ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਬਦਲਵੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 17000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇਤਾ ਰੁਲਦੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਐਲਾਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ 30,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਦੇਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦੇਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੂੰਗੀ ਬੀਜਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ।

Amritsar के हिंदू परिवार में बेटे की जबरन खतना; पिता-सौतेली मां के खिलाफ शिकायत

Amritsar, Punjab:Location Amritsar बाप ने बेटे को काम के लिए भेजा बैंगलोर, मुसलमानों ने बच्चे का किया खतना अमृतसर में एक हिंदू परिवार में पैदा हुए बेटे का खतना उसके बाप ने बिना बताए करवा दिया। पहले तो बाप ने बेटे को काम करने के लिए मुसलमानों के पास बैंगलोर स्थित भटकल भेज दिया। फिर वहां पर उसका बिना बताए खतना करवा दिया। ऐसे में नाराज बेटे ने अब अपने पिता तथा सौतेली मां के खिलाफ पुलिस को शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है। उसने पुलिस से मांग की है कि उसके पिता तथा सौतेली मां खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए। जानकारी के अनुसार मिलाप एवेन्यू घन्नुपुर निवासी कृष्णा खोंसला ने पिता , सौतेली मां तथा उक्त मुसलमानों पर धर्मांतरण और खतना कराने की शिक़ायत दर्ज कराई है। आरोप लगाया कि उसे बैंगलोर स्थित भटकल में पढ़ने के बहाने मुसलमानों के पास काम करने के लिए बेचा गया है। कृष्णा खोंसला ने बताया कि वह हिंदू है। बताया कि उसके पिता राजीव खोंसला उर्फ साईं रिज्क शाह पिछले कई वर्षों से पीर बाबा की गद्दी पर बैठा हुआ है, तथा कई मुसलमानों के साथ उसके अच्छे संबंध भी है। उसने बताया कि उसके पिता राजीव खोंसला ने कुछ कुछ समय पहले दुसरी शादी करने कर ली। जिसके उसके पिता ने जनवरी महीने में उसकी सौतेली मां के कहने पर उसे किसी मुसलमान के साथ जबरदस्ती बैंगलोर स्थित भटकल काम करने के लिए भेज दिया, जहां मुसलमानों द्वारा उसे काफी प्रताड़ित किया गया। उसने कई बार अपने पिता को फ़ोन पर जानकारी भी दी पर उसके पिता ने कोई सुनवाई नहीं की, तथा उक्त मुसलमानों से पैसे ऐंठता रहा। उसने बता की मुसलमानों द्वारा उसे जहां प्रताड़ित किया जाता था वहीं कुछ महीने पहले जबरदस्ती धर्मांतरण कर खतना करवा दिया, जिसकी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट भी उसके पास है, जिसमें उसका नाम हैदर अली बताया गया है। उसने बताया कि अपने पिता तथा मुसलमानों से प्रताड़ित होने के बाद उसने किसी तरह अपने दादा यशपाल खोंसला से संपर्क कर सारी व्यथा सुनाई। जिसके बाद‌ उसके दादा ने इंग्लैंड में मेरी माता के साथ संपर्क कर उसे वहां से किसी तरह निकलवाया। उसने बताया कि जहां अपने दादा के पास पहुंचने के बाद भी उसके पिता राजीव खोंसला ने अपने पिता पर मुझे अगवा करवाने की झुठी शिकायतें दी है, जबकि वह अपनी मर्जी से अपने दादा यशपाल के साथ रह रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस संबंधी उन्होंने पुलिस कमिश्नर, थाना छेहरटा तथा चाइल्ड केयर में अपनी शिकायत देकर उक्त आरोपियों खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। इस संबंधी राजीव खोंसला उर्फ साईं रिज्क शाह ने बताया कि उसका बेटा कृष्णा खोंसला यहां पर गलत संगत का शिकार हो रहा था, इसलिए उसने अपने बेटे को पढ़ाई के लिए बैंगलोर स्थित भटकल में अपने जानकार साथियों के पास भेजा था। उसके साथ अगर वहां कुछ ग़लत हुआ है तो इसकी जानकारी उसे नहीं है। उसने बताया कि इस संबंधी वह उक्त लोगों खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए अपने बेटे कृपया के साथ है। इस संबंधी एएसआई बब्बू मसीह ने बताया कि मामले की जांच की जा रही है। बच्चे का मेडिकल करवाने के बाद सच्चाई सामने आने पर बनती कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ट्रंप ने दक्षिण अफ्रीका में होने वाले जी-20 शिखर सम्मेलन का बहिष्कार करने की घोषणा की अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने घोषणा की है कि इस साल दक्षिण अफ्रीका में होने वाली जी-20 बैठक में अमेरिकी सरकार का कोई भी अधिकारी शामिल नहीं होगा। उन्होंने मेजबान देश पर अपने अल्पसंख्यक श्वेत किसानों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार का आरोप लगाया है। ट्रंप ने अपनी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में लिखा कि जी-20 सम्मेलन का दक्षिण अफ्रीका में होना “शर्मनाक” है। उनका कहना है कि वहां कई अफ्रीकी लोगों के साथ हिंसा की जा रही है, जो डच, फ्रांसीसी और जर्मन मूल से जुड़े हैं। उनकी जमीन और खेत जबरन छीने जा रहे हैं। ट्रंप ने कहा कि जब तक यह स्थिति बनी रहेगी, तब तक अमेरिका का कोई अधिकारी जी-20 में नहीं जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वह वर्ष 2026 का जी-20 सम्मेलन मियामी, फ्लोरिडा में कराने की उम्मीद करते हैं। ट्रंप इससे पहले भी कह चुके थे कि वह स्वयं इस सम्मेलन में शामिल नहीं होंगे, जहां दुनिया की बड़ी और उभरती अर्थव्यवस्थाओं के नेता एक साथ आते हैं। अमेरिका का यह फैसला किसी बड़े अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच का शायद ही कभी होने वाला बहिष्कार माना जा रहा है। इससे यह भी साफ होता है कि ट्रंप प्रशासन का दक्षिण अफ्रीका के प्रति रुख कड़ा होता जा रहा है。 