Settl, Uttar Pradesh:उत्तर प्रदेश के कारागार मंत्री दारा सिंह चौहान ने शुक्रवार को झांसी जिला कारागार में कौशल विकास के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त बंदियों को प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए। स्किल्ड इंडिया सोसाइटी ने उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन के तहत बंदियों को वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट, सॉफ्ट टॉयज, और ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग ट्रेड में प्रशिक्षण दिया। इस मौके पर बंदियों ने अपने बनाये टैडी बीयर मंत्री को दिखाए जिसकी मंत्री ने सराहना की। मंत्री ने बंदियों की काउंसलिंग की।

बारिश के बाद तराई पश्चिम के जंगल खुले, टाइगर देखने को उत्साह
Ramanagara, Karnataka:मानसून की विदाई के साथ ही तराई पश्चिम वन प्रभाग के फाटो और हाथी डंगर इको टूरिज्म जोन एक बार फिर पर्यटकों के लिए खोल दिए गए हैं, एक अक्टूबर से शुरू हुई जंगल सफारी को लेकर पर्यटकों में खासा उत्साह देखने को मिला, विधायक दीवान सिंह बिष्ट और डीएफओ तराई पश्चिमी पुनीत तोमर ने पर्यटन जोन का शुभारंभ किया, लंबे इंतजार के बाद जंगल में पहुंचे पर्यटकों टाइगर और दूसरे वन्यजीवों को करीब से देखने की उम्मीद के साथ सफारी पर रवाना हुए, वहीं इस शुरुआत के साथ नेचर गाइड, जिप्सी चालक और पर्यटन कारोबार से जुड़े लोगों के चेहरे पर भी रोजगार लौटने की खुशी दिखाई दी. मानसून के चलते बंद किए गए तराई पश्चिम वन प्रभाग के फाटो और हाथी डंगर इको टूरिज्म जोन एक अक्टूबर से पर्यटकों के लिए फिर खोल दिए गए हैं, शुभारंभ के मौके पर विधायक दीवान सिंह बिष्ट और डीएफओ तराई पश्चिमी पुनीत तोमर मौजूद रहे, फाटो जोन में सुबह की पाली में 50 और शाम की पाली में 50 जिप्सियों को सफारी की अनुमति है, वहीं हाथी डंगर जोन में सुबह और शाम की पाली में 25-25 जिप्सियां पर्यटकों को जंगल भ्रमण कराएंगी. इस बार फाटो आने वाले पर्यटकों के लिए नाइट सफारी भी खास आकर्षण का केंद्र रहेगी, फाटो में ट्री हाउस पर्यटकों के बीच खासे लोकप्रिय हैं, यहां दो ट्री हाउस में तीन कक्ष हैं. इसके अलावा पांच इको हट, ब्रिटिश बिल्डिंग में चार कक्ष, ओल्ड बिल्डिंग में दो कक्ष और पांच टेंट हाउस उपलब्ध हैं. इस तरह पर्यटकों के ठहरने के लिए कुल 19 कक्ष उपलब्ध हैं. वहीं नए सीजन के साथ फाटो और हाथी डंगर जोन में मोबाइल फोन को लेकर भी नए नियम लागू किए गए हैं। अब पर्यटकों अपने मोबाइल फोन जंगल सफारी के दौरान अपने साथ नहीं ले जा सकेंगे। उन्हें फोन निर्धारित लॉकर में जमा करना होगा. वहीं आज सुबह की पाली में जंगल सफारी पर जा रहे दिल्ली से आए पर्यटकों ने बताया कि वे बच्चों को जंगल और वन्यजीव दिखाने के लिए पहुंचे हैं,पर्यटकों ने कहा कि वे खास तौर पर टाइगर देखने को लेकर उत्साहित हैं और जंगल सफारी का अनुभव लेने के लिए काफी उत्सुक हैं. मानसून के बाद पर्यटन जोन खुलने से नेचर गाइडों में भी खुशी है, उनका कहना है कि लंबे समय बाद एक बार फिर उन्हें रोजगार से जुड़ने का अवसर मिला है. विधायक दीवान सिंह बिष्ट ने कहा कि बारिश के कारण सफारी मार्गों को नुकसान पहुंचा था, जिन्हें ठीक करने के बाद एक अक्टूबर से पर्यटन जोन को खोल दिया गया है, उन्होंने पर्यटकों का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि पर्यटक हमारे मेहमान हैं और उनके साथ अच्छा व्यवहार किया जाना चाहिए. उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यटन से केवल जिप्सी चालक और गाइड ही नहीं, बल्कि जिप्सी मालिक, ड्राइवर, मैकेनिक, चाय-रेस्टोरेंट संचालक और स्थानीय दुकानदारों समेत बड़ी संख्या में लोग जुड़े हैं. इसलिए पर्यटकों के साथ बेहतर व्यवहार से पूरे क्षेत्र के पर्यटन और रोजगार को लाभ मिलेगा फाटो और हाथी डंगर जोन के खुलने के साथ ही तराई पश्चिम के जंगल एक बार फिर पर्यटकों से गुलजार हो गए हैं, अब पर्यटकों की नजर जंगल के रोमांच के साथ टाइगर और अन्य वन्यजीवों की झलक पर है, वहीं स्थानीय पर्यटन कारोबारियों को भी आने वाले सीजन से रोजगार और कारोबार बढ़ने की उम्मीद है.0

