The President of the Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association has expressed disappointment over the unnecessary stranding of fruit-laden vehicles in front of several CA stores at Lassipora. Many fruit growers and drivers have shown their anger over the mismanagement, non-availability of labourers, and shortage of bins at these CA stores, which may result huge losses to the growers. The Association has demanded proper arrangements to ensure all requisite facilities are provided to the growers. The President also urged the store owners to fulfill their commitments to the farmers who have already booked bins in their stores.
