मोदी के जन्मदिन पर बिहार में 300 ट्रैक्टरों के साथ संकल्प सेवा यात्रा
Patna, Bihar:प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 76वें वर्ष के अवसर पर 300 ट्रैक्टरों के साथ निकलेगी संकल्प सेवा यात्रा, भालुनी धाम से मुंडेश्वरी धाम तक होगा सफर.. बिहार में किसान मोर्चा की ओर से संकल्प सेवा अभियान के तहत भव्य ट्रैक्टर यात्रा का आयोजन किया जाएगा। यह यात्रा माता भालुनी भवानी धाम से शुरू होकर माता मुंडेश्वरी धाम तक पहुंचेगी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 76वें वर्ष के अवसर पर आयोजित इस यात्रा की दूरी भी 76 किलोमीटर निर्धारित की गई है। आयोजकों के मुताबिक, इस कार्यक्रम में करीब 300 ट्रैक्टर शामिल होंगे। यात्रा की शुरुआत सुबह 10 बजे भालुनी धाम से होगी। केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री नित्यानंद राय यात्रा का शुभारंभ करेंगे। इस मौके पर सांसद मनोज तिवारी और बिहार सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्री मिथिलेश तिवारी भी मौजूद रहेंगे। सांसद मनोज तिवारी भालुनी धाम से मुंडेश्वरी धाम तक पूरी ट्रैक्टर यात्रा में शामिल होंगे। इस अभियान के दौरान दो स्थानों पर किसान संवाद कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे। मुंडेश्वरी धाम में आयोजित किसान संवाद कार्यक्रम में कृषि मंत्री विजय कुमार सिन्हा मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगे। इसके अलावा बिहार सरकार के मंत्री संजय सिंह टाइगर की भी कार्यक्रम में मौजूदगी प्रस्तावित है। इस संकल्प सेवा अभियान के जरिए किसानों से संवाद स्थापित करने और उनके मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने की योजना है।0

The camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services to residents of far-flung areas where access to medical facilities is a challenge, particularly during winter. Army medical personnel interacted with villagers and addressed healthcare concerns. Services included free medical check-ups, BP and sugar tests, ECGs, routine medicines, vision and ear examinations, and medical counselling. Humble village is about 20 km from Doda district headquarters, with residents facing difficulties traveling to hospitals in adverse weather. The initiative provided basic healthcare facilities in difficult terrain where snowfall and road issues hinder access. Local resident Koshi Rana thanked the Army and noted the free medicines, examinations and ECG facilities provided relief. She appreciated women doctors' presence. Another resident Sunny Azad said the initiative was important before winter when travel is hard, praising doctors, medicines and diagnostics. बिजनौर होटल विवाद: चार घंटे इंतजार के बाद हुआ हंगामा
Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh:उत्तर प्रदेश के बिजनौर में होटल के बाहर पति-पत्नी और एक युवक के बीच विवाद का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है. मामला चांदपुर-जलीलपुर रोड स्थित एक होटल के बाहर का बताया जा रहा है. मोहल्ला सराय रफी निवासी शोएब का आरोप है कि उसकी पत्नी एक युवक के साथ होटल आई थी. जानकारी मिलने के बाद वह होटल पहुंचा और करीब चार घंटे तक पत्नी के बाहर आने का इंतजार करता रहा. शाम करीब 7 बजे पत्नी को युवक के साथ बाहर निकलते देख उसने विरोध किया. इसके बाद सड़क पर काफी देर तक हंगामा हुआ. सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और पति, पत्नी तथा युवक को थाने ले गयी. शोएब का आरोप है कि विवाद के दौरान ब्वॉयफ्रेंड कार लेकर वहां से निकलने की कोशिश कर रहा था. इसी दौरान उसने कार की चाबी निकाल ली और गाड़ी के पास खड़ा हो गया. इसके बाद दोनों के बीच तीखी बहस शुरू हो गई. कुछ ही देर में होटल के बाहर सड़क पर विवाद बढ़ गया. पति और युवक के बीच नोकझोंक देखने के लिए मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जुटने लगी. इसी दौरान वहां मौजूद किसी व्यक्ति ने पूरे घटनाक्रम का वीडियो बना लिया. अब यही वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है, जिसमें सड़क पर दोनों के बीच विवाद और हंगामा दिखाई दे रहा है. पुलिस पहुंची तो तीनों को थाने ले गयी. विवाद बढ़ने के बाद शोएब ने पुलिस और अपने परिचितों को मौके पर बुला लिया. सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस होटल के बाहर पहुंची और पति, पत्नी और युवक को थाने ले गयी. थाने में पहुंचने के बाद भी दोनों पक्षों के बीच बहस हुई. इसके बाद शोएब ने पुलिस को अपनी शिकायत दी. उसने आरोप लगाया कि उसकी पत्नी नोएडा निवासी युवक के साथ मिलकर गलत काम करती है. शोएब का यह भी आरोप है कि जब वह पत्नी की कथित गतिविधियों का विरोध करता है तो उसे जान से मारने और झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी दी जाती है. उसने पुलिस को बताया कि उसका 7 फरवरी 2022 को निकाह हुआ था.0

