कांग्रेस नेता के पति पर जानलेवा हमला, पीड़ित अस्पताल में भर्ती। दिल्ली के सरिता विहार थाना के आली गांव का मामला, घटना का वीडियो आया सामने। पीड़ित के शिकायत पर मामला दर्ज कर पुलिस मामले के जाँच में जुटी। पीड़ित के पत्नी और भाई कांग्रेस के टिकट पर लड़ चुके हैं चुनाव। दिल्ली के सरिता विहार थाना क्षेत्र के अली विहार गांव में कांग्रेस नेता के पति पर हमले की घटना सामने आई है वहीं इसका वीडियो भी वायरल हो रहा है जिसमें नजर आ रहा है कि एक व्यक्ति रोड से हमला कर रहा है पीड़ित रघुराज ने बताया हैं कि मेरी पत्नी और मेरा भाई कांग्रेस की टिकट पर एमसीडी का चुनाव लड़ चुके हैं और मैं एमसीडी में कार्यरत हूं और जब मैं कल अपनी ड्यूटी से जा रहा था इस दौरान मुझे कार पर हमला किया गया और जब मैं बाहर निकाला तो मुझे 27 बार रोड से हमला किया गया मैंने पुलिस को शिकायत दे दी हैं मुझे इस पूरे मामले में राजनीतिक साजिश की किबु आती हैं। पूरे मामले में पुलिस मामला दर्ज कर जांच में जुड़ गई हैं. Byt :रघुराज सिंह,पीड़ित DCP version: *Update on the viral video of an incident of assault in Aali village of PS Sarita Vihar* *PCR Call* An MLC intimation was received from Appollo hospital at 1.04 pm at PS Sarita Vihar where in it was divulged that a victim has been admitted in emergency with h/o assault and he is in stable condition. *Initial Response* :- SHO and other subordinate staff immediately rushed to the hospital and conducted preliminary enquiry. *Brief Facts:-* On 24/10/25 at around 12:00 noon, the complainant was going to his office from his residence by his car No. DL3EV2731. When he reached Aali Extension near Mathura Road, the alleged persons Mohit and one other associate came on a motorcycle, stopped the complainant’s car and broke the car’s windshield. Complainant was assaulted with iron/rod. The complainant sustained serious injuries on both legs. Complainant was taken to the hospital by his friends/family and an MLC intimation was recieved from hospital He is presently under treatment at Apollo Hospital vide MLC No. 1756, dated 24.10.25. *Victim* – Mr. Raghuraj Singh R/o 92C/138, Aali Vill, Sarita Vihar Profession: MTS, MCD School *Accused –* Mohit @ Poli S/o Sh. Gyanchand R/o H. No. 74, Aali Village, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. and another unknown accused. *Motive* Around 2 years ago Mohit (accused) purchased a plot in Aali Extension and effected a construction on this plot. One month ago some demolition was done by DDA. *Mohit has a doubt upon Raghuraj that he has made the complaint in DDA against him* which led to the demolition. *Legal Action:-* A case Fir u/s 118(2)/126(2)/351(2)(3)/3(5) BNS (Equivalent to 326/341/506/34 IPC) has been registered and efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
