छत्तीसगढ़ में नए कानून के तहत देश की पहली FIR कबीरधाम में हुई दर्ज
Rengakhar Kalan, Chhattisgarh:छत्तीसगढ़ के नक्सल प्रभावित जिले कबीरधाम में नए कानून "भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023" के तहत देश की पहली FIR दर्ज की गई। सूचना के अनुसार रेंगाखार थाने में 1 जुलाई को रात 12:10 बजे यह FIR दर्ज हुई। वहीं एसपी अभिषेक पल्लव ने कहा कि नए कानून पारदर्शिता और न्याय सुनिश्चित करेंगे। साथ ही आज से लागू हुए तीन नए आपराधिक कानून भारत की न्याय प्रणाली में बड़ा बदलाव लाएंगे और औपनिवेशिक युग के कानूनों को समाप्त करेंगे।

दर्ज मामले में अस्पताल लैब वीडियो वायरल, तीन टेक्नीशियन बर्खास्त
Durg, Chhattisgarh:एंकर- दुर्ग में एक बार फिर ZEE मीडिया की खबर का बड़ा असर हुआ है जिसमे पिछले दिनों जिला अस्पताल की अटल आरोग्य लैब में ब्लड सैंपल और लैब के उपकरणों के साथ रील बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल करना तीन महिला टेक्नीशियनों को भारी पड़ गया मामले में कार्रवाई करते हुए एचएलएल लाइफकेयर लिमिटेड ने तीनों महिला कर्मियों को सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया है. वी/ओ- दरअसल जिला अस्पताल की तीन महिला टेक्नीशियनों ने लैब के अंदर अलग-अलग अंदाज में वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया था जिसे ZEE MEDIA ने प्रमुखता से दिखाया था जिसके बाद मामला स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों तक पहुंचा एक वीडियो में महिला टेक्नीशियन हाथ में टेस्ट ट्यूब लेकर कैटवॉक करती नजर आईं जबकि दूसरे वीडियो में लैब की चेयर पर बैठकर मस्ती करते हुए रील बनाई गई थी मामला सामने आने के बाद सिविल सर्जन डॉ. आशीषन मिंज ने अटल आरोग्य लैब के प्रभारी डॉ. जेपी मेश्राम को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा तो वही नोटिस में पूछा गया कि ड्यूटी के दौरान लैब के अंदर वीडियो कैसे बनाया गया और उस समय कर्मचारियों की जिम्मेदारी क्या थी।लैब प्रभारी ने संबंधित स्टाफ के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए एचएलएल लाइफकेयर लिमिटेड को पत्र लिखा इसके बाद कंपनी ने जांच और जवाब के आधार पर तीनों महिला टेक्नीशियनों को सेवा से हटा दिया वहीं स्वास्थ्य विभाग अब यह भी देख रहा है कि रील बनाने के दौरान लैब की जांच व्यवस्था या मरीजों के सैंपल की प्रक्रिया पर कोई असर पड़ा था या नहीं. बाईट--डॉ. आशीषन मिंज,सिविल सर्जन जिला अस्पताल0

उचेहरा में करारी नदी के रपटे पर बाइक सवार दोनों युवक लापता, खोज जारी
Satna, Madhya Pradesh:सतना। जिले के उचेहरा थाना क्षेत्र में गुरुवार की सुबह करारी नदी के रपटे में बाइक सवार दो युवकों के बह जाने की सूचना से हड़कंप मच गया। दोनों युवक अमरपाटन थाना क्षेत्र के कुम्हारी गांव के रहने वाले बताए जा रहे हैं। उनकी पहचान राजकुमार (32) और पुष्पेंद्र (34) के रूप में हुई है। जानकारी के अनुसार, दोनों युवक बाइक से पिपरीकला गांव गमी में शामिल होने जा रहे थे। इसी दौरान मतरी-पतौरा और भरहुत जाने वाले मार्ग पर करारी नदी के रपटे से निकलते समय तेज बहाव में बाइक समेत बहने की सूचना सामने आई। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही उचेहरा थाना पुलिस सक्रिय हुई। टीआई पुलिस बल के साथ मौके के लिए रवाना हुए। उचेहरा तहसीलदार भी मौके पर पहुंचे। हादसे की सूचना के बाद बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण नदी के पास जुट गए। पुलिस और प्रशासन की टीम युवकों की तलाश में जुटी है.0

