सीतापुरः ग्रामीणों ने प्राथमिक विद्यालय रण्डा कोड़र में बंद किये सैकड़ों गोवंश
Bezbari, Uttar Pradesh:रेउसा विकास क्षेत्र के ग्राम सभा रण्डा कोड़र के प्राथमिक विद्यालय में बुधवार की सुबह ग्रामीणों ने समूह बनाकर सैकड़ों आवारा गोवंशो को विद्यालय में बंद किया गया। जिसके बाद स्थानीय ग्राम प्रधान चंदा यादव ने ग्रामीणों की तरफ से प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध में ब्लाक अधिकारियों को अवगत करवाया। सूचना पाकर मौके पर पहुंचे पंचायत सेक्रेटरी दिलीप सिंह ने बताया ग्रामीणों के द्वारा विद्यालय में बंद किए गए गोवंशो की संख्या सैकड़ों में है। जिम्मेदार उच्चाधिकारियों की देखरेख में विकास क्षेत्र रामपुर मथुरा में स्थित चंदनपुर और तिलपुरा गौशाला में भेजवाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। जहां उनके खाने पीने कि प्रयाप्त सुविधा है। ट्रैक्टर ट्रालियां मंगवाया जा रहा है।

खड़े ट्रक से टकराई इनोवा कार, छह लोग घायल
Dungarpur, Rajasthan:खड़े ट्रक से टकराई इनोवा कार, कार सवार 6 लोग हुए घायल एंकर इंट्रो - उदयपुर जिले के खेरवाड़ा थाना क्षेत्र में उदयपुर-अहमदाबाद राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर टोल प्लाजा के पास एक इनोवा कार खड़े ट्रक से टकरा गई। हादसे में 6 लोग घायल हो गए। घायलों को जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया जहाँ से इलाज के बाद सभी को अहमदाबाद के लिए रेफर किया गया। बॉडी - मामले के अनुसार, अहमदाबाद निवासी दो दोस्तों के परिवार के 7 सदस्य इनोवा कार में सवार होकर उदयपुर पर्यटन के लिए आए थे। वापसी के दौरान खेरवाड़ा टोल के निकट अचानक कार अनियंत्रित होकर सड़क किनारे खड़े ट्रक से टकरा गई। टक्कर इतनी तेज थी कि कार का अगला हिस्सा बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया। हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही 1033 हाईवे एम्बुलेंस तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और घायलों को प्राथमिक उपचार देते हुए पास के डूंगरपुर जिला अस्पताल पहुंचाया। दुर्घटना में घायलों के सिर और हाथ में गंभीर चोटें आई हैं। डूंगरपुर जिला अस्पताल में इलाज के बाद सभी को अहमदाबाद के लिए रेफर किया गया।0

सिमडेगा में मजदूरी देरी पर सफाई कर्मचारियों ने एक दिवसीय हड़ताल का किया प्रदर्शन
Simdega, Jharkhand:सिमडेगा में समय पर मजदूरी का भुगतान नहीं होने से नाराज नगर परिषद के करीब 70 सफाई कर्मियों ने बुधवार को एक दिवसीय सांकेतिक हड़ताल की। सफाई कर्मियों ने एजेंसी के कार्यालय के समक्ष प्रदर्शन कर समय पर मजदूरी भुगतान की मांग की। कर्मियों का कहना है कि हर महीने 8 से 10 तारीख तक मजदूरी का भुगतान होना चाहिए, लेकिन अक्सर करीब 20 तारीख तक भुगतान किया जाता है। समय पर मजदूरी नहीं मिलने से परिवार चलाने, घर का किराया, राशन और बच्चों की पढ़ाई से जुड़े खर्चों का भुगतान करने में उन्हें परेशानी होती है। कर्मियों के अनुसार, इस मुद्दे को लेकर एजेंसी और नगर परिषद के पदाधिकारियों के साथ कई बार बैठक हो चुकी है और समय पर भुगतान का आश्वासन भी मिला, लेकिन व्यवस्था में सुधार नहीं हुआ। हड़ताल के कारण शहरी क्षेत्र की सफाई व्यवस्था प्रभावित रही। सफाई कर्मियों ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि समय पर मजदूरी भुगतान की व्यवस्था नहीं सुधरी, तो वे चरणबद्ध आंदोलन करेंगे।0

Kashmir Province Chief Dr. Firdous Baba held a press conference at the organization office in Hari Singh High Street, Srinagar, alleging that the general public is facing severe difficulties due to the occupation of footpaths by street vendors and, in some areas, shopkeepers. He demanded immediate action from the administration and warned that the authorities must remove encroachments and ensure that footpaths remain accessible to pedestrians.The issue of encroachment and unregulated vending has once again come under sharp political scrutiny in Srinagar. Kashmir Sewa Sangh Kashmir Province Chief Dr. Firdous Baba addressed a press conference at the party office at Hari Singh High Street, Srinagar, where he raised serious concerns over the condition of footpaths and pedestrian spaces in the city. Dr. Firdous Baba alleged that street vendors have occupied several footpaths, leaving little or no space for pedestrians. According to him, the situation is causing considerable inconvenience to the general public, particularly those who depend on footpaths for safe movement through busy commercial areas. He questioned the functioning of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation and alleged that despite the problem being visible on the ground, adequate action has not been taken to address it. The Kashmir Sewa Sangh chief also raised concerns over the alleged encroachment of public spaces by shopkeepers. He said footpaths are meant for pedestrians and should not be converted into commercial spaces.The Kashmir Sewa Sangh leader further demanded that the administration and concerned