फतेहाबाद में फिर जलने लगी पराली, 20 किसानों पर जुर्माना
Fatehabad, Haryana:फतेहाबाद में धान की पराली जलाने के मामले में एक बार फिर से आग लगनी शुरू हो गई है। कृषि विभाग ने अब तक करीब दो दर्जन से अधिक स्थानों पर धान के अवशेषों में आग लगने की पुष्टि की है। फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन के बाद आगजनी करने वाले किसानों पर 30 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया गया है। हालांकि, प्रशासन इस मामले को लेकर किसानों को जागरूक करने का दावा कर रहा है लेकिन वास्तविकता में पराली जलाने के मामले लगातार बढ़ते नजर आ रहे हैं।

चुनाव आयोग के निर्णय सहमति से: झारखंड में सियासी बयानबाजी तेज
Ranchi, Jharkhand:एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया को लेकर मुख्य आयुक्त पर उठे सवाल के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने साफ किया कि सारे निर्णय आम सहमति से लिए गए हैं तो बयानबाजी झारखंड में भी होने लगी । झामुमो और कांग्रेस ने मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त और केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए सीईसी के इस्तेमाल इस्तीफे की मांग किया तो बीजेपी ने भी जोरदार पलटवार किया।\nझारखंड बीजेपी प्रदेश प्रवक्ता दीनदयाल वर्णवाल में प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा, अब कांग्रेस के पास कुछ नहीं है, ने उसके साथ जनता न ही उसके साथ वोटर है और न ही संवेदनशीलता है। जब हारती है तो चुनाव आयोग और ईवीएम पर दोष मढ़ती है। जब चुनाव आयोग ने स्पष्ट कर दिया कि सारे निर्णय सहमति से एक मत होकर लिए गए हैं तो विवाद कहां है। अब तो।कांग्रेस को शर्म आनी चाहिए और चुप रहना चाहिए। अगर अभी भी हल्ला करती है तो देश की जनता और बुरी तरह खारिज करेगी\nझामुमो प्रवक्ता मनोज पांडेय ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा, कैसे एक मत निर्णय था, 14 आपत्तियां क्या थे , साथ में फोटो खिंचवा लेने से आरोप दूर हो जायेंगे। आरोप लगता है चुनाव आयोग पर और जवाब बीजेपी के प्रवक्तागण बैठ कर देते हैं । आरोप चुनाव आयोग के अंदर से मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त पर लगा है, कि उनके निर्णय में सहमति हमारी नहीं होती और वो निर्णय लेते हैं एकतरफा। इसके तो डॉक्यूमेंट्री प्रूफ हैं।।जो निर्णय लिए गए उस पर सवालिया निशान लगता है। नैतिकता के आधार पर इस्तीफा तुरंत देना चाहिए उसी बाद जांच हो,पर बीजेपी तो बचाने में लग जाती है। जिस राज्य में बीजेपी की सरकार बने कुकृत्य निर्भीक होकर करते हैं।\nझारखंड प्रवक्ता मनोज पांडेय ... कांग्रेस प्रदेश प्रवक्ता राकेश सिंहा ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा, कई दिनों बाद जब ज्ञानेश गुप्ता पर आरोप लगे प्रश्न खड़ा हुए, उनके दो आयुक्तों ने कहा 14 बात आपत्ति किया गया लेकिन कोई निर्णय नहीं हुआ उसके बाद अब मैनेजमेंट हो रहा,पर देश की जनता समझ चुकी है अब डैमेज कंट्रोल होने नहीं जा रहा है।ज्ञानेश गुप्ता ने केंद्र सरकार के इशारे पर वोटो की चोरी की है। ज्ञानेश गुप्ता को इस्तीफा देना होगा, लोकतंत्र को बचाने के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी पूरे देश में सड़कों पर उतरी हुई है, हम लोकतंत्र को खत्म नहीं होने देंगे, वोटों की चोरी नहीं होने देंगे। चुनाव आयोग का घेराव कर ज्ञानेश गुप्ता से इस्तीफा मांगेंगे।0

