On the eve of the 25th Rajat Janti of Kargil Vijay Diwas, the Indian Army dedicated a well-equipped sports stadium to the public at Aryan Valley, Garkon. This stadium was built in loving memory of the Late Capt. Manoj Panday. The inauguration was attended by the Corp Commander of the 14 Corps, the DC Kargil, the SSP Kargil, Brigadier 192, senior officers, and the public. In tribute to the Late Maj. Manoj Panday, the Indian Army, through the 192 Brigade, constructed this facility.

धरियावद में अवैध शराब के खिलाफ पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: 4 गिरफ्तार

Pratapgarh, Rajasthan:प्रतापगढ़ जिले के धरियावद क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब के कारोबार के खिलाफ पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 3 पुरुष और 1 महिला सहित कुल 4 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के कब्जे से देशी व अंग्रेजी शराब के साथ-साथ बीयर और कच्ची महुए की शराब भी जब्त की है। पुलिस के अनुसार 23 फरवरी को विशेष अभियान चलाते हुए धरियावद थाना क्षेत्र के करबा, नलया भटवाड़ा और जवाहरनगर चौराहा इलाके में दबिश दी गई। कार्रवाई के दौरान आरोपियों की दुकानों की तलाशी लेने पर भारी मात्रा में अवैध शराब बरामद हुई। जब्त सामग्री में कुल 129 पव्वे अवैध देशी व अंग्रेजी शराब, 72 बीयर की बोतलें, 25 केन तथा 15 लीटर कच्ची महुए की शराब शामिल है। जब्त शराब की अनुमानित कीमत करीब 30 हजार रुपये आंकी गई है। पुलिस ने इस मामले में चारों आरोपियों के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत अलग-अलग प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। कार्रवाई पुलिस थाना धरियावद की टीम द्वारा की गई, जिसमें अधिकारी व जवान शामिल रहे。

Betul, Madhya Pradesh:मध्य प्रदेश के छिंदवाड़ा में टी राजा के बयान के बाद माहौल गरमा गया है. हिंदू संगठनों ने देर रात छिंदवाड़ा कोतवाली थाने के बाहर प्रदर्शन किया, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है. बताया जा रहा है कि एक हिंदू लड़की को चार मुस्लिम लड़कों ने फोन करके कथित तौर पर अपशब्द कहे. इतना ही नहीं, आरोपियों ने टी राजा को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो भी वायरल किया, जिसके बाद शहर में आक्रोश फैल गया. घटना से नाराज हिंदू धर्मावलंबियों और संगठनों ने देर रात कोतवाली थाने पहुंचकर आरोपियों की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की मांग की. काफी देर तक थाने के बाहर हंगामा चलता रहा. पुलिस ने शिकायत दर्ज कर ली है और आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू कर दी है. कॉल करने वाले संदिग्धों की पहचान करने में पुलिस जुटी हुई है.

ऑपरेशन त्रिनेत्र के तहत 25 हजार रुपये इनामी आरोपी गिरफ्तार

Pratapgarh, Rajasthan:प्रतापगढ़ जिले में अवैध मादक पदार्थों के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे ऑपरेशन त्रिनेत्र के तहत पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। पुलिस थाना अरनोद की टीम ने एमडी फैक्ट्री मामले में लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे 25 हजार रुपये के इनामी आरोपी धर्मचन्द्र मोगरा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस के अनुसार 1 फरवरी को शहर के वॉटर वर्क्स रोड स्थित पानी की टंकी के पास एक किराणा व जनरल स्टोर तथा उसके पीछे बने गोदाम की आड़ में चल रही एमडी फैक्ट्री पर छापेमारी की गई थी। इस दौरान मौके से 106 ग्राम एमडी, 114 किलो 750 ग्राम लिक्विड केमिकल और मादक पदार्थ बनाने के उपकरण व सामग्री बरामद की गई थी। मामले में थाना प्रतापगढ़ में प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई, जिसका अनुसन्धान थाना अरनोद द्वारा किया जा रहा था। इस प्रकरण में पहले ही चार आरोपियों—रोहित मोगरा (इनामी), शंकरलाल मीणा, शाकीर खान और श्रेयांस उर्फ यश मोगरा—को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। वहीं मुख्य आरोपी धर्मचन्द्र मोगरा घटना के बाद से फरार चल रहा था, जिस पर 25 हजार रुपये का इनाम घोषित था। पुलिस टीम ने लगातार प्रयास करते हुए 23 फरवरी को आरोपी धर्मचन्द्र मोगरा (50 वर्ष), निवासी केसर विहार कॉलोनी, प्रतापगढ़ (हाल घंटाघर क्षेत्र) को अरनोद क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया।

Pratapgarh, Rajasthan:प्रतापगढ़ शहर के बावड़ी मोहल्ला क्षेत्र में कल देर शाम एक संदिग्ध महिला को स्थानीय लोगों ने पकड़कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। महिला पर एक बच्चे को चॉकलेट का लालच देकर अपने पास बुलाने का आरोप लगाया गया है। मोहल्लेवासियों के अनुसार, महिला के साथ एक पुरुष भी मौजूद था, लेकिन लोगों की भीड़ बढ़ते ही वह मौके से फरार हो गया। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में कुछ समय के लिए अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि महिला की गतिविधियां संदिग्ध लगने पर लोगों ने तुरंत सतर्कता दिखाते हुए उसे रोक लिया और पुलिस को सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही कोतवाली थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और महिला को हिरासत में लेकर थाने ले गई। पुलिस के अनुसार, महिला से पूछताछ की जा रही है और पूरे मामले की जांच की जा रही है। साथ ही फरार हुए व्यक्ति की पहचान और उसकी भूमिका का भी पता लगाया जा रहा है। पुलिस ने आमजन से अपील की है कि किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की जानकारी तुरंत पुलिस को दें, ताकि समय रहते उचित कार्रवाई की जा सके。