Nawada, Uttar Pradesh:सोमनाथ मंदिर से सांसद विवेक ठाकुर ने शुरू किया स्वच्छता अभियान, आधा दर्जन से अधिक स्थानों पर खुद सफाई कर दिया स्वच्छता का संदेश विकसित भारत अभियान के तहत लोगों से स्वच्छता अपनाने की अपील नवादा। विकसित भारत अभियान के तहत नवादा जिले में सांसद विवेक ठाकुर के नेतृत्व में स्वच्छता अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान की शुरुआत जिले के प्रसिद्ध सोमनाथ मंदिर परिसर से की गई। सांसद के पहुंचने पर आरपी साहू ने गुलदस्ता भेंट कर उनका स्वागत किया। इस दौरान मंदिर निर्माण से संबंधित तस्वीर भेंट कर भी सांसद का अभिनंदन किया गया। इसके बाद सांसद ने खुद मंदिर परिसर में सफाई अभियान में हिस्सा लिया और लोगों को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक किया। जिले के आधा दर्जन से अधिक स्थानों पर भी सांसद स्वच्छता अभियान में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वच्छता केवल सरकारी अभियान नहीं, बल्कि प्रत्येक नागरिक की जिम्मेदारी है। घर, मंदिर और सार्वजनिक स्थलों को साफ रखने से स्वस्थ समाज का निर्माण होगा। अभियान के दौरान लोगों से कूड़ा निर्धारित स्थान पर डालने और आसपास के क्षेत्रों को स्वच्छ रखने की अपील की गई। सांसद ने कहा कि स्वच्छता विकसित भारत की मजबूत नींव है।0

The students said the proposed changes could affect the career prospects of those who have pursued professional education in Forestry. They urged the government to protect the interests of Forestry graduates and ensure that their specialised qualifications are given due consideration in the recruitment rules.0

Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Budgam Police unearth Rs 2 crore fake job, subsidy scam Advocate, his aide arrested, network active since 2019: SSP Hariprasad Passports seized; police suspect syndicate may have links beyond India Budgam Police have unearthed a major job and government-subsidy fraud syndicate allegedly operating since 2019, with the suspected fraud amounting to over Rs 2 crore. Two persons, including a practising advocate, have been arrested in connection with the scam. Addressing a press conference here, SSP Budgam Hariprasad K.K said the investigation so far indicates that the network had been operating for nearly seven years and allegedly cheated people by promising government jobs, Special Police Officer (SPO) appointments, government subsidies, foreign university admissions and other lucrative opportunities. The two arrested accused have been identified as Firdous Nabi, a resident of Zabgula, Beerwah, and Advocate Jehangir Ahmad Dar, resident of Rathsuna, Beerwah, the SSP said. He said the case came to light after a complaint was received at Police Station Beerwah on August 17, 2026, alleging that Firdous Nabi had taken around ₹3 lakh on the promise of securing an SPO appointment through a government order. “The complainant had produced a purported appointment/recommendation letter allegedly issued in the name of the Union Home Secretary and addressed to the Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir. The document contained a list of around 10-12 persons recommended for appointment as SPOs,” the SSP said, adding, “Police initially conducted a preliminary inquiry to establish the authenticity of the document, which was subsequently converted into FIR No. 183/2026 at Police Station Beerwah. Firdous Nabi was arrested, and during the investigation, the alleged involvement of Jehangir Ahmad Dar also surfaced, following which he too was arrested.” “The investigation subsequently widened after another complainant alleged being duped of around ₹6.5 lakh on the promise of a government subsidy. Police then raided the rented accommodation of Jehangir Ahmad Dar at Nanak Nagar in Jammu, where several items were seized, including purported fake government orders, stamps, 12 ATM cards, blank Jammu and Kashmir Bank letterheads, multiple identity cards, passports and visa-related documents, besides other material suspected to have been used in the alleged