अमेठी में आकाशीय बिजली का कहर बुजुर्ग की मौत, गांव में पसरा मातम

बाड़मेर में कार-बाइक भिड़ंत, दो युवकों की मौत
Barmer, Rajasthan:बाड़मेर में भीषण सड़क हादसा, कार-बाइक की भिड़ंत में दो युवकों की मौत बाड़मेर जिले के ग्रामीण थाना क्षेत्र में एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसा सामने आया है। भाड़खा के पास कार और बाइक की जोरदार भिड़ंत में दो युवकों की मौत हो गई। हादसे के बाद मौके पर अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया。 जानकारी के अनुसार, गुजरात से चार युवक जैसलमेर घूमने के लिए आए थे। जैसलमेर से वापस गुजरात लौटते समय उनकी कार भाड़खा के पास पहुंची, जहां कार की बाइक से जोरदार टक्कर हो गई। टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि दोनों वाहन क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए और हादसे में दो युवाओं की जान चली गई。 हादसे में बाइक सवार तिरसिंगड़ी निवासी तोगाराम की मौत हो गई। वहीं कार में सवार सूरत, गुजरात निवासी राहुल ने भी हादसे में दम तोड़ दिया。 घटना की सूचना मिलते ही ग्रामीण थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का जायजा लिया और हादसे से जुड़ी जानकारी जुटाई। दोनों मृतकों के शवों को बाड़मेर जिला अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवाया गया है。 पुलिस की ओर से हादसे के कारणों की जांच की जा रही है। फिलहाल प्रारंभिक जानकारी के अनुसार कार और बाइक की आमने-सामने की टक्कर को हादसे की वजह माना जा रहा है। पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच के साथ हादसे की परिस्थितियों और प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों से भी जानकारी जुटा रही है。0

JK में दैनिक वेजर्स के नियमितीकरण पर सरकार से स्पष्ट कदम की मांग
Srinagar, Uttarakhand:Sajad Ahmed Parray, President of the Jammu and Kashmir Casual Daily Wagers Forum (JKCDF), addressed a press conference at the forum’s central office in Exchange Road, Lal Chowk, Srinagar, where he expressed strong disappointment over the government’s handling of the long-pending issue of regularisation of daily wagers and casual labourers in Jammu and Kashmir. Parray said that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had assured members of the House that the government would initiate the process of regularising daily wagers and casual labourers within the ongoing financial year. However, he said that despite around 18 months having passed, there had been no clarity regarding the report or recommendations of the committee constituted to examine the matter. Referring to a question raised in the Assembly by MLA Kulgam M.Y. Tarigami regarding the committee, its terms of reference and the expected timeline for submission of its report, Parray said the government’s response had disappointed the daily wagers and had raised serious concerns among them. He alleged that the government had initially spoken about resolving the issue within six months but had subsequently failed to provide a definite timeframe or programme for regularisation. Parray alleged that successive governments had constituted committees on the issue in the past as well, including committees formed in earlier years, but the matter had remained unresolved. He said the repeated constitution of committees without a concrete outcome had deepened the frustration among thousands of affected workers and their families. He further alleged that the latest government response indicated a lack of seriousness towards the regularisation of daily wagers and casual labourers. He expressed concern that the eventual committee report could be delayed or shaped according to the government’s priorities rather than the genuine concerns of the workers. Highlighting the hardships faced by employees working in various departments, Parray said many workers had spent a significant part of their lives serving the people and government institutions under difficult conditions. He said some workers had also lost their lives while performing duties, particularly in hazardous working environments, and argued that their families continued to face uncertainty. Parray appealed to political parties, religious and social organisations, trade union leaders, civil society members, media houses, intellectuals and senior citizens to raise their voices in support of the daily wagers and casual labourers. He said the issue should be viewed as a humanitarian matter affecting thousands of families rather than through political or organisational considerations. He also appealed to the religious leadership and members of the unified Ulama platforms to take up the issue and extend support to the affected workers. Referring to efforts undertaken on various social issues, he urged the religious and community leadership to similarly speak about the problems being faced by daily wagers and casual labourers. Parray further called upon political parties and organisations to participate in the programme announced by the forum for September 28 in Srinagar, urging representatives from across political and social sections to rise above organisational affiliations and join the workers in their demand for regularisation. He also appealed to the forum’s members, including daily wagers, casual workers, field workers, IT workers, system workers, HT workers, contractual employees, consultants and other categories of employees, to participate in the September 28 programme and collectively seek a clear response from the government on their pending demands. Parray said the forum would continue to pursue the issue and urged the government to take concrete steps towards resolving the long-standing demand for regularisation of daily wagers and casual labourers.0