दक्षिण अफ्रीकी सरकार ने भेदभाव के अमेरिकी आरोपों को बार-बार खारिज किया है। उनका कहना है कि श्वेत आबादी का जीवन स्तर आज भी देश की अश्वेत बहुसंख्यक आबादी से ऊँचा है, और किसानों पर अत्याचार की खबरें बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर पेश की जाती हैं। राष्ट्रपति सिरिल रामाफोसा भी पहले कह चुके हैं कि श्वेत किसानों के खिलाफ व्यापक उत्पीड़न की बातें “पूरी तरह झूठ” हैं。 कुछ दिन पहले ट्रंप ने मियामी में एक बयान में कहा था कि दक्षिण अफ्रीका को “जी-20 से बाहर निकाल देना चाहिए", क्योंकि वहां की स्थिति ठीक नहीं है。 कुछ महीने पहले, अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो ने भी जी-20 विदेश मंत्रियों की बैठक का बहिष्कार किया था। उनका कहना था कि सम्मेलन में ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा विविधता, समानता और जलवायु जैसे मुद्दों पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। इस समय जी-20 की अध्यक्षता दक्षिण अफ्रीका के पास है और अगले वर्ष संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका यह पदभार ग्रहण करेगा। सम्मेलन 22 से 23 नवंबर तक जोहानिसबर्ग में होने वाला है। अमेरिका की अनुपस्थिति के बावजूद, बैठक तय कार्यक्रम के अनुसार ही होगी, और इसमें विश्व आर्थिक स्थिति, ऊर्जा परिवर्तन और विकास सहयोग जैसे मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:CBSA in British Columbia opens multiple immigration investigations and removes three individuals The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Pacific Region Immigration Enforcement and Intelligence and Investigations Operations are part of a newly created BC Extortion Task Force which was announced by the Province of B.C. in September and is led by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). This task force was created to address the sharp rise in extortion threats and violence against businesses, particularly those within the South Asian community in the Lower Mainland. The role of the CBSA in this task force is to assist in the execution of search warrants, conduct Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) investigations and share information with law enforcement partners. To date, the CBSA has initiated immigration investigations into 78 foreign nationals who may be inadmissible and has removed from Canada three individuals related to these investigations. The BC Extortion Task Force consists of 40 members drawn from various policing agencies, including the CBSA, B.C. RCMP, Abbotsford Police Department, Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit – B.C. (CFSEU-BC), Delta Police Department, Metro Vancouver Transit Police, Surrey Police Service and Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit. The task force receives support from the federal RCMP National Co-ordination and Support Team (NCST), which offers co-ordination and information sharing on extortion cases with law-enforcement agencies in affected provinces including B.C., Alberta and Ontario.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:270 Indian nationals were repatriated from Thailand after fleeing Myanmar following a military raid on cybercrime hubs, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Friday. Speaking during a weekly press briefing, MEA Official Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated that the Indians stranded in Thailand returned from Mae Sot on Thursday, with more expected to return in the coming days. He explained that after a crackdown in certain camp centres in Myanmar, the individuals had illegally crossed into Thailand. "270 Indian nationals returned yesterday from Thailand. They got back from Mae Sot in Thailand on two special aircraft. When there was a crackdown in Myanmar in some of those camp centres, they illegally came into Thailand. and the Thai authorities thereafter undertook certain processes that were required on their side. After that, once we verified the documents of all these people and made sure they