इंदौर में अनंत चतुर्दशी पर निकाले जाने वाले झांकियों के चल समारोह के मार्ग का कलेक्टर ने आज निरीक्षण किया। कलेक्टर ने पैदल और सिटी बस से निरीक्षण करते हुए मार्ग से अतिक्रमण हटाने, पेंच वर्क, और नालियों को ढकने के निर्देश दिए। इंदौर में पिछले 100 वर्षों से कपड़ा मिल मजदूरों द्वारा झांकियां तैयार की जाती हैं, और यह समारोह देश भर से दर्शकों को आकर्षित करता है।

Jasa, Bihar:मुकुल जायसवाल स्लग - नहर किनारे गड्ढे में डूबने से युवक की मौत, मुआवजे की मांग सकरौली गांव में पैर फिसलने से शिवनारायण साह की दुखद मौत, पोस्टमार्टम के बाद परिजनों ने प्रशासन से मुआवजा मांगा वियो - कैमूर जिले के मोहनिया थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सकरौली गांव में रविवार की सुबह एक दुखद हादसा हुआ। 36 वर्षीय शिवनारायण साह नहर किनारे शौच के लिए गए थे। लौटते समय नहर के किनारे उनका पैर फिसल गया और पास में बने गड्ढे में भरा पानी में गिरकर वे डूब गए। ग्रामीणों ने सूचना मिलते ही उन्हें बाहर निकाला, लेकिन तब तक उनकी मौत हो चुकी थी। मृतक दया साह के पुत्र थे और गांव के ही निवासी थे। परिजनों ने बताया कि सुबह का समय होने के कारण आसपास कोई नहीं था, जिससे बचाव संभव नहीं हो सका। हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव का पंचनामा किया। शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भभुआ सदर अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां पोस्टमार्टम पूरा हुआ। परिजनों ने इस हादसे को लेकर गहरा दुख जताया है। उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन से मुआवजे की मांग की है, ताकि परिवार को आर्थिक सहायता मिल सके। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि नहर किनारे कई जगह गड्ढे बने हुए हैं, जो खतरनाक साबित हो रहे हैं। स्थानीय लोग प्रशासन से ऐसी जगहों को भरने या चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाने की मांग कर रहे हैं, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसे हादसे टाले जा सकें। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है। बाइट - परिजन

जमालपुर-बरियारपुर रेलखंड पर सुरंग में मिला सिर, धड़ अभी नहीं मिला

Munger, Bihar:हत्या कर रेल ट्रैक किनारे फेंका सिर, धड़ की तलाश नया रामनगर थाने की पुलिस ने जमालपुर-बरियारपुर रेलखंड पर स्थित पुराने रेल सुरंग से किया बरामद मुंगेर : नया रामनगर थाने की पुलिस ने जमालपुर-बरियारपुर रेलखंड पर स्थित पुराने रेल सुरंग के अंदर पोल संख्या 355/22 के पास रेलवे ट्रैक किनारे पत्थरों के नीचे एक मानव सिर रविवार को बरामद किया है। इसके बाद सुरंग और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में लोगों की भारी भीड़ जुट गई। पुलिस ने घटना के बाद सुरंग, रेलवे ट्रैक और आसपास के इलाकों में कई घंटों तक सघन तलाशी अभियान चलाया, लेकिन मृतक का धड़ कहीं नहीं मिल सका। घटनास्थल पर खून के कोई निशान नहीं मिलने से प्रथम दृष्टया ट्रेन से कटने अथवा किसी रेल हादसे की संभावना को पुलिस ने खारिज कर दिया है। प्रारंभिक जांच में पुलिस इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंची है कि हत्या किसी अन्य स्थान पर की गई और पहचान छिपाने की नीयत से शव के टुकड़े कर सिर को सुनसान सुरंग में फेंका गया। पुलिस के अनुसार बरामद मानव सिर को देखकर जिसका सिर मिला है उसकी उम्र 55 से 60 वर्ष के बीच है। फिलहाल पहचान नहीं हो सकी है। इस मामले में अज्ञात के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पहचान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पुलिस ने सिर की तस्वीर इंटरनेट मीडिया और विभिन्न पुलिस ग्रुपों में साझा की है, ताकि किसी प्रकार का सुराग मिल सके। बरामद सिर को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए पहले सदर अस्पताल लाया गया, लेकिन वहां आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण उसे जवाहरलाल नेहरू मेडिकल कालेज भागलपुर भेजा गया है। पुलिस ने साक्ष्य के रूप में सिर को सुरक्षित रखने के साथ-साथ डीएनए सैंपल भी संरक्षित किया है, जिससे भविष्य में मृतक की पहचान में मदद मिल सके। सदर एसडीपीओ अभिषेक आनंद ने बताया