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Iran nears a deal with China to purchase anti-ship missiles, according to six people familiar with the negotiations, just as the United States deploys a vast naval force near the Iranian coast ahead of possible strikes on the Islamic Republic. The deal for Chinese-made CM-302 missiles is near completion, though no delivery date has been agreed. The supersonic missiles have a range of about 290 kilometres and are designed to evade shipborne defences by flying low and fast. Their deployment would significantly enhance Iran’s strike capabilities and pose a threat to U.S. naval forces in the region, two weapons experts said. Negotiations to buy the missile weapons systems began at least two years ago and accelerated after the 12-day war between Israel and Iran in June, according to six people familiar with the talks, including three officials briefed by the Iranian government and three security officials. As talks entered their final stages last summer, senior Iranian military and government officials travelled to China, including Massoud Oraei, Iran’s deputy defence minister. Oraei’s visit had not been previously reported. “It’s a complete gamechanger if Iran has supersonic capability to attack ships in the area,” said Danny Citrinowicz, a former Israeli intelligence officer and now senior Iran researcher at Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies think tank. “These missiles are very difficult to intercept.” Reuters could not determine how many missiles were involved in the potential deal, how much Iran had agreed to pay, or whether China would go through with the agreement amid heightened regional tensions. “Iran has military and security agreements with its allies, and now is an appropriate time to make use of these agreements,” an Iranian foreign ministry official told Reuters. China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it was not aware of the talks about a potential missile sale Reuters had reported. China’s defence ministry did not respond to a request for comment. The White House did not directly address the negotiations when asked by Reuters. U.S. President Donald Trump has been clear that “either we will make a deal or we will have to do something very tough like last time,” a White House official said, referring to the standoff with Iran. The missiles would be among the most advanced military hardware to be transferred to Iran by China and defy a United Nations weapons embargo first imposed in 2006. The sanctions were suspended in 2015 as part of a nuclear deal with the U.S. and allies, and then reimposed last September. The potential sale would underscore deepening military ties between China and Iran at a moment of heightened regional tension, complicating U.S. efforts to contain Iran’s missile programme and curb its nuclear activities. It would also signal China’s growing willingness to assert itself in a region long dominated by U.S. military power. China, Iran and Russia hold annual joint naval exercises, and last year the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned several Chinese entities for supplying chemical precursors to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for use in its ballistic missile program. China rejected those allegations, saying it was unaware of the cases cited in the sanctions and that it strictly enforces export controls on dual-use products. While hosting Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian for a military parade in Beijing in September, Chinese President Xi Jinping told the Iranian leader that “China supports Iran in safeguarding sovereignty, territorial integrity and national dignity.” China joined Russia and Iran in a joint letter on October 18 to say they believed the decision to reimpose sanctions was flawed. “Iran has become a battlefield between the U.S. on one side and Russia and China on the other,” said one official briefed by Iran’s government. The deal comes as the U.S. assembles an armada within striking distance of Iran, including the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and its strike group. The USS Gerald R. Ford and its escorts are also heading to the region. The two ships together can carry more than 5,000 personnel and 150 aircraft. “China does not want to see a pro-Western regime in Iran,” said Citrinowicz. “They are hoping that this regime will stay.” Trump said on February 19 he was giving Iran 10 days to reach an agreement over its nuclear programme or face military action. The U.S. is preparing for the possibility of sustained, weeks-long operations against Iran if Trump orders an attack, Reuters reported on February 13. The CM-302 purchase would be a significant improvement in an Iranian arsenal depleted by last year’s war, said Pieter Wezeman, a senior researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. China’s state-owned China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) markets the CM-302 as the world’s best anti-ship missile, capable of sinking an aircraft carrier or destroyer. The weapons system can be mounted on ships, aircraft or mobile ground vehicles and can also take out targets on land. CASIC did not respond to a request for comment. Iran is also in discussions to acquire Chinese surface-to-air missile systems, so-called MANPADS, anti-ballistic weapons, and anti-satellite weapons, the six people said.

Banur, Punjab:ਪਿੰਡ ਮਨੌਲੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਘੱਗਰ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਡੀ ਸਿਲਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਚ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਰੋਪ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਡੀ ਸੀਲਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਘੱਗਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਰੇਤੇ ਦੇ ਟਿੱਪਰ ਭਰੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਧਿਆਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਨੌਲੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਗਰ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਡੀ ਸਿਲਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘੱਗਰ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਡੀ ਸਿਲਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਨੂੰ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਹੜਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਖਤਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

Bhainjnar, Chhattisgarh:छत्तीसगढ़ के सारंगढ़ में आयोजित पुतला दहन कार्यक्रम के दौरान बड़ा हादसा हो गया। युवा कांग्रेस के जिला अध्यक्ष शुभम बाजपेई आग की लपटों की चपेट में आकर गंभीर रूप से झुलस गए। घटना के तुरंत बाद मौजूद कार्यकर्ताओं ने आग बुझाई और उन्हें तत्काल नजदीकी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। चिकित्सकों के अनुसार उनका इलाज जारी है। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में हड़कंप मच गया और प्रशासन ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
