ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયામાં નોકરી આપવાનાBahાને 50.75 લાખની છેતરપિંડી કરનાર આરોપીને રાજકોટ સાયબર ક્રાઇમે મધ્યપ્રદેશથી ઝડપ્યો.From abroad job offers promising a good life, a well-organized fraud gang targeted citizens; Rajkot Cyber Crime busted a gang that duped a complainant of Rs 50,75,000 under the pretext of jobs in Australia’s Royal Adelaide Hospital. Investigation showed the accused presented themselves as officials of the Australian hospital and visa agents, promising overseas jobs, high salaries, and fast visas. The accused collected lakhs in installments through various excuses like visa fees, processing charges, medical tests, and document verification. After a long wait, when no job or visa documents materialized, the complainant filed a report on 30/12/2025 at Rajkot Cyber Crime Police Station. Technical analysis, bank transaction details, mobile tracing, and digital evidence led to the identification of Vivek Kusawa (20) of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, who had deposited Rs 1.5 lakh. The police brought him to Rajkot and recovered that he had rented an account for a commission of only Rs 2,000. Police are investigating the roles of others in the scam, which may have affected people across Gujarat and other states. The case is handled by CM Patel (Rajkot Cyber Crime ACP).
