बूंदी जिले में शुक्रवार को औसतन 10 मिमी वर्षा, तालेड़ा में 36 मिमी
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:बूंदी जिले में शुक्रवार को औसतन 10 मिमी वर्षा दर्ज की गई। जिला आपदा राहत एवं बाढ़ नियंत्रण कक्ष की दैनिक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार तालेड़ा में सर्वाधिक 36 मिमी बारिश हुई। बूंदी में 13 मिमी, केशवरायपाटन में 14 मिमी, रायथल में 6 मिमी तथा इंद्रगढ़ में 1 मिमी वर्षा दर्ज की गई। नैनवां और हिण्डोली में बारिश नहीं हुई। जिले में 1 जून से अब तक औसतन 214.29 मिमी वर्षा रिकॉर्ड की जा चुकी है।0

गोरखपुर बाढ़ खंड कार्यालय में हमला, CCTV कैद; 5 मुकदमा, 3 गिरफ्तार
Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh:गोरखपुर के बाढ़ खंड कार्यालय में निलंबित क्लर्क दीपक पांडेय एवं उनके साथियों ने निरीक्षण कर रहे अधिशासी अभियंता विपिन बिहारी सिंह पर हमला कर दिया। घटना कार्यालय के भीतर CCTV कैमरे में कैद हो गई, जिसका फुटेज सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है। पुलिस ने पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। ऊकरे अनुसार जानी जाने वाली वजहों के बारे में कहासुनी के बाद ही यह हमला हुआ, जबकि कुछ ने दावा किया कि वे शिकायत लेकर आए थे और गाली-गलौज के बाद विवाद हुआ। मामले की जांच कैंट थाना कर रहा है और फरार आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए दबिश जारी है।0

कोटा: शिवराज सिंह गैंग के सदस्य अवैध पिस्टल के साथ गिरफ्तार
Kota, Rajasthan:कोटा शहर पुलिस ने अवैध हथियार, मादक पदार्थ और हार्डकोर अपराधियों के खिलाफ चलाये जा रहे विशेष अभियान में बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। अनंतपुरा थाना पुलिस ने 22 जुलाई को नाकाबंदी के दौरान शिवराज सिंह गैंग के सक्रिय सदस्य हरविंदर सिंह निवासी सूबेदार का पुरा, थाना सदर धौलपुर को अवैध देशी पिस्टल के साथ गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस के अनुसार आरोपी कोटा में किसी गंभीर वारदात को अंजाम देने की फिराक में था और गैंग के लिए चौथ वसूली, रंगदारी और फिरौती जैसी आपराधिक गतिविधियों में शामिल रहा है। उसके खिलाफ पहले भी कैथूनीपोल थाने में गंभीर धाराओं में मामला दर्ज है। फिलहाल आरोपी को कोर्ट में पेश कर पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया है और पुलिस गैंग के अन्य सदस्यों व हथियारों के नेटवर्क की जांच में जुटी है।0

राजपुरिया बॉर्डर पर पुलिस की सख्ती, हेलमेट-सीटबेल्ट आदि उल्लंघन पर चालान
Pratapgarh, Rajasthan:प्रतापगढ़ जिले के हथूनिया थाना क्षेत्र में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और अपराधों के रोकथाम के उद्देश्य से देर शाम राजपुरिया बॉर्डर पर विशेष वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया गया। पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर की गई नाकाबंदी के दौरान यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई। अभियान के दौरान बिना हेलमेट दोपहिया वाहन चलाने, बिना सीट बेल्ट कार चलाने, वाहनों पर ब्लू फिल्म लगाने तथा शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वाले चालकों के चालान बनाए गए। हथूनिया थाना के ASI रामचंद्र मीणा ने बताया कि चेकिंग के दौरान वाहनों के दस्तावेज भी जांचे गए और नियमों का पालन करने की हिदायत दी गई। पुलिस ने वाहन चालकों को सुरक्षित यात्रा के लिए यातायात नियमों का पालन करने के प्रति जागरूक किया। पुलिस प्रशासन का कहना है कि आमजन की सुरक्षा और सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए इस तरह के विशेष अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेंगे।0