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:New Delhi [India], February 15 (ANI): India's real estate regulatory architecture must shift towards artificial intelligence-led oversight and machine-to-machine digital integration even as the country prepares for an unprecedented urban expansion, India senior official in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) said. Addressing the National Urban & Real Estate Development Conclave organised by NAREDCO at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Kuldip Narayan, Joint Secretary, MoHUA, said India's urban population is projected to grow from around 50 crore at present to nearly 80 crore by 2047-2050, and may even exceed that level. "Whether we like it or not, our urban population will cross 80 crore by 2050. We have to adapt, and we have to carefully align our actions," he said, underscoring that more than half of the built-up space required by 2050 is yet to be constructed. Over the next 20-25 years, India will have to significantly expand housing supply while simultaneously undertaking large-scale brownfield redevelopment, he said. However, housing cannot be treated in isolation. Urban planning, public transport and housing must function as an integrated framework. "Talking about them separately is an urban policy error," he remarked, adding that resilient and sustainable urban services will be essential to support such population growth. Narayan said efficient land markets are central to this transition. A substantial portion of urban land remains locked due to regulatory constraints, litigation and market inefficiencies. In several cities, land accounts for over 50 per cent of total project cost, making housing unaffordable and constraining supply. "We need efficient land markets and a strong institutional regulatory framework that promotes development rather than merely controls it," he said. Access to long-term capital will also be critical to finance large-scale housing and infrastructure creation. "If we want to achieve Viksit Bharat by 2047, urban development and real estate must be structurally prepared. Society, government and the industry must move together," he said. Within this broader transformation, Narayan emphasised that regulation must evolve technologically. Referring to the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA), he said the law marked a historic reform by institutionalising registration, escrow safeguards, and grievance redressal, but now requires further digitalisation. He further noted that much of the available data is static and PDF-based, which limits its utility. He called for machine-readable quarterly progress reports and integration of project approvals, financial disclosures and compliance data so that regulatory systems can generate automated early-warning signals and real-time insights. Regulatory platforms, he said, should adopt machine-to-machine communication similar to that seen in banking and taxation systems. Interoperability across state RERAs would allow authorities to track developers' activities across jurisdictions and improve supervisory effectiveness. Importantly, such transparency must also benefit homebuyers. Project-level data, he said, should be presented in a simplified and intelligible format so that an ordinary buyer can assess compliance history and risk before making a purchase. The two-day conclave was attended by Manohar Lal Khattar, union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs; Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Civil Aviation Minister; Tokhan Sahu, Minister of State for Housing; and RERA chiefs from several states. Narayan said regulation and development must move in tandem if India is to sustain its next phase of urbanisation. Technology-driven transparency, efficient land markets and institutional coordination, he added, will form the backbone of the real estate sector's contribution to the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Congress MP Karti Chidambaram on Sunday dismissed claims that Tamil Nadu is hostile to Sanatan Dharma, asserting that the term carries a different connotation in the state and is often associated with caste hierarchy rather than religious practice. In an exclusive interview with ANI, Chidambaram questioned the widespread use of the term "Sanatan," saying it is not commonly used in Tamil Nadu. "What is Sanatan? That is not a term which anybody in Tamil Nadu uses...We are more Hindu than the North Indians. Per square kilometer, we have more temples. We break more coconuts every day," he said, adding that he visits temples frequently. "I go to more temples than a lot of people collectively in the BJP," he claimed. "There is not a single day I would step out of the house without putting vibhuti or kundalama. 'Sanadharan Dharma' is not a term we use," he remarked. Referring to his upbringing, Chidambaram said he grew up in a religious household influenced by his grandparents. "I grew up in a way, my grandparents were very religious. My faith, my parents are not, but my grandparents were very religious. My grandmother didn\'t take me to the puja room and say, come, let\'s practice Sanatana," he said, suggesting that spirituality in Tamil Nadu is deeply rooted even if the terminology differs. Referring to the controversy triggered in 2023 by remarks from Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, Chidambaram said the issue arose from differing interpretations of the term. "This whole thing became a controversy because Udhayanidhi Stalin said something against this term...In Tamil Nadu, that term means caste hierarchy. That is how we use it," he said. Highlighting that in popular parlance in the state, "It means caste hierarchy. He was only talking about caste hierarchy. Nobody talks about the practice of the Hindu faith." In 2023, Udhayanidhi had compared "Sanatana" to diseases such as malaria and dengue and said it should be "eradicated" rather than opposed, sparking a nationwide political debate. Tamil Nadu Minister said, "Sanatana is like malaria and dengue, and so it must be eradicated and not opposed. I thank the organisers of this conference for giving me the opportunity to deliver a special address. You have kept the name of the conference as 'Sanatana Abolition Conference' rather than 'Anti-Sanatana Conference', and I appreciate that. Few things cannot be opposed those should be abolished only. We can\'t oppose Dengue, Mosquitoes, Malaria, or Corona, we have to eradicate them that\'s how we have to eradicate Sanatana. Rather than opposing Sanatana, it should be eradicated," Udhayanidhi said. Chidambaram maintained that in popular parlance in Tamil Nadu, the term is linked to caste hierarchy and not to the broader practice of the Hindu faith. "There is no prohibition on the practice of the faith in Tamil Nadu. Absolutely none. Nobody can say, be it from any community, any socio-economic group, to say, my practice of the faith is fettered in Tamil Nadu," he said. Responding to criticism that the Dravidian political model amounts to "Karunanidhi family plus anti-Brahmanism," Chidambaram strongly rejected the charge. "There is no anti-Brahmanism. This false victimhood of the Brahmins must stop," he said. "Where is the violence against the Brahmins? Brahmins are among the most privileged people in this country, and they are very privileged in Tamil Nadu too," he added. Congress MP Chidambaram also argued that members of the Brahmin community hold prominent positions across professions, including industry, law, medicine, cinema and government. "There has been no genocide against Brahmins. There is no violence against Brahmins. There is no threat to the safety of Brahmins in Tamil Nadu. Nobody is disrupting any ritual of the Brahmin in Tamil Nadu," he said. The Congress leader reiterated that narratives portraying Brahmins as victims in Tamil Nadu are "completely erroneous" and insisted that religious freedom remains intact in the state.

