A theft occurred at the Amballur Kalarikal Sree Mahaganapathi Temple, where the donation box was broken into, and money was stolen. The donation box in front of the sanctum was found smashed and overturned. A woman who arrived at the temple in the morning for assistance noticed the broken donation box. She immediately informed the temple authorities about the incident. The donation box in front of the sanctum was forcibly opened and overturned, and a nearby lamp was also found broken.

Bhiwani, Haryana:बाइट : डीएसपी महेश कुमार भिवानी ऑपरेशन ट्रैक डाउन जारी एक करोड़ की रंगदारी मांगने वाला आरोपी गिरफ्तार, आरोपी ने पकड़े कान भिवानी। शहर के दिनोद गेट चौकी क्षेत्र में एक दवा दुकानदार से विदेशी नंबर से काल कर एक करोड़ की रंगदारी मांगी गई थी। पुलिस ने इस मामले में बदमाश साहिल कोकचा को दिल्ली की जेल से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर लाकर गिरफ्तार किया है। डीएसपी महेश कुमार ने बताया कि दवा दुकानदार ने 13 नवंबर को शहर थाना में शिकायत दी थी। शिकायत में बताया गया कि उनके पास एक विदेश के नंबर से कॉल आया। कॉल करने वाले ने खुद को बदमाशों की एक बड़ी गैंग का सदस्य बताते हुए एक करोड़ की मांग की और रुपये न देने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी। शिकायत मिलते ही शहर थाना पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी। दिनोद गेट चौकी इंचार्ज एसआई दशरथ के नेतृत्व में टीम ने मामले की जांच की। जांच के बाद पुलिस ने वीरवान पाना निवासी साहिल कोकचा को दिल्ली जेल से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर लिया। साहिल को कोर्ट में पेश कर चार दिन के रिमांड पर लिया गया। साहिल ने स्वीकार किया कि उसी ने गैंग के अन्य सदस्यों को भिवानी के चार-पांच लोगों के नंबर और उनकी निजी जानकारी दी थी, जिसके आधार पर दवा दुकानदार से रंगदारी मांगी गई। साहिल पर भिवानी में पहले से ही फिरौती, साइबर अपराध सहित करीब आठ मामले दर्ज हैं। आरोपित को कोर्ट में पेश कर वापस जेल भेज दिया गया है। पुलिस अब इस गैंग से जुड़े अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश में जुट गई है। एक अक्टूबर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने आरोपित साहिल कोकचा को कामेडियन मुनव्वर फारूकी की हत्या साजिश रचने के आरोप में मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार किया था। उस समय साहिल के पांव में गोली लगी थी। उसके साथ उसका साथी पानीपत वासी राहुल भी गिरफ्तार किया गया। भिवानी में करीब 10 साल पहले गारमेंट शाप चलाने वाला साहिल कोकचा पर अकेले भिवानी में ही लाखों रुपये कर्ज है। उसके तीन बच्चों की जिम्मेवारी उसकी पत्नी ही उठा रही है। उस पर भिवानी ही नहीं सिरसा में भी धोखाधड़ी, सट्टेबाजी के केस दर्ज है। अपराध, धोखाधड़ी, सट्टेबाजी में फंसे साहिल सन्नी से परिवार के लोगों ने ही दूरियां बना रखी है। भाईयों, रिश्तेदारों, चाचा-ताऊ आदि सभी ने उससे बोलचाल बंद कर रखी है। जानकारी अनुसार पिछले सालभर से तो वह बदमाशों के नाम पर परिवार के ही कुछ लोगों को धमकी देने लगा था। शहर में काफी लोगों से रुपये भी उधार लिए मगर वापस नहीं दिए।

Delhi, Delhi:The Commission, through its Sub-Committee on GRAP had detailed consultation on 20.11.2025 with the stakeholders concerned on the issue of proposed amendments in the schedule of GRAP and agreed to make the following amendments in the schedule of GRAP: A. The following measures currently under GRAP Stage II to be taken under GRAP Stage I: (1) Ensure uninterrupted power supply to discourage use of alternate power Generating sets/ equipment (DG sets etc.) (2) Synchronize traffic movements and deploy adequate personnel at intersections / traffic congestion points for smooth flow of traffic. (3) Alert in newspapers / TV / radio to advise people about air pollution levels and Do’s and Don’ts for minimizing polluting activities (4) Augment public transport services through CNG/ electric buses and metro services by inducting additional fleet and increasing the frequency of service. Introduce differential rates to encourage off – peak travel. B. The following measures currently under GRAP Stage III to be taken under GRAP Stage II: (1) (i) GNCTD and NCR State Governments to stagger timings for public offices and municipal bodies in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the districts of Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gautam Budh Nagar. (ii) State Governments may take a decision to stagger timings for public offices and municipal bodies in other areas of NCR. (2) Central Government may take a decision on staggering of timings of Central Government offices in Delhi – NCR. C. The following measures currently under GRAP Stage IV to be taken under GRAP Stage III: (1) NCR State Governments / GNCTD to take a decision on allowing public, municipal and private offices to work on 50% strength and the rest to work from home. (2) Central Government may take appropriate decision on permitting work from home for employees in central government offices. 5. The Commission accordingly, incorporating the changes as in para 4 above, revises the schedule of GRAP with immediate effect. It is pertinent to note here that GRAP Stage-I, Stage–II and Stage–III have already been invoked w.e.f. 14.10.2025, 19.10.2025 and 11.11.2025 respectively in terms comprehensive schedule of the GRAP issued by the Commission vide Order dated 13.12.2024. 7. Therefore, all the agencies responsible for implementation of GRAP are now required to take note of the modifications made in the Schedule of GRAP as annexed with this Order and implement the same immediately.