महराजगंज नहर में डूबे किशोर का शव 24 घंटे बाद बरामद, परिजनों में कोहराम
Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh:एंकर- महराजगंज के कोल्हुई थाना क्षेत्र के गुर्चिहा गांव में नहर में डूबे 17 वर्षीय किशोर राजकुमार शर्मा का शव करीब 24 घंटे चले सर्च ऑपरेशन के बाद बरामद कर लिया गया है। शव मिलने के बाद परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है वहीं गांव में भी मातम का माहौल है। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम भेज अग्रिम विधि कार्रवाई में जुट गई है। दरअसल गुर्चिहा गांव निवासी 17 वर्षीय राजकुमार शर्मा मंगलवार रात करीब 8 बजे शौच के लिए नहर की तरफ गया था। इसी दौरान अचानक उसका पैर फिसल गया और वह गहरे पानी में चला गया। देखते ही देखते राजकुमार तेज बहाव में बह गया। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही परिजनों और ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी। इसके बाद कोल्हुई थाना पुलिस, राजस्व विभाग, NDRF और PAC की टीमों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। नहर में पानी के तेज बहाव और अंधेरा होने के बावजूद टीमें लगातार राजकुमार की तलाश में जुटी रहीं। ग्रामीण भी रेस्क्यू टीमों के साथ तलाश में जुटे रहे। करीब 24 घंटे की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद बुधवार देर रात घटनास्थल के पास नहर में राजकुमार का शव बरामद हुआ। शव मिलते ही परिजनों में चीख-पुकार मच गई। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए जिला अस्पताल भेज दिया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक मामले में आवश्यक विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है। फिलहाल पुलिस पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार कर रही है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद मौत के कारणों की स्थिति और स्पष्ट हो सकेगी। घटना के बाद से परिवार में मातम पसरा हुआ है.0

मुज़फ्फरपुर में बागमती-नारायणी-गंडक नदीयों से बाढ़, घर-स्कूल सब डूबे
Muzaffarpur, Bihar:Muzaffarpur में बागमती, नारायणी और गंडक नदियों की लहरों से बाढ़ आ गई है. गाँव से लेकर स्कूल तक पानी घुस गया है, घर डूबने से जीवन अस्त-वस्त हो गया है. जिले के बर्री पंचायत के पानी ने घरों को जलकैदी बना दिया है और कई विद्यालयों में भी पानी प्रवेश कर गया है जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई ठप है. नारायणी गंडक का बांध टूटने से पारु, जायमल, डुमरिया गाँव भी तहस-नहस हो गया है. मुजफ्फरपुर के लगभग 16 प्रखंडों में से 6 प्रखंड बाढ़ से घिर गए हैं.0