बैतूल के NH47 पर मुलताई के पास ट्रक पलटा; चालक और कंडक्टर घायल

Betul, Madhya Pradesh:बैतूल जिले में नागपुर भोपाल राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 47 पर मुलताई के पास बड़ा सड़क हादसा हो गया। नगर के पास महाकाल ढाबे के समीप पशु आहार से भरा एक ट्रक अचानक अनियंत्रित होकर पलट गया। हादसे में ट्रक चालक और कंडक्टर को चोटें आई हैं। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक ट्रक बैतूल की ओर जा रहा था। तभी चौराहे पर अचानक एक कार सामने आ गई। कार को बचाने की कोशिश में चालक ने ट्रक से नियंत्रण खो दिया और वाहन सड़क किनारे पलट गया। ट्रक पलटते ही उसमें लदा पशु आहार सड़क पर बिखर गया, जिससे कुछ देर के लिए यातायात बाधित हो गया। हादसे के बाद मौके पर मौजूद स्थानीय लोगों ने तुरंत बचाव कार्य शुरू किया। ट्रक के केबिन में फंसे चालक मुबीन खान और कंडक्टर सोनू को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया। दोनों को प्राथमिक उपचार के लिए भेजा गया है और बताया जा रहा है कि उन्हें हल्की चोटें आई हैं। घटना के बाद प्रशासन ने क्रेन बुलाकर पलटे ट्रक को सीधा कराया और सड़क से बिखरा पशु आहार हटवाकर यातायात को सामान्य रूप से बहाल कर दिया。

