Deorar Khas, Uttar Pradesh:गुरुवार को नगर पंचायत गायघाट के संविलियन विद्यालय पियारेपुर (अटल नगर) में खण्ड स्तरीय बाल क्रीड़ा प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन में शिक्षा क्षेत्र कुदरहा के 141 प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के 1500 से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं ने भाग लियाा। सफल प्रतिभागियों को मेडल एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। यह सफल प्रतिभागी अब जनपद पर आयोजन होने वाले मंडल स्तरीय खेल-कूद प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेंगे।

दमोह: सरपंच- साथियों ने घुमान सिंह का हाथ काट डाला, हालत गंभीर
Damoh, Madhya Pradesh:सरपंच ने पलटाई ग्रामीण की कार और फिर हुआ विवाद तो काट डाला हाथ... एंकर/ दमोह से एक सनसनीखेज खबर है जहां एक सरपंच और उसके साथियों पर एक युवक का हाथ काटने का आरोप है। मामला जिले के बटियागढ़ थाने के आलमपुर गांव से सामने आया है। मामले के मुताबिक हफ्ते भर पहले आलमपुर के सरपंच अजुद्दी आदिवासी गांव के ही एक युवक घुमान सिंह के साथ बटियागढ़ उसकी कार में आए थे, शाम को दोनों ने शराब पार्टी की और सरपंच घुमान सिंह की कार को ड्राइव कर रहे थे और नशे की वजह से कार अनियंत्रित हुई और पलट गई। कार मालिक ने सरपंच से कार को ठीक कराने को कहा लेकिन हफ्ते भर बाद तक उसने कार सही नहीं कराई तो घुमान को गुस्सा आ गया और दोनों के बीच जमकर विवाद होने लगा इसी दौरान घुमान ने पत्थर उठाया और सरपंच की कार का शीशा तोड़ दिया और चलता बना लेकिन कार का शीशा टूटने से सरपंच का गुस्सा सातवें आसमान पर पहुंच गया ,सरपंच और उसके साथियों ने घुमान की तलाश की और आखिरकार वो जंगल के पास मिल गया तो उसके साथ जमकर मारपीट की और सरपंच ने कहा कि जिस हाथ से शीशा तोड़ा है वो हाथ नहीं बचेगा और उसने कुल्हाड़ी से घुमान का हाथ काट लिया। लहूलुहान घायल जैसे तैसे बटियागढ़ स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पहुंचा और यहां उसका इलाज शुरू हुआ, घायल स्थिति गंभीर होने पर उसे जिला अस्पताल रेफर किया गया है। अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने बतियागढ़ पुलिस को सूचना दी जिसके बाद पुलिस ने पीड़ित के बयान दर्ज कर मामला कायम किया है और पुलिस जांच कर रही है। बाइट/ घुमान सिंह ( घायल) बाइट/ अंजना बाई ( पीड़ित की पत्नी) बाइट/ डॉ अमन सोनी ( चिकित्सक सिविल अस्पताल बटियागढ़ दमोह)0

Kota, Rajasthan:बालिका सैनिक स्कूलों में मूलभूत सुविधाओं के घोर अभाव को लेकर अभिभावकों का आक्रोश फूट पड़ा है। बालिका सैनिक स्कूल संघर्ष समिति ने प्रदेशाध्यक्ष कोडाराम भादू के नेतृत्व में शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर को 20 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन सौंपा। कोटा। जैसलमेर और मोहनपुरा (सीकर) स्थित बालिका सैनिक स्कूलों में मूलभूत सुविधाओं के घोर अभाव को लेकर अभिभावकों का आक्रोश फूट पड़ा है। बालिका सैनिक स्कूल संघर्ष समिति ने प्रदेशाध्यक्ष कोडाराम भादू के नेतृत्व में शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर को 20 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन सौंपा。 विद्यालय शुरू होने के 5 माह बाद भी बुनियादी सुविधाएं न मिलने से छात्राएं 23 अगस्त से अनिश्चितकालीन सामूहिक अवकाश पर हैं। अभिभावकों ने सरकार द्वारा जारी SOP को अव्यवहारिक बताते हुए मुख्य मांगें रखी हैं: मानक नियमावली व प्रशासन: रक्षा मंत्रालय (AISSS) के मानकों अनुसार चित्तौड़गढ़ व झुंझुनूं मॉडल लागू कर प्रिंसिपल पद पर वरिष्ठ सैन्य अधिकारी और P.T. हेतु JCO/NCO नियुक्त हों。 मूलभूत सुविधाएं: 39 प्रकार की किट सामग्री का वितरण, 24x7 एम्बुलेंस व मेडिकल रूम, स्मार्ट क्लासरूम, RO प्लांट, पावर बैकअप और सुरक्षा बाउंड्री。 संघर्ष समिति ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी है कि यदि अविलंब संशोधित आदेश जारी नहीं किए गए, तो प्रदेशभर के अभिभावक बालिकाओं के साथ जयपुर शहीद स्मारक पर विशाल महापड़ाव डालेंगे।0

