Dhuri, Punjab:ਧੂਰੀ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀਮਿੰਟ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਟਰਾਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਟਰੱਕ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ 'ਚ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹਾਲਤ 'ਚ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ | ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਕਾਰ ਚਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ।

यूएस नेवी हेलीकॉप्टर ने 14 भारतीय मरीनों की जान बचाने में मदद की
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:A U.S. Navy search and rescue helicopter assisted in the rescue of 14 Indian mariners in the Northern Arabian Sea, June 14. Upon receiving a distress call from the stranded mariners at approximately 2 a.m. EST, a U.S. Navy P-8 aircraft was first on scene, responded by dropping a search and rescue kit that included a life raft, which the 14 mariners boarded. Motor Vessel (M/V) Jabal Ali 9 subsequently arrived on scene and successfully recovered eleven crew members from the raft. An MH-60S Sea Hawk, assigned to Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), rescued three additional mariners after their life raft capsized in the rough seas. The three mariners were transported to M/V Jabal Ali 9, where they were in good health and spirits. The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) also responded to the distress call. The U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations encompasses nearly 2.5 million square miles of water area and includes the Arabian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, Red Sea, parts of the Indian Ocean and three critical choke points at the Strait of Hormuz, Suez Canal and Bab al-Mandeb.0

Zirakpur, Punjab:ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ teਜ਼ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਕੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਭਾਜਪਾ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਇਕੱਠ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਨੇ ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ eaਿਆਸੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਾਕਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ。 ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਕਾਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਬਣਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ。 ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਬਲ ਇੰਜਣ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਟਕ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਤੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ。 ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਧੜੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਗਏ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੱਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਰਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਗੂ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਨਦੇਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ。 ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਤਮਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਕਤ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਨ ਅਧਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ。0

Mansa, Punjab:ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਤੇ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਦੋਸ਼ ਐਂਕਰ : ਮਾਨਸਾ ਜਿਲੇ ਕੇ ਕਸਬਾ ਬੋਹਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਦੇ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੱਜ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਲਾਸ਼ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ پਿੰਡ ਮਾਖਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਰਜਵਾਹੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੁੱਧ ਰਾਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵੀਓ : ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੁੱਢਲਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੁੱਧਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਇਜਤੀ ਨਾ ਸਹਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਲੇਟ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਉਨਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੁੱਧ ਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਇਜਤੀ ਨਾ ਸਹਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸਿਹਤ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਾਖਾ ਦੇ ਰਜਵਾਹੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦੂਲਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਾਈਟ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦਾ ਬੇਟਾ ਬਾਈਟ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੀਓ : ਉਧਰ ਬੁੱਢਲਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੁੱਧਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਕਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਆਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਛੁਪਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਬਦਲੀ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੁਦ ਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਨ。0

मोहाली में दोस्त की हत्या: चाकू मारकर 17 वर्षीय सन्नी की मौत, आरोपी गिरफ्तार
Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab:मोहाली में रविवार दोपहर करीब 1 बजे युवक ने अपने दोस्त की चाकू मारकर हत्या कर दी। घटना का CCTV फुटेज सामने आया है, जिसमें सड़क किनारे युवक चाकू मारते हुए दिख रहा है, चाकू लगने के बाद घायल युवक कुछ दूर तक चलता है, फिर सड़क पर गिर पड़ता है। सड़क पर वह कुछ देर तक तड़पता है, लेकिन फिर उसकी मौत हो जाती है। घटना बडाली बस स्टैंड के पास हुई, जिसके बाद मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने आरोपी को पकड़कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। इस दौरान आरोपी ने रोते हुए कहा कि गलती से चाकू लग गया। मृतक की पहचान 17 वर्षीय सन्नी के रूप में हुई है, जो बडाली गांव का रहने वाला था। सन्नी जीएस ग्रोसरी स्टोर नामक करियाने की दुकान पर काम करता था। सन्नी का परिवार मूल रूप से यूपी में संभल जिले का रहने वाला है और 18-19 साल से इस इलाके में रह रहा है। मृतक के पिता शीशपाल के अनुसार, पहले कभी दोनों के बीच किसी तरह का झगड़ा या रंजिश नहीं थी। सन्नी रोजाना की तरह सुबह काम पर गया था। दोपहर 12 तक सन्नी दुकान पर ही था। वहीं से दो युवक उसे अपने साथ बुलाकर ले गए थे.0

