Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh:भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन और पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से झांसी रेल मंडल में सतर्कता सप्ताह की शुरुआत हुई। आज, 28 अक्टूबर 2024 को, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक दीपक कुमार सिन्हा ने रेल मंडल कार्यालय परिसर में अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को सत्यनिष्ठा की शपथ दिलाई। झांसी रेल मंडल में यह सतर्कता सप्ताह 28 अक्टूबर से 3 नवंबर 2024 तक मनाया जा रहा है। इस दौरान मंडल रेल प्रबंधक ने विभिन्न विभागों में आयोजित किए जाने वाले सेमिनार और कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी ली।

अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह के पास नशेड़ियों के हंगामे से दहशत बनी
Ajmer, Rajasthan:रियासत राजस्थान के अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह इलाके में नशेड़ियों की दहशत अब इस कदर बढ़ गया है की दरगाह और उसके आसपास रहने वालों का जीना दुश्वार हो गया है। जिसका सबूत सोशेल मीडिया पर गर्दिश करता गुजिश्ता शब का एक वीडियो है। जिसमे एक नशेड़ी ने दरगाह के 10 नंबर गेट पर इस कदर हंगामा और मारपीट मचाई की पुलिस सिक्योरिटी गार्ड पर हमला करना शुरू कर दिया। यहां तक की 10 नंबर गेट पर ड्यूटी पर तैनात पुलिस सिपाही ने उसे दरगाह में दाखिल होने पर रोका तो उसने सिपाही को भी नहीं बख्शा और उस पर भी हमला कर दिया। मौके पर दरगाह कमेटी और पुलिस के तैनात जवानों पर इस नशेड़ी ने हमला कर उन्हें जख्मी कर दिया। इस दरमियान मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने इस नशेड़ी को पकड़ा और लात घूंसों से धो दिया, जिससे वह भी जख्मी हो गया। नग्गे जिस्म ये नशेड़ी शख्स दरगाह में घुसने की पूरी कोशिश करता रहा, यहां तक कि शाहज़ानि मस्जिद के किनारे भी पहुंच गया। मौके की नज़ाकत और ज़ायरीन की हिफाज़त को देखते हुए नशेड़ी शख्स को गेट से वापस लौटा दिया गया। लेकिन जाते जाते पुलिसकर्मी, दरगाह कमेटी के चपड़ासी और लीजेंड सिक्योरिटी गार्ड को भी धमकी दे गया। वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि काफी देर तक चले इस हंगामा मारपीट और लात घुसो से माहौल गरमा गया। इस पूरे हंगामे का वीडियो मौके पर मौजूद चश्मदीद लोगो ने अपने मोबाइल में कैद कर उसे सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल कर दिया। ग़ौरतलब है कि आलमी मशहूर अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह पर दुनिया भर से ज़ायरीन अमन सुकून हासिल करने पहुंचते हैं, लेकिन ऐसे में खानाबदोश और नशेड़ियों के दरगाह के आसपास डेरा डालने और जमावड़े से इस तरह के शर्मनाक मामले अक्सर सामने आते है। आलम तो अब ये हो गया है की हर रोज भिखारी,खानाबदोश और नशेड़ियों के झगड़े आम हो गए है। देखने वाली बात यह है की दरगाह के आसपास नशेड़ियों की बढ़ती दहशत, चोरी,जेबतराशी गाली गलौच तक सीमित नही रही बल्कि अब खुन खराबा,चाकू छुरी तक पहुंच गई है। मकामियो के मुताबिक़ इन सब की वजह दरगाह इलाके में खुले आम चल रहे नशे का कारोबार है। यही वजह है कि नशेड़ियों पर पुलिस की अनदेखी इस बार उन्हें पर हावी होती नजर आई है। जहां दरगाह के 10 नंबर गेट पर तैनात पुलिस के सिपाहियों पर ही नशेड़ी ने हमला कर दिया। फिलहाल इस नशेड़ी को गेट नंबर 10 से वापस बाहर कर दिया गया, लेकिन जाते-जाते पुलिस कर्मी और दरगाह कमेटी के कर्मचारियों को बाद में देख लेने की धमकी भी दे गया। बताते चले कि दरगाह इलाक़ा और गेट नम्बर 10 के आस पास नशे का कारोबार खुले आम चलता है,ऐसे में अगर अब भी पुलिस नींद से नही जागी और नशेड़ियों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही अमल में नही लाई गई,तो आगे बड़ी वारदातों से भी अंजान नही रहा जा सकता।0

