पश्चिम जिले की AATS पुलिस ने शिवाजी पार्क मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास से 2 शराब तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार तस्करों की पहचान राहुल दुबे (दुर्गापुरी) और अमन भंडारी (शालीमार बाग) के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने उनके पास से 30 बोतल विदेशी शराब और एक ऑटो रिक्शा बरामद किया है, जिसका उपयोग वारदात में किया गया था। डीसीपी विचित्र वीर ने बताया कि पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि ये तस्कर विदेशी शराब की सप्लाई देने आने वाले हैं।

प Pipra बाजार में भीषण आग: चार दुकानों के साथ एक घर जलकर खाक

Supaul, Bihar:सुपौल में भीषण अगलगी में पिपरा बाजार के वार्ड 11 में देर रात चार दुकानों और एक आवासीय घर और उसमें रखा सामान जलकर खाक हो गया। नुकसान करीब 35 लाख रूपये बताया जा रहा है। आग देखते ही देखते कई दुकानों को अपनी चपेट में ले ली, आग की लपटें तेज थीं और सिलेंडर ब्लास्ट के कारण लोग आग बुझाने के लिए पास नहीं आ पाए। करीब डेढ़ घंटे बाद दमकल की तीन गाड़ियों ने स्थानीय लोगों के सहयोग से आग पर काबू पाया। जनरल स्टोर, मिठाई की दुकान, मुर्गा फॉर्म और एक क्लिनिक समेत कुल चार दुकानों और एक दो मंजिला घर का सारा सामान जल गया। घर में शादी समारोह के लिए लाखों के सामान खरीदा गया था। आग लगने के कारण या कारण बताने में आग बुझाने के प्रयासों पर भी चर्चा रही। दमकल गाड़ी लेट पहुंचने को लेकर लोगों में आक्रोश दिखा। सुबह पिपरा CO उमा कुमारी现场 पहुंचीं और अग्निकांड का जायजा लिया; उन्होंने पीड़ितों के लिए तत्काल राहत की व्यवस्था की जानी बात कही, और जिला प्रशासन से इस बाबत बात की जाएगी.

Chowk, Uttar Pradesh:एंकर- गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर देश मे आतंकी खतरों के मद्देनजर भारत - नेपाल सीमा क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा एजेंसिया चौकन्नी हो गई है । महराजगंज से सटे भारत नेपाल की सोनौली सीमा पर सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए गए है । एसएसबी और पुलिस द्वारा सीमा पर जगह जगह जांच पड़ताल की जा रही है । गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर सुरक्षात्मक कार्यवाई के मद्देनजर आंतरिक सुरक्षा कड़ी करने के साथ सीमा पर अलर्ट जारी है । इस समय भारत नेपाल की सोनौली सीमा पर डॉग स्क्वायड और सीसीटीवी से नेपाल से हर आने जाने वालों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है और नेपाल से आने वालों में से किसी भी संदिग्ध दिखने पर उसकी कड़ी तलाशी ली जा रही है । वही भारत नेपाल की खुली सीमा होने के कारण एसएसबी और पुलिस के जवान बॉर्डर पर पैट्रोलिंग भी कर रहे है । महिलाओं की तलाशी के लिए महिला जवानों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है जो दिन रात यहाँ पर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बरत रही है । पुलिस अधीक्षक सोमेंद्र मीना ने बताया कि गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर भारत नेपाल की सीमा पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है इसलिए इस सीमा पर विशेष रूप से जांच और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बड़ा दी गई है साथ ही साथ सभी पगडंडियों पर भी सीसीटीवी कैमरे से निगरानी रखी जा रही है और ड्रोन के भी जरिए निगरानी की जा रही है । सीमावर्ती सराय, होटल और ढाबों की भी नियमित रूप से चेकिंग की जा रही है वही पुलिस और एसएसबी के जवान बॉर्डर पर कांबिंग कर सीमा से सटे लोगों को सचेत भी किया जा रहा है ।

Patna, Bihar:बिहार सरकार के वरिष्ठ मंत्री डॉ अशोक चौधरी ने जी मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि यदि शिक्षा विभाग में भुगतान को लेकर कोई समस्या आई है तो राज्य सरकार और संबंधित विभाग उसको सॉर्ट आउट करेगा क्योंकि शिक्षा विभाग में संख्या काफी ज्यादा होती है जिस कारण से यह समस्या आ सकती है लेकिन विभाग और अधिकारी पूरी तरह से सक्षम है. वहीं विपक्ष के 100 दिनों की अल्टीमेटम पर जवाब देते हुए अशोक चौधरी ने कहा कि विपक्ष हतोत्साहित है ना तो उसके पास संख्या बल है और ना ही मनोबल है लेकिन अगर विपक्ष 100 दिनों के बाद सत्ता पक्ष की कमियों को उजागर करना चाहता है तो यह विपक्ष का काम है जिसे उसे करना चाहिए.

