ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦਾ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਫ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਸਾਫ ਸਫਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡੇਂਗੂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਣੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਕਥਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਫ ਸਫਾਈ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਭੁਲਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਉਨਾਂ ਸਫਾਈ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Kapurthala, Punjab:कपूरथला की सब-डिवीजन सुल्तानपुर लोधी में बीते दिनों एक कोंग्रेसी नेता पर फायरिंग करने के मामले में पुलिस ने मुख्य शूटर सहित 8 बदमाशों को काबू किया है। जिनके पास से घटना में प्रयोग किया पिस्तौल और बाइक भी बरामद कर लिया है। इसकी पुष्टि करते हुए SP (D) प्रभजोत सिंह ने बताया कि मुख्य शूटर पर 13 तथा उसके एक साथी पर 3 आपराधिक मामले पहले भी दर्ज है। काबू किये आरोपियों से गंभीरता से पूछताछ की जा रही है। SP (D) प्रभजोत सिंह ने बताया कि 1 नवंबर को थाना सुल्तानपुर लोधी क्षेत्र में जिला परिषद के पूर्व उप चैयरमेन व्ह कांग्रेसी नेता हरजिंदर सिंह पुत्र मस्साराम वासी गांव शाहजहांपुर पर 2 बाइक सवार बदमाशों ने जान से मारने की नीयत से फायरिंग की थी। इस संबंध में थाना सुल्तानपुर मामला दर्ज कर पुलिस टीम आरोपियों को पकड़ने के लिए जांच शुरू की थी। इसके बाद थाना सुल्तानपुर लोधी के डीएसपी तथा सीआईए स्टाफ की टीम द्वारा ह्यूमन इंटेलिजेंस तथा टेक्निकल टीम की मदद से मामला सुलझाते हुए रेकी करने वाले विक्रमजीत सिंह को 24 घंटे में ही गिरफ्तार कर पूछताछ शुरू की थी। और उसकी निशानदेही पर मुख्य शूटर अजय कुमार उर्फ बिल्ला वासी गांव शाहजहांपुर को भी गिरफ्तार किया था। फिर दोनों आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर घटना को अंजाम देने में उपयोग किया 30 बोर का पिस्टल और बाइक भी बरामद की थी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया की अभी तक की जाँच में इस मुकदमे में 12 लोगों को नामजद किया है। जिसमें से 8 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। हालांकि अन्य चार आरोपिओ की तलाश जारी है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि तफ्तीश में यह भी मालूम हुआ है कि इस वारदात को अंजाम देने के लिए विदेश में बैठे जगदीप सिंह उर्फ़ जगा पुत्र निर्मल सिंह वसी गांव शाहजहांपुर ने साथियों की मदद से अंजाम दिया है। SP D ने बताया कि काबू किए आरोपियों में विक्रमजीत सिंह उर्फ़ विक्की पुत्र रेशम, अजय कुमार उर्फ बिल्ला पुत्र संतोख सिंह दोनों वासी गांव शाहजहांपुर, हरविंदर सिंह पुत्र हरबंस सिंह वासी तलवंडी महमा शाहकोट, करण कुमार उर्फ गोल्डी पुत्र बलबीर सिंह वासी गांव जबोवाल, बलजीत सिंह उर्फ बॉबी और जशनदीप सिंह दोनों पुत्र बलविंदर सिंह वासी गांव भानोलंगा तथा गुलशन कुमार पुत्र संतोख सिंह वासी गांव शाहजहांपुर सुलतानपुर लोधी है। इनमें से विक्रमजीत सिंह पर 2 तथा अजय कुमार पर 13 मामले पहले भी दर्ज है।

Flagging the issues, the Chief Minister said that the Indian Constitution clearly demarcated areas in which the union and the States have to function to exercise their respective authority. He said that Federalism remains one of the basic pillars of our Constitution but unfortunately, there has been a trend towards centralization of authority during the past 75 years. Bhagwant Singh Mann underlined that the state governments, being at the cutting edge, are in a much better position to understand, address and solve the problems of their people. Vehemently pleading for handing over Chandigarh to the state of Punjab, the Chief Minister said that after the reorganization of the state Indira Gandhi Agreement of 1970 explicitly stated that the capital project area of Chandigarh will, as a whole, go to Punjab, which was a clear commitment from the Central Government. He said that the Rajiv-Longowal Accord, signed on July 24th, 1985, between the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and Sant Harchand Singh Longowal, explicitly reaffirmed that Chandigarh will be transferred to Punjab. However, Bhagwant Singh Mann bemoaned that despite all promises Chandigarh was not transferred to Punjab which has bruised the psyche of every Punjabi. Raising the issue of maintaining the status quo of the 60:40 ratio in the intake of service personnel from Punjab and Haryana in the functioning of the UT of Chandigarh, the Chief Minister said that it is the need of the hour. He said that it is a matter of grave concern that officers of the IAS and the PCS have been excluded from key positions in the Chandigarh administration. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that posts in departments such as Excise, Education, Finance, and Health are being opened to cadres like the state UT cadre (DANICS), thereby adversely affecting the role of the state of Punjab in the effective functioning of the UT administration. The Chief Minister said that another linked issue is the posting of Punjab Cadre officers to the post of General Manager FCI (Punjab). He said that considering the consistently highest contribution of the state of Punjab towards the Central pool, the established trend of posting of an IAS officer from Punjab Cadre to the Regional Office of the FCI should not be disturbed by the Government of India. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the post of MD CITCO has been held by an IAS officer of Punjab cadre in the past however, UT state service officers are being posted to this position, which is against the convention laid down in the administration of the UT of Chandigarh based on a 60:40 ratio for intake of personnel from Punjab and Haryana. In the wake of the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty, the Chief Minister said that there is a great opportunity for the resolution of water-related issues concerning the states being represented here. He said that there is a possibility of linking the Chenab river to the rivers Ravi and Beas, over which we already have dams regulating the water flow downstream. