ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਚਤੁਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਢੋਲ ਦੀ ਥਾਪ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਨੱਚਦੇ ਟੱਪਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਲਾਲ ਉਡਾਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਮੰਦਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਚਤੁਰਥੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਹਾਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਰੌਣਕਾਂ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ। ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਉਹਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਚਤੁਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਉਤਸਵ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਪੂਜਾ ਅਰਚਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਜਲ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

Sundar Nagar, Himachal Pradesh:मंडी में बारिश का कहर : निहरी की बोई पंचायत में भूस्खलन, 5 लोग दबे, 2 सुरक्षित निकाले गए, 1 महिला का शव बरामद, 2 अब भी लापता एंकर : मंडी जिला की निहरी तहसील की बोई पंचायत के ब्रगटा गांव में देर रात भारी बारिश कहर बनकर टूटी। पहाड़ी दरकने से अचानक हुए भूस्खलन में एक ही परिवार के 5 सदस्य मलबे में दब गए। अब तक 2 लोगों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया है, जबकि एक महिला का शव बरामद हुआ है। 2 अन्य की तलाश अभी भी जारी है। लगातार बारिश से हालात और बिगड़ रहे हैं, जिससे राहत एवं बचाव कार्य में बड़ी मुश्किलें आ रही हैं। भूस्खलन इतना भयावह था कि पूरे घर के साथ आसपास का इलाका भी मलबे में तब्दील हो गया। सड़क मार्ग बंद होने से बचाव दल को मौके तक पहुंचने में भारी दिक्कत हो रही है। फिलहाल स्थानीय ग्रामीण मलबा हटाकर फंसे लोगों को निकालने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। प्रशासन ने रेस्क्यू टीमें रवाना कर दी हैं, लेकिन लगातार हो रही बारिश और जमीन खिसकने का खतरा अभी भी बना हुआ है। चेतावनी और अपील : क्षेत्र में भारी बारिश अभी भी जारी है, ऐसे में पहाड़ी ढलानों और नालों के किनारे रहने वाले लोग सतर्क रहें।प्रशासन ने लोगों से आग्रह किया है कि वे अनावश्यक रूप से बाहर न निकलें और सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शरण लें। प्रशासन और स्थानीय लोग मिलकर राहत कार्य कर रहे हैं, लेकिन सभी से अपील है कि अफवाहों से बचें और सहयोग करें।

Zirakpur, Punjab:ਜੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੰਦਰਧਨੁਸ਼ ਐਡੋਟੋਰੀਅਮ ਵਿਖੇ ‘ਜੜੋਂ ਸੇ ਜੁੜੋ’ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੋਰਦਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਢਕੌਲੀ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਮਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਸਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਉੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਰੇਬਾਜੀ ਕੀਤੀ।ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰੋਲ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਮ, ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ, ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਸ਼ੂਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੇਲ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਵੇ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ‘ਜੜੋਂ ਸੇ ਜੁੜੋ’ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਏਕਤਾ ਨਾਗਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਹੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੀ੍ਰ ਰਾਮ, ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ, ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਸ਼ੂਰਾਮ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਂ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਯਤੀ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵੱਲ ਅੱਖ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਕਿਵੇ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਵੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਮ ਲੀਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਝ ਹੋਰ ਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਮ ਲੀਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। BYTE- EKTA NAGPAL ( MAHILA MANDAL ) BYTE- ROHIT SHARMA ( HINDU SANGATHAN ) VISUALS

