Patna, Bihar:महागठबंधन और INDIA गठबंधन के अस्तित्व को लेकर जेडीयू प्रदेश अध्यक्ष उमेश कुशवाहा ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। उमेश कुशवाहा ने कहा कि नीतीश कुमार के अलग होने के समय ही INDIA गठबंधन समाप्त हो गया था, उन्होंने कहा कि महागठबंधन में है भी क्या INDIA गठबंधन कागज पर हो सकता है लेकिन हम इसे नहीं मानते। चुनाव आयोग पर धांधली के आरोपों को लेकर भी उमेश कुशवाहा ने विपक्ष पर निशाना साधा, उन्होंने कहा कि अगर चुनाव में धांधली हुई है तो तेजस्वी यादव पहले इस्तीफा दें और उनके 25 विधायक भी इस्तीफा दें इसके बाद ही कोई बात की जा सकती है। उमेश कुशवाहा ने महागठबंधन के नेताओं पर तंज कसते हुए नाच न जाने, आंगन टेढ़ा वाली कहावत का जिक्र किया। दिल्ली के कांग्रेस नेताओं और बिहार के विपक्षी नेताओं पर टिप्पणी करते हुए उन्होंने कहा दिल्ली में पप्पू, बिहार में डब्बू । उमेश कुशवाहा ने साफ कहा कि जेडीयू ने कह दिया है कि वह महागठबंधन में है ही नहीं0

हरियाणा में पूर्व अग्निवीरों को 3,685 पद: पुलिस, जेल, वन विभाग में आरक्षण
Chandigarh, Chandigarh:चंडीगढ़: हरियाणा सरकार ने पूर्व अग्निवीरों को सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण देने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाया है। सरकार के उपलब्ध आदेशों और विभागों से मांगी गई पदवार जानकारी के अनुसार पुलिस, जेल और वन विभाग में पूर्व अग्निवीरों के लिए कुल 3,685 पद आरक्षित किए गए हैं। इनमें हरियाणा पुलिस में 2,790 पद, जेल विभाग में 637 पद और वन विभाग में 258 पद शामिल हैं। हरियाणा सरकार ने पूर्व अग्निवीरों के लिए पुलिस कांस्टेबल, जेल वार्डर और फॉरेस्ट गार्ड जैसे पदों पर 20 फीसदी क्षैतिज आरक्षण का prावधान किया है। जुलाई 2026 में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद सरकार ने इस संबंध में आरक्षण व्यवस्था को और स्पष्ट किया था। इसके बाद मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय की ओर से अगस्त 2026 में सभी संबंधित विभागों से पूर्व अग्निवीरों के लिए आरक्षित सीधी भर्ती के पदों की पदवार और श्रेणीवार स्थिति मांगी गई थी। सरकारी व्यवस्था के तहत पुलिस विभाग में आरक्षित 2,790 पदों में कांस्टेबल सहित विभिन्न पद शामिल हैं। जेल विभाग में पुरुष और महिला वार्डर के पद तथा वन विभाग में फॉरेस्ट गार्ड के पद शामिल किए गए हैं। अग्निवीरों को मिलेगा इन पदों पर लाभ पुलिस कांस्टेबल जेल वार्डर फॉरेस्ट गार्ड आईआरबी और एसडीआरएफ से जुड़े पद फायर ऑपरेटर-कम-ड्राइवर कुछ अन्य संबंधित पद सरकार के अनुसार पूर्व अग्निवीरों को निर्धारित आयु सीमा में छूट तथा संबंधित पदों पर शारीरिक दक्षता और अन्य पात्रता शर्तों में भी नियमानुसार राहत का प्रावधान किया गया है।0

Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir Bhartiya Yuva Morcha state president Arun Prabhat said the party would continue to raise issues concerning the people both inside and outside the Legislative Assembly, while accusing the National Conference-led government of failing to address key election promises. Speaking to Zee Media during his visit to Kokernag, Prabhat said the BJP’s repeated protests and walkouts in the Assembly were linked to what he described as the government’s failure to focus on development and deliver on commitments made to voters during the elections. He referred to promises including 200 units of free electricity, free LPG cylinders, employment opportunities, one lakh jobs and financial assistance of ₹4,000 for the eldest woman in a household, and said the BJP would continue to remind the government of these commitments. Prabhat said the BJP, which has 29 MLAs in the Assembly, would raise the concerns of ordinary citizens, including youth, economically weaker sections and people living in remote and tribal areas. “We will continue this fight with full determination, both inside and outside the Assembly, and remind people of the promises made to them,” Prabhat said. Asked about reports concerning the demolition of around 600 old mosques in the country, Prabhat said he did not have information about who had carried out the demolitions or when they had taken place. He, however, referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s stated principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” and said the country’s progress must involve the development of all sections of society. He said the Assembly's resolution seeking restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir was passed, while the final day of the session, September 30, would include a discussion on the report concerning the Jal Shakti Department before the proceedings conclude. On the ongoing controversy surrounding the Election Commission of India and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, Omar said the allegations should not simply be dismissed and called for the poll body to improve its functioning. He said the concerns were not raised only by political parties, but followed a newspaper investigation, and argued that the Election Commission should address such allegations rather than attempt to cover them up. Bhat said that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha have stated that Jammu and Kashmir will get statehood, although certain terms and conditions may be involved. However, he expressed concern over the ongoing controversy and repeated disruptions in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, saying that such developments are diverting attention from the immediate issues confronting the people. He said the government should first focus on the rehabilitation of around 80,000 displaced families and address their basic needs. He also highlighted concerns related to pensioners and contractors, saying these issues require immediate attention. “ We welcome the restoration of statehood, but at present, the government should concentrate on the issues affecting the common people,” Bhat said. He also stressed the need for greater attention to the tourism sector, saying that tourism has yet to fully recover and that efforts are required to revive the sector and strengthen the local economy. Referring to the BJP's approach to the issue, Bhat said the party is raising the matter in its own manner. He cited Delhi as an example, saying that despite being a Union Territory, its government continues to focus on development and governance. Bhat maintained that the Jammu and Kashmir government should similarly prioritise development, public welfare and the resolution of day-to-day problems faced by citizens. He said the issue of statehood can be addressed subsequently, while the immediate priority should remain the people and their pressing concerns.0

Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Chief Spokesperson and State Secretary Muntazir Mohidin has reiterated the party’s long-standing demand for the restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, while welcoming the discussion on the issue in the Legislative Assembly. Mohidin said Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s position on restoration of statehood is an important issue, and pointed out that Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari had extended support to the demand from the very beginning. However, he stressed that the government must now move beyond statements and discussions and present a clear, practical and time-bound roadmap for restoration of statehood. The Apni Party said that merely raising the issue in the Assembly is not enough and urged the government to clearly spell out the next course of action and work towards achieving concrete results. Reacting to statements from the BJP, Mohidin alleged that the party had failed to fulfil its commitments to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, with several assurances remaining at the level of statements rather than translating into concrete action. The Apni Party also questioned how long the people of Jammu and Kashmir would have to wait for restoration of statehood, noting that six years have passed since the reorganisation of the erstwhile state in 2019. The party called for a structured political and governmental programme on the issue and reiterated its demand for a joint platform and coordination committee involving political parties to collectively pursue matters concerning the rights and interests of Jammu and Kashmir. Mohidin also criticised the functioning of the Legislative Assembly, alleging that several important issues and proposed legislations have been delayed. He referred to matters related to liquor, reservations and land, alleging that political disagreements and procedural disputes had prevented important business from moving forward. The Apni Party further alleged that repeated disruptions in the Assembly had diverted attention from issues directly affecting the people and resulted in expenditure of public money without sufficient legislative outcomes. With the Assembly session approaching its conclusion, the party urged all political parties to focus on substantive public issues and ensure that legislative proceedings are not dominated by repeated disruptions and political confrontation.0

Referring to the no-confidence motion moved against the Speaker, Thakur drew a comparison with proceedings in Parliament and argued that the Speaker should not resume office until he proves his majority in the House. The BJP leader alleged that National Conference and the Speaker were attempting to run the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly according to their own approach. He said BJP legislators were protesting over what they described as issues concerning the functioning and conduct of the House. On the issue of restoration of statehood, Thakur said the BJP supports the restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. However, he questioned the raising of issues concerning the pre-1953 position, Article 370 and Article 35A in the Assembly. Thakur alleged that such issues were being raised to divert public attention from what he described as the failures of the National Conference-led government. He further argued that matters concerning Article 370 and Article 35A had already gone through constitutional and judicial processes and stressed that the Supreme Court's proceedings should be respected. The BJP leader also accused the National Conference of pursuing what he described as an agenda that was not in the interest of Jammu and Kashmir. These remain political allegations made by the BJP leader, and the National Conference may present its response. Focus on Outsourced Workers Thakur also raised the issue of outsourced employees working in Jammu and Kashmir. He said workers who have served the Union Territory for 10, 15, 20 or even 25 years deserve greater consideration and protection of their interests. Questioning the adequacy of monthly remuneration of around ₹7,000, Thakur said it was extremely difficult for families to meet essential expenses, including children's school fees, books, uniforms, food and housing, on such an income. He said the BJP would continue to raise the concerns of economically vulnerable workers and stand with them in seeking better protection of their interests. The remarks come amid continued political exchanges in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly over the Speaker's functioning, restoration of statehood, constitutional issues and the concerns of outsourced employees.0