50 मीटर दूरी पर गाय के प्रसव में अस्पताल की लापरवाही, हेल्पलाइन से इलाज मिला
Baran, Rajasthan:अस्पताल से महज 50 मीटर दूर प्रसव पीड़ा से तड़पती रही गाय, विभाग की अनदेखी पर 1962 हेल्पलाइन बुलाकर कराया इलाज बारां के समरानियां कस्बे के प्रथम श्रेणी पशु चिकित्सालय लापरवाही का एक मामला सामने आया है। अस्पताल की चौखट से महज 50 मीटर की दूरी पर एक गाय दो दिन तक प्रसव पीड़ा से तड़पती रही, लेकिन समय पर उपचार नहीं मिला। अंत में पशुपालक को राज्य स्तरीय पशु चिकित्सा हेल्पलाइन 1962 को बुलाना पड़ा। पशुपालक अंतराम खंगार की गाय पिछले दो दिनों से पशु चिकित्सालय के नजदीक ही प्रसव पीड़ा से तड़प रही थी। पशुपालक का आरोप है कि शुक्रवार शाम को उसने अस्पताल में तैनात चिकित्सक को इसकी सूचना दी, तो चिकित्सक ने उचित उपचार करने के बजाय यह कहकर टाल दिया कि गाय को ठंड लग गई है, इसे घर ले जाओ। शनिवार सुबह तक गाय की हालत गंभीर होने पर पशु चिकित्सा हेल्पलाइन 1962 पर कॉल किया गया। सूचना मिलने पर एमवीयू टीम मौके पर पहुंची और गाय का उपचार शुरू किया। वहीं इस मामले में अस्पताल प्रशासन ने आरोपों को खारिज किया है। पशु चिकित्सालय में पदस्थापित एलएसए अजय मेहता ने बताया कि गाय का प्राथमिक उपचार शुक्रवार शाम को ही कर दिया गया था। लगातार बारिश होने के कारण पशुपालक को गाय को भीगने से बचाने और सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले जाने की सलाह दी गयी थी, लेकिन पशुपालक ने ध्यान नहीं दिया। शनिवार सुबह अस्पताल स्टाफ को सूचित किए बिना हेल्पलाइन पर कॉल किया गया, सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर पहुंचकर इलाज किया गया।0

Bandipora में जलकृषि पर जोर, किसानों के लिए नए आय अवसर
Aquatic crops in focus as KVK Bandipora works to benefit local farming communities The SKUAST-K Vice Chancellor Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganie on Saturday said the KVK extension in Bandipora is developed as an innovative hub for aquatic crops, with research focused on lotus stem, water chestnut and makhana. Ganie made the remarks during the 19th Scientific Advisory Committee meeting of KVK Bandipora-I and KVK Gurez-II, which he chaired along with Bandipora Deputy Commissioner Indu Kanwal Chib. As part of the meeting, Ganie and Chib visited lotus and water chestnut fields and reviewed the ongoing work on aquatic crops, including makhana. Dr Tariq Sultan, Head of KVK Bandipora-I, accompanied the visiting officials and briefed them about the research and field-level activities being undertaken by the centre. Ganie said the objective was to scientifically develop and domesticate aquatic crops before introducing suitable cultivation practices among farmers. He said KVK Bandipora would work on developing technologies and farming practices that could be transferred to farmers and benefit communities dependent on agriculture and fisheries. “The aim is to benefit the local farming and fisher communities by scientifically developing and domesticating crops such as lotus stem, water chestnut and makhana and then promoting their adoption among farmers,” Ganie said. Dr Tariq Sultan briefed the officials about the ongoing research on aquatic crops and efforts to identify suitable cultivation practices under local conditions. The initiative is aimed at improving the productivity and economic potential of aquatic agriculture while creating additional livelihood opportunities for farming and fishing communities in Bandipora and other parts of Kashmir. The two-day Scientific Advisory Committee meeting, being held on September 5 and 6 at KVK Putushay-I and KVK-II, is also reviewing various agricultural programmes and discussing future research, extension and farmer-oriented activities.0

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah called on Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday to deliberate on crucial matters regarding the Union territory, especially the early restoration of statehood and finalising governance protocols. The meeting was the first interaction between the two leaders since Abdullah staged a protest in the national capital on the inaugural day of the Monsoon session of Parliament on July 20 to demand the restoration of full statehood for Jammu and Kashmir. The demand has been a central political issue since August 5, 2019, when the Union government revoked Article 370 and bifurcated the former state into two Union territories — Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. While the Centre has maintained that statehood will be restored at an appropriate time, the elected government has repeatedly highlighted administrative hurdles under the current framework. During the meeting, the chief minister raised matters related to public welfare, administrative efficiency and long-term development in the region. According to a statement posted on X by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the discussions focused prominently on the early restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, alongside the finalisation of the Transaction of Business Rules to streamline administrative governance. “Chief Minister met Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah in New Delhi today and discussed key issues concerning Jammu and Kashmir. The meeting focused on restoration of statehood, finalisation of the Transaction of Business Rules, rationalisation of reservations, and other important matters concerning public welfare and development. The Chief Minister also briefed the Home Minister on the First International Film Festival of Jammu and Kashmir (IFFJK), scheduled to begin in Srinagar next week, and thanked him for the timely assistance being extended to JK in the wake of flood-related damage across several areas,” the CMO said. The rules under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, define the specific allocation of powers between the elected chief minister and the Centre-appointed lieutenant governor. The elected administration has been pushing to finalise and refine these rules to establish clear boundaries, minimise bureaucratic overlap and ensure that cabinet decisions carry the necessary executive authority during the region’s political transition. Abdullah and Shah also deliberated on the rationalisation of the reservation policy in the Union territory, an initiative aimed at addressing public demands while balancing administrative requirements, the CMO said.0