Kot Kapura, Punjab:ਇਕਬਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ (ਸਬ-ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ) ਜੈਤੋ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ 'ਕਾਰਡਨ ਐਂਡ ਸਰਚ ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ' (CASO) ਚਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਡੀ. ਐਸ.ਪੀ ਜੈਤੋ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਜੜ੍ਹ ਤੋ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਖਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜੈਤੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਇਹ ਸਰਚ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਹੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਰਚ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜਮਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਗਠਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਠਿਕਾਣਿਯਾ ਤੇ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਹਨਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਐਨ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕਦਮੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਮੀਨਲ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰੇਡ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਾਈਟ ਇਕ ibakal sINGh dE S P jaIto0

गुरुद्वारा के सामने शस्त्र उठाने की कोशिश, सेवादारों ने समय रहते रोका
Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab:श्री गुरु ग्रंथ साहिब के आगे रखे शस्त्र उठाने का किया प्रयास, सेवादारों ने समय रहते रोका एंकर तरनतारन जिले के कस्बा झबाल स्थित ऐतिहासिक गुरुद्वारा माता भाग कौर जी में बेअदबी की कोशिश का मामला सामने आया है। गुरुद्वारा साहिब में दाखिल हुई एक संदिग्ध महिला ने कथित तौर पर श्री गुरु ग्रंथ साहिब जी के आगे रखे बड़े शस्त्र उठाने का प्रयास किया। हालांकि गुरुद्वारा साहिब के सेवादारों ने सतर्कता दिखाते हुए महिला को तुरंत रोक लिया, जिससे कोई अप्रिय घटना नहीं हुई। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और महिला को हिरासत में ले लिया। प्रारंभिक जांच में महिला के मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ होने की बात सामने आई है। पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार महिला जिला गुरदासपुर के श्री हरगोबिंदपुर क्षेत्र की रहने वाली बताई जा रही है। वहीं गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधन ने पुलिस प्रशासन से मामले की गहन जांच की मांग की है。 डीएसपी सुखबीर सिंह ने बताया कि पुलिस ने आरोपी महिला के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और मामले के सभी पहलुओं की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि महिला का मेडिकल करवाया जाएगा, जिसके बाद आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। पुलिस यह भी जांच कर रही है कि महिला ने यह कदम किन परिस्थितियों में उठाया और उसके पीछे कोई अन्य कारण या साजिश तो नहीं है। फिलहाल मामले की जांच जारी है。0

The victory is noteworthy, coming as it does, in the home constituency of Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa. The Qadian victory is also in line with the emerging trend across the State in the civic body elections in which the party outperformed the Congress in vote share. The strong showing of the SAD in the municipal elections in which it secured a complete majority in 10 committees compared to eight bodies secured by the Congress and two by the BJP is reflecting of its strong position in the State politics. The vote share of the SAD in the civic elections also indicates it has become a formidable force in urban areas. Notably, of the total 1977 wards, the Shiromani Akali Dal, after major nomination rejections, had contested 1251 seats, whereas Congress fought on 1550 and BJP on 1316 seats. In Maluka the Shiromani Akali Dal secured 55 per cent votes, in Sangat 51 %, in Kot Shamir 43 %, in Bhagat Bhai Ka 43%, in Majitha 42%, in Mehraj 41%, in Nathana 40%, in Bhucho 37%, in Maur 31% in Faridkot 31% and Samrala 29% vote share. Apart from this, more than 50 Independent councillors across the state won with the support of Shiromani Akali Dal, of them more than 30 already joined the party in the presence of Sukhbir Singh Badal. Going by that calculation, data states that the Shiromani Akali Dal will also form Lehra Mohabbat, Budhlada, Rahon and Goniana municipalities. Earlier during the rural bodies elections Zila Parishad despite contesting only 273 seats as Akali nominations were rejected in 51 Seats, the party defeated the Congress as per the overall vote share securing 25.5 per cent of the vote share compared to 25.1 per cent by the Congress and 5.1 per cent by the BJP. The SAD had also emerged as the main opposition party ahead of the Congress. In both the Malwa and Majha zones the party was ahead of the Congress. In the Malwa zone the SAD secured 27.5 per cent of the votes compared to 24.7 per cent vote share secured by the Congress party. Similarly in the Majha region the SAD secured 25.3 per cent of the vote share compared to 22.2 per cent of the vote share secured by the Congress party. With the latest Municipal tally, where Shiromani Akali Dal secured more than 250 seats, the Shiromani Akali Dal cannot be called a rural party any longer. It has succeeded in securing vital support in the urban areas, especially in the municipal elections which indicates well for the party in the 2027 assembly elections. Party insiders say that all this has been possible due to an intensive outreach in the urban areas by party president Sukhbir Singh Badal. Besides activating the Traders’ Cell he has successively created and operationalised various cells of the party including the Youth Akali Dal, Istri Akali Dal and SC and BC wing. Each of these wings now have separate in charges, who will work in tandem with the respective Halka in charge/candidate. Their reporting will also be at the party head office, as learnt. This micro management has already paid results and the SAD is poised for great leap in the 2027 polls.0