क Kashmir विश्वविद्यालय ने बायोमेडिकल एप्लिकेशन के लिए स्मार्ट पॉलिमेरिक स्कैफोल्ड्स पर वर्कशॉप आयोजित
Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Department of Biotechnology, School of Life Sciences, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), organised a one-day workshop on “Engineering Smart Polymeric Scaffolds and Functional Nanomaterials for Biomedical Applications” under the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) component of Anusandhan National Research Foundation . Addressing the participants, Vice Chancellor, Prof. A. Ravinder Nath, emphasized that interdisciplinary research, innovation and skill-oriented education are indispensable for addressing contemporary healthcare challenges and advancing biomedical sciences. “Higher educational institutions must create ecosystems that promote research, intellectual property generation and translational science capable of delivering tangible societal benefits,” Prof. A Ravinder Nath said. Elaborating on the scientific significance of polymeric biomaterials and nanotechnology, he observed that these emerging technologies hold immense promise in targeted drug delivery, biosensor development, cancer therapeutics and regenerative medicine. He said the workshop aligns with the vision of the NEP-2020, which advocates multidisciplinary education, research excellence and skill development. He explained that successful interdisciplinary initiatives evolve gradually through workshops, curriculum development, faculty capacity building and research infrastructure. Speaking on the occasion, Registrar, Dr. Nisar Ahmad Mir, highlighted the significance of multidisciplinary collaboration in modern scientific research. He observed that contemporary breakthroughs in healthcare are increasingly emerging from the convergence of physics, chemistry, biology, engineering and computational sciences. Referring to the workshop theme, he said the invited resource persons represent diverse yet interconnected domains of expertise, providing participants with an excellent opportunity to understand how collaborative research is transforming biomedical sciences. He urged young researchers to adopt interdisciplinary approaches and establish research collaborations as such partnerships are essential for translating scientific discoveries into practical healthcare solutions. Earlier, in his inaugural address, Dean, School of Life Sciences, Prof. Abid Hamid Dar, underscored the importance of interdisciplinary research in solving complex scientific and societal problems. He maintained that scientific research must not remain confined to laboratories but should ultimately contribute to societal welfare and human well-being. He said the administration under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. A Ravinder Nath is actively working towards strengthening research infrastructure. In his welcome address, Asst Prof. Deptt of Biotechnology and organising Secretary of the workshop, Dr. Anil Chandra, who also conducted the programme proceedings, said the initiative aims to disseminate scientific knowledge, strengthen research awareness and create meaningful interactions between leading scientists and young researchers. He said the workshop would provide participants with valuable exposure to emerging research areas, encourage scientific inquiry, foster innovation, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration among young researchers. After the inaugurals, Dr. Anil Chandra, Dr. Faheem Arjumand Sheikh, Deptt of Nanotechnology, University of Kashmir, Dr. Tariq Maqbool, Dr. Mudasir Bashir Gugjoo, SKUAST-Kashmir, and Mr. Manish Amin, Director, Avay Biosciences, delivered lectures during the technical session.0

