Indian Army Dedicates Sports Stadium in Aryan Valley to Honor Late Capt. Manoj Panday

On the eve of the 25th Rajat Janti of Kargil Vijay Diwas, the Indian Army dedicated a well-equipped sports stadium to the public at Aryan Valley, Garkon. This stadium was built in loving memory of the Late Capt. Manoj Panday. The inauguration was attended by the Corp Commander of the 14 Corps, the DC Kargil, the SSP Kargil, Brigadier 192, senior officers, and the public. In tribute to the Late Maj. Manoj Panday, the Indian Army, through the 192 Brigade, constructed this facility.

एक घर में लगी आग,मौके पर नहीं पहुंची अग्निशमन,ग्रामीण हुए नाराज।

Rajim, Chhattisgarh:बड़ी खबर समस्तीपुर से आ रही है जहां मुफस्सिल थाना छेत्र के दादपुर वार्ड 6 में एक घर मे लगा भीषण आग ।आग लगने के 2 घंटे बाद भी अग्निशमन दस्ता मौके पर नही पहुची।आग लगने से घर मे रखा सामान जल कर खाक हो गया। वही कुछ मवेशी की वही जलने की खबर है।हालांकि आग लगने से कितनी की संपत्ति का नुकसान है ये स्पस्ट तौर पर जानकारी नही मिल सकी है। हालांकि गनीमत रही कि परिवार के किसी भी व्यक्ति के हताहत होने की सूचना नही है।हालांकि आग किस कारण से लगी ये स्पस्ट नही हो सका है।

Dehradun, Uttarakhand:हाथियों ने दिल्ली-यमुनोत्री हाईवे पर एक झुंड सड़क पार करने की कोशिश की जिसके कारण मुख्य मार्ग पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। टिमली रेंज के जंगल से हाथियों का झुंड सड़क पर आ धमका। मार्ग पर हाथियों को देखकर राहगीरों की साँसे थम गईं। आधे झुंड ने सड़क पार कर ली और कुछ हाथी पीछे रह गए। वन विभाग और पुलिस की टीम ने कुछ देर के लिए सड़क पर आवाजाही रोककर लोगों को पीछे हटाया। थोड़ी देर बाद हाथी सुरक्षित सड़क पार कर घने जंगल में चले गए। हाथियों के गुजर जाने के बाद राहगीरों ने राहत की सांस ली।

Jokhanalagga Bura, Uttarakhand:चमोली जनपद में भालू के बढ़ते आतंक को लेकर ग्रामीणों का गुस्सा सोमवार को सड़कों पर फूट पड़ा। भालू के लगातार हमलों से परेशान ग्रामीणों ने जोरदार नारेबाजी करते हुए वन विभाग के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया और डीएफओ सर्वेश दुबे का घेराव कर दिया। आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने वन विभाग के कार्यालय पर ताला जड़ते हुए तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि क्षेत्र में भालू का आतंक लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है, जिससे आम जनजीवन पूरी तरह प्रभावित हो गया है। लोग खेतों में काम करने, जंगल से घास-लकड़ी लाने और यहां तक कि अपने घरों से बाहर निकलने में भी डर महसूस कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया कि वन विभाग की ओर से समय रहते कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया, जिसके कारण हालात लगातार बिगड़ते चले गए। प्रदर्शन कर रहे ग्रामीणों ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि भालू के उत्पात से उन्हें बचाया जाए और आदमखोर हो चुके भालू को मारने के आदेश जारी किए जाएं। उनका कहना था कि जब तक भालू को पकड़ा या मारा नहीं जाएगा, तब तक ग्रामीणों की जान सुरक्षित नहीं है। कई ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि भालू के हमलों में उनके परिवार के सदस्य घायल हुए हैं और पशुओं को भी जान गंवानी पड़ी है। वहीं, इस पूरे मामले पर डीएफओ सर्वेश दुबे ने स्थिति की गंभीरता को स्वीकार करते हुए बताया कि अब तक चमोली जनपद में भालू के हमलों में तीन लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है, जबकि 17 लोग घायल हुए हैं। इसके अलावा कई पालतू पशुओं की भी जान गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि वन विभाग हालात पर नजर बनाए हुए है और भालू की गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

