बलिया पुलिस की मोटरसाइकिल सवार बदमाश के साथ मुठभेड़, घायल बदमाश के पैर में लगी गोली बैरिया थाना अंतर्गत चांद दीयर बंधा के पास एक मोटरसाइकिल सवार द्वारा पुलिस पर फायर करने के दौरान पुलिस की जवाबी कार्यवाही में बदमाश के पैर में गोली लग गई। घायल बदमाश का इलाज जिला चिकित्सालय में चल रहा है । वही पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के पास से एक तमंचा , कारतूस का खोखा और मोटरसाइकाइल बरामद किया है। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त का नाम धर्मेंद्र यादव है जिस पर बैरिया थाने में पहले से मुकदमा दर्ज है।

Jalgaon, Maharashtra:जळगावच्या मुक्ताईनगर येथे केंद्रीय मंत्री रक्षा खडसे यांच्या पेट्रोल पंपासह इतर दोन पेट्रोल पंपावर दरोडा टाकणाऱ्या आरोपींना पोलिसांनी अटक केली आहे सचिन भालेराव, पंकज गायकवाड, हर्षल बाविस्कर रवींद्र बाविस्कर, प्रदूण्य विरघट व एक अल्पवयीन मुलगा अशी अटकेतील आरोपींची नावे आहेत. आरोपिङ্কडून दरोड्यात वापरण्यात आलेले तीन गावठी कट्टे, पाच मॅगझिन , दहा जिवंत काडतूस, नऊ मोबाईल, चाळीस हजार रुपये रोख रक्कम व दोन दुचाकी असा मुद्देबाल जप्त करण्यात आला आहे सचिन भालेराव हाच या दरोडाच्या मागचा मास्टरमाईंड असून इतरांच्या मदतीने नियोजनबद्ध दरोडा टाकल्याची माहिती तपासात समोर आली आहे.. अटकेतील चार आरोपींना नाशिक मधून तर दोन आरोपींना अकोला येथून अटक करण्यात आली आहे.. सलग 4 दिवस पाच पोलिसांच्या पथकाच्या माध्यमातून या गुणांचा तपास करत आरोपींना अटक करण्यात आली आहे.. या गुन्ह्याच्या तपासाबाबत पोलीस अधीक्षक डॉ. महेश्वर रेड्डी यांनी आज पत्रकार परिषद घेऊन माहिती दिली आहे.. बाईट _डॉ महेश्वर रेड्डी, पोलिस अधीक्षक..

Kaji Chak, West Bengal:শিক্ষকের ভূমিকায় রাজ্যের মন্ত্রী মানস ভুঁইয়া।মেদিনীপুর সাংগঠনিক যুব তৃণমূলের বিজয়া সম্মিলনী তে দলের যুবকর্মীদেরকে মেদিনীপুরের ইতিহাস মনে করালেন।চুপ করে বসে বাধ্য ছাত্রদের মত তা বসে শুনলেন যুব তৃণমূলের নেতা কর্মীরা। মানসের পরামর্শ মেদিনীপুরে রাজনীতি করতে গেলে মেদিনীপুরের ইতিহাস আগে জানতে হবে এবং পড়তে হবে।সেই মত এক একটি জায়গার ব্লক সভাপতি ও টাউন সভাপতিদের his এলাকার ইতিহাস বিষয়ে প্রশ্ন করতে দেখা গেল মানস কে।অধিকাংশই পারলেন না, আর যারা পারলেন তাদের বুকে জড়িয়ে নিলেন।নির্দেশ দিলেন মেদিনি্পুর লাইব্রেরী থেকে বই নিয়ে এসে ইতিহাস পড়ার জন্য। সেইসঙ্গে মঞ্চে বসে থাকা জেলা পরিষদের সভাধিপতি প্রতিভা মাইতি কে নির্দেশ দিলেন মেদিনীপুরের ইতিহাস নিয়ে একটি বই ছোট আকারে যাতে চাপিয়ে দলীয় নেতা কর্মীদের হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হয়। সেইসঙ্গে এদিন মঞ্চ থেকেই মানস বলেন নিশ্চই ফাঁসির মঞ্চে ক্ষুদিরাম প্রথম শহীদ, কিন্তু তার আগে শহীদ হয়েছিলেন রানী শিরোমণি।তাই রানী শিরোমণি কে যাতে পাঠ্যপুস্তকে অন্তর্ভুক্তি করা হয় সেই দাবি তিনি শিক্ষা মন্ত্রী ব্রাত্য বসুর কাছে রেখেছেন। জেলা যুব তৃণমূলের সভাপতিআ নির্মাল্য চক্রবর্তী বলেন, সিনিয়র রা যে উপদেশ বা নির্দেশ দেবেন তা আমরা মেনে চলব। উল্লেখ্য, বুধবার মেদিনীপুর জেলা পরিষদ হলে মেদিনীপুর সাংগঠনিক তৃণমূল যুব কংগ্রেসের উদ্যোগে হয় বিজয়া সম্মিলনী। বিজয়া সম্মিলনীতে ছিলেন, মন্ত্রী মানস ভূঁইয়া ছাড়াও ছিলেন মন্ত্রী শ্রীকান্ত মাহাতো, সাংসদ জুন মালিয়া, দলের মুখপত্র ঋজু দত্ত,জেলা পরিষদের সভাধিপতি প্রতিভা মাইতি,সহ সভাধিপতি বিধায়ক অজিত মাইতি সহ অন্যান্য নেতৃত্বরা। সম্মেলন শেষে সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠনের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। গান গেয়েছিলেন প্রখ্যাত সঙ্গীত শিল্পী রাঘব চট্টোপাধ্যায়।