ICSSR‑प्रायोजित वर्कशॉप: मुस्लिम महिला अधिकार कानून पर जागरूकता
Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Dean Students’ Welfare Central University of Kashmir and Inderprastha Engineering College , Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, organized a one-day ICSSR-sponsored workshop on "Empowerment of Women through Awareness regarding the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019."\nThe workshop was organized under an ICSSR-sponsored Policy Research Project led by Dr. Mahjabin Banu, Principal Investigator and Chief Project Director.\nThe workshop witnessed participation from academicians, legal experts, government officials, representatives of civil society organizations, Mission Shakti, women welfare officers, ASHA workers, media professionals, faculty members, students, research scholars, and women beneficiaries, including divorced women and women facing domestic and marital challenges.\nDean School of Legal Studies, Prof. Farooq Ahmad Mir, delivered an insightful address on the constitutional and legal dimensions of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. He elaborated on issues relating to women’s legal rights, marriage, divorce, maintenance, and property rights, emphasizing that legal awareness is the cornerstone of women’s empowerment.\nIn her keynote address, Dr. Mahjabin Banu, highlighted the objectives of the ICSSR Policy Research Project and stressed that sustainable women empowerment requires legal awareness, quality education, economic independence, and coordinated institutional support. She emphasized the need for skill development and livelihood opportunities for divorced and vulnerable women to ensure long-term socio-economic empowerment.\nSpeaking on the Role of Civil Society in Women’s Empowerment and Legal awareness, Mr. Sami Wani, Director, SHE HOPE Society, Ganderbal, shared practical experiences from handling cases relating to domestic violence, marital disputes, counselling, and rehabilitation.\nMs. Sabita Jan, Coordinator, Mission Shakti, Ganderbal, explained various institutional support services available to women, including legal aid, counselling, rehabilitation, livelihood support, and One Stop Centre services, encouraging women to utilize these facilities without hesitation.\nEarlier, in his address, Dr. Jehirul Islam, Dean DSW, highlighted the University’s commitment to gender equality and community engagement. He observed that higher educational institutions have a responsibility to empower society by promoting legal literacy, social awareness, and inclusive development.\nDr. Firdous Ahmad Sofal, Youth Welfare Officer, DSW and Project Director, underscored the vital role of universities in extending knowledge beyond classrooms and contributing to the social transformation through community outreach.\nDuring the open interaction session, several participants shared their personal experiences of domestic violence, divorce, emotional trauma, and their journey towards self-reliance. A major highlight of the programme was the demonstration of the multilingual digital platform "Jagruk Mahila – Empowering Women Through Knowledge and Rights," developed under the project. Available in English, Hindi, and Urdu, the interactive portal provides women with simplified legal information, guidance on constitutional and statutory rights, emergency support, counselling, and instant assistance through a two-way communication system. Srinagar, Uttarakhand:श्रीनगर: कश्मीर में लगातार हो रही बारिश से लोगों में चिंता बढ़ गई है, जिससे सिविल एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन और इमरजेंसी रिस्पॉन्स एजेंसियों को हाई अलर्ट पर रहने के लिए कहा गया है। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, संगम में पानी का लेवल करीब 20 फीट तक पहुंच गया है, जबकि श्रीनगर के राम मुंशी बाग ये लेवल करीब 19 फीट है, जो बाढ़ की घोषणा के निशान से करीब 2 फीट नीचे है। इरिगेशन और फ्लड कंट्रोल डिपार्टमेंट ने एक एडवाइजरी जारी की है जिसमें झरनों, नदियों और दूसरे पानी के सोर्स के पास रहने वाले लोगों से सतर्क रहने और इन इलाकों के पास जाने से बचने के लिए कहा गया है। एग्जीक्यूटिव इंजीनियर शौकत हुसैन ने कहा कि घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि पानी का लेवल धीरे-धीरे कम हो रहा है, हालांकि लोगों को ऑफिशियल एडवाइजर का पालन करते रहना चाहिए। इस बीच, मौसम विभाग के डायरेक्टर मुख्तार अहमद ने ज़ी मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि बारिश जारी रहने की संभावना है, हालांकि दोपहर में इसकी इंटेंसिटी कम होने की उम्मीद है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में कमजोर जगहों पर अचानक बाढ़, लैंडस्लाइड, मडस्लाइड और बादल फटने की संभावना से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है। मौसम विभाग ने आम लोगों, यात्रियों और किसानों को भी सलाह दी है कि वे कोई भी यात्रा या बाहर की एक्टिवटी करने से पहले सरकारी और ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी का पालन करें। नदियों, झरनों के पास रहने वाले लोगों से ज़्यादा सावधान रहने की अपील की गई है। मुख्तार अहमद ने आगे कहा कि कुल मिलाकर, 28 जुलाई तक जम्मू कश्मीर में बादल छाए रहने और रुक-रुक कर बारिश होने की उम्मीद है。0

