Srinagar, Uttarakhand:J-K के बडगाम में एनकाउंटर में LeT का टॉप कमांडर फौजी मूसा मारा गया श्रीनगर, 30 सितंबर: सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान के लश्कर-ए-तैयबा (LeT) का एक मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकवादी मंगलवार को सेंट्रल कश्मीर के बडगाम जिले के ऊंचे इलाकों में राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स के साथ एनकाउंटर में मारा गया। हालांकि कश्मीर की चिनार कोर ने मारे गए आतंकवादी की पहचान नहीं बताई, लेकिन अधिकारियों ने उसकी पहचान सुलेमान शाह उर्फ मूसा के रूप में की है। सेना ने ट्वीट किया कि उसने दूसरे सुरक्षा बलों के साथ मिलकर सेंट्रल कश्मीर के कोराग, यूसमर्ग के जनरल इलाके में एक ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। चौकस सैनिकों ने संदिग्ध गतिविधि देखी, और चुनौती दिए जाने पर, आतंकवादियों ने गोलियां चला दीं, जिसके बाद दोनों तरफ से जमकर गोलीबारी हुई, जिसमें एक आतंकवादी मारा गया। जब ऑपरेशन अभी भी जारी था, अधिकारियों ने कहा कि मूसा को दूधपथरी के दूर के जंगल वाले इलाके में गोलीबारी के दौरान मार गिराया गया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मूसा, जो पिछले कई सालों में पीर पंजाल रेंज के दोनों तरफ हुए कई हमलों में शामिल होने के लिए वॉन्टेड था, इस महीने की शुरुआत में यूसमर्ग पहाड़ियों में हुए एक एनकाउंटर से बच निकला था। उसका करीबी यासिर 5 सितंबर को उस एनकाउंटर में मारा गया था। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि मूसा का मारा जाना जम्मू-कश्मीर में काम कर रहे LeT के लिए सबसे बड़ा झटका माना जा रहा है। आगे की जानकारी का इंतज़ार है。0

Bhat said that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha have stated that Jammu and Kashmir will get statehood, although certain terms and conditions may be involved. However, he expressed concern over the ongoing controversy and repeated disruptions in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, saying that such developments are diverting attention from the immediate issues confronting the people. He said the government should first focus on the rehabilitation of around 80,000 displaced families and address their basic needs. He also highlighted concerns related to pensioners and contractors, saying these issues require immediate attention. “ We welcome the restoration of statehood, but at present, the government should concentrate on the issues affecting the common people,” Bhat said. He also stressed the need for greater attention to the tourism sector, saying that tourism has yet to fully recover and that efforts are required to revive the sector and strengthen the local economy. Referring to the BJP's approach to the issue, Bhat said the party is raising the matter in its own manner. He cited Delhi as an example, saying that despite being a Union Territory, its government continues to focus on development and governance. Bhat maintained that the Jammu and Kashmir government should similarly prioritise development, public welfare and the resolution of day-to-day problems faced by citizens. He said the issue of statehood can be addressed subsequently, while the immediate priority should remain the people and their pressing concerns.0

Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Chief Spokesperson and State Secretary Muntazir Mohidin has reiterated the party’s long-standing demand for the restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, while welcoming the discussion on the issue in the Legislative Assembly. Mohidin said Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s position on restoration of statehood is an important issue, and pointed out that Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari had extended support to the demand from the very beginning. However, he stressed that the government must now move beyond statements and discussions and present a clear, practical and time-bound roadmap for restoration of statehood. The Apni Party said that merely raising the issue in the Assembly is not enough and urged the government to clearly spell out the next course of action and work towards achieving concrete results. Reacting to statements from the BJP, Mohidin alleged that the party had failed to fulfil its commitments to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, with several assurances remaining at the level of statements rather than translating into concrete action. The Apni Party also questioned how long the people of Jammu and Kashmir would have to wait for restoration of statehood, noting that six years have passed since the reorganisation of the erstwhile state in 2019. The party called for a structured political and governmental programme on the issue and reiterated its demand for a joint platform and coordination committee involving political parties to collectively pursue matters concerning the rights and interests of Jammu and Kashmir. Mohidin also criticised the functioning of the Legislative Assembly, alleging that several important issues and proposed legislations have been delayed. He referred to matters related to liquor, reservations and land, alleging that political disagreements and procedural disputes had prevented important business from moving forward. The Apni Party further alleged that repeated disruptions in the Assembly had diverted attention from issues directly affecting the people and resulted in expenditure of public money without sufficient legislative outcomes. With the Assembly session approaching its conclusion, the party urged all political parties to focus on substantive public issues and ensure that legislative proceedings are not dominated by repeated disruptions and political confrontation.0