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that in linking river Chenab with rivers Ravi and Beas, the surplus water inflow could be utilized gainfully by the downstream states, including Punjab, for both power generation and irrigation purposes adding that the extra water will also help the State of Punjab to meet its shortfall of water, particularly in the Border areas. Raising the issue of Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB), the Chief Minister forcefully opposed the proposal to appoint a whole-time Member in BBMB from Rajasthan as the board is a body constituted under the Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966, which concerns only the successor states of Punjab and Haryana. He said that Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh are already represented as ex-officio members, and creating additional whole-time posts will only increase expenditure most of which is borne by Punjab without serving any useful purpose. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that Punjab has already submitted a panel for appointment of Members and the Government of India should continue with the original arrangement of one Member each from Punjab and Haryana. The Chief Minister also strongly opposed any proposal to raise the Full Reservoir Levels (FRLs) of Bhakra and Pong dams. After the catastrophic 1988 floods, he said that the FRLs were reduced in the interest of protecting lives and property in Punjab, the only state affected by these floodwaters. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the severe floods of years 2019, 2023 and 2025 have reconfirmed that present FRLs must be maintained. The Chief Minister said that Punjab suffered massive losses of nearly Rs.13,500 crore last year while Rajasthan faced no impact and has itself stated that it cannot take any additional water during floods. He said that with increasing siltation and signs of structural stress, raising the FRLs will compel emergency releases, endangering downstream habitations in Punjab. Thus, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the correct solution is therefore desiltation, not elevation of FRLs, and Punjab urges that BBMB be directed to maintain the current levels as the state has been suffering huge losses due to floods during the last so many years. It is therefore imperative that the partner states also share the loss in the same ratio as they share the water during the lean seasons, he added. Reiterating that the state has no surplus water to spare through SYL, the Chief Minister said that there has been no scientific calculation regarding the availability of water even in the year 1976, 1981 when the ratio of waters to be shared among the states was decided by the Government of India unilaterally. He said that Punjab has been disputing the availability of water at 17.17 MAF since 1981 itself particularly when all international water agreements mention that the water availability needs to be assessed every 25 years. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the water availability in 1981 itself was taken on the basis of the flow series 1921-1960 i.e. already more than 20 years had passed. The Chief Minister said that the availability of Ravi–Beas waters has significantly declined, 75% of Punjab’s blocks are over-exploited, and the matter is under adjudication before the Ravi–Beas Tribunal. He said that all proceedings on SYL should therefore be kept in abeyance until the Tribunal gives its final award adding that Punjab has already conveyed that future discussions may be possible only after a fresh, scientific reassessment of water availability and only after Punjab’s essential requirements are fully secured. In wake of suspension of the Indus Water Treaty, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it is high time that the Government of India should explore the diversion of water of all western rivers to India in view of the suspension of this Treaty. The Chief Minister said that until this exercise is carried out, any decision regarding the distribution of Ravi Beas waters should be kept on hold as Punjab cannot agree to any step that threatens its agriculture, groundwater security, and long-term sustainability. Bhagwant Singh Mann also opposed the proposal to transfer control of the Ropar, Harike and Ferozepur Headworks to BBMB as these Headworks are located entirely within Punjab and have always been physically operated and maintained by the State. He said that nowhere in India are Headworks of one State run by an external agency and even Haryana itself maintains HathniKund on the Yamuna. The Chief Minister said that Punjab is always at the mercy of BBMB and its bureaucratic controls adding that in case the control of the headworks is also taken away from Punjab, Punjab will be facing huge difficulties in controlling floods. On the allocation of Yamuna waters, he said that if Haryana is the successor to the Ravi-Beas water so is Punjab to Yamuna waters adding that while the state shares Ravi–Beas waters with Haryana, Punjab was excluded from the 1994 MoU on Yamuna waters without any justification. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the 1954 Agreement between undivided Punjab and Uttar Pradesh entitled Punjab to two-thirds of Yamuna waters,and the1972 Irrigation Commission recognized Punjab as part of the Yamuna basin. The Chief Minister said that serious efforts need to be made by the Center and the respective States to stop any flood waters going to Bay of Bengal through Yamuna. With the MoU due for review after 2025, he demanded that Punjab’s claim should be duly considered to ensure fairness and parity. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that Punjab has already requested the union Government to include it as a beneficiary in the Yamuna and Sharda–Yamuna Link projects also, but our request has not been considered so far. Raising the issues to provide financial assistance to carry out flood protection works on the Border Outpost (BOP) of BSF and the Army, the Chief Minister said that the proposal is yet to be approved by the Government of India. He urged the Government of India to release the entire funds without putting any conditions as it was in the interest of national security. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the Harike barrage was constructed in the year 1950 to divert water into the Rajasthan Feeder serving the areas of Rajasthan. The Chief Minister said that due to absence of desilting it causes floods in the upstream areas right up to district Kapurthala and Jalandhar. He urged the union government to assist the State Government both financially as well as in granting the environmental clearances. Raising the issue of havoc caused by river Ghaggar, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that in a stretch of about 17 km in district Sangrur from Makror Sahib to Karail where the width of the river is too small to carry the waters. The Chief Minister said that the state government has been raising this issue since long and have even acquired land in the nearby areas. However, he said that due to the objections raised by Haryana, the cross section has not been widened. Bhagwant Singh Mann urged the Government of India to persuade Haryana to agree to this request. On the issue of Panjab University, the Chief Minister said that the university has a deep connection with the people of Punjab adding that it is only Punjab which has been supporting and nurturing this University for the last 50 years. Now at this stage, he said that we do not understand why Haryana wants to affiliate it''s colleges with Panjab University, when they have already been affiliated for the last 50 years with Kurukshetra University, an A NAAC accredited university. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he fails to understand What Has changed for Haryana to now seek this affiliation having ignored Panjab University for the last 50 years. The Chief Minister said that as far as funding of Panjab University is concerned, Punjab has always financially supported this University and is committed to doing this in the future also, as per a mutually consultative process. He said that the Centre''s recent attempts to restructure the university''s governance have been seen as interference in Punjab''s rights and to its state identity and autonomy. Bhagwant Singh Mann cautioned that Panjab University is not just an academic institution but forms an integral part of Punjabi identity adding he urged for the restoration of democratic processes, including the announcement of elections for the original 91-member Senate. Flagging another important issue regarding the smuggling of weapons from within the country, the Chief Minister said that they are posing a grave threat to law and order in the state. He said that it is unfortunate that the number of weapons smuggled from within the country (especially from states like Madhya Pradesh) is much more than that smuggled from across the border. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that this needs to be checked with a heavy hand in the larger interest of national security. Raising the legitimate concerns of the state, the Chief Minister reiterated that the success of a federal set-up lies in the equitable prosperity of its states which are not merely constituents but partners in progress. He said that Water, the elixir of life, has been the driver of growth in Punjab as an agriculture-oriented state for decades and it still is. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that protection of our waters is tantamount to protection of the people of Punjab, a Diaspora which has been contributing to progress across the states of our nation and also and most importantly, in protecting our vulnerable borders. The Chief Minister said that the Punjab government has taken path breaking initiatives for the welfare of its people during the last more than three years adding that Punjab has become the first state in India to guarantee every family free electricity, free healthcare, free education, and free bus travel for women. He said that despite announcing a deadline of 45 days, the state government has disbursed flood compensation worth Rs 20,000 per acre, the highest in the country, to the farmers within 30days after the assessment through Special Girdawari. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that though the natural calamity had severely disrupted life across many districts of Punjab but with the grace of our Guru Sahibs, the state has succeeded in overcoming this disaster. The Chief Minister said that Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana is being launched to provide insurance to cover free medical treatment of upto Rs 10 lakh per family to every person adding that nearly three crore residents of the state will be benefited from it. He said that 881 Aam Aadmi Clinics are functioning in the state to provide free quality treatment to people adding that 200 more will be opened soon. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that under the Sehatmand Punjab initiative, the CM Yogshala campaign has been launched to promote fitness and well-being. The Chief Minister said that government schools in the state are being upgraded into Schools of Eminence and due to concerted efforts of the state government, Punjab has secured the top position nationwide in the National Assessment Survey conducted by the Government of India, surpassing Kerala, for the first time in education outcomes. He said that from government schools, 848 students have qualified NEET, 265 cleared JEE Mains, and 45 cleared JEE Advanced. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that Principals and teachers are being sent to Singapore, Finland, and Ahmedabad for professional training. The Chief Minister said that the Roshan Punjab Project has been launched to eliminate power cuts,with an investment of Rs 5,000 crore in infrastructure. He said that since July 2022, 90% of households have received free electricity, leading to zero bills and an annual saving of nearly Rs 35,000 per family. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state government has created history by acquiring the Goindwal Power Plant from GVK Power, renaming it after Sri Guru Amardas Ji. The Chief Minister profusely thanked the Ministry of Home Affairs for convening this meeting to resolve the issues concerning Punjab and neighboring states through inter-state consultations. He said that it is a matter of immense pride and satisfaction for us that the state government is organizing a series of events to commemorate the 350th martyrdom year of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji –the Ninth Sikh Guru. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state Government has already chalked a number of events to commemorate this once in a lifetime event across the state in a befitting manner. The Chief Minister said that these series of events are being organized with deep reverence and respect across the state and these historic events will primarily take place on the sacred land of Sri Anandpur Sahib under the auspices of the state government. He said that the underlying message of the series of events is to encourage the people to follow the high ideals of secularism, humanism and the spirit of sacrifice as preached and practiced by Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, who had laid down his life to protect the right of freedom to worship and to preserve human rights along with secular values. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the supreme sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh BahadurJi was unique and unparalleled in the history of mankind and symbolized the crusade against injustice, tyranny and oppression. The Chief Minister bemoaned that a few months back, the state had witnessed the worst natural catastrophe in the form of floods. He said that the floods submerged over 2,300 villages, affected more than 2 million people, and destroyed crops across five lakh acres of land. Tragically, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that around 60 lives were lost, and seven lakh people were rendered homeless and 3,200 government schools were damaged, 19 colleges were reduced to rubble, 1,400 clinics and hospitals were ruined, 8,500 kilometers of roads were destroyed, and 2,500 bridges collapsed. The Chief Minister said that as per estimates, the total damage amounts to approximately Rs 13,800 crore, but with their indomitable spirit of Chardi Kala, the Punjabis have started the rebuilding exercise in the state. He said that it is a matter of immense pride for us that irrespective of the flood fury, Punjab is contributing more than 150 LMT of paddy to the national pool. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that besides being the nation’s food bowl, Punjab also has a distinction of being the sword arm of the country and its people are well known all over the world for their courage, resilience and spirit of enterprise. Revisiting the purpose of setting up the Zonal Councils under the provisions of the State Reorganization Act, 1956, the Chief Minister said that this is an excellent platform to raise the level of interstate cooperation for our economic development. He said that it is in the interest of states to sit together and explore the best possibilities of socio-economic development in the region, which is otherwise geographically disadvantaged, being landlocked and with hostile borders. Batting for a genuine federal structure in the country, with more financial and political power to the States, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it’s need has been felt across the entire spectrum of political opinion. The Chief Minister said that there is a wide consensus, cutting across party lines, that the State governments need to be given much greater operational freedom in choosing and financing their development priorities. He said that the northern states share common historical and cultural ties and the Government of Punjab is fully committed to mutual cooperation and good relations with all these States. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the Northern Zonal Council is a useful platform which is instrumental in mutual resolution of the long-standing issues between the Centre and States and amongst the States through open discussions and consultations.

Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab:पुलिस कर्मचारी को प्रताड़ित और ड्यूटी में विघ्न डालने के आरोप में नामजद शिअद के आईटी विंग इंचार्ज नछत्तर सिंह, गुरजिंदर सिंह और राजिंदर सिंह को तरन तारन पुलिस ने सीजीएम इंदु बाला की अदालत में किया पेश। अदालत से पुलिस ने मांगा पुलिस रिमांड अदालत ने गुरजिंदर सिंह, राजिंदर सिंह को जुडिशियल रिमांड पर भेजा जबकि नछत्तर सिंह को एक दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर भेजा एंकर ड्यूटी कर रहे पुलिस कर्मचारी को प्रताड़ित करने और ड्यूटी में बाधा पहुंचाने के गंभीर आरोपों के तहत नामजद शिअद के आईटी विंग इंचार्ज नछत्तर सिंह, गुरजिंदर सिंह और राजिंदर सिंह को तरन तारन पुलिस ने सोमवार को सीजेएम इंदु बाला की अदालत में पेश किया। पुलिस ने नछत्तर सिंह को 5 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर देने की मांग की थी, जबकि बाकी दो आरोपियों—गुरजिंदर सिंह और राजिंदर सिंह—का रिमांड नहीं मांगा गया। अदालत में पेशी के दौरान पुलिस ने दलील दी कि नछत्तर सिंह से कुछ महत्त्वपूर्ण डिजिटल उपकरणों की बरामदगी बाकी है, जिसमें कुछ सिम कार्ड और एक लैपटॉप शामिल हैं, जिनका इस मामले की जांच से सीधा संबंध है। पुलिस के अनुसार इन उपकरणों की रिकवरी से मामले के कई पहलुओं पर रोशनी पड़ सकती है और और भी आरोपियों या तकनीकी साक्ष्यों तक पहुंच संभव हो सकती है। हालांकि, बचाव पक्ष की तरफ से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता और शिअद के मुख्य प्रवक्ता अर्शदीप सिंह कलेर अदालत में उपस्थित हुए। उन्होंने पुलिस की दलीलों पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि मामले में दो आरोपियों का रिमांड नहीं मांगना और केवल नछत्तर सिंह को लक्षित करना कई सवाल खड़े करता है। कलेर का कहना था कि आरोप बेबुनियाद हैं और राजनीति से प्रेरित है इस लिए पुलिस की रिमांड मांग उचित आधारों पर खड़ी नहीं है। दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद अदालत ने पुलिस की मांग को आंशिक रूप से स्वीकार करते हुए नछत्तर सिंह को सिर्फ एक दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर भेजने का आदेश दिया। वहीं गुरजिंदर सिंह और राजिंदर सिंह को न्यायिक हिरासत (जुडिशियल रिमांड) पर भेज दिया गया है। अदालत ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि नछत्तर सिंह को एक दिन की पुलिस हिरासत पूरी होने के बाद मंगलवार दोपहर दोबारा अदालत में पेश किया जाए。 इस मामले को लेकर जिला में राजनीतिक हलचल भी तेज हो गई है, जबकि पुलिस आगे की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh:पोषण मिलने पर टीबी रोगियोें के उपचार में मिलती है सहायता : उपायुक्त कहा...ये मुहिम छेड़ने वाला धर्मशाला बना ऐसा प्रथम ब्लाॅक डीसी कांगड़ा ने टीबी हारेगा-कांगड़ा जीतेगा अभियान के तहत पोषण किटों के वाहन को किया रवाना एंकर टीबी हारेगा कांगड़ा जीतेगा कार्यक्रम के तहत उपायुक्त कांगड़ा हेमराज बैरवा ने विकास खंड धर्मशाला में टीबी रोगियों को दिए जाने वाले पोषण किटों के वाहन को रवाना किया। इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने कहा कि ये मुहिम छेड़ने वाला धर्मशाला ऐसा प्रथम ब्लाॅक बना है जिसने 15वें वित्त आयोग के धन से पोषण किट प्रदान की हों। पंचायतों के 15वें वित्त आयोग के अनुदान की मदद से विकास खंड धर्मशाला में टीबी रोगियों को पोषण किट प्रदान की जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन रोगियों को पोषण संबंधी सहायता मिलती है उनके उपचार को पूरा करने की संभावना अधिक होती है, जिससे बेहतर इलाज दर और कम ड्रॉप आउट दर होती है, इसलिए जिला में यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि 15वें वित्त आयोग के अनुदानों की मदद से जिले भर के सभी टीबी रोगियों को पोषण किट प्रदान की जाएं। इसके अलावा एनआरएलएम के तहत स्वयं सहायता समूह के सदस्यों को, चिन्हित टीबी रोगियों के लिए निक्षय मित्र के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है ताकि उन्हें बिना ड्रॉपआउट के उपचार पूरा करने के लिए परामर्श दिया जा सके। इन किटों में दालें, सोयाबीन और फोर्टिफाइड खाद्य पदार्थ जैसे पदार्थ होते हैं ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि रोगियों को उनके लंबे उपचार अवधि के दौरान उचित पोषण मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि टीबी रोगियों को पोषण किट प्रदान की जाती हैं ताकि उनके आहार में ऊर्जा सघन प्रोटीन युक्त खाद्य पदार्थों को शामिल करके उनके स्वास्थ्य लाभ में सहायता की जा सके, जिससे टीबी रोगियों की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली मजबूत होती है और उपचार के परिणाम बेहतर होते हैं। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य 6 महीने के उपचार चरण के दौरान पोषण किट प्रदान करके गरीब सामाजिक आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले टीबी रोगियों की तपेदिक उपचार प्रक्रिया को सफल बनाना है। डीसी कांगड़ा ने कहा कि बताया कि 27 टीबी रोगियों को प्रदान की जाने वाली किटों में 4 किलोग्राम साबुत माह, 5 किलोग्राम चने की दाल, 4 किलोग्राम लाल मसर, 4 किलोग्राम मूंग की दाल, 5 किलोग्राम गेहूं का आटा, एक किलोग्राम मूंगफली, एक किलोग्राम सोया चंक्स, 2 लीटर सरसों का तेल, 6 किलोग्राम मोंगरा चावल, स्किम्ड दूध और च्यवनप्राश पैक शामिल हैं। इन पोषण किटों की कुल लागत 1.28 लाख रुपये है, जो 15वें वित्त आयोग के पंचायत स्तरीय अनुदान से वित्त पोषित है।

हिमाचल ने पंजाब पुनर्गठन कानून के तहत 7.19% हिस्सेदारी और फुल फंडिंग की मांग की

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:मुख्यमंत्री ने पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम के तहत चंडीगढ़ में प्रदेश का 7.19 प्रतिशत हिस्सा जारी करने का किया आग्रह बीबीएमबी में हिमाचल प्रदेश से एक स्थाई सदस्य नियुक्त करने की मांग की उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्णय के अनुसार बी.बी.एम.बी. से लंबित देय राशि जारी करने पर दिया बल आपदा राहत नियमों की समीक्षा करने का अनुरोध किया एन.जेड.सी.सी. बैठक में उत्तरी क्षेत्रों के लिए एकीकृत सतत विकास योजना का आह्वान किया सरचू और शिंकुला में हिमाचल-लद्दाख सीमा मुद्दों के शीघ्र समाधान की मांग की मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने चंडीगढ़ की भूमि और परिसंपत्तियों में हिमाचल प्रदेश के 7.19 प्रतिशत हिस्से के वैध अधिकार की पुरज़ोर वकालत की है। यह पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 1966 के तहत अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के 2011 के उस निर्णय का भी हवाला दिया जिसमें कहा गया था कि पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम के तहत जनसंख्या अनुपात हस्तांतरण के आधार पर हिमाचल प्रदेश संयुक्त पंजाब में 7.19 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी का हकदार है और यही बीबीएमबी द्वारा उत्पादित विद्युत में वैध हिस्सेदारी का आधार भी है। ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू आज हरियाणा के फरीदाबाद में केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित उत्तरी क्षेत्रीय परिषद की 32वीं बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय के अनुसार भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंधन बोर्ड (बीबीएमबी) से लंबित बकाया राशि जारी करने और बीबीएमबी में हिमाचल से एक स्थायी सदस्य की नियुक्ति की भी मांग की। उन्होंने केंद्र द्वारा संचालित जल विद्युत परियोजनाओं में राज्य को 12 प्रतिशत मुफ्त बिजली रॉयल्टी देने की नीति को लागू करने और उन परियोजनाओं में हिमाचल की मुफ्त रॉयल्टी को बढ़ाकर 50 प्रतिशत करने का भी आग्रह किया, जिनकी लागत पहले ही वसूल हो चुकी है। उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि हिमाचल प्रदेश को उसका वैध हक मिले, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इस मुद्दे को उत्तरी क्षेत्रीय परिषद की अगली बैठक के एजेंडा में रखा जाए। उन्होंने अनुरोध किया कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में 40 वर्ष पूरे कर चुकी जल विद्युत परियोजनाओं को राज्य को सौंप दिया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्माणाधीन किशाऊ और रेणुका बांध जलविद्युत परियोजनाओं के विद्युत घटकों के लिए पूर्ण केंद्रीय वित्त पोषण की मांग की और आग्रह किया कि इनका कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड को 50-50 प्रतिशत विद्युत प्रदान की जाए। CM क्खू ने केंद्र से पहाड़ी राज्यों की बढ़ती संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए आपदा राहत नियमों की समीक्षा करने और आपदा पूर्व एवं आपदा पश्चात प्रबंधन मानदंडों में उचित संशोधन करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण होने वाली प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की बढ़ती आवृत्ति और हर वर्ष होने वाले व्यापक नुकसान को देखते हुए पूरे उत्तरी क्षेत्र के लिए एक एकीकृत, परस्पर निर्भर और सतत् विकास ढांचे का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश जैसे पहाड़ी राज्यों की अर्थव्यवस्था के संरक्षण और सामूहिक एवं केंद्रित प्रयासों के माध्यम से मूल्यवान मानवीय क्षति को कम करने के लिए ऐसी समन्वित योजना आवश्यक है। राज्य की रणनीतिक स्थिति और पर्यटन क्षमता पर बल देतु हुए ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने हिमाचल प्रदेश में हवाई नेटवर्क के विस्तार की तत्काल आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर की सुविधाओं वाले कांगड़ा हवाई अड्डे के विस्तार पर काम कर रही है।उन्होंने केंद्र से भूमि अधिग्रहण लागत वहन करने, परियोजना के लिए पूर्ण वित्त पोषण प्रदान करने और राज्य में छोटे हवाई अड्डों और हेलीपोर्ट के विकास के लिए एक अलग मास्टर प्लान तैयार करने का आग्रह किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थानीय बस्तियों को सहायता प्रदान करने और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सीमावर्ती और उच्च ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में एक उच्च ऊंचाई अनुसंधान केंद्र, आइस हॉकी स्टेडियम, एक साहसिक खेल केंद्र और अन्य प्रशिक्षण सुविधाओं की स्थापना का प्रस्ताव रखा। उन्होंने स्पीति के जनजातीय क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय बौद्ध संस्थान परियोजना शुरू करने का भी अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने भारत-तिब्बत सीमा के साथ-साथ शिपकी-ला से सीमावर्ती पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने शिपकी-ला से पवित्र कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा शुरू करने की राज्य की मांग भी दोहराई। नशीले पदार्थों के खिलाफ राज्य की लड़ाई का उल्लेख करते हुए, मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के खिलाफ बहुआयामी कार्रवाई कर रहा है। कानून-व्यवस्था के सख्त पालन के साथ-साथ, नशे की लत से प्रभावित व्यक्तियों के उपचार और पुनर्वास के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि चिट्टा जैसे खतरनाक पदार्थों के उन्मूलन के लिए तीन महीने का व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान शुरू किया गया है। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर प्रदेश में यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण अधिनियम 2012 के कड़ाई से पालन और ऐसे अपराधों के प्रति राज्य की जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति पर भी महत्त्वपूर्ण जानकारी साझा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा केंद्र शासित लद्दाख के मध्य सरचू और शिंकुला क्षेत्रों में अंतरराज्यीय सीमा विवाद को सुलझाने, शिमला में पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग के उप कार्यालय को एकीकृत क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय के रूप में स्तरोन्नत करने और प्रदेश के वन संरक्षण अधिनियम से सम्बद्ध मामलों को शीघ्र स्वीकृति प्रदान करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने हिमाचल के आपदा प्रभावित परिवारों को पुनर्वास के लिए वन भूमि पर आवास निर्माण के लिए एक बीघा तक भूमि देने की अनुमति वन संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत प्रदान करने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल में निजी भूमि के अतिरिक्त सारी भूमि तकनीकी रूप से वन भूमि की परिभाषा में आती है。 मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हिमाचल ने कठिन वित्तीय स्थिति के साथ भी अपने स्तर पर आपदा पीड़ितों को विशेष राहत पैकेज देकर उनके ज़ख्मों पर मरहम लगाने का प्रयास किया है किंतु प्रदेश आपदा पश्चात आवश्यकता आकलन के तहत लगभग 10 हजार करोड़ रुपये तथा प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा घोषित 1500 करोड़ रुपये के पैकेज का इंतजार कर रहा है। उन्होंने समूची धनराशि शीघ्र प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने राजस्व घाटा अनुदान में हो रही कमी, जी.