मानसून में डेंगू-रो रोकथाम के लिए प्रशासन की व्यापक योजना
Jaipur, Rajasthan:मानसून के दौरान डेंगू, मलेरिया, चिकनगुनिया, स्क्रब टाइफस समेत अन्य वेक्टर जनित बीमारियों की रोकथाम के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने व्यापक कार्ययोजना लागू कर दी है। जिला कलक्टर संदेश नायक की अध्यक्षता में हुई अंतरविभागीय समन्वय बैठक में सभी संबंधित विभागों को जिम्मेदारियां सौंपते हुए साफ-सफाई, एंटी लार्वा गतिविधियां, फॉगिंग और जनजागरूकता अभियान तेज करने के निर्देश दिए गए। जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि बारिश के मौसम में मच्छरों का प्रजनन तेजी से बढ़ता है, इसलिए संक्रमण की श्रृंखला तोड़ना प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने पुलिस, नगर निगम, जिला परिषद, चिकित्सा, शिक्षा, पीएचईडी, जेडीए, आवासन मंडल, रेलवे, रोडवेज समेत सभी विभागों को समन्वय के साथ अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए। नगर निगम को नालियों की नियमित सफाई, फॉगिंग, जलभराव वाले क्षेत्रों से पानी निकासी और गड्ढों को भरने के निर्देश दिए गए। वहीं आवासन मंडल को कॉलोनियों, मल्टीस्टोरी अपार्टमेंट और निर्माण स्थलों पर एंटी लार्वा गतिविधियां तथा स्रोत नियंत्रण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया। शिक्षा विभाग को स्कूलों की प्रार्थना सभा में विद्यार्थियों को डेंगू-मलेरिया से बचाव की जानकारी देने, स्कूल परिसरों में पानी जमा नहीं होने देने और परिंडों को हर तीन दिन में खाली कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। चिकित्सा विभाग को दवाइयों, जांच किट और संसाधनों की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता, घर-घर सर्वे, सर्विलांस, समय पर जांच और उपचार सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया। बैठक में प्रत्येक रविवार 'ड्राई डे' (सूखा दिवस) मनाने और हर शुक्रवार सभी सरकारी व निजी कार्यालयों में मच्छररोधी गतिविधियां आयोजित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गये। जिला कलक्टर ने आमजन से अपील की कि घर और आसपास साफ-सफाई रखें, पानी की टंकीयां ढककर रखें, कूलर हर तीन दिन में साफ करें, छतों पर पानी जमा न होने दें और खाली भूखंडों में कचरा नहीं डालें, ताकि मौसमी बीमारियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण किया जा सके.0

कोटा के प्राचीन बावड़ियों के पुनर्जीवन के लिए जल संचय अभियान तेज
Kota, Rajasthan:कोटा.एंकर.प्राचीन,पारंपरिक व ऐतिहासिक बावड़ियों, कुओं व कुण्डों सहित अन्य जल स्रोतों के पुनर्जीवन की दिशा में नगर निगम ने विशेष जल संचय–जल बचत अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अभियान के तहत 48 बावड़ियों सहित अन्य जलस्रोतों की दशा सुधारकर उनको स्वच्छ और सुंदर बनाने के लिए सफाई अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। आज कंसुआ शिव मंदिर स्थित प्राचीन कुंड में सफाई अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान आमजन को साफ सफाई, पर्यावरण व जल संरक्षण के लिए जागरूक किया गया है। आयुक्त ओमप्रकाश मेहरा ने बताया कि इस विशेष अभियान का उद्देश्य शहर की प्राचीन बावड़ियों का संरक्षण, वर्षा जल संचयन को बढ़ावा देना तथा ऐतिहासिक जल धरोहरों को पुनर्जीवित करना है। अभियान से शहर की पारंपरिक जल संरचनाओं की उपयोगिता बढ़ेगी और स्वच्छता के साथ-साथ जल संरक्षण को भी बल मिलेगा। प्रत्येक बावड़ी के लिए अलग-अलग प्रभारी अधिकारी, तकनीकी कार्मिक एवं फील्ड स्टाफ नियुक्त किया है। सफाई कार्य के दौरान जल स्रोतों को पुनर्जीवित करने, परिसर को अतिक्रमण एवं गंदगी से मुक्त रखने तथा सुरक्षा संबंधी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं。0

कोटा भीमगंज मंडी में ठेले विवाद: युवक पर सरिया से हमला करने की कोशिश
Kota, Rajasthan:कोटा के भीमगंज मंडी थाना क्षेत्र में गन्ने के ठेले को हटाने को लेकर हुआ विवाद देखते ही देखते थाने तक पहुंच गया। आरोप है कि मामूली कहासुनी के बाद गन्ने के ठेले के मालिक ने गुस्से में आकर सरिया उठाया और एक व्यापारी के पुत्र पर जानलेवा हमला करने का प्रयास किया। हालांकि युवक ने किसी तरह खुद को बचाया और घटना की सूचना पुलिस को दी। पीड़ित युवक ने भीमगंज मंडी थाने में आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। शिकायत में कहा गया कि आरोपी के हमले से मौके पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। सूचना मिलते ही भीमगंज मंडी थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और पूरे मामले की जानकारी जुटाकर जांच शुरू कर दी है। कोटा भीमगंज मंडी में गन्ने के ठेले को लेकर विवाद। ठेले हटाने की बात पर कहासुनी, आरोपी ने व्यापारी के बेटे पर सरिया से हमला करने की कोशिश की। युवक बचा, पुलिस में मामला दर्ज, जांच जारी。0