were Indian nationals, they were flown to India yesterday," Jaiswal said. The MEA Spokesperson further noted that some more Indian nationals remain in Thailand and will also be brought back shortly. "I understand that there are some more Indian nationals who are there right now in Thailand, and they will also be coming back in a few days" time. I shall keep you updated on the number," he added. Jaiswal's remark came in the wake of Indian nationals detained in Thailand after fleeing a military raid in October on a cybercrime hub in Myanmar. According to the Bangkok Post, several Indian nationals crossed into Thailand following a raid by the Myanmar military on the KK Park compound, a site notorious for running international cyber scams. The military operation forced hundreds of foreign workers at the compound to flee across the border into the Thai town of Mae Sot. Thai authorities stated that at least 1,700 people from 10 countries, including India, China, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines, had entered Thailand after the raid, according to the Bangkok Post. This is not the first such incident. Earlier this year, India had repatriated several citizens trapped in scam centres along the Thai-Myanmar border after coordinated regional crackdowns. KK Park, located in Myanmar's Myawaddy region, is well known among global law enforcement agencies for running large-scale online fraud operations. Reports suggest the compound and nearby facilities are controlled by Chinese criminal syndicates and supported by local armed groups allied with Myanmar's military. The MEA spokesperson also reiterated long-standing travel advisories warning Indians to avoid fraudulent job centres across the world. "Over the years, several agencies of the Government of India have constantly put out this point and issued travel advisories to Indian nationals to stay away from these scam centres. The price that one has to pay is very high. People go there, they are met with violence, and there are all sorts of exploitation that happen," he said. Jaiswal urged Indians to exercise caution and verify recruiters and agencies, whether domestic or foreign, before accepting employment offers. "We once again urge all Indian nationals to stay away from such job offers and verify the people who offer these jobs, because it comes with a lot of risks," he warned.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Punjab SC Commission seeks report on Tarn Taran "caste discrimination" incident Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], November 8 (ANI): The Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission has taken suo motu notice of a reported caste-based discrimination incident during the Tarn Taran Vikas Mela, where Assistant Labour Commissioner Jasvir Singh (Bhagta Jatana) was allegedly made to sit separately. In an official communication issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran, Commission Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi stated that the matter has been brought to the Commission''s attention through media reports highlighting the incident under the caption "Sikhiyan lae layi Guru Sahiban di tazlil, vikas mela da khula nota". Exercising powers under Section 10(2)(h) of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Act, 2004, the Commission has initiated a suo motu inquiry. A detailed factual report has been sought from the Deputy Commissioner by November 17, 2025, regarding the alleged incident involving Assistant Labour Commissioner Jasvir Singh and the Deputy Speaker, Punjab Vidhan Sabha S. Jai Krishan Singh Rouri. The Commission has also directed the district administration to submit all relevant facts, documents, and evidence related to the incident, in compliance with the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi said that if the Commission does not receive a satisfactory response, further action will be taken under Section 10(1) of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Act, 2004. He emphasised that discrimination based on caste, especially in official or public functions, is unacceptable and will invite strict action. Meanwhile, the Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes has also taken suo motu