Census-2027 Phase-II Ramban में CPCO Amit Sharma ने तैयारीयों की समीक्षा
Census-2027: CPCO Amit Sharma Reviews Phase-II Preparations in Snow-Bound Ramban Preparations for the second phase of Census-2027, the Population Enumeration exercise, have gained momentum in the snow-bound areas of Ramban district. Director Census Operations and Chief Principal Census Officer, J&K and Ladakh, Amit Sharma, reviewed the preparations with senior officers in Ramban. The snow-bound areas of the district are set to cover around 2.28 lakh people under the Population Enumeration exercise. The meeting focused on preparations for Population Enumeration, training of Census functionaries, Self-Enumeration, geo-tagging and demarcation of Enumeration Blocks, besides strengthening public awareness. CPCO Amit Sharma stressed the need for coordinated efforts by all stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate and timely enumeration. He also directed the administration to ensure that residents of snow-bound areas receive clear and authentic information about Self-Enumeration and the upcoming Population Enumeration exercise. AMIT SHARMA, DCO/CPCO said, “Census-2027 is an important national exercise. It is essential that all stakeholders work together to ensure complete, accurate and timely enumeration, particularly in the snow-bound areas.” Officials informed the meeting that training of District and Charge Census Officers, Census officials and field trainers has already been completed. Training of Supervisors and Enumerators at the charge level is scheduled from August 20 to August 29, 2026. Self-Enumeration in the snow-bound areas is being conducted from August 17 to August 31. The administration has been directed to undertake extensive publicity through local media, newspapers, electronic and social media platforms. Awareness messages are also being encouraged in Hindi, English and local languages, with activities at Panchayat and Ward levels. Ramban district has 88 snow-bound villages and 86 non-snow-bound villages. Population Enumeration in the snow-bound areas is planned to cover 2,27,785 people through 388 Enumeration Blocks. For the exercise, 426 Enumerators and 78 Supervisors, including reserves, will be deployed. The preparations cover the snow-bound areas of Banihal, Khari, Pogal-Paristan, Ramsoo, Ramban, Batote, Rajgarh and Gool. Later, CPCO Amit Sharma, along with Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan and Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Minga Sherpa, interacted with media persons and briefed them about the ongoing Census preparations. He urged the media to play an active role in creating awareness, particularly about Self-Enumeration among residents of snow-bound areas. Meanwhile, a deputation from Pogal-Paristan also met the CPCO and submitted a memorandum seeking inclusion of the Pogli dialect, commonly spoken in Ramban and adjoining areas. The Census authorities emphasized coordinated efforts between the administration, Census officials, field functionaries and local stakeholders to ensure a transparent, comprehensive and accurate Census-2027 exercise. With the Population Enumeration phase approaching, the administration is focusing on training, public awareness and field preparedness to ensure that difficult terrain and snow-bound conditions do not leave any resident outside the Census exercise.0

barahat, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand:उत्तरकाशी: श्रम विभाग द्वारा राज्य सरकार की किट वितरण जारी है, लेकिन लाभार्थियों की भारी भीड़ है, खासकर महिलाएं धूप में सुबह से खड़ी हैं और श्रम विभाग की लापरवाही सामने आ रही है कि एक साथ भारी संख्या में लाभार्थियों को किट वितरण हेतु बुला दिया गया गया। लाभार्थियों का कहना है कि अच्छा होता कि यह किट ग्राम सभा में ग्राम प्रधानों के द्वारा वितरित की जाती ताकि इस प्रकार की अव्यवस्था न दिखे। रामलीला मैदान में भारी मात्रा जलभराव भी हो रखा है, लेकिन बावजूद इसके भारी संख्या में महिलाएं और पुरुष लंबी लाइन लगाकर अपनी बारी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। महिलाओं का कहना है कि अव्यवस्था के कारण हम जहां पर सुबह खड़े थे वहीं पर अभी भी खड़े हैं लेकिन लाइन आगे नहीं बढ़ रही है। यह श्रम विभाग की बड़ी लापरवाही है। किट में क्या सामग्री है लाभार्थियों को पता नहीं।0