झारखंड खादी बोर्ड के कर्मियों ने वेतन न मिलने पर राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की
Ranchi, Jharkhand:रांची में झारखंड राज्य खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड के आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मियों ने आज राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार से मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याएं रखीं। कर्मियों का कहना है कि उन्हें पिछले 5 महीनों से वेतन नहीं मिला है। कर्मियों ने राज्यपाल को ज्ञापन सौंपकर 2017 में पारित स्थापना पुनर्गठन प्रस्ताव को लागू करने, आउटसोर्सिंग व्यवस्था खत्म करने और बुनकरों की लंबित मजदूरी का भुगतान कराने की मांग की। इसके अलावा, खाली पड़े मुख्य कार्यपालक पद को भरने और वर्ष 2019 से रिक्त अध्यक्ष पद पर नियुक्ति की मांग भी की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि आउटसोर्सिंग व्यवस्था के कारण कर्मचारियों को कम वेतन मिलता है, जबकि उनकी मेहनत का लाभ थर्ड पार्टी कंपनी को मिलता है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस व्यवस्था को जल्द खत्म किया जाना चाहिए। कर्मियों के मुताबिक, राज्यपाल ने उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और जल्द मुख्यमंत्री से बातचीत कर समाधान के लिए कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।0

अंबाला में निर्माणाधीन इमारतों का सर्वे, तीन श्रेणियों में खतरे के अनुसार कार्रवाई
Ambala, Haryana:अंबाला शहर में निर्माणाधीन बहुमंजिला इमारतों को लेकर प्रशासन ने अब सख्ती शुरू कर दी है। जिले में इमारत गिरने जैसी घटनाओं की रोकथाम और लोगों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्माणाधीन बहुमंजिला और व्यावसायिक इमारतों का विशेष सर्वे करवाया जाएगा। जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के आदेश पर नगर निगम ने इसको लेकर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। अवैध निर्माण की जानकारी देने वाले का नाम गुप्त रखने की बात भी नगर निगम कमिश्नर ने कही। अंबाला जिले में अब निर्माणाधीन बहुमंजिला और व्यावसायिक इमारतों के साथ-साथ पुरानी, जर्जर और असुरक्षित इमारतों की भी पहचान की जाएगी। यह सर्वे 13 अक्टूबर तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। जिसमे नगर निगम कमिश्नर व डिप्टी नगर निगम कमिश्नर को जिले के सभी शहरी स्थानीय निकायों के लिए नोडल अधिकारी बनाया गया है। संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि इंजीनियरिंग विंग, जिला नगर योजनाकार और लोक निर्माण विभाग की संयुक्त टीमें निर्माणाधीन इमारतों और व्यावसायिक भवनों का सर्वे करें। सर्वे के दौरान भवन का नक्शा पास है या नहीं और निर्माण स्वीकृत नक्शे के अनुसार हो रहा है या नहीं, उसकी जांच होगी। इसके अलावा हरियाणा बिल्डिंग कोड-2017 के तहत स्ट्रक्चरल स्टेबिलिटी सर्टिफिकेट और पंजीकृत स्ट्रक्चरल इंजीनियर की निगरानी की भी जांच की जाएगी। निर्माण सामग्री की गुणवत्ता, शटरिंग, खुदाई और बेसमेंट की सुरक्षा, आसपास की इमारतों की सुरक्षा और मजदूरों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को भी जांच के दायरे में रखा गया है। हर इमारत के लिए अलग प्रोफार्मा भरा जाएगा, जिस पर संबंधित अधिकारियों और प्रतिनिधियों के हस्ताक्षर होंगे।सर्वे के बाद इमारतों को तीन श्रेणियों में बांटा जाएगा। श्रेणी ए में गंभीर संरचनात्मक खतरे वाली इमारतें होंगी, जहां काम तुरंत रुकवाने और जरूरत पड़ने पर इमारत खाली करवाने की कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। श्रेणी बी में महत्वपूर्ण कमियां मिलने पर सुधार का नोटिस देकर दोबारा निरीक्षण किया जाएगा। वहीं श्रेणी सी में नियमों के अनुरूप इमारतों को रखा जाएगा और निर्माण पूरा होने तक समय-समय पर जांच जारी रहेगी। नगर निगम कमिश्नर - वीरेंद्र सहरावत। नगर निगम कमिश्नर ने बताया अवैध निर्माण की जानकारी देने वालों का नाम गुप्त रखा जाएगा। लोग अवैध निर्माण की जानकारी देंगे तो उनके नाम की जानकारी कहीं भी सांझा नही की जाएगी और उस पर 48 घण्टो में एक्शन लिया जाएगा। वहीं जिले में खण्डर व जर्जर बिल्डिंगों के भी सर्वे करवाने की बात कही। उन्होंने बताया इसके लिए एक कमेटी का गठन कर दिया गया है। जो इनका निरीक्षण कर कार्रवाई करेगी।0