notice of the alleged use of objectionable images of Bhai Jeevan Singh Ji (Bhai Jaita Ji) and the Ninth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, during a political rally held in Tarn Taran in connection with the Assembly bypoll. The Commission has issued a notice to the Leader of Opposition in the Punjab Assembly and senior Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa, directing him to appear in person before the Commission on November 10, 2025, at its Chandigarh office. Noida, Uttar Pradesh:हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री सैनी पहुंचे सिद्ध शक्तिपीठ श्री देवी तालाब मंदिर,लिया भगवती मां का आशीर्वाद आप पर साधा निशाना,पंजाब में आप किसानों और लोगों को मुआवजा देने में हुई नाकाम साबित राहुल अभी वोट चोरी का आरोप लगा रहे,कल पीएम मोदी पर कांग्रेस चोरी का आरोप लगाएंगे हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायाब सैनी आज तरन तारण दौरे के बाद जालंधर के शक्तिपीठ श्री देवी तलब मंदिर पहुंचे और भगवती मां आशीर्वाद कर कार सेवा की। इस दौरान नायाब सैनी ने कहा कि भगवती मां सिद्ध शक्तिपीठ स्थान पर आए हैं और कार सेवा में सेवा मां का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया है। वही हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तरन तारण मैं होने वाले उपचुनाव को लेकर और लोगों को इस बार भाजपा को वोट देने के लिए कहा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में क्या हाल है इसके बारे में लोग खुद जानते हैं और यहां की पंजाब सरकार की बेहतरीन के लिए कुछ भी कर नहीं पा रही। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में आई बाढ़ के कारण अभी तक किसानों और लोगों को सरकार मुआवजा देने में नाकाम साबित हुई है।वही कहा कि हरियाणा में उन्होंने युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां दी है तो दूसरी तरफ युवाओं ने मेडल जीतकर हरियाणा का मान बढ़ाया है और देश का मान बढ़ाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार तो महिलाओं को ₹1000 प्रति महीना नहीं दे पाई है लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने हरियाणा में महिलाओं को ₹2100 प्रति महीना देना शुरू कर दिया है। वही कहा कि पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री और अरविंद केजरीवाल दोनों ही नशे में रहते हैं और शाम को इकट्ठे बैठते हैं। जब यह लोग खुद ही नशे में रहते हैं तो पंजाब से नशा कैसे खत्म हो पाएगा उन्होंने लोगों से तरन तरण उपचुनाव में भाजपा को वोट देकर उनके उम्मीदवार बनाएं और 27 में आने वाले चुनाव में पंजाब में भाजपा को वोट देकर डबल इंजन की सरकार बनाएं。

Chandigarh, Chandigarh:ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਸੈਂਟ ਤੇ ਸਿੰڈیਕੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ Ministry of Education accepts the demand of the students, no change in the senate of Panjab University On the basis of recommendation of a High Level Committee (HLC) constituted on 02-03-2021 by the Chancellor of the University and consultations with various stakeholders, the Government of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) and (3), of the section 72 of the Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966 (31 of 1966), issued a notification to modify the constitution and composition of the Senate and Syndicate of the Panjab University. 2. After the issue of the order, various feedback were received from stakeholders like students, teachers, former VCs and the current VC of the Panjab University. 3. The Ministry of Education also considered the inputs received in meeting with various student organisations. Having regard to the above, it has now been decided by the Ministry of Education that the aforesaid order changing the constitution & composition of the senate and syndicate shall stand rescinded.

हिमाचल में B-1 टेस्ट फिर रद्द, HC ने परीक्षा नहीं कराने का आदेश दिया

Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस की ओर से ऑनलाइन B-1 टेस्ट दोबारा रद्द कर दिया गया है. यह परीक्षा 9 नवंबर को होनी थी. हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने पुलिस विभाग को टेस्ट न कराने के आदेश दिए. कोर्ट में न्यायमूर्ति ज्योत्सना रिवाल दुआ की एकल पीठ ने एक याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान यह आदेश जारी किए. याचिका में प्रमोशन के लिए B-1 टेस्ट को लेकर आपत्ति जताई गई है. इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 19 नवंबर को होनी है. तब तक के लिए भी परीक्षा स्थगित रहेगी. 26 अक्टूबर को तकनीकी ख़ामी की वजह से टेस्ट सबमिट नहीं हो पाए थे और परीक्षा को रद्द करना पड़ा था.
