Srinagar, Sept 30: Twelve tourist destinations have been reopened in the Valley after remaining closed following the Pahalgam attack. Among them is the popular Aru Valley, where tourists have started visiting again. Tourists expressed happiness over the arrangements made by the administration and praised the warm hospitality of locals. They also appealed to others to visit Kashmir without any fear. A tourist from Delhi said, “We came here for the first time. The people, the atmosphere, and the arrangements by the administration are very good. We appeal to others to visit Kashmir without any hesitation.” Local business owners also welcomed the reopening. One shopkeeper said, “We are happy that Aru Valley has opened after five months. We are thankful to LG Manoj Sinha. We appeal to tourists to come here without any fear.”