Fazilka, Punjab:जालालाबाद विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव चक्क सोतरियां बंदीवाला में एक महिला के साथ मारपीट के मामले में पुलिस ने कांग्रेस के पूर्व मंत्री हंसराज जोसन के भाई और भतीजों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार गांव चक्क सोतरियां बंदीवाला, जहां पूर्व मंत्री हंसराज जोसन का निवास स्थान है, वहां उनके भाई और भतीजों द्वारा एक महिला के घर में घुसकर उसके साथ मारपीट किए जाने का आरोप है। इस घटना की सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई है । फिलहाल पुलिस द्वारा मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्यवाही की जा रही है । डीएसपी गुरसेवक सिंह बराड़ ने बताया कि बंदीवाला चक्क सोतरीयां गांव में झगड़े का मामला सामने आया था । जिसमें सीसीटीवी वीडियो भी सामने आई । जिसपर कार्यवाही करते हुए रामदेव की पत्नी अमनदीप कौर के बयान दर्ज करते हुए थाना वैरोका में मुकदमा नंबर 86 दर्ज किया गया है। इस मामले में पूर्व मंत्री के भाई और दो भतीजों के खिलाफ नामजद केस दर्ज किया गया है, पुलिस ने जश्नप्रीत सिंह, राज कुमार और चंद्र.shेखर को नामजद कर दिया है । जबकि 3 से 4 अज्ञात व्यक्तियों को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है। बता दे कि शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा पूर्व मंत्री हंसराज जोसन और उनके पुत्र रोजी जोसन के खिलाफ भी शिकायत दी गई थी। हालांकि पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज एफआईआर में पूर्व मंत्री के भाई और दो भतीजों को नामजद किया गया है।0

