On the passing of former Jammu and Kashmir National Conference leader and former Food Minister Qamar Ali Akhoon, a prominent political figure from Kargil, Jammu Kashmir United Movement President and former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar expressed deep sorrow and extended his heartfelt condolences.
