Anil YadavTelangana is set to unveil a new emblem soon, as Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday provided guidelines to artist Rudra Rajesham for designing the emblem. The new emblem will replace the one adopted by the previous BRS government on June 2, 2014. The decision to change the emblem reflects the new government's vision and priorities for the state.

of gold worth ₹42 lakh from workers of a jewelry manufacturing unit
after luring them to a lodge. The accused are Sampson Peter (21), also
known as Paki, from Palliparambil House in Karikkode Thekkumbhagam
Desam, Idukki, and Nandu Deepu (21) from Padikkachikunnel House,
Karinkunnam, Idukki. They were apprehended from Moolamattom in Idukki
district.

A female dentist was attacked by street dogs in Mal Ashtamichira. Dr. Parvathi Sreejith, a resident of Ashtamichira, was the victim of the attack by the street dogs. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon when she was coming home from her clinic for lunch, through the backside of the Indian Oil pump. Seeing the dogs approaching, Parvathi got scared and fell backward. The dogs then bit her on both thighs and arms, causing severe injuries. The fall also resulted in a fracture in her arm.