शेख इशफाक जाब्बार ने वर्पाश में बुनियादी सुविधाओं के सुधार का भरोसा जताया
Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Jammu Kashmir United Movement President and former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar today visited the Wurpash area of Ganderbal and took stock of the issues faced by local residents. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar said that Wurpash, which was previously part of the Kangan Assembly constituency, was recently brought under the Ganderbal constituency following delimitation. He highlighted the lack of basic infrastructure and essential amenities in the area, including roads, schools, healthcare facilities and streetlights. He said several major infrastructure projects, including roads and schools, were developed during the tenure of his late father, Sheikh Abdul Jabbar. He also said that the water filtration plant in the area was established during the tenure of the DDC Chairperson Nuzahat ishfaq. During the visit, residents raised several issues, particularly regarding the distribution of drinking water from the filtration plant. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar assured them that the matter would be taken up with the concerned department. He also stressed the need for streetlights in the area, saying that the hilly and forested area increases the risk of wild animals, making adequate street lighting essential for the safety of residents. Other issues raised by the residents included high electricity bills, discrepancies in ration cards, particularly among families belonging to the BPL category, and the lack of other basic amenities. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar assured the residents that their grievances would be taken up with the concerned departments and efforts would be made to ensure their resolution. To ensure that these issues are addressed effectively, he proposed establishing a local unit that would serve as a direct link between the residents and his team and help coordinate efforts to resolve their grievances. Meanwhile, local residents thanked Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar for visiting their area and listening to their concerns. They expressed their support for Sheikh Jabbar and his movement, pledging their votes and full support and stating that they would not shift their loyalty elsewhere. The residents praised the developmental work carried out by Sheikh Jabbar in the past and urged other youth to come forward and join the Jkum for the betterment and development of the community.0

Speaking to this Salaam Tv, incharge KVK Bandipora Dr. Tariq Sultan said the Vice-Chancellor has been emphasizing the utilization of wasteland and marshy land for growing aquatic crops, followed by secondary agriculture and post-harvest processing. “Two years ago, we conducted a successful demonstration of pink lotus cultivation and showcased the technology to farmers. This year, the response has been very positive,” Dr. Sultan said. He said that during field visits, farmers observed the technology being developed by the KVK and showed keen interest in adopting it. “As a result, many farmers are now coming forward to adopt pink lotus cultivation in their fields,” he said. The initiative is expected to provide an additional source of income for farmers while contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of the Wular wetland. It could also strengthen the connection between wetland conservation, local livelihoods and eco-tourism in the region.0

According to Zadibal MLA Tanvir Sadiq, the Rs 128.7 lakh project aims to address congestion, improve regulation and beautify the important junction named after Mirza Kamil Sahib Astan. He said the project would make the chowk cleaner, better organised and improve its overall appearance. Sadiq thanked the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary, Health and Medical Education Minister Sakina Itoo and Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani for addressing the long-standing demand of the people. The MLA also thanked residents who gathered at around 6 am to welcome the Chief Minister, describing their participation and support as heartwarming. Noida, Uttar Pradesh:The police arrested a 13-year-old close relative and three male friends yesterday in connection with the murder of an elderly man at Karuvatta, near Haripad in Alappuzha. The accused were apprehended within hours of the crime. The District Police Chief stated that the girl had masterminded the murder of 65-year-old Sivankutty. The police state that the girl watched the murder in real-time via video call and felt satisfied upon confirming the victim's death. In her preliminary statement to the police, she claimed the act was in retaliation for the elderly man having touched her inappropriately. It was recently that Sivankutty was found dead in a rented house near Karuvatta Madappura. By the early hours of yesterday, the police concluded that the murder was committed by a 13-year-old female relative—an eighth-grade student—along with three other underage male friends. Sivankutty. his wife, his younger daughter, and a female relative were living in this rented house. Taking advantage of the time when Sivankutty's wife and daughter had gone to the hospital for the daughter's delivery, the female relative also moved to a friend's house. Sivankutti was alone at home. A female relative instructed three teenagers from Kollam to break into the house and steal gold. Acting on the girl's instructions, the three of them arrived at the house on Saturday night and killed Sivankutty. They showed the girl the scene of the murder via a video call. Police have also found that gold present in the house was stolen. The police believe the theft and murder were planned to raise money for the girl to buy a mobile phone and for the three other teenagers involved in the crime to purchase a motorcycle. However, the girl has stated to the police that she harbored a prior grudge against Sivankutty.0