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:The Indian Army has removed several colonial-era vestiges from its dress regulations, the mandatory carriage of swords by Reviewing Officers, and the use of pouch belts with certain mess dresses. It has also dropped the use of archaic terminology such as "Royal". The Army is introducing the indigenous Bandi jacket as part of civil formal dress in a broader effort to align military traditions with India''s sovereign identity. The changes are elaborated in the newly issued Army Uniforms-2026 Pamphlet, which standardises dress regulations across the force while introducing what the Army describes as a deliberate move away from residual colonial-era symbols and terminology. The rationale behind the changes is explicitly outlined in a chapter titled "Indigenisation and Alignment with National Ethos." The manual states, "In keeping with the nation''s sentiments and evolving sovereign identity, a number of deliberate refinements have been incorporated in this edition of Army Uniforms Pamphlet." Among the changes is the introduction of a closed-neck coat, commonly known as a Bandi jacket, to be worn over a full-sleeved shirt with matching formal trousers and closed footwear, bringing an indigenous element as part of formal civil attire for officers. The manual authorises that the Army has also removed the pouch belt from Mess Dress Nos 5 and 6, made the carriage of swords by Reviewing Officers optional, and discontinued the use of archaic terminology such as "Royal", all of which had remained embedded in military traditions inherited from the colonial period. According to the manual, these measures are part of a wider review of legacy practices. The document states: "These measures, reflected at appropriate places across this Pamphlet and further listed herein, include the introduction of the Bandi Jacket as part of civil formal dress, removal of the pouch belt from Mess Dress Nos. 5 and 6, the stipulation that sword carriage by Reviewing Officer is optional and discontinuation of archaic terminology such as ''Royal''." In another major change, the manual narrows the occasions on which swords may be carried. Swords will now be carried only by parade commanders, contingent commanders and designated personnel during major ceremonial events such as Republic Day, Independence Day, Army Day parades and Guards of Honour. The regulations further specify: "Reviewing Officers will not carry sword on parade." The Army has described the reforms as a balancing act between modernisation and preservation of military traditions. The manual notes: "Collectively, these refinements represent a progressive review of residual colonial-era vestiges while preserving the dignity, functionality and enduring traditions of the Indian Army." The push to move away from colonial-era practices is also reflected in the foreword to the manual. It states that the 2026 edition "reflects a considered step towards aligning our dress regulations with contemporary Indian ethos through the progressive removal of residual colonial-era practices, accoutrements and terminology." Apart from the symbolic changes, the Army has introduced a new winter working dress featuring a Battle Jacket, which will gradually replace the existing jersey-based winter uniform (Dress 3A) by June 2029. The Battle Jacket has been reintroduced as the standard winter outerwear for all ranks, with a three-year transition period for implementation. The manual also lays down extensive guidelines on personal appearance, military bearing and conduct in uniform. It bars radical hairstyles, unauthorised beards, visible electronic gadgets, tattoos, body piercings and cosmetic make-up while in uniform. It also prohibits the wearing of uniform at political, religious or protest gatherings, weddings, private parties and paid media appearances without authorisation. Describing the broader objective of the reforms, the concluding section of the manual says the Army Uniforms Pamphlet 2026 represents "a deliberate and balanced progression towards standardisation, simplification and modernisation of dress regulations in keeping with the evolving ethos of the Indian Army." Earlier this year, the Indian Army undertook a major initiative to discontinue colonial-era legacies by renaming 246 roads, buildings and facilities across its establishments. This move is aimed at strengthening an institutional identity rooted in India''s own history, ethos and military traditions, while honouring the nation''s gallantry awardees, war heroes and distinguished military leaders. According to Indian Army officials, the exercise covered 124 roads, 77 colonies, 27 buildings and other military facilities, and 18 miscellaneous facilities, including parks, training areas, sports grounds, gates and helipads. Officials said the initiative also reflects an enduring national commitment to commemorate valour and sacrifice. Recent national efforts to honour the legacy of the nation''s bravest include dedicated commemorations of Param Vir Chakra awardees, reinforcing the centrality of India''s heroes in public and institutional memory. In various cantonments and military stations, the renaming of roads, facilities and colonies is being undertaken to honour Indian soldiers and commanders, including gallantry award recipients and eminent military personalities, officials said. As part of this process, several British-era road and locality names are being replaced with names that reflect Indian valour, sacrifice and leadership. In Delhi Cantonment, Kirby Place (officers'' accommodation) has been renamed Kenuguruse Vihar, while Mall Road has been renamed Arun Khetrapal Marg. In Ambala Cantonment, Patterson Road Quarters is now known as Dhan Singh Thapa Enclave, and in Mathura Cantonment, New Horn Line has been renamed Abdul Hamid Lines. Similar changes have been implemented elsewhere, with Queens Line Road in Jaipur Cantonment becoming Sundar Singh Marg, New Birdwood Line in Bareilly Cantonment being renamed Thimayya Colony, and Malcolm Lines in Mhow Cantonment renamed Piru Singh Lines. At the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, Colins Block and Kingsway Block have been renamed Nubra Block and Kargil Block, respectively. In Kolkata, Fort William has been renamed Vijay Durg, while the sports complex in Rangapahar Military Station has been renamed Laishram Jyotin Singh Sports Complex. At Zakhama Military Station, Spear Lake Marg has been renamed Hangpan Dada Marg. These names commemorate exemplary courage and service across multiple campaigns, alongside recognition of eminent military leadership, according to the Indian Army. Even earlier, on February 24, 2023, the Indian Army had discontinued several colonial-era practices, including the use of horse-driven buggies at functions, ceremonial pull-out events during retirements, and pipe bands during dinners. Through this initiative, the Indian Army reiterates its commitment to preserving the nation''s sovereignty and integrity and ensuring that the spaces where soldiers and their families live, train and serve visibly reflect India''s own heroes, legacy and values.