They circled the sacred wheel, diving and rising in perfect harmony, as if dancing to an ancient rhythm. Devotees on the ground stopped in awe—some pulled out phones to capture the rare moment, others whispered prayers. Never before had anyone seen so many birds claim the skies over Lord Jagannath's crown. Word spread quickly through the bustling streets of Puri. "Is it a sign?" people asked. "A blessing from the Lord, or a warning?" Hearts filled with wonder and a touch of unease. The next day, questions buzzed like bees around the temple gates. A senior servitor, wise from years of service to the deities, smiled calmly amid the chatter. "Do not fear, my friends," he said. "This is no omen—good or ill. Winter has arrived, and the birds are migrating. They come from distant lands, riding the warm winds, seeking food and rest. The Nilachakra stands high, a perfect perch in their journey. :Kargil, December 15, 2025: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd. Jaffer Akhoon, also the Councillor of Thasgam–Thovina Constituency, today distributed electrical induction cooktops among beneficiaries belonging to economically weaker sections. The cooktops were provided by the Ladakh Power Development Department (LPDD) under the National Efficient Cooking Programme (NECP). The NECP is a flagship initiative of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), implemented in Ladakh through LPDD, aimed at promoting clean, energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable cooking solutions. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Jaffer Akhoon congratulated the beneficiaries and stated that LPDD had supplied a limited number of induction cooktops to each Councillor. He informed that, following a transparent and proper exercise, a list of deserving beneficiaries was prepared to ensure fair distribution. He further assured that any left-out eligible households would be covered under other suitable schemes in the future. The CEC emphasized that clean cooking technologies play a vital role in reducing indoor air pollution, improving public health, and enhancing overall quality of life, particularly for underprivileged families. Highlighting the broader vision of the programme, Dr. Akhoon noted that the initiative aligns with the national goals of “Green India, Clean India”, promoting energy efficiency and sustainable living in the region. He appreciated the coordinated efforts of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and LPDD for successfully implementing this people-centric scheme in Kargil district. The event reaffirmed LAHDC Kargil’s commitment to inclusive development, environmental sustainability, and the welfare of economically weaker sections through innovative and clean energy initiatives.

Rajsamand, Mohi, Rajasthan:राजसमंद प्रदेश सरकार के 2 साल पूर्ण होने पर बढ़ता राजस्थान कार्यक्रम, राजसमंद जिला परिवहन अधिकारी राघव शर्मा ने भी शुरू की मुहिम, सड़क सुरक्षा सप्ताह के तहत जागरूकता रथ किए गए रवाना, कलेक्टर हसीजा और एडीएम बुनकर ने झंडी दिखाकर किया रवाना, रथ जिलेभर के सभी उपखंडों में जाकर देगा जागरूकता संदेश, राजस्थान की भजनलाल सरकार के 2 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर बढ़ता राजस्थान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। कल उपमुख्यमंत्री डॉ प्रेमचंद बैरवा ने विधिवत कार्यक्रम का आगाज किया था। आज जिला कलेक्टर अरुण कुमार हसीजा और एड़ीएम नरेश बुनकर सहित एसडीएम बृजेश गुप्ता ने सड़क सुरक्षा सप्ताह के तहत जागरूकता रथ को झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। जिला कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला परिवहन अधिकारी राघव शर्मा के साथ विभाग के तीन इंस्पेक्टर और अन्य स्टाफ मौजूद रहा। डिटीओ राघव शर्मा ने बताया यह रथ प्रतिदिन 10 से अधिक पंचायत में घूमते हुए सड़क सुरक्षा और जीवन रक्षा का संदेश देगा। इसके लिए रूट चार्ट बनाकर अलग से अधिकारी नियुक्त कर दिया गया है जो लगातार सप्ताह के दौरान इस रथ के मूवमेंट की मॉनिटरिंग करेगा। सड़क सुरक्षा सप्ताह के अंत मे समारोह पूर्वक समापन किया जाएगा。