departments launch a comprehensive drive against encroachments. He called for the removal of street vendors from footpaths and urged authorities to ensure that pedestrian areas are restored for public use. Dr. Firdous Baba also questioned why the concerned municipal authorities have allegedly failed to take effective action despite repeated public complaints about the issue. He maintained that the problem is not limited to one particular locality and requires a city-wide solution. At the same time, the issue of street vending remains sensitive, as vendors depend on these spaces for their livelihood. The Kashmir Sewa Sangh, however, maintained that regulation is necessary and that public footpaths cannot be allowed to remain blocked. Dr. Firdous Baba urged the administration to identify designated vending zones where possible, while ensuring that major roads, footpaths and pedestrian areas remain free from illegal occupation. He also warned the administration that continued inaction could further aggravate the problems faced by commuters and pedestrians. मण्डला के पीएम आवास में गैस सिलेंडर फटने से दो झुलसे, जांच शुरू
Mandla, Madhya Pradesh:मण्डला - प्रधानमंत्री आवास में सिलेंडर फटने से हादसा रानी दुर्गावती वार्ड में गैस सिलेंडर फटने से मची अफरा-तफरी हादसे में दो लोग झुलसे, जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती 38 वर्षीय रजत गुप्ता और 14 वर्षीय अमन गुप्ता झुलसे रजत करीब 25 से 27 प्रतिशत, अमन करीब 14 प्रतिशत झुलसा मण्डला के रानी दुर्गावती वार्ड में बुधवार सुबह करीब 9 बजे उस वक्त हड़कंप मच गया, जब एक मकान में अचानक गैस सिलेंडर फट गया। हादसे में मकान में किराए से रह रहे रजत गुप्ता और अमन गुप्ता झुलस गए। दोनों को उपचार के लिए जिला चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया है。 हादसे के बाद मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। स्थानीय लोगों के मुताबिक हादसा कथित तौर पर गैस रिफिलिंग के दौरान हुआ हो सकता है, हालांकि पुलिस ने इसकी पुष्टि नहीं की है。 वहीं, हादसे के बाद एक और बड़ा सवाल खड़ा हो गया है—क्या प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत मिले मकान को किराए पर दिया जा सकता है? जिस मकान में हादसा हुआ, उसमें एक गुप्त परिवार किराए से रह रहा था जो प्रधानमंत्री आवास है और यह आयशा खानम के नाम पर स्वीकृत है जिसके उपयोग और उसे किराए पर दिए जाने से जुड़े नियमों की जांच की मांग उठ रही है。 फिलहाल पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही है। हादसे की असली वजह जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगी。0

Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh:लगातार हो रहे जंगलों के कटान के चलते पक्षियों के आशियाना उजड़ रहे हैं, कंक्रीट के जंगल पक्षियों के लिए काल बनते जा रहे हैं, ऐसे में बरेली में एक समाजसेवी ने पक्षियों के लिए पक्के आशियाना देने का अनोखा काम किया है, जहां सैकड़ों पक्षियों को रहने का एक घर तो नसीब हो गया है, पेश हैं बरेली से एक खास रिपोर्ट आपकी टीवी स्क्रीन पर जो घरौंदा दिखाई दे रहा है ये सैकड़ो पक्षियों के लिए एक आशियाना है, इनके इस घर को न कोई जानवर से खतरा है न तेज़ हवा ही इनके इस आशियाने को कोई नुकसान पहुँचा सकती है, दरसअल बरेली में निहाल सिंह नाम के एक समाजसेवी ने पक्षियों के लिए एक अनोखा काम किया है, निहाल सिंह बरेली के आँवला तहसील के रहने वाले हैं और यहां इन्होंने अलग अलग लोकेशन पर ऐसे दस घर बनाये हैं और एक घर मे लगभग 200 सौ पक्षियों का आशियाना है, निहाल के मुताबिक पूरे देश में जंगलों के कटान हो रहे हैं जिससे पक्षियों के आशियाने उजड़ रहे हैं, किसी पेड़ पर बने घोसले में तो बच्चे भी होते हैं और जब पेड़ काटा जाता है तो वो मर जाते हैं, जिसमें उन्होंने फैसला लिया कि वो इन पक्षियों के लिए पक्का आशियाना दें, शुरुआत में उन्होंने दो पक्के घर पक्षियों के लिए बनाए थे और अब उन्होंने 10 पक्के घर बना चुके हैं यह अनोखा घर देखने के लिए दूर दूर से लोग आते हैं, ये ऐसा अनोखा घर बनाया गया है जहां इंसान नहीं पक्षियों का निवास होता है, अभी मौजूदा समय मे इन पक्के घरों में मोर, तोता, कबूतर, गौरैया, कौवा, कोयल, उल्लू और चील रहते हैं, फिलहाल निहाल सिंह पक्षी घर बनाकर एक अनोखी मिसाल पेश की है, यह पक्षी घर आसपास के क्षेत्र में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है0

क Kashmir में MMU उलेमा सम्मेलन: सामाजिक चुनौतियों और Ummah एकता पर दो प्रस्ताव