fraud,” he said, adding, “One of the significant recoveries was a diary allegedly containing details of financial transactions, including the names of persons from whom money had allegedly been received and the purpose for which the money was taken.” Police also recovered material indicating that money allegedly obtained through the fraud may have been channelled into other businesses. The SSP said the investigation has revealed a wider modus operandi in which the accused allegedly first established contact with people by offering assistance with their grievances and government-related matters. “Jehangir, being a practising advocate and having familiarity with people visiting the Civil Secretariat and other government offices, allegedly used such contacts to gain the confidence of prospective victims. The accused would allegedly initially take smaller amounts from people and, in some cases, return the money if the promised work was not completed,” the SSP said, adding, “This was allegedly done to build trust before demanding larger sums on the pretext that an appointment order or government approval had been secured.” The SSP said that the accused would share purported government documents with victims through WhatsApp's 'view once' feature, making it difficult for recipients to retain copies, while using the documents to convince them that their appointment or government benefit was being processed. “During the investigation, police received multiple additional complaints from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. In one case, a complainant was allegedly duped of around ₹2.3 lakh on the promise of securing admission to a foreign university. Another complainant alleged being cheated of around ₹15 lakh on the promise of securing two jobs, while another complaint involved an alleged fraud of around ₹27 lakh on the promise of two different jobs, including an executive-level position and a nursing job” the SSP said. He said the victims were not limited to Budgam. One of the complaints originated from Pulwama, while further complaints are being received from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. “On October 3, another complaint was received regarding a purported fake SPO appointment order. A Zero FIR was initially registered at Police Station Beerwah and subsequently transferred to Police Station Budgam, where FIR No. 290/2026 has been registered,” the SSP said, adding, “The alleged fraud was not restricted to financially well-off individuals even the people from economically weaker sections were also targeted.” He cited the example of daily-wage workers who were allegedly made to pay money on the promise of assistance, with the accused allegedly collecting substantial amounts from such persons. Responding to questions regarding the purported Ministry of Home Affairs communication recommending SPO appointments, SSP Hariprasad said the investigation so far indicates that the document was completely fabricated by members of the alleged syndicate. He said similar purported letters were recovered during the raid in Jammu. The SSP said that at this stage, the investigation has not revealed any involvement of government offices in the preparation of the fake documents. Police also recovered a purported Bar Association stamp from the Jammu premises. The SSP said it was yet to be established whether the stamp was forged or whether the accused was authorised to possess or use it, adding that the concerned Bar Association had been approached for verification. The SSP said the investigation is still at an initial stage and that the two arrested persons are not believed to represent the entire network. He said police are working to identify and trace other members of the alleged syndicate and that more arrests are expected as the investigation progresses. “We are also examining the possibility of the network having linkages outside Jammu and Kashmir and potentially beyond the country, particularly in view of the recovery of passports and other related material which has been seized by police.” The