भिंड बायपास पर दूध के टैंकर ने बाइक सवार की मौत, चालक फरार

Bhind, Madhya Pradesh:नेशनल हाईवे 719 भिंड बायपास पर दूध के टैंकर ने बाइक को रौंदा, हादसे में बाइक सवार की मौत हो गई। ग्वालियर-इटावा नेशनल हाईवे 719 भिंड बायपास पर तेज रफ्तार दूध के टैंकर ने बाइक को रौंद दिया, घटना में बाइक सवार युवक की मौके पर ही दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। घटना को अंजाम देने के बाद टैंकर चालक टैंकर को इटावा की ओर भगा ले गया, लेकिन पुलिस की तत्परता के चलते फूफ थाना इलाके में टैंकर जप्त कर लिया गया और चालक मौके से फरार हो गया है। कोतवाली थाना पुलिस अब मामले की तफ्तीश में जुटी है। जानकारी के अनुसार भिंड शहर के विनोद नगर कॉलोनी निवासी आकाश भदोरिया अपनी पल्सर बाइक पर बाजार जा रहा था। जैसे ही वह बाईपास के हाथी गड्ढा इलाके में पहुंचा, तब सामने से आ रहे तेज रफ्तार दूध के टैंकर ने बाइक को चपेट में ले लिया और रौंदते हुए निकल गया। घटना में बाइक सवार आकाश की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए जिला अस्पताल भिजवाया कर मर्ग कायम कर मामले की पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस अब हाईवे किनारे लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे खंगाल रही है ताकि फरार चालक का पता लगाया जा सके। बताया जा रहा है कि मृतक आकाश भदोरिया कल कावड़ लेकर भिंड आया था और आज किसी जरूरी कार्य से बाजार निकला था और हाईवे पर हादसे का शिकार हो गया।

आगर मालवा में आरा मशीन से मजदूर की मौत: संचालक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की तैयारी

Agar, Madhya Pradesh:आगर मालवा जिले के बडौद में एक दिलदहलाने वाली घटना हो गई। दरअसल लकड़ी काटने की आरा मशीन पर करीब 55 मरहबा नाम का शख्स काम कर रहा था तभी मशीन का कटर टूट गया जिसका एक हिस्सा मिस्त्री मरहबा के सर में जा घुसा । जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई । मृतक के सर में मशीन का कटर इस तरह से जा फंसा कि उसका बचना नामुमकिन हो गया। पुलिस ने मार्ग कायम कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस अब आरा मशीन संचालक के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने का मन बना रही है।

Sawaizpur, Uttar Pradesh:हरदोई की सवायजपुर कोतवाली में बाबन ब्लॉक के उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय महरेपुर की छात्राओं ने विभाग द्वारा संचालित मीना मंच के अंतर्गत भ्रमण किया। भ्रमण के दौरान छात्राओं ने पुलिस कार्यप्रणाली, एफआईआर दर्ज करने की प्रक्रिया, साइबर सुरक्षा, मिशन शक्ति अभियान और थाने की विभिन्न इकाइयों के कार्य को नजदीकी से समझा। छात्राओं ने पुलिस अधिकारियों से सवाल भी पूछे। उपनिरीक्षक क्षमता ने छात्राओं को बताया कि किसी घटना की शिकायत मिलने पर पुलिस सबसे पहले तथ्यों का संज्ञान लेती है और गंभीर मामलों में तुरंत एफआईआर दर्ज करती हैे कहा कि शिकायतकर्ता की पहचान गोपनीय रखी जाती है। किसी भी प्रकार की धमकी या डर की स्थिति में तुरंत पुलिस से संपर्क करना चाहिए। इस दौरान दीवान विक्की सागर अंशू यादव, नाजमा खातून ,पूनम शंखवार ,आराधना बाजपेई ,रूबीना परवीन भी रहीं।