Delhi, Delhi:दिल्ली के रघुवीर नगर में गंदे पानी की सप्लाई से लोग परेशान। हाथों में गंदे पानी की बोतल लेकर दिल्ली जल बोर्ड हाय हाय के नारे लगाने को मजबूर इलाके के लोग। गटर जैसे पीने के पानी से लोग पड़ रहे बीमार। बोतलों में गंदा पानी भरकर दिल्ली जल बोर्ड समेत जनप्रतिनिधियों से लोग गुहार लगाते हैं। कई शिकायतों के बावजूद समस्या का हल नहीं निकल रहा। देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में पीने के पानी की किल्लत गर्मियों में आम है, पर जनवरी के महीने में सर्दियों में भी स्थिति गंभीर है। पश्चिमी जिला के रघुवीर नगर इलाके में पिछले महीनों से दिल्ली जल बोर्ड द्वारा पाइपलाइन से गटर जैसी बदबूदार पानी आ रहा है, जो पीने योग्य नहीं है और न कपड़े, बर्तन, न नहाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। स्थानीय लोगों ने बार-बार दिल्ली जल बोर्ड और जनप्रतिनिधियों से शिकायत की, पर सुनवाई नहीं हुई। चुनाव के वक्त नेताओं देखने आते थे लेकिन अब इलाके की जनता को गंदा पानी पीना पड़ रहा है; बाजार से पानी खरीदना मजबूर हो गया है। इस कॉलोनी में महीनों से गन्दा पानी जल बोर्ड की लाइन से सप्लाई हो रहा है, जिससे लोग परेशान हैं। नाराज लोगों ने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड और सरकार के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की और साफ पानी मुहैया कराने की मांग की वजह। अब देखना है कि साफ पानी कब तक मिल पाता है।

Kishtwar, :An intense anti-terror operation is underway in the dense forest area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district, where security forces have intensified their crackdown against terrorists. The joint operation, now in its fifth day, is being conducted in Sonnar village near Mandral–Singhpora following a deadly ambush in which a Para Commando was martyred and six others army Jawans were injured. Advanced surveillance assets including drones, helicopters, and sniffer dogs have been deployed to track the hiding terrorists. According to reports, one terrorist has been injured during the ongoing Operation TRASHI-I in Singhpora area. The operation was launched after terrorists associated with the banned outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed ambushed security forces using grenades and gunfire, leading to the martyrdom of one Army’s Para Commando and injuries to six others. In a remarkable display of courage and patriotism, four of the injured jawans rejoined the operation after receiving first aid at the encounter site itself, underscoring their dedication, passion, and commitment to the nation. Joint teams comprising commandos of 2nd Para, the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, SOG, and other security forces are carrying out the operation to neutralize the terrorists, believed to be two to three in number, hiding in the dense forest terrain. To ensure airtight surveillance, helicopters, drones, and sniffer dogs have been pressed into service, while heavy reinforcements have reached the spot to strengthen the ongoing offensive. As search teams continue to comb the dense forests of Kishtwar, investigators believe the most critical clues may not come from recovered weapons, but from everyday items left behind by the terrorists. Security agencies have found rice bags, eggs, ghee and other food supplies, indicating a well-established local logistics and supply network operating on civilian lines. These items suggest that the terrorists were being supported through shops, carriers and middlemen, pointing to a broader overground support system in the region. Officials say tracing the origin of these supplies could help unravel the terror supply chain, including facilitators who arrange food, shelter and movement for militants hiding in forest areas. The focus has now widened beyond armed terrorists to those who may be quietly sustaining them, as agencies intensify efforts to dismantle the entire ecosystem backing terror activities in the Chenab valley. Security forces remain on high alert as the operation continues to eliminate anti-national elements and restore peace in the region.