अनपरा में जारी बारिश ने जल निकासी खामियों का पर्दाफाश किया

Dungarpur, Rajasthan:दौलपुरा पंचायत के गडा अरेण्डिया के ग्रामीणों का कलेक्ट्रेट पर प्रदर्शन परेशान, औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए आवंटित भूमि निरस्त करने की मांग डूंगरपुर जिले की दौलपुरा पंचायत के गडा अरेण्डिया गांव के ग्रामीणों ने गांव में रीको औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए भूमि आवंटन के विरोध में कलेक्ट्रेट पर प्रदर्शन किया। वही ग्रामीणों ने कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन सौंपकर ग्रामीणों की आजीविका बचाने के लिए रीको औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए आवंटित भूमि को निरस्त करने की मांग की है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गडा अरेण्डिया गांव में लगभग 350 परिवार रहते हैं, जिनकी आजीविका पूरी तरह से कृषि और पशुपालन पर निर्भर है। प्रशासन द्वारा इस क्षेत्र की महत्वपूर्ण भूमि को रीको औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए आवंटित कर दिया गया है, जिसका ग्रामीण विरोध कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि यह भूमि उनके पशुपालन और सिंचाई का एकमात्र जरिया है। वहां सिंचाई के लिए 3 एनीकट, एक मॉडल तालाब और श्मशान घाट भी स्थित हैं। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पहले भी इस भूमि पर आवासीय विद्यालय और अन्य कार्यों के लिए प्रस्ताव आया था, जिसे ग्रामीणों ने निरस्त करवाया था। 2021 में भी रीको के लिए हुए आवंटन का विरोध किया गया था, लेकिन तीन महीने पहले इसे फिर से आवंटित कर दिया गया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि भविष्य में इस भूमि को खेल मैदान, पंचायत भवन, विद्यालय, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और पशुपालन के लिए आरक्षित रखा गया है। ग्रामीणों ने जिला कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन सौंपकर ग्रामीणों के हित में ग्रामीणों की आजीविका बचाने के लिए रीको औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए आवंटित भूमि को निरस्त करने की मांग की है। बाइट - रामलाल मीणा ग्रामीण गडा अरेण्डिया0

पिपलकोटी टनल हादसे में 11 मजदूरों की मौत, मुआवजे और जांच के आस-पास बढ़ी चिंता
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ऋषिकेश, उत्तराखंड। पिपलकोटी टनल हादसे पर गढ़वाल कमिश्नर आनंद स्वरूप ने कहा, "कल शाम तक हम लोगों ने बचाव अभियान पूरा कर लिया था। इसमें सभी मजदूरों को रेस्क्यू किया गया था जिसमें से 10 मजदूरों की दुखद मृत्यु हुई थी। अभी 12 मजदूरों का इलाज हो रहा था मगर पता चला कि उसमें से भी 1 मजदूर की आज सुबह मृत्यु हो गई। कुल 11 लोगों की मृत्यु हो गई और अभी 11 लोगों का इलाज चल रहा है। अब मुआवजा THDC और उनके साथ करने वाली कंपनी को तय करना है... ये जो घटना हुई है उसके कारणों का पता करने के लिए जिला अधिकारी ने जांच के आदेश दिए हैं।"0

रोड नंबर 7 फैक्ट्री में 5 फीट कोबरा पकड़ा गया, रॉकी डेनियल ने रेस्क्यू किया
Kota, Rajasthan:रोड नंबर 7 की फैक्ट्री में घुसा 5 फीट लंबा कोबरा, रॉकी डेनियल ने किया रेस्क्यू कोटा में रोड नंबर 7 स्थित एक फैक्ट्री में उस समय हड़कंप मच गया, जब करीब 5 फीट लंबा कोबरा सांप दिखाई दिया। सांप फैक्ट्री परिसर से होते हुए लहसुन के गोदाम में जा घुसा। सांप को देखकर कर्मचारियों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई और तत्काल स्नेक कैचर को सूचना दी गई। निगम के रेस्क्यू एक्सपर्ट रॉकी डेनियल मौके पर पहुंचे और सावधानीपूर्वक रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। काफी मशक्कत के बाद रॉकी डेनियल ने कोबरा को सुरक्षित पकड़ लिया। इसके बाद सांप को वन्य क्षेत्र में ले जाकर प्राकृतिक वातावरण में आजाद कर दिया गया। रॉकी डेनियल ने लोगों से अपील की कि सांप दिखाई देने पर उसे छेड़ने या मारने के बजाय विशेषज्ञ को सूचना दें।0