22 जिलों में दिन में बिजली पहुंच गई, 2027 तक पूरे प्रदेश में उपलब्धता

Baran, Rajasthan:प्रदेश के 22 जिलों के किसानों को दिन में मिलने लगी बिजली, शेष को 2027 तक होगी उपलब्ध - ऊर्जा मंत्री । अब प्रदेश में एआई तकनीक से होगी बिजली फाल्ट की मॉनिटरिंग । 11 फरवरी को पेश हुए राज्य बजट को लेकर जिलों में सरकार के मंत्री इसकी विशेषताएं जनता के सामने रख रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में ऊर्जा मंत्री हीरालाल नागर बारां पहुंचे, जहां वह सर्किट हाउस में पत्रकारों से मुखातिब हुए। इस दौरान उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर तीखा हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि “कांग्रेस का काम है किसी भी अच्छे कार्य का विरोध करना। पहले उन्हें अपनी गिरेबान में झांकना चाहिए। उनके पांच साल के कार्यकाल में जितने काम नहीं हुए, उससे अधिक काम भाजपा सरकार ने दो वर्षों में कर दिखाए हैं।” इस दौरान ऊर्जा मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रदेश के 22 जिलों में किसानों को दिन में बिजली उपलब्ध कराना शुरू कर दिया गया है। शेष जिलों में भी वर्ष 2027 तक दिन में बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ट्रांसमिशन संबंधी कारणों से जहां-जहां बिजली उपलब्धता में समस्या आ रही है, वहां सरकार तेजी से काम कर रही है और व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि बिजली व्यवस्था को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिए एआई आधारित मॉनिटरिंग तकनीक का उपयोग किया जाएगा। इससे फॉल्ट आने पर तुरंत जानकारी मिल सकेगी और उसका त्वरित समाधान किया जा सकेगा। इस व्यवस्था को शीघ्र लागू करने की तैयारी चल रही है। मंत्री ने कुनो मध्यप्रदेश से बार-बार बारां जिले में आ रहे चीते पर भी बयान दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि चीते का बारां आना अच्छा संकेत है, हम कोशिश करेंगे कि उसका यहाँ प्राकृतिक आवास बने । इससे यहाँ पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा । इस दौरान विधायक राधेश्याम बैरवा, भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष नरेश सिंह सिकरवार, पूर्व विधायक हेमराज मीणा व भाजपा नेता आनंद गर्ग सहित कई भाजपा नेता अधिकारी गण मौजूद रहे ।

Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh:हर वर्ष की भांति इस वर्ष भी बहादुरपुर ब्लाक के ग्राम सभा पीढी के तपेशवर नाथ धाम मन्दिर परिसर मे भी उमडी भीड वही महा शिव रात्रि के पर्व मे शिव जी के मदिर मे सुबह भोर से श्रद्वालुओ का ताता लगा हुआ था शिव जी को हजारो श्रद्वालुओ ने जलअभिषेक किया और पूजा आर्चना की वही भाजपा जिला उपाध्यक्ष भवानी दत्त दीक्षित ने भी शिव लिग पर जल अभिषेक किया शिव मन्दिर में शिव रात्रि के पर्व पर शिव जी की बारात बैण्ड बाजे घोडे के साथ बारात निकाली गई और घुड दौड भी करवाई गयी दो दिवीसीय मेले का भी आयोजन किया गया दूर दूर से आयी दुकान चाट चाऊमीन जलेबी की दुकानो पर लोगो ने जमकर खरीदारी की और बच्चो ने झूले का भी लुफ उठाया फुरसतगंज थाने के प्रभारी निरिक्षक नंद हौसि