धर्मपुर में बाढ़ ने उड़ा दिए उम्मीद के घर, सोन खड्ड उफान

Sundar Nagar, Himachal Pradesh:लोकेशन मंडी : स्लग : मंडी के धर्मपुर में तबाही : भारी बारिश से सोन खड्ड में उफान, बसें डूबीं, दुकानें जलमग्न, लक्ष्मण झूला बहा जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त, प्रशासन के लिए चुनौती करोड़ों का नुकसान, 50 से अधिक गाड़ियां बही मंडी (नितेश सैनी) : एंकर : सितंबर का महीना आधा गुजर गया लेकिन हिमाचल प्रदेश में जल प्रलय थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा। ताजा मामले में मंडी जिला के धर्मपुर क्षेत्र में देर रात हुई मूसलाधार बारिश ने भारी तबाही मचा दी। अचानक आए पानी के सैलाब से सोन खड्ड उफान पर आ गई, जिससे पूरे क्षेत्र में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। भारी बारिश के चलते बस अड्डे के पास स्थित सभी दुकानें पूरी तरह जलमग्न हो गईं और करोड़ों का नुकसान हो गया। बस स्टैंड में खड़ी हिमाचल पथ परिवहन निगम (एचआरटीसी) की कई बसें भी पानी में डूब गईं। बताया जा रहा है कि एक ट्रैवलर गाड़ी भी पानी की चपेट में आ गई, जिसमें चालक सोया हुआ था। अभी तक उसका कोई सुराग नहीं मिल पाया है। जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त, प्रशासन के लिए चुनौती अचानक आई बाढ़ से स्थानीय लोग और व्यापारी गहरे सदमे में हैं। लोगों की स्थिति बेहद चिंताजनक बनी हुई है। प्रशासन और आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के लिए राहत व बचाव कार्य सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बन गए हैं। प्रभावित लोगों ने प्रशासन से गुहार लगाई है कि उन्हें तुरंत सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया जाए। जनहानि की पुष्टि नहीं, लेकिन हालात गंभीर : अब तक जनहानि की कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हुई है, लेकिन हालात बेहद गंभीर बने हुए हैं। प्रशासन ने राहत व बचाव कार्यों को तेज करने के निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं। बिजली और संचार व्यवस्था ठप : लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण क्षेत्र में कई बिजली के ट्रांसफार्मर और पोल टूट गए हैं, जिससे विद्युत आपूर्ति पूरी तरह ठप हो गई है। मोबाइल नेटवर्क भी बंद हो चुका है, जिसके कारण लोग आपस में संपर्क नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। करोड़ों का नुकसान, 50 से अधिक गाड़ियां बही स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार करीब 50 गाड़ियां बह चुकी हैं। बस अड्डा पूरी तरह से क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुका है। केवल एचआरटीसी को ही करोड़ों रुपये का नुकसान होने का अनुमान है। लक्ष्मण झूला भी बहा पुराने धर्मपुर को नए धर्मपुर से जोड़ने के लिए बनाया गया लक्ष्मण झूला भी उफान में बह गया है। इससे क्षेत्र की कनेक्टिविटी पूरी तरह टूट गई है। स्थानीय लोग प्रशासन से उम्मीद कर रहे हैं कि राहत कार्यों को युद्धस्तर पर चलाया जाए और सभी प्रभावित परिवारों को जल्द से जल्द सुरक्षित किया जाए।

