इटावा-वैदपुरा थाना क्षेत्र में अनुसूचित जाति उत्पीड़न एवं बलात्कार के एक गंभीर मामले में फरार चल रहे अभियुक्त के खिलाफ पुलिस ने कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए भगोड़ा नोटिस चस्पा किया है,बैदपुरा थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक नरेंद्र मिश्रा ने बताया ग्राम रजमऊ निवासी धीरज पुत्र दाताराम बीते लगभग पाँच माह से पुलिस की पकड़ से बाहर चल रहा था मंगलवार 6 जनवरी को पुलिस टीम ने अभियुक्त के घर पहुंचकर विधिवत मुनादी कराते हुए उसके दरवाजे पर भगोड़ा नोटिस चस्पा किया उक्त मामला 14 अगस्त 2025 को थाने में दर्ज किया गया था। मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद से ही नामजद अभियुक्त धीरज लगातार फरार बना हुआ था। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए माननीय विशेष न्यायाधीश द्वारा अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध धारा 84 के अंतर्गत भगोड़ा नोटिस वारंट जारी किया गया, जिसके अनुपालन में यह कार्रवाई की गई है।पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के घर के मुख्य द्वार के साथ-साथ गांव के मध्य चौराहे पर भी नोटिस चस्पा किया। इसके अतिरिक्त पुलिस वाहन में लगे लाउडस्पीकर के माध्यम से पूरे गांव में मुनादी कराकर अभियुक्त को शीघ्र न्यायालय में उपस्थित होने के निर्देश दिए गए। 

इटावा-बलरई थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम कोकावली में दबंगों द्वारा महिला रीना देवी पुत्री और भाई के साथ मारपीट किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़िता रीना देवी ने बताया कि रविवार शाम वह अपने मायके मैनपुरी से लौटकर अपने गांव कोकावली पहुंची थी। उसके साथ उसकी पुत्री खुशबू और भाई सुखबीर भी थे। जैसे ही वह घर के दरवाजे पर पहुंची, पड़ोसी महेंद्र वहां आ गया और जबरन मिट्टी डालने लगा। विरोध करने पर आरोपी ने गाली-गलौज शुरू कर दी। गालियां देने से मना करने पर उसकी पत्नी उर्मिला भी मौके पर आ गई और कुछ अन्य लोगों को बुला लिया।
आरोप है कि इसके बाद सभी ने मिलकर रीना देवी, उसकी पुत्री और भाई के साथ मारपीट की। मारपीट में खुशबू और सुखबीर के सिर में गंभीर चोटें आईं। पीड़िता का कहना है कि सूचना देने पर पुलिस ने केवल गाली-गलौज की एनसीआर दर्ज की, जिससे वह संतुष्ट नहीं हुई,इसके बाद पीड़िता ने क्षेत्राधिकारी आयुषी सिंह से मिलकर पूरे मामले से अवगत कराया। सीओ ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए थाना पुलिस को उचित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मंडी में पाइप टूटने से जलभराव, किसान-व्यापारी परेशान

इटावा-जसवंतनगर क्षेत्र के नवीन गल्ला व थोक सब्जी आड़त मंडी परिसर में नगर पालिका की जलापूर्ति पाइपलाइन टूटने से भारी जलभराव हो गया है,मंडी परिसर सहित आसपास की सड़कों पर पानी भर जाने से किसानों और व्यापारियों को आवागमन में गंभीर परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है,मंडी में फसल लेकर पहुंचने वाले किसान कीचड़ और पानी से होकर गुजरने को मजबूर हैं,जिससे उनकी फसलों के भी खराब होने की आशंका बनी हुई है,मंडी में मौजूद किसानों ने बताया कि यह समस्या बीते करीब एक सप्ताह से बनी हुई है,जलभराव की जानकारी कई बार नगर पालिका व संबंधित अधिकारियों को दी गई,लेकिन अब तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। इससे किसानों और व्यापारियों में नाराजगी बढ़ती जा रही है,जलभराव के चलते मंडी परिसर का मुख्य मैदान और आवागमन मार्ग पूरी तरह पानी में डूब गए हैं, जिससे ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली और अन्य वाहनों का प्रवेश मुश्किल हो गया है।