Chikri Ban, :26 जनवरी गणतंत्र दिवस को लेकर सीमावर्ती पुंछ जिले में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत कर दिया गया है। भारत–पाकिस्तान नियंत्रण रेखा से सटे इलाकों में अब सिर्फ सुरक्षाबल ही नहीं, बल्कि वीडीजी (Village Defence Guard) के सदस्य भी पूरी मुस्तैदी से मोर्चा संभाले हुए हैं। वीडीजी सदस्य दिन-रात गांवों में गश्त कर रहे हैं और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि पर पैनी नजर बनाए हुए हैं। गणतंत्र दिवस को लेकर पुंछ जिले के नियंत्रण रेखा से सटे गांवों में हाई अलर्ट जारी है। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करने के लिए वीडीजी सदस्य स्थानीय स्तर पर सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। वीडीजी के जवान दिन और रात गांवों में पेट्रोलिंग कर रहे हैं, गांव में आने-जाने वाले लोगों पर नजर रखी जा रही है और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की तुरंत सूचना सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को दी जा रही है। ज़ी मीडिया से बात करते हुए वीडीजी सदस्यों का कहना है कि वे देश की सुरक्षा के लिए हर समय तैयार हैं और गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर किसी भी तरह की चूक नहीं होने दी जाएगी। स्थानीय लोगों ने भी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में सहयोग करते हुए वीडीजी और सुरक्षाबलों के इस कदम की सराहना की है।

Forest Block, :Nag Devotees Celebrate Age-Old Kanchouth Festival Across Bhaderwah Valley. Anchored to commemorate the divine marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, the ancient Kanchouth festival, also known as Gauri Tritiya, was observed with deep religious fervour across the hills and valleys of the Chenab region, particularly in Bhaderwah. The festival is regarded as one of the most sacred and colourful occasions for followers of the ancient Nag culture. According to local belief, on the auspicious day of Gauri Tritiya, Goddess Parvati married Lord Shiva and sought a throne made of snow as her wedding gift. To uphold this centuries-old tradition and seek divine blessings, women from Bhaderwah and its adjoining areas were seen early in the morning marching towards temples and sacred water bodies to perform rituals and prayers. Major celebrations were reported from Nalthi, Kotli, Khakhal, Gupt Ganga, Chinote, Sartingal, Dhara, Hanga, and several other temples across the region. Much like Karwa Chouth celebrated in the plains, Kanchouth is observed in the hilly areas of Bhaderwah. Both festivals are dedicated to praying for the long life and well-being of husbands, though traditions differ slightly. While Karwa Chouth fasts are broken after moon sighting, Kanchouth fasts are concluded after Gauri Pooja during the daytime. A woman from Nalthi village explained that during Kanchouth, women traditionally partake in food at every house they visit, sometimes eating in dozens of homes in a single day. In the evenings, women gather to sing traditional Ghurai bhajans and perform folk dances, while, as per custom, household kitchens are managed by husbands for three days. Traditionally, snowfall during the Kanchouth festival is considered an auspicious omen and a divine blessing, symbolising the sacred union of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Elders recall that the festival was once marked by snow-covered hills, adding a mystical charm to the celebrations. This year, however, Kanchouth was celebrated without snowfall. Despite the absence of snow, the faith of Nag devotees remained unwavering, proving that traditions live on through belief and devotion rather than weather alone. Though Kanchouth is observed as a one-day ritual, the festivities continue for three days. During this period, women visit neighbours to offer respect, locally known as ‘Thel’, and receive blessings in return — ‘Suhagan Bho’, wishing long life and prosperity for their husbands. These rituals are performed without any discrimination of religion, caste or creed, reflecting social harmony and unity. “Kanchouth gives us a unique joy. On this day, even our mother-in-law seeks blessings by touching our feet. Husbands manage household chores for three days, and we seek blessings from everyone, irrespective of religion or caste,” said Komal Devi a newly married woman from Nalthi village. Expressing her emotional bond with the festival, Rashmi of Bhaderwoh said, “This is my 25th Kanchouth, yet the excitement remains the same. I still get goosebumps waiting for this beautiful festival. I hope the coming generations preserve and cherish this rich and ancient Nag tradition.” Kanchouth or Gauri Tritiya is celebrated every year during the Shukla Paksha of the Magh month (January–February) in the hilly districts of Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Ramban and Doda of Jammu province, symbolising faith, tradition, devotion and the enduring cultural heritage of the Chenab Valley.