Srinagar, Uttarakhand:MMU Ulema Meet Held in Srinagar; Two Resolutions Adopted on Social Challenges , environmental responsibility and Unity of the Ummah Coordinated Friday-sermon campaign, district-level engagement more than 70 Ulema and Mashaikh participate After a gap of more than two years, permission was granted by the authorities for the Mutahida Majlis-e-Ulema Jammu & Kashmir (MMU) to hold a major Ulema conference in Srinagar. The One-Day Ulema Meet and Seerat Conference, held today under the chairmanship of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, brought together prominent Ulema and religious scholars from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to deliberate upon the religious, moral and societal challenges confronting people here. Those who attended came from different districts of Kashmir, while Ulema from Jammu, Poonch, Rajouri, Kargil and Doda specially travelled to Srinagar to participate in the conference, reflecting the need for greater interaction and coordinated action among religious scholars and institutions across the region. The conference concluded with the adoption of two broad resolutions, one dealing with contemporary social challenges and the practical role of Ulema, mosques and madrasas, and the other focusing on unity within the Muslim Ummah, sectarian harmony and respect for differences of Maslak. The first resolution expressed serious concern over drug and substance abuse, suicides and self-harm, mental and emotional distress among youth, irresponsible use of social media, weakening family bonds, moral decline and the increasing disconnect of young people from religious and community institutions, as well as environmental degradation and its serious consequences. Particular concern was expressed over the growing incidence of suicide and self-harm, especially among young people. The conference stressed that condemnation or silence around the issue will not address the problem. Ulema, mosques and madrasas can play an important preventive and supportive role by creating safe spaces where young people and families are able to speak uninhibitedly about personal emotional distress, loneliness, anxiety, family pressures and other reasons, without fear of stigma. It was emphasised that Imams and Ulema should sensitise communities about recognising signs of distress, encourage families to respond with compassion, and guide those in need towards appropriate professional counselling and mental-health support. Mosques and madrasas can increasingly serve as accessible centres of guidance, counselling and referral, while recognising that serious mental-health concerns require trained professional care. The conference resolved that these issues should not remain confined to occasional seminars or speeches. It was decided that on designated Fridays, one common social issue would be taken up in Friday sermons across participating mosques, so that Ulema throughout Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh speak collectively to highlight an issue requiring urgent societal attention and reform. The MMU will also endeavour to hold regular meetings, preferably every month, in different districts and areas of Jammu and Kashmir, involving local Ulema, Imams, mosques and madrasas. Such meetings will provide an opportunity to understand local concerns and develop practical responses suited to each area. The conference underlined that mosques and madrasas must increasingly become centres of guidance, counselling, youth engagement, family support and community welfare, alongside their primary religious and educational responsibilities. Their close connection and proximity to people’s homes gives them the ability to identify problems early and help families seek appropriate support. On the issue of drug addiction, the conference stressed that all forms of addiction are harmful and must be addressed through a consistent social policy. While Ulema and civil society are being asked to work against narcotics and substance abuse, the conference expressed serious concern about the simultaneous normalisation of alcohol and its increasing availability. The Ulema said that a campaign against drug addiction cannot yield the desired results if, at the same time, new liquor licences are issued and alcohol is promoted or expanded in the name of tourism. Such contradictory policies, they said, undermine efforts to protect young people from addiction. The conference called upon the government to reconsider this approach and to stop further promotion and expansion of alcohol availability. The conference also recommended that Friday sermons and mosque-based programmes should sensitise people about their responsibility towards the environment. Ulema can play an important role in discouraging the use of plastic and polythene, littering and dumping garbage into rivers, lakes and other water bodies, and in creating awareness against encroachment and destruction of wetlands. Concern was