पेयजल संकट से पातोलाई स्कूल में पढ़ाई प्रभावित, ट्यूबवेल से कनेक्शन की मांग
Jodhpur, Rajasthan:बालेसर उपखण्ड क्षेत्र की राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय पातोलाई की ढाणी (अजीतगढ़ ) में पिछले कई वर्षों से पेयजल की भारी किल्लत बनी हुई है। वहाँ बना बना जीएलआर देखरेख और पानी न पहुंचने से टूट चुका है तथा पाइपलाइन कनेक्शन पूरी तरह ठप है। हरिपुरा स्कूल के पास स्थित सरकारी ट्यूबवेल से होने वाली जलापूर्ति पुरानी पाइपलाइन और अवैध कनेक्शनों की भेंट चढ़ गई। मजबूरन मासूम बच्चे रोजाना अपने घरों से पानी की बोतलें लाते हैं, जबकि मिड-डे मील पकाने के लिए रसोइया को रोजाना दूर से 3 घड़े भरकर पानी ढोना पड़ता है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि जलदाय विभाग (PHED) के AEn व ExEn को बार-बार शिकायत के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। ग्रामीणों का सुझाव है कि पास ही स्थित नए खोदे गए ट्यूबवेल से विद्यालय को कनेक्शन दे दिया जाए, तो बच्चों को इस भीषण समस्या से तत्काल राहत मिल सकती है।0

Hajipur, Bihar:गंगा नदी अपने उफान पर है जिसका असर सारण जिले के सोनपुर में भी देखने को मिल रहा है जहाँ का सबलपुर दियारा पूरी तरह जलमग्न हो गया है जिससे हजारो की आबादी प्रभावित है।सबलपुर दियारा का चार पंचायत सहित सोनपुर का गंगाजल,नजरमिरा शाहपुर दियारा पंचायत के दर्जनों गॉंव बाढ़ की चपेट में है।आलम यह है कि बाढ़ का पानी घरों तक मे घुस गया है लिहाजा लोग अपना सामान लेकर ऊंचे स्थान की ओर पलायन करने को मजबूर है।वहीं हर साल बाढ़ की विभीषिका झेलने वाले इस इलाके के लोग सरकार और प्रशासन से राहत की गुहार लगा रहे है लेकिन अभी तक प्रशासन की टीम मदद को नहीं पहुंची है।दरअसल गंगा और गंडक नदी का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है जिस कारण दोनो नदियों ने कहर मचा रखा है जिससे लोग बेहाल है।बता दे कि सोनपुर और सबलपुर दियारा गंगा और गंडक नदी के किनारे है जिस कारण हर साल सबलपुर दियारा का 22 गांव और सोनपुर के तीन पंचायत के हजारो लोग बाढ़ से प्रभावित होते है लेकिन आज तक इसका स्थाई समाधान नहीं किया गया जिससे हर साल इस इलाके के लोगो को बाढ़ की विभीषिका झेलनी पड़ती है।बहरहाल इस साल भी गंगा और गंडक कहर बरपा रही है जिसके दर्द से लोग कराह रहे है。0

Padshahi Bagh Srinagar की सड़कों की गुणवत्ता पर नमूने जुटाने की तैयारी, जांच जारी
Srinagar, Uttarakhand:A few days ago, The Padshah Bagh Srinagar Welfare Committee held a press conference and Salaam TV broadcast it. Youth Welfare Committee Demands Probe into Poor-Quality Road Macadamisation in Padshahi Bagh. Today, in the presence of members of the Youth Welfare Committee and the general public, samples from the newly macadamised roads in Padshahi Bagh were collected around six different locations for testing by laboratory and R&B authorities, in the presence of local residents and members of the public. The samples have been collected to ascertain whether the material used and the thickness of the macadamisation conform to the prescribed technical specifications and government standards. The committee said that samples from multiple locations would help establish the actual quality of the road work and determine whether the work has been executed according to the approved specifications. Youth Welfare Committee General Secretary Ajaz Aziz Shah said the committee does not want to level allegations against any individual without a proper investigation. He said the concerns raised by residents should instead be addressed through a transparent, impartial and technical examination. Committee Advisor Abdul Rashid said public money is being spent on infrastructure projects and there should be no compromise with the quality of development works. He demanded that the laboratory reports of the collected samples be made public so that residents can know the actual quality of the road. Chief Organiser Mohammad Yaseen Bhat said the road had been macadamised after a long gap and, therefore, the authorities have a greater responsibility to ensure that the work is durable and meets the required standards. He demanded a detailed investigation into the execution of the project, including the quality of material used, the thickness of the road and compliance with the approved technical specifications. Secretary Ravees Ahmad said the Youth Welfare Committee would continue to pursue the matter with the concerned authorities until a fair and transparent investigation is completed. The committee has appealed to the Roads & Buildings Department and other concerned authorities to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment of the road and take appropriate action if any deficiency or violation of prescribed standards is established. The committee also urged the authorities to ensure that laboratory or forensic testing of the collected samples is conducted impartially and that the final report is shared with the public. Committee members stressed that their demand is not politically motivated, but is aimed at protecting public interest and ensuring that taxpayers' money is utilised properly. The Youth Welfare Committee has called for a fair investigation, transparent laboratory testing and corrective measures wherever shortcomings are found, saying that the people of Padshahi Bagh deserve a durable and quality road0