RLJP नेता संजय सराफ ने कश्मीरी पंडितों की सुरक्षा के लिए एकजुट रहने की अपील
Srinagar, Uttarakhand:National Spokesperson of the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP), Sanjay Saraf, has strongly condemned the threats reportedly received by members of the Kashmiri Pandit community and called for unity, courage and continued efforts to ensure their safety and dignity. Speaking during a party meeting, Saraf said, “Kashmiri Pandits have received threats. Kashmiri Pandits will not be afraid of these things.” Saraf stressed that attempts to create fear or insecurity among the community should not be allowed to succeed. He said the response to any such threat must remain peaceful, firm and united, while urging the authorities to take appropriate steps to ensure the security of Kashmiri Pandits. He further emphasised the importance of protecting the dignity, rights and safety of the community and maintaining an atmosphere in which every citizen can live without fear. Saraf said that Kashmiri Pandits have faced difficult circumstances in the past, but threats and intimidation should not weaken their resolve. He called for collective courage and continued efforts to strengthen peace, communal harmony and security in Jammu and Kashmir. The RLJP leader also appealed to people to remain calm and avoid actions that could create further tension, while urging the administration and security agencies to remain vigilant and respond appropriately to any genuine security concerns. Saraf's statement comes amid renewed discussions over the safety and security of the Kashmiri Pandit community. He maintained that efforts to spread fear must be countered through unity, peaceful resistance and effective security measures.0

Kulgam, 3,000 Farmer IDs Generated in Kulgam in Three Days Under AgriStack Initiative Kulgam: Farmer ID generation camps are being conducted across several villages of Kulgam district under the AgriStack initiative, with the process being actively monitored by the District Administration. The initiative aims to create a digital identity for farmers, linking their details with land and agricultural records and enabling them to access various government schemes and services in a more transparent, efficient and convenient manner. The Farmer ID will also help in maintaining updated and systematic records of farmers and their landholdings. Speaking about the progress, Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Shahzad Alam (IAS), said that around 3,000 Farmer IDs have been generated in the district during the last three days. He said the ongoing drive is an important step towards strengthening digital governance in the agriculture sector and ensuring that farmers’ records are accurately maintained. The AgriStack Farmer ID is expected to facilitate farmers in accessing a range of government services and agricultural benefits, including Kisan loans, obtaining Intikhab (land records), availing themselves of various welfare schemes and accessing other farmer-centric services. The Deputy Commissioner urged all eligible farmers to actively participate in the ongoing camps and get their Farmer IDs generated at the designated centres. He stressed that timely registration will help farmers access government services and benefits more conveniently through the digital system. The District Administration has called upon the concerned departments and field functionaries to ensure effective mobilisation and facilitation of farmers so that the Farmer ID generation process is completed smoothly across the district.0

पुंछ दराबा में शहीद मुश्ताक अहमद के बलिदान से स्मारक मातृभूमि की रक्षा का संदेश
Chikri Ban, एंकर: पुंछ जिले के बुफलियाज ब्लॉक के दराबा गांव में शहीद राइफलमैन मुश्ताक अहमद की याद में स्थापित स्मारक देश की रक्षा के लिए उनके सर्वोच्च बलिदान की गवाही दे रहा है,,,,शहीद की पत्नी ने स्कूल का नाम शहीद मुश्ताक के नाम पर रखने की मांग की है। वीओ: पुंछ जिले के दराबा गांव में सरकारी प्रेमरी स्कूल में बना यह शहीদ स्मारक वीर राइफलमैन मुश्ताक अहमद की शहादत को समर्पित है। जानकारी के अनुसार, राइफलमैन मुश्ताक अहमद, 5 JAKLI से संबंधित थे और 27 राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स के साथ सेवा दे रहे थे। उन्होंने 13 जुलाई 1998 को ऑपरेशन रक्षक, हरि बुधा, सुरनकोट, पुंछ में देश के लिए अपने प्राण न्योछावर किए। वह सरदार अली मलिक के पुत्र थे। वही सेना की 16 राष्ट्र राइफल्स बटालियन इस स्मारक का निर्माण इस 15 अगस्त को कीया था, सेना की इस कोशिश को लोगों ने भी तारीफ की है सेना की तरफ से बनाए गए इस स्मारक को स्थानीय लोगों और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को शहीद के बलिदान की याद दिलाता है। स्मारक पर प्रधानमंत्री का यह संदेश भी अंकित है कि मातृभूमि के लिए जीना ही स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों और शहीदों के प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि है। शहीद मुश्ताक अहमद का बलिदान पुंछ की धरती की उस वीर परंपरा का प्रतीक है, जहां देश की सुरक्षा के लिए जवानों ने अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर किया। शहीद कभी मरते नहीं, वे देश की स्मृतियों और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के दिलों में हमेशा जीवित रहते हैं। वही शहीद की पत्नी ने स्कूल का नाम शहीद मुश्ताक के नाम पर रखने की मांग की है。 शॉट्स और बाईट0

उज्जैन: CM मोहन यादव की विकास समीक्षा, सती गेट चौड़ीकरण और कलेक्टर भवन निरीक्षण
