Dhuri, Punjab:ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਧੂਰੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ED ने Harpreet Singh Talwar के छह ठिकानों पर PMLA के तहत छापे मारे
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ED, Headquarters Investigation Unit has conducted searches under PMLA, 2002 at 6 premises of the prime accused Harpreet Singh Talwar and his employees/ business associates and others, in Delhi on 24.06.2026 and 25.06.2026 in case involving large scale import of drugs (heroin), concealed inn semi processed talc. During the searches, various incriminating documents, several documents regarding the investments and 4 luxury vehicles including Range Rover Sport 3.0, Toyota Fortuner, Mercedez Benz CLE 300, KIA seltos which have a combined value of nearly Rs 2 Crore from the premises of Harpreet Singh Talwar were found and seized. Further, ED had arrested Harpreet Singh Talwar, on 24.06.2026 and produced before the Hon'ble Special Court (PMLA), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, New Delhi for remand.0

भाजपा विधायक सुधीर शर्मा ने सेवा विस्तार पर सरकार से स्पष्ट जवाब माँगे: क्या मामलेTransparency बढ़ा?
Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:भाजपा नेता एवं विधायक सुधीर शर्मा ने एक सरकारी दस्तावेज़ का हवाला देते हुए प्रदेश सरकार से कई गंभीर सवाल पूछे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल एक पत्र नहीं, बल्कि सरकार की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर प्रश्नचिह्न लगाने वाला दस्तावेज़ है। सुधीर शर्मा ने कहा कि 17 अक्टूबर 2025 को कार्मिक विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा जारी पत्र में स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख किया गया है कि सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस अधिकारी प्रबोध सक्सेना के संबंध में भारत सरकार द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 तथा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 197 के तहत अभियोजन स्वीकृति प्रदान की जा चुकी है। पत्र में यह भी उल्लेख है कि सीबीआई जांच पूरी कर चार्जशीट न्यायालय में दाखिल कर चुकी है तथा मामला न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है। सुधीर शर्मा ने कहा कि इसी पत्र में स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा गया है कि यदि किसी अधिकारी के विरुद्ध विजिलेंस मामला लंबित हो, चार्जशीट दायर हो चुकी हो अथवा अभियोजन स्वीकृति प्रदान की जा चुकी हो, तो ऐसे अधिकारी को Integrity Certificate (विजिलेंस क्लियरेंस) जारी नहीं किया जा सकता। पत्र के अंतिम भाग में साफ शब्दों में लिखा गया है कि "Integrity cannot be certified." सुधीर शर्मा ने कहा कि जब सरकार स्वयं अपने आधिकारिक पत्र में लिख रही थी कि संबंधित अधिकारी की इंटीग्रिटी प्रमाणित नहीं की जा सकती, तब सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि फिर ऐसे अधिकारी को सेवा विस्तार (Extension) क्यों दिया गया? उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी अधिकारी की सत्यनिष्ठा पर स्वयं सरकार के रिकॉर्ड में प्रश्नचिह्न मौजूद था, तो उस तथ्य को लगभग एक वर्ष तक जनता, न्यायालय और पूरे प्रशासनिक तंत्र से क्यों छिपाया गया? आखिर इस तथ्य को छिपाने से किसे लाभ पहुंचाया गया? सुधीर शर्मा ने कहा कि यह मामला केवल एक अधिकारी तक सीमित नहीं है। प्रदेश सरकार को स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि क्या ऐसे अन्य अधिकारी भी हैं जिनके विरुद्ध गंभीर मामले लंबित होने के बावजूद उन्हें महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारियां या सेवा विस्तार दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश पहले से आर्थिक संकट से गुजर रहा है। ऐसे में जिन अधिकारियों की सत्यनिष्ठा पर स्वयं सरकारी रिकॉर्ड सवाल उठा रहे हों, उन्हें सेवा विस्तार देकर प्रदेश के खजाने पर अतिरिक्त वित्तीय बोझ डालने की क्या मजबूरी थी? सरकार को यह भी बताना चाहिए कि ऐसे कौन से असाधारण कारण थे जिनकी वजह से नियमों और स्थापित प्रक्रियाओं की अनदेखी की गई। भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि यह मामला केवल प्रशासनिक निर्णय का नहीं बल्कि पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और सुशासन का है। लोकतंत्र में सरकारें तथ्यों को छिपाकर नहीं चल सकतीं। यदि सरकारी रिकॉर्ड में कोई तथ्य दर्ज है, तो उसे जनता और न्यायालय से छिपाना अत्यंत गंभीर विषय है। सुधीर शर्मा ने प्रदेश सरकार से मांग की कि पूरे मामले की पारदर्शी जांच कराई जाए, सेवा विस्तार देने की परिस्थितियों को सार्वजनिक किया जाए तथा जिन अधिकारियों और निर्णयकर्ताओं की भूमिका रही है, उनकी जवाबदेही तय की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में सच को दबाया नहीं जा सकता। सरकार को जनता के सामने हर प्रश्न का तथ्यात्मक उत्तर देना ही होगा.0

दीपक राठौर हिमाचल आपदा प्रबंधन के उपाध्यक्ष बने, अहम जिम्मेदारी मिली
Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के करीबी माने जाने वाले दीपक राठौर को सुक्खू सरकार ने बड़ी जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। प्रदेश सरकार ने उन्हें हिमाचल प्रदेश स्टेट डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट अथॉरिटी (HPSDMA) का सदस्य नामित करने के साथ-साथ अथॉरिटी का वाइस चेयरमैन (उपाध्यक्ष) भी नियुक्त किया है। राजस्व विभाग (आपदा प्रबंधन प्रकोष्ठ) द्वारा 25 जून 2026 को जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 14(2)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण की अध्यक्ष ने जिला शिमला के मटियाना स्थित कोटिघाट निवासी दीपक राठौर को प्राधिकरण का सदस्य नामित किया है। अधिसूचना में आगे कहा गया है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण की अध्यक्ष ने अधिनियम की धारा 14(3) के तहत दीपक राठौर को प्राधिकरण का उपाध्यक्ष (Vice-Chairperson) भी नियुक्त किया है। यह नियुक्ति तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू मानी जाएगी। राजस्व विभाग के प्रधान सचिव (राजस्व) कमलेश कुमार पंत की ओर से आदेश जारी किए गए हैं, जबकि अतिरिक्त सचिव (राजस्व-आपदा प्रबंधन) सुनील वर्मा ने इसकी प्रति संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्रेषित की है। दीपक राठौर को प्रदेश आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण में अहम जिम्मेदारी दिए जाने को राजनीतिक और प्रशासनिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। राज्य में आपदा प्रबंधन से जुड़े मामलों में अब उनकी भूमिका और जिम्मेदारी बढ़ जाएगी。0

Kapurthala, Punjab:ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਅਗਵਾ ਤੇ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ, 3 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ‘ਤੇ ਗੁਲਿਆਨੀ ਗੈਸ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਗੋਦਾਮ ਬਾਹਰ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਵਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, 12 ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ, ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ। ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਲਿਆਨੀ ਗੈਸ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੇ ਗੋਦਾਮ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਵਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰਪੀਟ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਰਾਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ。 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬੀਐਨਐਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦਕਿ ਤਿੰਨ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਫਰਾਰ ਸਨ। ਫਰਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਸੀ。 ਐਸਪੀਡੀ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਰਿਆ ਦੋਨਾ ਦੇ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਲਾਲ ਆਉਜਲਾ ਰੋਡ ਸਥਿਤ ਗੁਲਿਆਨੀ ਗੈਸ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੇ ਗੋਦਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। 23 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਕੰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਰਾ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਦਾਮ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਮਨੀ ਬਾਬਾ (ਵਾਸੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਵੇਦ), ਲਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਲਾ (ਵਾਸੀ ਦਿਆਲਪੁਰ, ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ), ਰਾਜਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੱਗੂ (ਵਾਸੀ ਫਤੂਹੀਢੰਗਾ) ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀਪਕ ਲਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰਪੀਟ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ。 ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਦੀ ਨੋਕ ‘ਤੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਿਫਟ ਕਾਰ (ਨੰਬਰ PB08FM-4042) ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਵਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਜਲਾ ਫਾਟਕ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਗਏ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ。 ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਆਲਪੁਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ 108 ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਕੀ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਮਨੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਫਰਾਰ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ。 ਐਸਪੀਡੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ 3 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗਹਿਰਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ 12 ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ। ਬਾਕੀ ਫਰਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ。0