Sahejani, Uttar Pradesh:मल्लावां में डायल 112 पुलिस टीम पर हमला और गाड़ी का शीशा तोड़ने के मामले मे पुलिस ने दो आरोपियों के विरुद्ध सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डालने समेत गंभीर धाराओं मे रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गांव नरायनमऊ मे बृहस्पतिवार की शाम को अजीत कुमार का भाई कुलदीप के साथ किसी बात को लेकर विवाद हो गया था। जिसपर अजीत ने डायल 112 पुलिस को सूचना दी। सूचना पर डायल 112 पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच गई। आरोप है कि आरोपी संदीप कुमार उसके दूसरे भाई कुलदीप ने पीआरबी चालक होमगार्ड त्रिभुवन को गाली गलौज करते हुए मारपीट करने लगे। इस दौरान आरोपियों ने सरकारी गाड़ी का शीशा तोड़कर गाड़ी को को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। जिसके बाद आरोपी मौके से भाग गए। जिसमें पुलिस ने एक एक आरोपी युवक को जेल भेज दिया है ।

:Wular Lake Sees Surge in Migratory Birds Amid Reinforced Anti-Poaching Measures Migratory birds have returned to Wular Lake in north Kashmir in unprecedented numbers, raising hopes about the wetland’s ecological revival. After years of restoration work, the Wular Conservation and Management Authority (WUCMA) says this season’s winged influx could soon surpass last year’s high. According to a WUCMA official Mudasir Ahmad, the bird count is now expected to exceed one million, up from approximately 10 lakh (one million) during the previous census. The rise underscores the success of large-scale restoration initiatives carried out around Wular lake. To protect this surge of avian life, the authority has stepped up surveillance. CCTV towers have been installed across key points on the lake, and joint anti-poaching squads now operate round-the-clock, involving WUCMA staff, forest protection forces, and J&K Police. The official emphasized that these measures are critical to deterring poaching and minimizing disturbance to the newly arrived flocks. “Seeing so many migratory birds return to Wular is like witnessing nature’s heartbeat coming back to life,” said Mohmmad Rafiq, a longtime bird lover and frequent visitor to the lake. He also said that authorities need to work on pace around the lake and complete the construction work around it which he said will attract more tourists to the lake.

Gulmarg, :Government Promised Free Power but Imposes Winter Surcharge Ghulam Hassan Mir Former Cabinet Minister and Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir has sharply criticised the government for imposing a 20% winter surcharge on electricity bills, calling it a direct betrayal of the promises made to the people. Mir, in his statement posted on Twitter, wrote: "So-called people’s govt who had promised free two hundred units of power to every household monthly is now charging 20% surcharge in winter when more power is needed." He said that this decision reflects a complete collapse of governance, as the administration had publicly committed to providing 200 units of free electricity per month, yet is now burdening people during the harshest months of winter. “Instead of giving relief, they are penalising the people. This is not public service this is betrayal,” he said. Mir added that families across Jammu & Kashmir are already struggling with inflation, unemployment, and rising living costs. The winter surcharge, he noted, further exposes the government’s growing disconnect from ground realities. He urged the administration to immediately roll back the 20% surcharge, honour its commitment of free electricity, and stop adding unnecessary financial strain on the public. “Governments must ease people’s lives, not make them harder especially in winter,” he said.

पटना सिटी: तार काटकर बिजली लाइन ट्रिप, तीन गिरफ्तार

Patna, Bihar:फतुहा थाना क्षेत्र के निशिबूचक गांव मे पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है. जब तारकटवा गिरोह ने तार काटकर दनियावां विद्युत उपकेंद्र को जाने वाली सप्लाई लाइन को ट्रिप कर दिया। लाइन ट्रिप होते ही पुलिस सतर्क हो गई और तुरंत छापेमारी अभियान शुरू कर दिया。 पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि रसलपुर गांव के पास फोरलेन के नीचे कुछ लोग हाई-वोल्टेज तार काटने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। तत्परता दिखाते हुए पुलिस जब घटनास्थल पर पहुँची, तो पुलिस को देखते ही एक बाइक पर सवार चार आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए。 हालाँकि, पुलिस ने तीन लोगों को मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के पास से पुलिस ने भारी मात्रा में उपकरण और सामान बरामद किया है. जिसमे एक ऑटोमैटिक कटर मशीन, एक बैटरी चार्जर, लोहे का एक कटर, दो मोबाइल फोन सहित एक बाइक शामिल है. गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने पास की झाड़ियों से छिपाकर रखा गया 220 KVA का करीब 2 क्विंटल अल्यूमिनियम तार भी बरामद कर लिया है। पुलिस आरोपियों से पूछताछ कर यह पता लगाने में जुटी है कि इस तार चोरी के पीछे और कौन लोग शामिल हैं तथा किस नेटवर्क के माध्यम से इस अवैध सामग्री की सप्लाई की जा रही थी।