Speakers on the occasion highlighted the vital role of the tourism sector in the region’s economy and emphasized the need for strategic steps to revive and strengthen it. They noted that tourism directly and indirectly generates employment for thousands of stakeholders, including guides, hoteliers, transporters, and service providers who depend on this sector for their livelihood. It was mentioned that the tourism industry in the Valley suffered major setbacks following the Pahalgam terror attack, leaving many youth unemployed. The Travel Agents Association of North Kashmir has now taken the initiative to restore confidence and promote tourism once again across the Valley. This was the first-of-its-kind promotional event organized in Gulmarg, and the association announced that such programs will be held annually at different tourist destinations to further boost tourism development in Kashmir. Ganderbal, :Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather convened a high-level meeting at Assembly Secretariat here, to review arrangements for the upcoming Assembly session, scheduled to begin on October 23rd, 2025. During the meeting, the Speaker impressed upon the officers from various departments to put in place all required facilities and ensure that all necessary preparations are made in advance to facilitate the smooth conduct of forthcoming session. He took an in-depth review of all the arrangements and called upon the concerned to work in a coordinated manner to ensure the session runs smoothly. “It is our collective responsibility to ensure the smooth functioning of the assembly and all departments have to be prepared in advance in this regard,” he said. He asked the General Administration Department to ensure that the reply to the Assembly Questions shall reach to the Assembly Secretariat as early as possible and necessary instructions need to be issued to all the departments in this regard. He also called upon the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs that Government Bills be forwarded to the Assembly Secretariat well on time and necessary instructions be issued to all the concerned departments. Speaker called upon the Information Department to ensure proper coverage of the proceedings of the House. He also asked the Information Department to provide logistical support by making available technical equipment like public address systems, mikes and other related items for the media. Information Technology Department was asked to ensure Wifi and Internet Services with High Speed and installation of Routers wherever required before the ensuing Assembly Session. He also called upon the security agencies for deployment of adequate staff well versed with Parliamentary traditions within the premises of J&K Legislative Assembly at Srinagar and make adequate arrangements for safety and security of Legislators. Speaker further called upon the Estates department to expedite execution/completion of repair/ renovation works within the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Srinagar particularly in the Assembly Hall and VIP Chambers. They have been also asked to install intercom telephone facilities within the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly at Srinagar, besides checking of telephones already installed within the VIP Chambers. To ensure proper regulation of traffic on roads leading to J&K Legislative Assembly Complex/Civil Secretariat Srinagar and MLA’s Hostel Srinagar, Speaker called upon the concerned to put in place necessary measures for avoiding inconvenience to general public on this account. Regarding water supply, Speaker called upon the Jal Shakti Department to keep necessary measures for providing sufficient and regular water supply to the Legislature Complex and Legislator’s Hostel, Srinagar. He also called upon the Power Development Department to check loopholes in transmission lines, if any, in order to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the course of session, besides ensuring uninterrupted power supply in the MLA’ hostel. Srinagar Municipal Corporation was asked to keep the entire premises and lawns of the Assembly and MLA’s Hostel neat and clean, before the commencement of the session. Speaker also issued necessary directions to the concerned departments to make advance preparations and put in place foolproof arrangements to provide timely medical support, installation/restoration of telephones in VIP chambers, emergency assistance, fire safety, cafeteria, proper hospitality for members, staff, and visitors throughout the session. The Speaker emphasised that all protocol measures should be meticulously followed to ensure smooth functioning and the safety of all stakeholders during the proceedings.