Jalpaiguri, West Bengal:মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নির্দেশের পরই তৎপর জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা জুড়েই ট্রাফিক পুলিশের অভিযান, জাতীয় সড়ক থেকে টোটো সরাতে ধূপগুড়িতে অভিযান। জাতীয় সড়কে টোটো চলাচল বন্ধে এবার মাঠে নামল জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা পুলিশ। রাজ্য সরকারের নির্দেশের পর ধূপগুড়ির বিভিন্ন জাতীয় সড়ক এলাকায় অভিযান চালায় পুলিশ। জাতীয় সড়কে টোটো না চালানোর জন্য চালকদের সতর্ক করা হয়। পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা Gিয়েছে, জাতীয় সড়কে ধীরগতির টোটো চলাচলের কারণে যানজটের পাশাপাশি দুর্ঘটনার আশঙ্কা তৈরি হয়। সেই কারণেই জাতীয় সড়কগুলিতে টোটোর চলাচল নিয়ন্ত্রণে জোর দেওয়া হচ্ছে। রাজ্য সরকারও হাইওয়েতে টোটো চলাচলের উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা কার্যকর করতে পুলিশকে কড়া পদক্ষেপের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। ধূপগুড়ির বিভিন্ন জাতীয় সড়ক সংলগ্ন এলাকায় পুলিশ টোটো চালকদের সঙ্গে কথা বলে। জাতীয় সড়কের পরিবর্তে নির্দিষ্ট বিকল্প রাস্তায় টোটো চালানোর জন্যvinden তাঁদের সতর্ক করা হয়। অভিযানে নেতৃত্ব দেন জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা পুলিশের ট্রাফিক আধিকারিক গেইলসেন লেপচা। পুলিশের এই অভিযানের ফলে আগামী দিনে জাতীয় সড়কে টোটো চলাচল আরও কড়াভাবে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা হবে বলেই মনে করা হচ্ছে। পুলিশের এই উদ্যোগে একদিকে যেমন জাতীয় সড়কে যান চলাচল আরও স্বাভাবিক ও নিরাপদ করার লক্ষ্য রয়েছে, অন্যদিকে টোটো চালকদেরও আইন মেনে চলার বার্তা দেওয়া হয়েছে।0

ललितपुर: आवासीय विद्यालय में 11 वर्षीय छात्र के साथ कुकर्म, दो किशोरों के खिलाफ मुकदमा
Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh:उत्तर प्रदेश के ललितपुर जिले में जाखलौन थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत एक आवासीय विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाले 11 वर्षीय छात्र के साथ उसके सीनियर दो छात्रों द्वारा लगातार तीन बार कुकर्म की घटना को अंजाम देने का आरोप लगा है। जिस मामले को पुलिस ने गंभीरता से लेते हुये आरोपी दो किशोर छात्रों के खिलाफ सुसंगत धाराओं में मुकद्दमा दर्ज करते हुये पीड़ित छात्र को मेडिकल के लिये भेजा गया है, वहीं मामले की जांच में पुलिस जुट गई है। पुलिस के द्वारा बताया गया कि जाखलौन थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत स्थित एक आवासीय विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाले एक 11 वर्षीय छात्र के साथ उसके सीनियर दो छात्रों द्वारा तीन बार कुकर्म करने और मारपीट की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया, जिसकी शिकायत उसके द्वारा विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य से भी की गई थी लेकिन स्कूल प्रबन्धन ने आरोपी छात्रों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की बल्कि पीड़ित छात्र से ही एक क्षमा पत्र लिखवा लिया गया। जब पीड़ित छात्र अपने घर लौटकर आया तो उसे सदमे देखकर परिजनों ने पूछा तो उसने अपनी आपबीती परिजनों को बताई, जिसके बाद परिजनों की शिकायत के आधार पर जाखलौन पुलिस आरोपी किशोरों के खिलाफ सुसंगत धाराओं में मुकद्दमा दर्ज कर आगे की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है。0

