ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਬਦਲਵੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 17000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇਤਾ ਰੁਲਦੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਐਲਾਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ 30,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਦੇਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦੇਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੂੰਗੀ ਬੀਜਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ।

जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकी खतरे के बीच हाई अलर्ट: नाके और कड़े चेकिंग

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:जम्मू–कश्मीर में आतंकी खतरे को देखते हुए सभी सुरक्षा एजेंसियां हाई अलर्ट पर। लेट नाइट नाके लगाकर चेकिंग की जा रही लेट नाइट में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और कड़ी, पुलिस व अन्य एजेंसियों ने कई महत्वपूर्ण इलाकों में नाके बढ़ा दिए हैं। इन नाकों पर J&K Police की विशेष फोकस्ड नाइट चेकिंग। हाईवे, शहर के एंट्री पॉइंट्स और संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में देर रात तक वाहनों की सघन जांच की जा रही है। संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों की आईडी और सामान की तुरंत जांच की जा रही है पुलिस की क्यूआरटी और नाइट पेट्रोलिंग टीमें लगातार एक्टिव हैं। हाल ही में सुरक्षा बलों की रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में 131 आतंकी सक्रिय हैं, जिसमें से 122 पाकिस्तानी और 9 स्थानीय आतंकी हैं। बता दें कि LOC के पहाड़ी इलाकों में बर्फबारी से पहले बड़े पैमाने पर घुसपैठ की आशंका ही। सूत्रों के अनुसार लश्कर-ए-तैयबा और जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के POK में 15 आतंकी लॉन्च पैड एक्टिव हैं। इन लॉन्च पैड्स से आतंकी घुसपैठ की कोशिशों को देखते हुए, बॉर्डर से लेकर अंदरूनी इलाकों तक सुरक्षा बढ़ाई गई है। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस दिन व रात दोनों समय नाके लगाकर चेकिंग कर रही है ताकि, किसी भी संदिग्ध मूवमेंट पर तुरंत एक्शन लिया जा सके। साथ ही आतंकी स्लीपर सेल्स और ओवरग्राउंड वर्करों पर निगरानी बढ़ाई जा सके इसको लेकर ये नाके बढ़ाए गए हैं।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:National Park Service said Tuesday it is going to start charging the millions of international tourists who visit U.S. parks each year an extra $100 to enter some of the most popular sites, while leaving them out of fee-free days that will be reserved for American residents. The announcement declaring “America-first entry fee policies” comes as national parks deal with the strain of a major staff reduction and severe budget cuts, along with recovering from damage during the recent government shutdown and significant lost revenue due to fees not being collected during that time. The fee change will impact 11 national parks, including the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and Yosemite, according to the U.S. Department of the Interior. As part of the changes, which are set to take effect Jan. 1, foreign tourists will also see their annual parks pass price jump to $250, while U.S. residents will continue to be charged $80, according to the department's statement. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum said in a post on the social platform X that the changes make sure U.S. taxpayers who support the park service “continue to enjoy affordable access, while international visitors contribute their fair share to maintaining and improving our parks for future generations!” The announcement follows a July executive order in which President Donald Trump directed the parks to increase entry fees for foreign tourists. “There’s a lot to unpack in this announcement, including many questions on its implementation – all which NPCA will raise with the Department of Interior,” Kati Schmidt, a spokesperson for National Parks Conservation Association, said in an email. The U.S. Travel Association estimated that in 2018, national parks and monuments saw more than 14 million international visitors. The money made off the new fees will help support the national parks, including with upgrading facilities for visitors and maintenance, according to the statement. The “resident-only patriotic fee-free days” next year include Veterans Day, which was one of the parks' eight free days open to everyone in 2025. The Department of the Interior had announced those days by saying they wanted to ensure that “everyone, no matter their zip code, can access and enjoy the benefits of green spaces and our public lands.”