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ITR filing deadline extended by a day to Sep 16 New Delhi, Sep 16 (IANS) The Central Board of Direct Taxes has decided to further extend the due date for filing the Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Assessment Year (AY) 2025-26 from September 15 (Monday) to September 16 (Tuesday), a notification read. Taking to X late on Monday night, Income Tax India, which is the official account of the Income Tax Department, wrote: "KIND ATTENTION TAXPAYERS! The due date for filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for AY 2025-26, originally due on 31st July 2025, was extended to 15th September 2025. "The Central Board of Direct Taxes has decided to further extend the due date for filing these ITRs for AY 2025-26 from 15th September, 2025 to 16th September, 2025. To enable changes in the utilities, the e-filing portal will remain in maintenance mode from 12:00 AM to 02:30AM on 16th September 2025." Earlier, the Income Tax Department on Monday said that over 7 crore income tax returns have already been filed for the AY 2025-26, as the deadline of September 15 drew to a close. In a post on social media platform X, the Department thanked taxpayers and tax professionals for helping achieve this milestone and urged those who have not yet filed their returns to do so at the earliest. “More than 7 crore ITRs have been filed so far and still counting. We extend our gratitude to taxpayers and tax professionals for helping us reach this milestone, and urge all those who haven''t filed ITR for AY 2025-26, to file their ITR,” it said. The Department also reassured taxpayers that help is available round-the-clock for filing returns, making tax payments, and availing other related services. “Our helpdesk is functioning on a 24x7 basis, and we are providing support through calls, live chats, WebEx sessions & Twitter/X,” it added. The clarification comes a day after the Department dismissed rumours of another extension of the deadline. Previously, on Sunday, it had termed reports of the due date being pushed to September 30 as “fake news”, reiterating that September 15 remains the final date. “A fake news is in circulation stating that the due of filing ITRs (originally due on 31.07.2025, and extended to 15.09.2025) has been further extended to 30.09.2025,” the Department said on Sunday. “The due date for filing ITRs remains 15.09.2025. Taxpayers are advised to rely only on official @IncomeTaxIndia updates,” the Department further stated. Earlier in May, the government had already extended the deadline for non-audit cases from July 31 to September 15 for AY 2025-26. With the surge in ITR filings, the Department said the rising numbers reflect stronger tax compliance and the expanding base of taxpayers in the country.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Entire Himalayan region is at risk of natural disasters: SC to pass orders on September 23 New Delhi [India], September 15 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday expressed concern over the risk of natural disasters in the Himalayan region after landslides and monsoon fury caused widespread death and destruction across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The apex court said that it will pass orders on September 23 on the suo motu cognisance it took over the ecological imbalance in the state. A bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta said that the issues extend beyond Himachal Pradesh, and it said that it intends to expand the scope of the PIL to cover the entire Himalayan region. "It isn''t going to be limited to Himachal only, but the entire Himalayan range that is facing the issue. This time it has been very, very violent," said the bench. The top court said it will pass orders on the issue on September 24. On July 28, a different bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and R Mahadevan had said Himachal Pradesh might "vanish in thin air" if the situation did not change. It had then taken suo moto cognisance of the issue. It was then dealing with a petition against an order of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, which declined to entertain a plea challenging the state''s June 2025 notification declaring certain areas as green areas. While refusing to interfere with the High Court''s order, the top court had said the apparent reason for issuing the notification was to curb construction activities in a particular area. It had been observed that the situation in the state had deteriorated, and it was said that climate change was having a "visible and alarming impact". According to experts and various reports, the major causes of destruction in the state were hydropower projects, four-lane roads, deforestation, multi-storey buildings, etc., it had noted. The apex court had said that it was important to seek the opinion of geologists, environmental experts and locals before undertaking development projects. It is also called tourism, a significant source of income in the state, but it flagged the uncontrolled growth of tourism, straining the environment there. The bench had said the Centre also owed an obligation to ensure the ecological imbalance in the state did not deteriorate further or face natural calamities and directed the top court registry to register a writ petition in public interest on the matter. The apex court had asked the state to file an appropriate reply explaining whether they have any action plan to address the issues and what they propose to do in future. Death and destruction are frequently occurring events in India''s Himalayan states, primarily due to floods, landslides, and avalanches, exacerbated by climate change and human activities like deforestation and unplanned construction. The fragile region is highly susceptible to these disasters during the monsoon season, with significant incidents in 2025, 2023, 2021, and 2013 causing numerous fatalities, widespread damage to infrastructure, and the destruction of homes and villages. Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Himachal monsoon death toll rises to 404; loss to public property crosses Rs 4,400 crore: SDMA Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], September 15 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh''s monsoon devastation has claimed 404 lives since June 20, with the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) confirming on Sunday that 229 deaths occurred in rain-related incidents and 175 in road accidents. According to the cumulative loss report issued by the SDMA, rain-induced fatalities were triggered by landslides, flash floods, drowning, electrocution, lightning, and house collapses. District-wise, Mandi reported 37 rain-related deaths, followed by Kangra (34), Kullu (31), Chamba (28), and Shimla (23), placing them among the worst-affected districts. Road accident deaths during the same period were also significant, with Mandi and Solan recording 24 each, Chamba 22, and Kangra 21. The authority noted that slippery conditions, blocked highways, and unstable slopes contributed to the spike in accidents during the ongoing monsoon spell. The SDMA further reported extensive losses to infrastructure and property across the hill state. The cumulative economic loss has been estimated at ₹4,48,905.58 lakh (₹4,489 crore). Public property accounted for the heaviest share of the damage, with key sectors such as roads, drinking water supply, power distribution, education, health, and rural development hit severely. Housing and agriculture have also borne severe damage. A total of 1,616 houses were completely destroyed, while 8,278 sustained partial damage. Crops spread over 29,000 hectares were lost, alongside horticultural losses affecting nearly 1.38 lakh hectares. In the livestock sector, 2,094 animals and 26,955 poultry birds perished. The SDMA stated that restoration teams are engaged in repairing roads, power transformers, and water supply schemes; however, recurring landslides and persistent rainfall continue to slow the pace of recovery. Relief operations, including compensation to affected families and restoration of essential services, are being taken up in coordination with district administrations. The authority has urged residents to remain cautious and avoid unnecessary travel, particularly in slide-prone areas, as fresh spells of rainfall could trigger further disruptions. Earlier on Sunday, union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Ajay Tamta visited the flood-affected areas of Mandi and Kullu to assess the damage. During the union Minister''s visit, Jairam Thakur, the Leader of the Opposition in the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, was also present. "Union Minister Ajay Tamta visited Himachal Pradesh to assess the damage caused to the National Highway and also held a meeting with officials. Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi''s visit to Himachal, it was decided that some central ministers would visit Himachal and evaluate the losses at the ground level," Jairam Thakur told ANI. After the Prime Minister''s visit to the flood affected state, duties were assigned to 7 ministers. The report on the damages will be submitted by them (Ajay Tamta) to the central ministry and will also be presented in a high-level meeting. (ANI)

