा है। जांच के बाद पुलिस ने पलवल के मोहन नगर, हुड्डा सेक्टर-2 और पृथला निवासी तीन युवकों को राउंडअप किया। पुलिस के अनुसार, युवकों ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार करते हुए माफी मांगी और भविष्य में इस तरह की स्टंटबाजी नहीं करने की बात कही। पुलिस ने युवकों को चेतावनी देकर छोड़ दिया, जबकि स्टंटबाजी में इस्तेमाल की गई स्कॉर्पियो और बलेनो दोनों कारों को इंपाउंड कर दिया गया है। पुलिस का कहना है कि हाईवे पर इस तरह की लापरवाही से न केवल स्टंट करने वालों, बल्कि दूसरे वाहन चालकों की जान भी खतरे में पड़ सकती है।0

Manpur, Madhya Pradesh:ईश्वर की आराधना के बाद सैलानियों के लिए खुला बांधवगढ़, सफारी से पहले हुआ जोरदार स्वागत-वन्यजीव सप्ताह के शुभारंभ के साथ गुरुवार को विश्व प्रसिद्ध बांधवगढ़ टाइगर रिजर्व एक बार फिर सैलानियों के लिए खोल दिया गया। सुबह 6 बजे पहली सफारी शुरू होने से पहले पार्क प्रबंधन द्वारा विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना की गई। आराधना के बाद पर्यटकों को जंगल सफारी के लिए रवाना किया गया। लंबे इंतजार के बाद जंगल में पहुंचते ही खिले सैलानियों के चेहरे बांधवगढ़ के जंगल में प्रवेश का लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे पर्यटकों में पहली सफारी को लेकर खासा उत्साह दिखाई दिया। पार्क प्रबंधन ने सफारी के लिए पहुंचे सैलानियों का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। जंगल की हरियाली, वन्यजीवों की मौजूदगी और सफारी के रोमांच को लेकर पर्यटकों में खासा उत्साह नजर आया। पहली सफारी के पर्यटकों को मिला बांधवगढ़ की याद का तोहफा-पहली सफारी को यादगार बनाने के लिए कोर जोन में भ्रमण करने वाले पर्यटकों को पार्क प्रबंधन की ओर से स्मृति चिह्न के रूप में की-रिंग भेंट की गई। बांधवगढ़ की याद के रूप में मिले इस अनूठे उपहार को पाकर पर्यटकों के चेहरे खुशी से खिल उठे। वन्यजीव सप्ताह के साथ फिर गुलजार हुआ बांधवगढ़ वन्यजीव सप्ताह के आगाज के साथ ही बांधवगढ़ का जंगल एक बार फिर देश-विदेश से आने वाले सैलानियों की चहलकदमी से गुलजार हो उठा। सफारी के पहले दिन ही पार्क का माहौल उत्साह और रोमांच से भर गया। पर्यटकों के स्वागत से लेकर जंगल सफारी तक पार्क प्रबंधन ने इसे यादगार बनाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी।