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:NHAI Rolls Out Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Tolling at Gharaunda Toll Plaza on NH-44 Technology-Driven Toll Collection System to Enable Barrier-Less Travel, Reduce Congestion and Enhance Commuter Convenience In a significant step towards realizing the Government of India’s vision of seamless, barrier-less and technology-driven highway travel, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has commenced the rollout of the Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Tolling System at Gharaunda Toll Plaza on the Panipat–Jalandhar section of National Highway-44. The MLFF system marks a transformative shift from conventional toll plazas by enabling toll collection without requiring vehicles to stop or slow down. Leveraging advanced Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) technology, high-performance sensors and cameras mounted on overhead gantries automatically identify vehicles and deduct user fees through FASTag, allowing uninterrupted travel at highway speeds. Transforming the Highway User Experience The introduction of MLFF tolling is expected to significantly improve travel efficiency and commuter convenience through: • Zero Waiting Time The elimination of physical toll barriers ensures smooth and uninterrupted movement of vehicles, reducing travel delays and congestion at tolling points. • Savings in Fuel and Travel Time By removing the need for repeated braking, idling and acceleration at toll plazas, the system helps reduce fuel consumption and enables faster journey times. Key Features of the MLFF Tolling System Gantry-Based Toll Collection User fees are automatically collected through overhead gantries installed across the highway corridor. The structures provide a minimum vertical clearance of approximately 5.5 to 6.0 metres, ensuring unhindered movement of all permitted vehicles. Decongested Tolling Zones To maintain smooth traffic flow and operational efficiency, strict enforcement measures have been implemented to prevent parking, encroachments and unauthorized stoppages within 200 metres on either side of the MLFF tolling zone. Robust Enforcement Mechanism Route Patrol Vehicles (RPVs) and local enforcement agencies will actively monitor MLFF stretches to prevent violations such as wrong-side driving, number plate tampering and toll evasion. e-Notice Mechanism for Unsuccessful Toll Payments To safeguard revenue while ensuring transparency and convenience for road users, NHAI has introduced a structured e-Notice mechanism for instances where toll payment is not successfully processed through FASTag, including cases of insufficient balance, inactive tags or tag-related issues. How Users Can Check e-Notices Road users can verify and manage e-Notices through the designated NIC portal: www.nhfeenotice.parivahan.gov.in Users can access the portal by entering their vehicle registration number and authenticating through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the mobile number registered in the VAHAN database. e-Notice can also be viewed on Rajmargyatra Mobile App. Payment Timeline Payment within 72 Hours: User fee payable at the normal applicable toll rate (1x). Payment after 72 Hours: User fee payable at twice the applicable toll rate (2x), as per prescribed provisions. Grievance Redressal In case a vehicle owner believes an e-Notice has been issued incorrectly, a grievance may be submitted through the NIC portal within 72 hours of issuance for review and resolution. Advisory for Road Users NHAI advises all highway users to: Maintain sufficient balance in their FASTag accounts at all times. Ensure FASTags remain active and properly affixed on vehicle windshields. Use clear and compliant High Security Registration Plates (HSRP). Adhere to traffic discipline and follow signage within MLFF zones. NHAI has successfully implemented MLFF tolling at Choryasi in Gujarat, Mundka Toll Plaza in Delhi, Daulatpura Toll Plaza in Rajasthan. The implementation of MLFF tolling at Gharaunda Toll Plaza represents another milestone in India's journey towards a modern, efficient and intelligent highway network. Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Provisional attachment of properties worth Rs. 55.57 Crore in the money-Jaundering case relating to M/s Hampton Sky Realty Limited under PMLA. 2002Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Headquarters Investigation Unit, has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties valued at Rs. 55.57 Crore under the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, in the matter pertaining to bogus export of mobile phones by M/s Hampton Sky Realty Limited (HSRL), earlier known as M/s Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd., and its associated entities and persons. The attached assets comprise bank accounts, fixed deposits, land, commercial premises and residential apartments situated in Ludhiana, Gurugram and Chandigarh held in the names of M/s Hampton Sky Realty Limited, Sanjeev Arora, the family members of Sanjeev Arora and associated entities. ED initiated investigation on the basis of FIR registered by Police Station Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, for offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 corresponding to Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120-B of the IPC, 1860, which are scheduled offences under the PMLA, 2002. ED investigation revealed that M/s HSRL, primarily a real estate company, reported sale of mobile phones of approximately Rs. 157 Crore during F.Y. 2023-24, including purported exports of about Rs. 102.50 Crore to two UAE-based entities, M/s Fortbel Telecom FZCO and M/s Dragon Global FZCO. The mobile phones were shown to have been procured locally from a network of supplier firms which were found to be largely shell/non-existent concerns, interlinked through a common mobile number and common e-mail IDs, and used merely to raise bogus invoices and provide accommodation entries without any actual movement of goods. The purported exports, not being backed by any genuine movement of goods. were shown to have been exported to entities which were beneficially controlled by the same group of persons. The total Proceeds of Crime quantified in the case amount to Rs. 102.99 Crore (approx.), with local sales still pending investigation. Search proceedings under Section 17 of the PMLA, 2002 were conducted on 09.05.2026, during which Sanjeev Arora, the erstwhile Chairman and Managing Director of M/s HSRL and the main accused, was arrested on 09.05.2026 and is presently in judicial custody. Further investigation is under progress.0

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Government Restores Non-Domestic packed LPG Supplies to Pre-Crisis Levels; Sectoral Supply Restrictions Withdrawn In a major relief to industrial and commercial LPG consumers. Government has removed all sectoral restrictions on the supply of Non-Domestic Packed LPG and restored supplies to the levels prevailing prior to the West Asia crisis. Further, the supply of bulk LPG, which had been suspended at the onset of the crisis, has been relaxed by 50% of the pre-crisis consumption levels providing significant relief to commercial and industrial consumers. The restoration follows the recent improvement in the LPG supply situation. During the West- Asia crisis, to augment domestic LPG production, the Government had issued orders under the Essential Commodities Act requiring C3-C4 streams to be utilised exclusively for LPG production, diverting them from petrochemical and other downstream uses. Taking note of the improved indigenous LPG production and the projected availability of imported LPG cargoes, Government has also decided to reduce the diversion of C3/C4 streams to LPG pool. The enhanced allocation of C3-C4 streams for non-LPG uses will be implemented while ensuring that the domestic LPG availability remains unaffected and aggregate indigenous LPG production is maintained at not less than 40 TMT per day. Centre of High Technology under the ministry has been directed to issue organisation wise allocation of this enhanced C3/C4 streams for the petrochemical and other critical sectors and submit regular reports to the Ministry. Since the onset of global supply disruptions arising from the West Asia crisis, Government has accorded the highest priority to ensuring uninterrupted availability of LPG to domestic consumers across the country. In line with this, temporary restrictions were imposed on the supply of commercial packed LPG. The timely policy interventions and coordinated efforts by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) helped maintain stable supplies despite challenging global supply chains. The Government has directed Oil Marketing Companies to continue maintaining comprehensive data on commercial and industrial LPG consumers to facilitate efficient planning and supply management. A unified sectoral database will also be maintained across the OMCs to strengthen monitoring and operational coordination. At the same time, the Government remains committed to expanding PNG connectivity. Commercial and bulk consumers who have already shifted to Piped Natural