SSP said the network appears to have gradually expanded its operations over the years—from smaller transactions to allegedly duping people of large sums. He said police have so far made a rough assessment of more than Rs 2 crore as the amount involved in the alleged fraud, but the figure could increase substantially as the investigation progresses and financial transactions are traced. Regarding the political background of one of the accused, the SSP said police would restrict its briefing to the alleged criminal involvement and would deal with the accused strictly according to law, irrespective of their political or other affiliations. The investigation is continuing, with police examining financial records, documents and other material seized during the searches, while efforts are underway to identify additional victims and alleged members of the syndicate0

Pratapgarh, Rajasthan:प्रतापगढ़ जिले के रठांजना थाना क्षेत्र के कोलवी गांव में चोरी का अनोखा मामला सामने आया है। अज्ञात चोर रात के अंधेरे में ट्रैक्टर और थ्रेशर मशीन लेकर किसान के खेत में पहुंचे और करीब 6 बीघा में काटकर रखी सोयाबीन की फसल की थ्रेशिंग कर करीब 20 क्विंटल सोयाबीन चोरी कर ले गए। सुबह किसान खेत पर पहुंचा तो फसल की जगह सिर्फ भूसा बिखरा मिला। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण मौके पर जुट गए और पुलिस से आरोपियों की जल्द पहचान कर कार्रवाई करने की मांग की। Kolvi निवासी किसान जमना लाल पाटीदार ने अपने 6 बीघा खेत में सोयाबीन की फसल काटकर एक जगह ढेर लगा रखा था। रात में अज्ञात चोर पूरी तैयारी के साथ ट्रैक्टर और थ्रेशर मशीन लेकर खेत में पहुंचे। चोरों ने रातभर थ्रेशर चलाकर काटकर रखी पूरी फसल से सोयाबीन निकाली और करीब 20 क्विंटल उपज लेकर मौके से फरार हो गए। सुबह जब किसान खेत पर पहुंचा तो वहां का नजारा देखकर उसके होश उड़ गए। खेत में रखी सोयाबीन की फसल गायब थी और उसकी जगह चारों ओर भूसा बिखरा हुआ था। इसके बाद घटना की जानकारी ग्रामीणों को हुई तो बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौके पर एकत्र हो गए। घटना को लेकर ग्रामीणों में नाराजगी है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि खेत में ट्रैक्टर और थ्रेशर जैसी बड़ी मशीनरी लाकर पूरी फसल की थ्रेशिंग करना और उपज लेकर चले जाना गंभीर मामला है। ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस से आरोपियों की जल्द पहचान कर गिरफ्तार करने और चोरी गई सोयाबीन बरामद करने की मांग की। पीड़ित किसान जमना लाल पाटीदार ने रठांजना थाने में घटना की सूचना देकर अज्ञात चोरों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस घटनास्थल के आसपास की जानकारी जुटाने के साथ ही चोरों की पहचान और चोरी गई फसल की बरामदगी के प्रयास में जुटी है।0

अलवर: साइबर ठगी के लिए बैंक खाते देने वाला आरोपी गिरफ्तार; 7.05 लाख फ्रॉड उजागर
Alwar, Rajasthan:साइबर ठगी के लिए कमीशन पर बैंक खाते उपलब्ध कराने वाला आरोपी गिरफ्तार, 7.05 लाख का फ्रॉड लेनदेन उजागर अलवर। साइबर अपराध के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे साइबर संग्राम अभियान 3.0 के तहत अखैपुरा थाना पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए साइबर ठगी के लिए कमीशन पर बैंक खाते उपलब्ध कराने वाले एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी के कब्जे से वनप्लस 11R मोबाइल फोन भी बरामद किया है。 अखैपुरा थाना प्रभारी संजय शर्मा ने बताया कि पुलिस अधीक्षक सुधीर चौधरी (आईपीएस) के निर्देशन में साइबर अपराधों के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है। अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक मुख्यालय डॉ. दीपक कुमार और अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण डॉ. प्रियंका रघुवंशी के निर्देशन में पुलिस टीम ने यह कार्रवाई की। पुलिस के अनुसार, 1930 साइबर हेल्पलाइन और समन्वय पोर्टल पर दो बैंक खातों से संबंधित साइबर ठगी की शिकायतें दर्ज थीं। जांच के दौरान सामने आया कि आरोपी ने दोनों बैंक खाते कमीशन के बदले साइबर ठगी करने वालों को उपलब्ध कराए थे। इन खातों में साइबर ठगी की रकम ट्रांसफर करवाई जाती थी। पुलिस जांच में दोनों खातों के जरिए कुल 7 लाख 5 हजार रुपये का फ्रॉड लेनदेन सामने आया है। मामले में पुलिस ने दिपांशु उर्फ दीपू पुत्र हुकमचंद सैनी (25 वर्ष), निवासी विसारती पाड़ा, लादिया मोहल्ला, अलवर को गिरफ्तार किया है। उसके कब्जे से एक वनप्लस 11R मोबाइल फोन बरामद किया गया है। कार्रवाई में ASI घनश्याम की विशेष भूमिका रही। पुलिस मामले में आरोपी से पूछताछ के साथ आगे का अनुसंधान कर रही है।0