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री के घर दुख सांझा करने पहुचे एसजीपीसी अध्यक्ष धामी और निकाय मंत्री रवजोत सिंह जालंधर से पूर्व सांसद व पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री मोहिंदर सिंह केपी के बेटे रिची केपी की सड़क हादसे में मौत होने से राजनीतिक गलियारों में शौक की लहर है। कई पार्टियों के सदस्य उनके घर अफसोस करने के लिए पहुंचे हैं। आज पंजाब सरकार के स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री रवजोत सिंह और एसजीपीसी अध्यक्ष हरजिंदर सिंह धामी मोहिंदर सिंह केपी के घर दुख सांझा करने पहुंचे है। इस दौरान मीडिया से बात करते हुए कैबिनेट मंत्री रवजोत सिंह ने कहा कि आज पूर्व सासंद के घर दुखों का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे पहले वह पत्नी के निधन होने के चलते उस दुख से उभर नहीं पाए थे, कि अब उनके बेटे का निधन हो गया। उन्होंने परमात्मा से पवित्र आत्मा को अपने चरणों में स्थान देने की प्रार्थना की है। वहीं एसजीपीसी के अध्यक्ष हरजिंदर सिंह धामी ने कहाकि मोहिंदर केपी के जिगर का टुकड़ा इस दुनिया को अलविदा कह गया। एक पिता के लिए इससे बड़ा कोई दुख नहीं हो सकता। उन्होंने कहा कि रिची उनका इकलौता बेटा था। ऐसे में वह गुरू साहिब के आगे प्रार्थना करते है, वह इस परिवार को इस दुख की घड़ी से निकलने की सहनशक्ति दें और पवित्र आत्मा को चरणों में स्थान दें।

DMC, Chandigarh:किसान शुभकरण सिंह की मौत की सीबीआइ जांच की मांग को लेकर दाखिल याचिका पर सुनवाई अनिश्चित काल के हुई स्थगित हाइकोर्ट ने कहा, मामला अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जहां 8 दिसंबर को होनी है सुनवाई, अब उसके बाद ही कर सकते हैं सुनवाई मृतक शुभकरण के पिता चरणजीत सिंह ने अपने बेटे की मौत की सीबीआई से जांच करवाने की मांग की हुई है मृतक शुभकरण के पिता ने याचिका में कहा था कि उनके बेटे की हत्या की न तो पंजाब पुलिस और नाही हरियाणा पुलिस कर रही सही जांच, इसलिए इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच के लिए इस केस को सीबीआई को सौंपा जाए। हाईकोर्ट ने पिछले साल इस याचिका पर पंजाब और हरियाणा को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा था। आज याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने हाईकोर्ट को कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट पिछले साल हुए किसान आंदोलन के दौरान हुई सभी घटनाओं को लेकर सुनवाई कर रहा है, यह मामला बिल्कुल अलग है, इसमें एक पिता अपने बेटे की मौत की सीबीआई जांच की मांग कर है। लेकिन हाइकोर्ट ने कहा मामला अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है, उसके बाद ही वो सुनवाई कर सकते हैं। सुनवाई के बाद मृतक शुभकरण के पिता के वकील ने कहा कि अब वो अपनी इस मांग को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएंगे।