Gas (PNG) will continue to remain on PNG. Other eligible LPG consumers having access to the PNG network, or those in the process of shifting to PNG, will be progressively transitioned to PNG in coordination with City Gas Distribution (CGD) entities. In this regard, the Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has written to the Chief Secretaries of all States and union Territories for ensuring smooth implementation of the revised supply arrangements. The decision reflects the Government's conscious approach towards ensuring national energy security while balancing the energy needs of the nation with its continued commitment to expanding access to cleaner, safer and more efficient fuels.0

mathura, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh:धर्मशाला : पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष एवं सुलह से भाजपा विधायक विपिन सिंह परमार ने 25 जून 1975 को लगाए गए आपातकाल को भारतीय लोकतंत्र के इतिहास का सबसे काला अध्याय बताते हुए कांग्रेस पर तीखा हमला बोला। वीरवार को आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता में उन्होंने कहा कि आपातकाल के दौरान देशवासियों के मौलिक अधिकारों, अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को लगभग 21 महीनों तक कुचला गया था। परमार ने कहा कि भाजपा 25 जून को "संविधान हत्या दिवस" के रूप में याद करती है और इस अवसर पर उन सभी लोकतंत्र सेनानियों को नमन करती है जिन्होंने लोकतंत्र की रक्षा के लिए संघर्ष किया। उन्होंने जनसंघ, गांधीवादी और समाजवादी नेताओं के योगदान को याद करते हुए कहा कि हजारों लोगों ने जेल की यातनाएं सहकर भी लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों की रक्षा की। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से शांता कुमार का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि आपातकाल के दौरान उन्हें भी नाहन जेल में महीनों तक बंद रखा गया था। परमार ने कहा कि वर्तमान और आने वाली पीढ़ी को आपातकाल के इतिहास और उसके प्रभावों से अवगत कराना आवश्यक है, ताकि लोकतंत्र के महत्व को समझा जा सके। कांग्रेस पर लगाए गंभीर आरोप भाजपा विधायक ने कांग्रेस पर संविधान के नाम पर राजनीति करने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि जो लोग आज स्वयं को संविधान का सबसे बड़ा संरक्षक बताते हैं, वही अतीत में संविधान और लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं को कमजोर करने के लिए जिम्मेदार रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार ने अपने राजनीतिक हितों के लिए संविधान में कई संशोधन किए तथा न्यायपालिका और अन्य संवैधानिक संस्थाओं पर दबाव बनाने का प्रयास किया। प्रदेश सरकार को भी घेरा परमार ने हिमाचल प्रदेश की वर्तमान कांग्रेस सरकार पर भी निशाना साधते हुए आरोप लगाया कि प्रदेश में स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष आवाजों को दबाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कोई पत्रकार निष्पक्ष रूप से खबर प्रकाशित करता है तो उसे फोन पर धमकियां देने, एफआईआर दर्ज करने और पुलिस तंत्र के माध्यम से दबाव बनाने जैसी घटनाएं सामने आती हैं। हालांकि उन्होंने प्रदेश के पत्रकारों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि तमाम दबावों के बावजूद मीडिया लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तंभ के रूप में अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पत्रकार समाज और लोकतंत्र को जागरूक रखने का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य कर रहे हैं और उनकी भूमिका लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने में अहम है। परमार ने कहा कि आपातकाल का स्मरण केवल इतिहास को याद करने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों और संवैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के प्रति समाज को सजग बनाए रखने के लिए भी आवश्यक है।0

Khanna, Punjab:ਖੰਨਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਖਟੀਕਾਂ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਪੱਪੀ ਪਾਰਕ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਰੀਬ 150 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਪਿੱਪਲ ਦਾ ਦਰੱਖਤ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਇੱਕ ਰਿਕਸ਼ਾ ਚਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਬੜੀ ਫੁਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਈ। ਪਲਕ ਝਪਕਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰਿਕਸ਼ਾ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਵੀਡਿਓ ਵੀ ਸਾਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਦਰੱਖਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਖੰਭੇ ਵੀ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਏ। ਬਿਜਲੀ ਠੱਪ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਬੈਠੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤਰੁਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੌਂਦ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਤੇ ਮੁਰੰਮਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਾਈ。0