Referring to the no-confidence motion moved against the Speaker, Thakur drew a comparison with proceedings in Parliament and argued that the Speaker should not resume office until he proves his majority in the House. The BJP leader alleged that National Conference and the Speaker were attempting to run the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly according to their own approach. He said BJP legislators were protesting over what they described as issues concerning the functioning and conduct of the House. On the issue of restoration of statehood, Thakur said the BJP supports the restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. However, he questioned the raising of issues concerning the pre-1953 position, Article 370 and Article 35A in the Assembly. Thakur alleged that such issues were being raised to divert public attention from what he described as the failures of the National Conference-led government. He further argued that matters concerning Article 370 and Article 35A had already gone through constitutional and judicial processes and stressed that the Supreme Court's proceedings should be respected. The BJP leader also accused the National Conference of pursuing what he described as an agenda that was not in the interest of Jammu and Kashmir. These remain political allegations made by the BJP leader, and the National Conference may present its response. Focus on Outsourced Workers Thakur also raised the issue of outsourced employees working in Jammu and Kashmir. He said workers who have served the Union Territory for 10, 15, 20 or even 25 years deserve greater consideration and protection of their interests. Questioning the adequacy of monthly remuneration of around ₹7,000, Thakur said it was extremely difficult for families to meet essential expenses, including children's school fees, books, uniforms, food and housing, on such an income. He said the BJP would continue to raise the concerns of economically vulnerable workers and stand with them in seeking better protection of their interests. The remarks come amid continued political exchanges in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly over the Speaker's functioning, restoration of statehood, constitutional issues and the concerns of outsourced employees.0

Jhalawar, Rajasthan:झालावाड़ एंकर इंट्रो_ झालावाड़ के सदर थाना क्षेत्र के तीतरवासा गांव की कंजर बस्ती के समीप कल देर शाम बिना मुंडेर के कुएं में डूबे बालक का शव आज सिविल डिफेंस टीम के कर्मियों ने मशक्कत कर गहरे पानी से बाहर निकाल लिया। शव को रेस्क्यू कर जिला अस्पताल की मोर्चरी भिजवाया गया है, जहां पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया जाएगा। M मौके पर मौजूद तहसीलदार अनिल सामरिया ने बताया कि तीतरवासा के समीप कंजर बस्ती निवासी 10 वर्षीय बालक लोकेश कंजर कल शाम को बस्ती के समीप ही बिना मुंडेर के कुएं में डूब गया था। ग्रामीणों ने मशक्कत की, लेकिन बरसाती पानी से कुआं मुंडेर तक लबालब भरा था। ऐसे में शव नहीं मिल पाया। सूचना पर आज सुबह सिविल डिफेंस टीम मौके पर पहुंची और रेस्क्यू के लिए अभियान चलाया। कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद बालक लोकेश कंजर के शव को सिविल डिफेंस कर्मियों द्वारा रेस्क्यू कर लिया गया। मौके पर मौजूद तहसीलदार और सदर थाना पुलिस द्वारा शव को जिला अस्पताल की मोर्चरी भिजवाया गया। जहां पोस्टमार्टम के बाद परिजनों को सौंपा जाएगा। बरसात के पानी से लबालब भरा हुआ कुआँ बिना मुंडेरा का था, संभवतया इसी के चलते हादसा हुआ。0

Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan:झुंझुनूं झुंझुनूं में बस ने ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली को मारी टक्कर पिपली चौक के पास मलसीसर रोड पर हुआ हादसा टमकोर की ओर से आ रही बस ने पीछे से मारी टक्कर हादसे में बस सवार 3 यात्री हुए घायल घायलों को एंबुलेंस की मदद से अस्पताल पहुंचाया टक्कर से बस का अगला हिस्सा और ट्रॉली क्षतिग्रस्त सूचना पर कोतवाली पुलिस पहुंची मौके पर क्षतिग्रस्त वाहनों को हटाकर यातायात करवाया सुचारू झुंझुनूं शहर के पिपली चौक के पास मलसीसर रोड पर टमकोर की ओर से आ रही एक बस ने ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली को पीछे से टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में बस में सवार तीन यात्रियों को हल्की चोटें आई हैं। घायलों को एंबुलेंस की मदद से अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। जानकारी के अनुसार ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली डम्पिंग यार्ड में कचरा खाली करने के बाद वापस लौट रही थी। इसी दौरान टमकोर की ओर से आ रही बस ने पिपली चौक के पास मलसीसर रोड पर ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली को पीछे से टक्कर मार दी। टक्कर से बस का आगे का हिस्सा और ट्रॉली क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई। हादसे के बाद मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। स्थानीय लोगों ने घायलों को एंबुलेंस की मदद से अस्पताल पहुंचाया। सूचना मिलने पर कोतवाली थाना पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंची और क्षतिग्रस्त वाहनों को सड़क से हटवाकर यातायात सुचारू करवाया। पुलिस ने हादसे के कारणों की सूचना जुटाई।0

ड्रोन से जाल हटाकर 11 केवी फीडर का फॉल्ट खत्म, गांवों में बिजली बहाल
Satna, Madhya Pradesh:सतना। रामपुर बाघेलान डिवीजन के माधवगढ़ क्षेत्र में बिजली विभाग ने तकनीक का इस्तेमाल कर 11 केवी फीडर के जटिल फॉल्ट को ठीक करने का अनूठा तरीका अपनाया। चकदही घाट पर करीब 40 मीटर चौड़ी नदी के बीच 11 केवी लाइन के तीनों तारों में मछली पकड़ने का जाल फंस गया था। जाल के कारण तार आपस में लिपट गए और शॉर्ट सर्किट से आसपास के गांवों में बिजली आपूर्ति प्रभावित हो गई। मामला भटनवारा-सोनवर्षा 11 केवी फीडर का है। 17 सितंबर को तेज बारिश के बाद नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ गया था। इसी दौरान लाइन में जाल फंस गया। इसके बाद 22, 23 और 24 सितंबर को हुई लगातार बारिश से नदी का बहाव और तेज हो गया। विभागीय कर्मचारियों ने नाव के जरिए कई बार जाल हटाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन तेज बहाव के कारण नाव को फॉल्ट वाली जगह पर स्थिर रखना मुश्किल रहा। जब सामान्य तरीके से जाल हटाना संभव नहीं हुआ तो लाइन हेल्पर अमित सिंह ने कनिष्ठ अभियंता एवं डीसी प्रभारी शरद तिवारी से चर्चा की। उनके मार्गदर्शन में ड्रोन की मदद लेने का निर्णय लिया गया। स्थानीय लोगों के सहयोग से ड्रोन में तार और आग की व्यवस्था कर उसे नदी के बीच फॉल्ट वाली जगह तक पहुंचाया गया। ड्रोन से आग जाल तक पहुंचाई गई, जिससे जाल जलकर हट गया। जाल हटते ही तीनों तार अलग हो गए और फॉल्ट समाप्त हो गया। इसके बाद मुख्य लाइन और पंप लाइन की बिजली आपूर्ति सुचारू कर दी गई।0