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:रोहतक में बास्केटबॉल पोल गिरने से नेशनल प्लेयर की मौत,VIDEO:प्रैक्टिस करते वक्त छाती पर गिरा 750 किलो का पोल रोहतक में बास्केटबॉल पोल गिरने से नेशनल प्लेयर की मौत,VIDEO:प्रैक्टिस करते वक्त छाती पर गिरा 750 किलो का पोल लाखनमाजरा में युवक की खेलते समय पोल गिरने से मौत पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंपा, सीसीटीवी में कैद हुई घटना रोहतक के ब्लॉक लाखनमाजरा में सुबह बॉस्केटबाल खेलते समय एक हादसा हो गया, जिसमें बॉस्केटबाल का पोल गिरने से एक नाबालिग की मौत हो गई। सूचना के बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर जांच शुरू की। पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद परिजनों को सौंप दिया。 मृतक की पहचान 16 वर्षीय हार्दिक पुत्र संदीप निवासी लाखनमाजरा के रूप में हुई, जो सुबह ग्राउंड में बॉस्केटबॉल की प्रैक्टिस करने के लिए गया था। खेलते समय अचानक बॉस्केटबॉल पोल टूट गया, जो हार्दिक की छाती पर गिरा, जिससे हार्दिक की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। सूचना के बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और जांच शुरू की。 हादसे के कारण हुई मौत मृतक हार्दिक के परिजनों का कहना है कि बॉस्केटबॉल की प्रैक्टिस करते समय पोल टूट गया, जो हार्दिक की छाती पर आकर गिरा। पूरी घटना वहां लगे एक सीसीटीवी में कैद हो गई, जिसमें हार्दिक जब पोल में बॉल डाल रहा है तो पोल उसके ऊपर गिरता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है। यह एक हादसा है, जिसमें हार्दिक की मौत हो गई。 पुलिस ने पोस्टमॉर्टम करवाकर शव परिजनों को सौंपा लाखनमाजरा थाना एसएचओ समरजीत सिंह ने बताया कि बॉस्केटबॉल की प्रैक्टिस करते समय पोल गिरने से एक युवक की मौत हो गई। सूचना के बाद पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमॉर्टम करवाकर परिजनों को सौंप दिया। साथ ही वहां लगे सीसीटीवी को भी कब्जे में लिया है। पुलिस ने बीएनएस 194 के तहत कार्रवाई की है。

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Centre tightens screws on states over lapses in Jal Jeevan Mission New Delhi [India], November 25 (ANI): The Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) has come under intense scrutiny as 287 central nodal officers, appointed at the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, carried out extensive ground verification of mega and single-village water supply projects across nearly 473 villages, covering schemes worth close to Rs 1.30 lakh crore. The inspections were conducted as part of the Centre's push for strict monitoring and a zero-tolerance stance toward financial, procedural and quality-related violations under the mission. According to officials, the states have been repeatedly instructed to ensure that every complaint is examined promptly, field verification is carried out without delay, and all required disciplinary, contractual, and legal actions are taken without exception. Transparency and accountability remain non-negotiable pillars of the scheme, as the Prime Minister emphasised. Feedback submitted by the central nodal officers revealed significant functionality gaps in mega water supply schemes, where 68 per cent of the villages inspected reported regular water supply, 6 per cent reported irregular supply, and 26 per cent were found to be non-functional. The deficiencies were largely attributed to delays in commissioning, maintenance issues, and shortages of trained staff. In contrast, single-village schemes showed stronger performance, with 94 per cent of villages reporting regular water supply and only 2 per cent found to be non-functional. Following the identification of gaps, the Centre directed states to address critical observations, rectify implementation weaknesses, and submit action-taken reports. Chief Secretaries of all states were formally asked to expedite pending irregularity cases, particularly those before vigilance bodies such as the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Lokayukta, and others. ANI has learnt that 20 states including Assam, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and West Bengal have reported cases of irregularities and submitted action-taken details in 607 cases involving 621 departmental officials, 969 contractors, and 153 third-party inspection agencies. Action taken so far includes 579 departmental proceedings, 12 suspensions, penalties imposed on 531 officials, blacklisting or debarment of 236 contractors. termination of 116 contracts, and the removal of 143 officials from third-party inspection roles. Further, nine FIRs have been registered against 20 officials, 10 contractors. and one TPIA. Arrests include one former minister, 10 officials, and eight contractors. Prime Minister Modi has repeatedly emphasised that there should be zero tolerance for corruption. JJM was launched in 2019 to ensure drinking water for every rural household. At the time of its launch, only 3.23 per cent of rural household. had tap water connections. As of November 2025, 15.7 crore rural household. have been provided tap water connections under the mission. (ANI)

With this, the number of total drug smugglers arrested has reached to 38,010 in 269 days. The raids have resulted in recovery of 1.5 kg heroin, 1 kg ganja, 585 intoxicant pills and Rs 5.52 lakhs drug money from the possession of arrested drug smugglers. Notably, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann has asked the Commissioners of Police, Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendent of Police to make Punjab drug free state. The Punjab government has also constituted a 5-member Cabinet Sub Committee led by Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema to monitor the war against drugs. Over 100 Police teams, comprising over 900 police personnel, under the supervision of 58 gazetted officers have conducted 309 raids across the state. Police teams have also checked as many as 326 suspicious persons during the day-long operation. The state government has enforced a three-pronged strategy— Enforcement, Deaddiction and Prevention (EDP)— to eradicate drugs from the state, the Punjab Police as part of ''De-addiction’ has convinced 43 persons to undergo de-addiction and rehabilitation treatment today.