नागपुर के बंद Coke फैक्टरी में आग लगी, एक जला हुआ शव मिला
Nagpur, Maharashtra:नागपूर बंद पडलेल्या कोका-कोला कारखान्यात लागलेली आग विझवताना जळालेला अज्ञात मृतदेह आढळल्याने खळबळ नागपुरातील रेडिसन ब्लू हॉटेलच्या बाजूला असलेल्या बंद कोका-कोला कारखान्यात मंगळवारी सकाळी कचऱ्याला आग लागली. आग विझवण्यासाठी पोहोचलेल्या अग्निशमन पथकाला एका खोलीत जळालेल्या अवस्थेत अज्ञात मृतदेह आढळल्याने खळबळ उडाली. अग्निशमन नियंत्रण कक्षाला रेडिसन ब्लू हॉटेल जवळील बंद अवस्थेत असलेल्या कोकाकोला फॅक्टरीत आग लागल्याची माहिती मिळाली. नरेंद्रनगर अग्निशमन केंद्राचे पथक घटनास्थळी पोहोचले आणि आग आटोक्यात आणली. यावेळी एका खोलीत जळालेला मृतदेह आढळला. मृतदेह पूर्णपणे जळालेला असल्याने अद्याप ओळख पटलेली नाही. प्रतापनगर पोलिसांनी पंचनामा करून मृतदेह शवविच्छेदनासाठी रुग्णालयात पाठवला आहे. पोलिसांकडून परिसरातील सीसीटीव्ही फुटेज तपासले जात असून बेप्ता व्यक्तींची माहितीही घेतली जात आहे. हत्या करून मृतदेह जाळल्याची शक्यताही पोलिसांकडून तपासली जात आहे. मृत्यूचे नेमके कारण शवविच्छेदन अहवालानंतर स्पष्ट होणार आहे.0

Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh:संगम नगरी प्रयागराज में गंगा और यमुना का रौद्र रूप, गंगा रीवर फ्रंट और दशाश्वमेघ घाट का चबूतरा पूरी तरह से जलमग्न, आरती स्थल डूबे, संगम जाने वाली सड़कों पर चलने लगी नावें。 प्रयागराज में गंगा और यमुना का जलस्तर तेजी से बढ़ने लगा है। जिसके चलते गंगा के निचले हिस्से में पानी आना शुरू हो गया है। फाफामऊ से नागवासुकी तक बनाए गए गंगा रिवर फ्रंट अब पूरी तरीके से बाढ़ की जद में आ गया है। दशाश्वमेघ घाट का चबूतरा और चौकिया भी बाढ़ की जद में आ गई है। संगम का इलाका भी पूरी तरीके से जलमग्न है, हरिहर आरती स्थल और जय त्रिवेनी आरती स्थल भी पूरी तरीके से जलमग्न हो चुका है। संगम को जाने वाली जिन सड़कों पर गाड़ियां चलती थी अब वहां नावें चलने लगी हैं। विश्व प्रसिद्ध संगम स्थित लेटे हनुमान मंदिर कॉरिडोर के नजदीक गंगा का पानी पहुंच चुका है। जिस रफ्तार से गंगा और यमुना के जलस्तर में वृद्धि हो रही है। इससे माना जा रहा है कि अगले दो-तीन दिनों के भीतर प्रयागराज में गंगा और यमुना के तटवर्ती इलाकों में बाढ़ के हालत बन जाएंगे।0

बागपत थाने में चोरी के शक पर युवक पर मारपीट, रिश्वत लेने का आरोप
Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh:बागपत कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र में चोरी के शक में एक युवक को थर्ड डिग्री देने का आरोप लगा है। पीड़ित राजकुमार, निवासी बड़ौत, ने पुलिस पर 40 हजार रुपये की रिश्वत लेकर छोड़ने का भी आरोप लगाया है। राजकुमार का कहना है कि उसे चोरी के शक में अपने साथ ले जाया गया और उसके साथ मारपीट की गई। उसके बाद उसे बड़ौत कोतवाली पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया। थाने में भी मारपीट के निशान दिखाई दिए और चोरी के सामान के बारे में पूछताछ की गई। राजकुमार ने चोटों के निशान दिखाते हुए पूरी निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की है। फिलहाल पुलिस की ओर से आरोपों पर कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आई है। मामले की जांच के बाद ही वास्तविकता स्पष्ट होगी।0
