Sadashivanagar Priyank Kharge launched a sharp attack on RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, questioning his influence and authority. “Who is Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat? Is he above the law? Greater than the Constitution?” Kharge asked. “If he tries to act beyond the law, do you think the government will just sit quietly? Instead of giving inflammatory statement let them follow the law. Its is not like talking in RSS Shaake, it is public. Whether it’s Kalladka or even his father, everyone must act according to the law,” he said. A case has been registered against RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat for allegedly delivering an inflammatory speech. The complaint was filed after Bhat’s remarks during a public event were deemed to promote communal disharmony and hurt religious sentiments. He allegedly told Hindu women to have more children, saying: “In one house, there was a woman who already had six children and was pregnant with the seventh. Did anyone question her? No one dares. They say it’s for Allah. Do you have children for Mahalingeshwara? Our people must increase our population.” He reportedly commented on electoral demographics: “In Ullal, it is impossible for a Hindu to win. Khader … always win. because there are over 1.1 lakh votes from that community, while Hindus are only around 90,000. How can we win. They will destroy us. Hence, in every Hindu home, there should be no fewer than three children.” The case was filed under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code related to promoting enmity between communities. Police have begun investigating the incident following the registration of the First Information Report (FIR).