DMC, Chandigarh:पंजाब के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री सुखबीर बादल की याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला रखा सुरक्षित साल 2017 में अखंड कीर्तनी जत्थे के राजिंदर पाल सिंह द्वारा सुखबीर बादल के खिलाफ दर्ज मानहानि की शिकायत का है मामला इसी के खिलाफ सुखबीर बादल ने हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल की हुई थी याचिका तब सुखबीर बादल ने बयान दिया था कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अखंड कीर्तनी जत्थे और पंजाब के अलगाववादियों के घर नाश्ता कर रहे हैं, जिन्हें न पंथ के बारे में कुछ पता है और न पंजाब के बारे में इसी बयान को लेकर अखंड कीर्तनी जत्थे के राजिंदर पाल सिंह ने सुखबीर बादल के खिलाफ दर्ज करवा दी थी मानहानि की शिकायत साल 2020 में सुखबीर बादल के खिलाफ जब चंडीगढ़ की ट्रायल कोर्ट ने वारंट जारी किए थे, तब उन्होंने इस वारंट को हाईकोर्ट में दी थी चुनौती। दिसंबर 2020 को हाईकोर्ट ने वारंट के इन आदेशों पर रोक लगाते हुए शिकायतकर्ता को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब तलब किया था। तब से यह केस हाइकोर्ट में चल रहा था। पिछले कुछ दिनों से इस याचिका पर दोनों पक्षों के बीच चली लंबी बहस के बाद आज हाईकोर्ट ने इस याचिका पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। सुखबीर बादल ने अपनी याचिका में कहा था कि चंडीगढ़ की ट्रायल कोर्ट ने बिना सभी तथ्यों पर गौर कर ही इस शिकायत के आधार पर ही उनके खिलाफ वारंट जारी कर दिए। जबकि उनके खिलाफ दर्ज यह शिकायत ही पूरी तरह से निराधार है क्योंकि इस मामले में कही भी शिकायतकर्ता की मानहानि हुई ही नहीं है। बता दें कि जनवरी 2017 में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के पंजाब दौरे पर सुखबीर बादल ने बयान देते हुए कहा था कि केजरीवाल पंजाब में अतिवादियों से मिल रहे हैं और अखंड कीर्तनी जत्थे के साथ नाश्ता किया है, जोकि आतंकवादी संगठन बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल का राजनैतिक फ्रंट है। उन्हें पंजाब की प्रकृति, परंपरा और पंथ के बारे में कुछ नहीं पता। भगवान न करे अगर पंजाब में आप पार्टी की सरकार आती है तो आप पार्टी यहां अराजकता फैला देगी। इसी को लेकर ही उनके खिलाफ मानहानि की शिकायत दर्ज करवाई गई थी। सुखबीर बादल का कहना था कि इस बयान में उन्होंने शिकायतकर्ता का नाम तक तक नहीं लिया है और वैसे भी उस समय वह पंजाब के गृह मंत्री भी थे और ऐसे में राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था को देखना उनकी जिम्मेदारी थी।

DMC, Chandigarh:मलेरकोटला के डीसी और SSP के सरकारी आवास खाली करवाने के हाइकोर्ट ने दिए आदेश चीफ जस्टिस की बेंच ने कहा, अब वहां सेशन जज रहेंगे और कोर्ट चलाएंगे मलेरकोटला में सेशन जज और अन्य जजों के लिए सरकारी आवास और कोर्ट्स की कमी के चलते हाइकोर्ट ने अपनाया कड़ा रुख हाइकोर्ट ने कहा,मलेरकोटला को जिला बने चार साल हो गए, लेकिन आज तक सरकार ने यहां सेशन जज और अन्य जजों के लिए घर ओर कोर्ट्स क्यों नहीं की तैयार हाईकोर्ट की बिल्डिंग कमेटी ने कहा, अगर पंजाब सरकार अपने वादे के तहत एक साथ के भीतर सेशन जज और अन्य जुडिशियल ऑफिसर्स के सरकारी मकान तैयार नहीं करती है तो मलेरकोटला के सभी एक्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर के सरकारी आवास जुडिशियल ऑफिसर्स को दे दिए जाएंगे हाइकोर्ट ने कहा साल 2021 में मलेरकोटला को जिला बनाया गया था, लेकिन वहां आज तक जिले का इंफ्रा स्ट्रक्चर तक तैयार नहीं है। सेशन डिविजन बनाए जाने के बाद भी सेशन जज के लिए कोर्ट और उनके लिए सरकारी आवास तक नहीं है, इतना ही नहीं, यहां जुडिशियल ऑफिसर्स के लिए भी पूरे सरकारी आवास नहीं है। इस मामले को लेकर मलेरकोटला बार एसोसिएशन ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की थी, जिस पर हाईकोर्ट ने अब मलेरकोटला के डीसी जो कि खुद रेस्ट हाउस में रह रहे हैं उनका और SSP का सरकारी आवास खाली करवाने के पंजाब सरकार को आदेश दे दिए हैं,अब यहां सेशन जज रहेंगे और उनकी कोर्ट चलेगी।