expressed over the condition, encroachments and protection of Dal Lake, Wular Lake, Nigeen Lake, wetlands and other water bodies, with the conference stressing that cleanliness, conservation of nature and protection of shared natural resources is also a moral and religious responsibility of being a Muslim. The second resolution focused on unity within the Muslim Ummah and the responsibility of Ulema in maintaining mutual respect despite differences of Maslak and interpretation. The conference acknowledged that different schools of thought and legitimate religious differences have existed within the Ummah and will continue to exist. Such differences, however, must never be allowed to become a source of hatred, hostility or division. The Ulema unanimously emphasised that the Mimbar of the mosque is an Amanah — a sacred trust — and must never be used to promote sectarianism, ridicule another Maslak, spread hatred or deepen divisions among Muslims. The conference called upon Ulema of different schools of thought to promote the Islamic ethics of disagreement, mutual respect, dialogue and brotherhood, and to focus religious discourse on the larger moral, spiritual and social responsibilities that Muslims share. It was also felt that greater interaction among Ulema from different regions and schools of thought is essential. The proposed district-level meetings will therefore also seek to strengthen communication, mutual understanding and cooperation among religious scholars, mosques and madrasas across Jammu and Kashmir. The participants observed that at a time when society faces serious challenges, the role of Ulema and religious institutions cannot remain confined to ritual matters alone. They must remain closely connected with the everyday concerns of people, particularly the anxieties, pressures and aspirations of the younger generation. The MMU said that the conference should mark the beginning of a sustained process and not end with the adoption of resolutions alone. The aim will be to translate the suggestions and decisions into practical grassroots engagement, coordinated Friday sermons, district-level interaction, counselling and community awareness programmes across Jammu and Kashmir. More than 70 Ulema and Mashaikh participated in the event. Bhaderwah, Exclusive Ground Zero Report on Security forces intensify CASO in higher reaches of Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir, after the remains of a suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist were recovered along with a night-enabled US-made M4 carbine. The remains and weapon were recovered on September 12 from the Divshetar area of the Seojdhar forest, a strategic mountainous belt connecting Bhaderwah with parts of Udhampur and Kathua. Following the recovery, joint teams of the Army, JK Police, SOG, CRPF and other security agencies intensified search and combing operations across forested and high-altitude areas. The objective is to sanitize the area and ensure that no other terrorists are hiding in the dense terrain, particularly along transit routes and higher reaches. Officials believe the remains indicate the militant sustained injuries during an earlier gunfight with security forces around five to six months ago and may have died hiding in the forest. Based on the recovery and ground inputs, security forces have expanded area-domination and search operations across upper sectors of the Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban region to detect militant movement, hideouts or new footprints. Security agencies remain on heightened alert as extensive searches continue in the difficult, densely forested terrain.0

हरदी डाली में शव घर के आंगन में दफन, ग्रामीणों में भारी विरोध
Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh:महराजगंज जिले से एक हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है जहाँ सोनौली कोतवाली क्षेत्र के हरदी डाली गांव में एक व्यक्ति ने अपनी पत्नी की मौत के बाद उसका शव घर के आँगन में ही दफना कर समाधि बनवा दिया है। बताया जा रहा है कि महिला की मौत हार्ट अटैक से हुई थी लेकिन घर के अंदर शव दफन किए जाने की जानकारी सामने आते ही ग्रामीणों में हड़कंप मच गया और लोगों ने इसका विरोध भी किया। विरोध होने पर पति ने बताया कि वह कबीर पंथ धर्म को मनाने वाले है और जो संत रहता है उसका शव घर मे दफना कर समाधि बनवाने की मान्यता है। अब पूरे मामले ने कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं—क्या घर के अंदर शव दफनाने की अनुमति है? वही पुलिस अब इस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुट गई है।0