दिल्ली में No PUCC No Fuel लागू, सर्दियों में पॉल्यूशन नियंत्रण तेज
New Delhi, Delhi:राजधानी दिल्ली में 1 अक्टूबर 2026 से ही दिल्ली के सभी 500 ANPR कैमरों से लैस पेट्रोल पंपों पर No PUCC, No Fuel अभियान को तेज कर दिया गया है. इससे Non-PUC गाड़ियों को पेट्रोल या डीजल नहीं मिलेगा. इसके साथ ही, 1 नवंबर से दिल्ली के बाहर पंजीकृत Non-BS-VI डीजल और पेट्रोल वाहनों के दिल्ली में प्रवेश पर पूरी तरह रोक रहेगी, हालांकि सीएनजी और इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को इसमें छूट दी गई है. दरअसल यह फैसला दिल्ली सरकार ने दिल्ली में आने वाले सर्दी को देखते हुए किया है क्योंकि ऐसा माना जाता है कि अक्टूबर महीने से दिल्ली में सर्दी की शुरुआत हो जाती है और सर्दी के मौसम में दिल्ली में पॉल्यूशन अपने चरम पर होता है जिससे बचाव के लिए दिल्ली सरकार पहले ही सभी जरूरी एहतियात बरत रही है ताकि दिल्ली के लोगों को पॉल्यूशन से बचाया जा सके. वही आज 1 अक्टूबर गुरुवार के दिन से दिल्ली में No PUCC No Fuel का प्रावधान लागू कर दिया गया है इसी करी में दिल्ली के महरौली बदरपुर रोड पर स्थित इंडियन ऑयल के पेट्रोल पंप पर जब इंडियन ऑयल के मैनेजर से बिना पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट के तेल ग्राहकों को देने पर बात की गई तो मैनेजर रामबचन जी बताते हैं कि देखिए सरकार का बहुत अच्छा नियम है क्योंकि अब सर्दी का मौसम शुरू हो रहा है ऐसे में दिल्ली में पॉल्यूशन बहुत बढ़ जाता है जो पी यू सी सी नो फ्यूल पहले से ही लागू है लेकिन आज 1 अक्टूबर से इस पर फिर से जोड़ दिया गया है हमारे यहां सेंसर कैमरा लगा है जिसके माध्यम से हमें पता चल जा रहा है कि किस गाड़ी का PUCC नहीं है उन्हें हम गाड़ी में तेल नहीं देj रहे हैं. वही गाड़ी में पेट्रोल लेने पहुंचे सुशांत कुमार बताते हैं कि देखिए सरकार का यह बहुत अच्छा नियम है क्योंकि दिल्ली में पॉल्यूशन अब सर्दियों में बढ़ जाएगा उसे उससे पहले ही जो जरूरी नियम है वह लगाया जा रहा है तो हम तो कहेंगे कि अच्छा है. वही गोली ठाकुर बताते हैं कि बहुत अच्छा नियम है पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट अगर नहीं है तो बिल्कुल भी तेल नहीं मिलना चाहिए पेट्रोल पंप पर इससे पॉल्यूशन से बचाव होगा लेकिन जो सरकारी गाड़ियाँ चल रही है उनकी भी चेकिंग की जानी चाहिए. वहीं युद्ध वीर बताते हैं की बहुत अच्छा नियम है क्योंकि सबसे ज्यादा पॉल्यूशन गाड़ियों से ही होता है ऐसे में अगर पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट किसी गाड़ी के पास नहीं है तो उसे सड़क पर चलने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है और जब तक पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट फिटनेस ना दिखाई जाए पेट्रोल पंप पर तब तक उन्हें तेल न दिया जाए. रामबचन, सुशांत गोली ठाकुर और युद्धवीर की ( पेट्रोल पंप के मैनेजर और पेट्रोल पंप पर तेल लेने वालों की) वही हम आपको बता दे पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों ने आज से लागू होने वाली इस व्यवस्था को लेकर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है। उनका कहना है कि यदि बिना लिखित आदेश के वाहनों को अचानक रोका गया, तो पंप कर्मचारियों और वाहन चालकों के बीच विवाद और बदसलूकी की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो सकती है। बिना पीयूसी वाले वाहन चालकों को कड़ाई से रोकने और कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए भारी संख्या में सुरक्षा बलों की आवश्यकता होगी, जिसकी वर्तमान में बड़ी कमी है.0

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: सभी आरोपियों को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए आज कोर्ट मे पेश किया गया था।आरोप तय करने को लेकर अगली सुनवाई 21 नवंबर को होगी। पिछ्ली सुनवाई में कोर्ट ने NIA कीओर से दाखिल चार्जशीट पर संज्ञान लिया था। 10 नवंबर 2025 को हुए दिल्ली लालकिला ब्लास्ट मामले मे NIA ने पिछले महीने 75000 पन्नो की चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। NIA ने 12 आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। इस धमाके का मुख्य साजिशकर्ता उमर उन नबी था जो आत्मघाती हमलावर, धमाके में मारा गया उसका नाम भी चार्जशीट मे शामिल है। NIA की चार्जशीट में उमर नबी के अलावा ज़मीर अहमद अहंगर, तुफैल अहमद भट्ट, डॉ. शाहीन सईद, मुफ्ती इरफान अहमद, जसीर बिलाल वानी (दानिश), डॉ. आदिल अहमद, यासिर अहमद डार, और डॉ. मुजम्मिल शकील,आमिर राशिद अली, अहमद डार, शोएब के नाम शामिल है। इस ब्लास्ट मे 13 लोगों की मौत हुई थी और 24 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हुए थे।0

वेव सिटी में फुटओवर ब्रिज पर युवक की मौत, हत्या की आशंका जताई गई
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh:वेव सिटी थाना क्षेत्र में उस समय सनसनी फैल गई, जब एक युवक का शव फुटओवर ब्रिज पर पड़ा मिला। युवक के शरीर पर चोट के कई निशान पाए गए हैं। प्रारम्भिक तौर पर आशंका जताई जा रही है कि युवक की किसी भारी वस्तु से पीट-पीटकर हत्या की गई है। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। घटनास्थल से साक्ष्य जुटाए जा रहे हैं और आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज भी खंगाली जा रही है, ताकि युवक की पहचान के साथ ही वारदात से जुड़े लोगों का पता लगाया जा सके। अभी मौत के वास्तविक कारण की पुष्टि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही हो सकेगी। पुलिस आसपास के लोगों से भी पूछताछ कर रही है। युवक फुटओवर ब्रिज तक कैसे पहुंचा और उसके साथ घटना से पहले कौन-कौन लोग मौजूद थे, इन सभी बिंदुओं पर जांच की जा रही है। घटना के बाद इलाके में लोगों की भीड़ जुट गई। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है.0
