Bithoria No1, Uttarakhand:उत्तराखंड में बढ़ते महिला अपराधों के विरोध में हल्द्वानी में रक्षाबंधन के दिन कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने मौन उपवास रखा। नेता प्रतिपक्ष यशपाल आर्य और कांग्रेस विधायक सुमित हृदयेश के नेतृत्व में कार्यकर्ता अम्बेडकर पार्क में उपवास पर बैठे। इस दौरान उन्होंने बाबा साहब भीमराव अंबेडकर की मूर्ति पर माल्यार्पण किया। उपवास के बाद यशपाल आर्य ने भाजपा सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में महिलाओं के साथ अत्याचार बढ़ रहे हैं और राजधानी देहरादून में भी बेटियां सुरक्षित नहीं हैं।

Ballia, Uttar Pradesh:बलिया में नीट परीक्षा के लिए सात परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए गए हैं जहां लगभग 3500 अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा देंगे। निष्पक्ष परीक्षा कराने के लिए परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट, उप निरीक्षक सहित कुल 6 पुलिसकर्मी के साथ ही NTA के लोग भी रहेंगे। परीक्षा केंद्र के बाहर प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं को न लेकर जाने के पोस्टर लगाए गए हैं। इसके अलावा परीक्षा केंद्र के भीतर CCTV कैमरे से निगरानी की जा रही है। परीक्षा केंद्र में मौजूद कोई भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी मोबाइल लेकर भीतर नहीं जा सकता; क्लॉक रूम भी बनाया गया है जहां अभ्यर्थी अपने बैग सहित अन्य सामान रख सकते हैं।0

Bhaderwah, Over 500 people, including students, NCC cadets, senior citizens, officials and tourists, joined celebrations at Lake View Resort Gatha under the theme 'Yoga for Healthy Ageing'.