गढ़वा में स्वच्छता पखवाड़े के दौरान अधिकारीयों ने चलाया सड़क सफाई अभियान
Narayanpur, Jharkhand:स्वच्छता पखवाड़े के अवसर पर गढ़वा में जिले के अधिकारियों ने करीब तीन किलोमीटर तक स्वच्छता अभियान चलाया। हाथों में झाड़ू लेकर डीसी, एसपी समेत तमाम अधिकारियों ने शहरवासियों को स्वच्छता का संदेश दिया। अभियान के बाद अधिकारियों ने वृक्षारोपण किया और लोगों को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक रहने की शपथ भी दिलाई। गढ़वा टाउन हॉल के मैदान में आयोजित स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत स्वच्छता की शपथ के साथ हुई। डीसी पीएन मिश्रा ने एसपी समेत जिले के तमाम अधिकारियों, नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष और स्वच्छता कर्मियों को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने की शपथ दिलाई। इसके बाद चिनियां मोड़ से जिला समाहरणालय तक करीब तीन किलोमीटर लंबा स्वच्छता अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खुद डीसी और एसपी कर रहे थे। हाथों में झाड़ू लेकर अधिकारियों ने सड़क किनारे सफाई की और लोगों को अपने आसपास स्वच्छता बनाए रखने के लिए जागरूक किया। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने यह संदेश देने की कोशिश की कि स्वच्छता महज औपचारिकता नहीं, बल्कि हर व्यक्ति की जिम्मेदारी है। स्वच्छता अभियान के बाद जिला समाहरणालय परिसर में डीसी, एसपी समेत अन्य अधिकारियों ने वृक्षारोपण किया। डीसी ने कहा कि स्वच्छता पखवाड़े का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को अपने आसपास साफ-सफाई रखने के प्रति जागरूक करना है, ताकि गढ़वा को स्वच्छ और सुंदर बनाया जा सके।0

District-Level Kabaddi Championship Concluded in Bandipora The kabaddi championship organised by the J&K Police in collaboration with the District Sports Advisory Board, Bandipora, concluded at Bagh High School in Bandipora. The final was played between Harmukh Warriors Bandipora and Mehraj Kabaddi Club Hajin, in which Harmukh beat Mehraj club with 11 points bringing the championship to a close. The tournament commenced on September 27 and witnessed participation from eight teams. The championship was organised under Khelo Bandipora-2026 as part of the Civic Action Programme of District Police Bandipora, with the objective of promoting sports and encouraging youth participation in competitive sporting activities. Speaking to media, Faisal Ali Padma Shri Awardee said the initiative provided athletes interested in kabaddi, volleyball and rugby with platforms to showcase their talent. He said District Police Bandipora had organised cricket, volleyball, rugby and kabaddi activities across the district, giving several new athletes an opportunity to participate and compete. Jagmohan Singh Raina said political parties must move beyond political confrontation and give priority to issues directly affecting the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Raina said the restoration of statehood remains an important issue and called for a clear and meaningful roadmap on the matter. He maintained that the issue should be discussed seriously in the Legislative Assembly rather than being overshadowed by repeated disruptions. Taking aim at both the National Conference and the BJP, Raina said political differences should not come at the cost of public issues. He stressed that elected representatives are accountable to the people and have a responsibility to raise their grievances effectively inside the House. “People expect the Assembly to discuss their problems, question the government and demand accountability. The House should become a platform for solutions, not political confrontation,” Raina said. He said issues concerning statehood, employment, development, governance, public services and accountability require sustained attention and concrete action. Raina’s remarks came as the Assembly continued to witness heated exchanges and disruptions, with the functioning of the House once again becoming a major point of discussion. He urged political parties and legislators to ensure that the Assembly’s proceedings remain centred on the concerns of the people and that political disagreements do not derail substantive debate on Jammu and Kashmir’s key issues.0