Ganderbal, :Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg today chaired a high-level meeting of officers at D.C Office Kupwara to review the district’s preparedness for the upcoming winter season. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse; SSP Kupwara, Syed Al-Tahir Gilani; ADDC, ADC Kupwara, ADC Handwara, besides, all district and sectoral officers. During the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner took a detailed review of snow clearance machinery, availability of essential commodities, power and water supply preparedness, healthcare arrangements, and communication strategies for snow-bound and border areas including Karnah, Keran, Machil, Jumagund and Budnamal. He directed all the departments to ensure prompt and coordinated action plans are in place to tackle any exigencies during snowfall.He also took review of District Capex Budget and some major Projects. The Div Com took review of the availability of essential commodities in border and hilly areas and was informed that adequate stock of essential commodities including food grains, LPG and other essentials are available in areas like Karnah, Keran, and Machil for the upcoming winter season. Deputy Commissioner Kupwara assured that all necessary measures have been initiated and the administration is fully geared to meet any winter challenges. The Divisional Commissioner appreciated the efforts of the district administration and urged for continued coordination among the departments to ensure public convenience and safety. The Divisional Commissioner also took review of the ongoing construction of RKCTC National Highway, Mission YUVA and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abiyan. Regarding redressal of public grievances, the Div Com directed the SDMs and Tehsildars to fix the Grievances Redressal Day in their jurisdictions to ensure effective public outreach. He also directed the concerned officers for timely disposal of migrant land applications after following the devised checklist. Besides, officers were directed to ensure strict adherence to PSGA during the delivery of the services.

जौनपुर: दीपावली से पहले मिलावट पर सख्त कार्रवाई, खोवा मंडी में छापेमारी

Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh:दीपावली के त्यौहार को देखते हुए खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट के बढ़ते मामलों पर अंकुश लगाने के प्रशासन सक्रिय हो गया है। इसी क्रम में नगर कोतवाली क्षेत्र स्थित खोवा मंडी और आसपास की मिठाई की दुकानों पर सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट इंद्र नंदन सिंह ने सघन छापेमारी अभियान चलाया। अभियान के दौरान सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट की टीम ने घंटों तक जांच अभियान चलाकर दुकानों से खोवा, मिठाई और अन्य दुग्ध उत्पादों के कई नमूने एकत्र किए। अचानक हुई इस कार्रवाई से पूरे बाजार में हड़कंप मच गया, और कुछ दुकानदार अपनी दुकानें बंद कर मौके से फरार हो गए। सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट ने मौके पर मौजूद दुकानदारों को कड़ी चेतावनी दी कि यदि किसी भी नमूने में मिलावट पाई गई, तो उनके खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने मिठाई विक्रेताओं को भी निर्देश दिया कि त्योहार के समय किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावट या घटिया सामग्री का प्रयोग न करें। मीडिया से बातचीत में सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट इंद्र नंदन सिंह ने बताया कि “खोवा मंडी की तीन दुकानों से सैंपल लिए गए हैं, साथ ही कई मिठाई की दुकानों से भी नमूने जांच के लिए भेजे गए हैं। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद जिन दुकानदारों के नमूनों में गड़बड़ी पाई जाएगी, उनके विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी。” प्रशासन की इस कार्रवाई के बाद शहर के व्यापारिक क्षेत्रों में चर्चा और सतर्कता का माहौल बन गया है।

NCERT के साथ हिमाचल में पहली से छठी तक CBSE जैसी पाठ्यपुस्तकें लागू

Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh:एनसीईआरटी के साथ हिमाचल शिक्षा बोर्ड का है एमओयू हिमाचल में पहली से छठी तक के बच्चे सीबीएसई लेवल की पुस्तकों पढ़ेंगे। अगले वर्ष आने वाली प्रदेश शिक्षा बोर्ड और एनसीईआरटी की पाठयपुस्तकों में कोई फर्क नहीं होगा। हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड ने एनसीईआरटी के साथ एमओयू हस्ताक्षरित किया है। ऐसे में यह कहना गलत न होगा कि नेशनल लेवल पर सीबीएसई का बच्चा जो पाठयपुस्तकें पढ़ रहा है, उसी तरह तरह की पाठयपस्तकें हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड भी पढ़ेगा। हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड के सचिव डा. मेजर विशाल शर्मा ने बताया कि पहली, दूसरी व तीसरी कक्षा की पाठयपुस्तकें आ रही हैं, जो कि बिल्कुल नई हैं तथा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अनुरूप हैं। एनसीईआरटी के साथ हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड ने एक एमओयू किया है। एनसीईआरटी की जो नई पाठयपुस्तकें है, वही पुस्तकें हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड भी छापता है। सीबीएसई के सभी स्कूलों में यही पाठयपुस्तकें पढ़ाई जाती हैं। बोर्ड सचिव ने बताया कि इस वर्ष एनसीईआरटी ने चौथी, पांचवी व छठी कक्षा के लिए नई पाठयपुस्तकें लाई हैं। हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड की जो पाठयपुस्तकें वर्ष 2026 में आएंगी, वो एनसीईआरटी जैसी होंगी, उनमें कोई फर्क नहीं होगा। बोर्ड सचिव ने बताया कि पहली से लेकर छठी कक्षा तक हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड की पाठयपुस्तकें अब बिल्कुल नई हैं। नेशनल लेवल पर सीबीएसई का बच्चा जो पाठयपुस्तकें पढ़ रहा है, उसी तरह तरह की पाठयपुस्तकें हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड भी पढ़ेगा। बाईट : डा. मेजर विशाल शर्मा। सचिव हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड धर्मशाला