Sundar Nagar, Himachal Pradesh:जिला मंडी से सराची-मंडी मार्ग पर मंगलवार सुबह एक बड़ा हादसा टल गया। एचआरटीसी की बस (नं.— HP65 6125) सराची से मंडी की ओर जा रही थी। सुबह करीब सवा नौ बजे जैसे ही बस चैड़ा खड्ड के समीप पहुंची, अचानक पहाड़ से एक विशाल क्याल प्रजाति का पेड़ धड़ाम से सीधे बस के ऊपर आ गिरा। पेड़ की लंबाई इतनी ज्यादा थी कि वह आगे के शीशे को तोड़ते हुए बस के बीचों-बीच तक जा पहुंचा। इसके बावजूद बस में सवार एक भी यात्री को गंभीर चोट नहीं आई, सभी लोग बाल-बाल बच गए।

Nurpur, Himachal Pradesh:सुलयाली व अनोह क्षेत्र में उड़द–कुल्थ दाल की पैदावार घटी किसान चिंतित, कृषि विभाग से समाधान की अपील किसान बोले—पैदावार लगातार घट रही, कारण समझ नहीं आ रहा किसान ने बताया कि रासायनिक खादों और स्प्रे के अत्याधिक उपयोग से मिट्टी के उपयोगी कीटाणु नष्ट हो रहे हैं, जिससे पैदावार पर सीधा असर पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले बैलों से जुताई होती थी, जिससे जमीन की बनावट ठीक रहती थी, लेकिन ट्रैक्टरों से होने वाली गहरी जुताई ने भी उत्पादन पर असर डाला है। उन्होंने कृषि विभाग से अपील की कि किसानों को फसल बढ़ाने के लिए उपयोगी तकनीक व समाधान उपलब्ध कराए जाएं। किसान का कहना है कि उनके गांव में बुजुर्गों के समय माह और कुल्थ की दाल की इतनी पैदावार होती थी कि लोग दूर-दूर से खरीदने आते थे। लेकिन पिछले कुछ वर्षों में उत्पादन तेजी से गिर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह समझ नहीं आ रहा कि कमी किसानों में है या मिट्टी में। उन्होंने सरकार से अनुरोध किया कि कृषि विभाग दिशा-निर्देश जारी करे, ताकि किसान फिर से इन फसलों को उभार सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि पहले वे 25–30 क्विंटल उड़द और 20–25 क्विंटल कुल्थ की पैदावार लेते थे, लेकिन इस वर्ष 50 कनाल में बोवाई करने के बावजूद शायद 1 क्विंटल फसल भी न निकल पाए। उन्होंने कहा कि मौसम के साथ-साथ एक नया कीड़ा फसल पकते ही नुकसान पहुंचा रहा है। तीन बार स्प्रे करने के बाद भी कोई परिणाम नहीं मिला। उन्होंने सरकार व विभाग से वैज्ञानिक सुझाव देने की अपील की। विशेषज्ञों ने बताए कारण और समाधान विषय-विशेषज्ञ डॉ. शैलешपाल सूद ने कहा कि इस क्षेत्र में गर्मी और सर्दी—दोनों मौसमों में दालें उगाई जाती हैं, जिनमें माह और कुल्थ खरीफ की मुख्य फसलें थीं। सुलयाली और अनोह क्षेत्र को कभी इन दालों का गढ़ माना जाता था, परंतु समय के साथ उत्पादन में गिरावट आई है। उन्होंने बताया कि इन फसलों के लिए पर्याप्त पानी की आवश्यकता होती है, और सुलयाली, लौहारपुरा व आसपास के क्षेत्रों में सिंचाई सुविधा की कमी एक बड़ा कारण है। जिन किसानों के पास पानी उपलब्ध है, वे कुछ हद तक उत्पादन ले लेते हैं, लेकिन बारिश पर निर्भर किसान अधिक प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। डॉ. सूद ने सलाह दी कि किसान कृषि विभाग से संपर्क करें और नेशनल फूड सिक्योरिटी मिशन (NFSM) के तहत मिलने वाले लाभों का उपयोग करें, जिनमें— बीज व प्रदर्शन (डेमो) मुफ्त, खाद पर अनुदान, देसी खाद बनाने की तकनीक, फसल सुधार के प्रशिक्षण शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर विभाग से संपर्क कर समस्याएं बताना और विशेषज्ञों से सुझाव लेना बेहद जरूरी है, ताकि पैदावार में फिर से बढ़ोतरी हो सके।