Srinagar, Uttarakhand:BJP MLA Randhawa criticised the National Conference-led government, alleging that it had failed to provide relief to the general public. Randhawa said that no significant bill was passed during the session in favour of daily wagers, Anganwadi workers and ASHA workers, despite these employees having been protesting and raising their demands for a long time. He said the BJP raised several public issues in the Assembly and that many issues concerning the people of Jammu and Kashmir were highlighted during the seven-day session. However, he alleged that the ruling party failed to provide answers to the issues raised by the opposition, calling this very unfortunate. Randhawa further said that hundreds of issues concerning the people of J&K could not be discussed because of the shortage of time. He said the expectations of the people from the Assembly session had ultimately remained unfulfilled.0

Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, chaired a Public Outreach Programme at Tourist Facilitation Centre, Lalmarg, Chountwaliwar, Block Lar, aimed at listening to the grievances, issues and demands of the general public and ensuring their prompt resolution. During the programme, the people from the village and adjoining areas apprised the Deputy Commissioner of various issues and demands pertaining to road connectivity, irrigation, drinking water supply, tourism promotion, infrastructure and other developmental matters. The DC gave a patient hearing to the public and took up the issues with the officers from various line departments present on the occasion. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to examine the grievances raised by the public on priority and ensure their time-bound redressal. Directions for resolution of various issues were issued on the spot, while matters requiring further examination were referred to the concerned departments for necessary action. The DC directed the concerned departments to address the irrigation-related issues raised by the public and ensure that necessary measures are taken to improve irrigation facilities in the identified areas. He also directed the concerned agencies to examine the requirements of areas facing drinking water shortages and ensure provision of adequate water supply to the affected habitations. The Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned agencies to accord priority to road connectivity and other essential infrastructure and directed that the issues raised regarding roads and public facilities be resolved at the earliest. Reviewing tourism related issues and potential, the DC called for greater focus on promotion of tourism in the area and directed the concerned departments to explore measures for boosting tourism activities and creating better facilities for visitors and trekkers. He stressed upon the concerned agencies to work towards promotion of homestays and other basic facilities at suitable locations to support trekking and tourism-related activities, encouraging local participation in tourism and generating livelihood opportunities for the local population. The DC further directed the concerned officers to ensure effective publicity of government schemes so that the local population is adequately informed and can avail the benefits of various development and livelihood initiatives. The Deputy Commissioner emphasised that all grievances raised during the outreach programme should be properly recorded and followed up by the concerned departments. He directed the officers to undertake necessary field visits wherever required and ensure that genuine public grievances are redressed in a time bound manner. The Deputy Commissioner reiterated the commitment of the District Administration towards responsive governance, effective grievance redressal and regular public outreach, and directed all concerned departments to ensure prompt action on the demands and issues brought forth by the people. The programme was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Programme Officer ICDS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Education Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, concerned Executive Engineers, Assistant Director Employment, Tehsildar Lar, Block Development Officer Lar, District Social Welfare Officer, Lead District Manager and other concerned officers.0

Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir: Security has been significantly intensified across Srinagar following the killing of a wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba commander in the ongoing Budgam operation. A massive search and checking operation is underway in Srinagar’s downtown areas, particularly around Munawarabad, with CRPF and other security agencies maintaining a strong security presence. Multiple checkpoints and barricades have been established at key entry, exit and connecting points. Security personnel are carrying out intensive checking of vehicles and pedestrians, including identity-card verification, frisking and inspection of bags. Security teams are also checking shops, hotels and other establishments as part of the ongoing operation. In some locations, mobile phones are reportedly being checked during the verification process. Several movement points have been restricted and additional barricades have been deployed to regulate movement and prevent any suspicious activity. The heightened security measures follow security inputs regarding the possible movement of suspects in the city and come shortly after the reported killing of a wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba commander during the Budgam encounter. Security forces remain deployed at strategic locations across the area, while search and verification operations continue. The security grid has been tightened across Srinagar, with agencies maintaining heightened vigilance and closely monitoring movement in sensitive areas.0