एस.टी. मुआवजे के उपरांत भी वर्ष 2023-24 तक राज्य को 9478 करोड़ रुपये के राजस्व घाटे की भरपाई के लिए विशेष टास्क फोर्स बनाने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि समूचे उत्तर भारत में पर्यावरण संरक्षण तथा स्वच्छ जल उपलब्धता के लिए हिमाचल और हिमालय विशिष्ट हैं। हिमाचल को हरित राज्य बनाने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार विभिन्न स्तरों पर कार्य कर रही है。 बैठक में राज्यों एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्यमंत्री, उप-राज्यपाल और केंद्र एवं प्रदेश सरकारों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे

Chandigarh, Chandigarh:ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਰਜ ਗਿਿਲ ,ਜੰਗਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ, ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਦੀਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਵਰੇਗੰਡ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਈ ਜਾਏਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਇਹ ਰੈਲੀ 34 ਸੈਕਟਰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਛੇ ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ,ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਗਰਾਹਾ ,ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ,ਰੁਲਦੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨਸਾ ,ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ । ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਵਲੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਲਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ 2020 ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਬਿਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ 20 25 ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਸੁਝा ਦੇਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ 28 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੀ ਰੂਪਰੇਖਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੰਨਾ ਕਾਸ਼ਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਗੋਲਿਆ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਵੀ 93 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਗੰਨੇ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਕੇ 500 ਰੁਪਏ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰੇ ਖੰਡ ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਰੀਕ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰੇ ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਰਜਗਿਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 21 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਜੋ ਗੰਨਾ ਬੈਲਟ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੰਗਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 6 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਖੰਡ ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਸੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਅੱਜ 17 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਤੇ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ 27 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਆ ਫਗਵਾੜਾ ਮਿਲ ਦਾ 2022 ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਦੇਵੇ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਫਦ ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ,ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ,ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਬਚਾਓ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦਾ ਐਸਕੇਐਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਦੀਪੁਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜ ਏਕੜ ਤੱਕ 20 ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ ਲਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਾਇਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐਗਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੀਆਰ 128 ਪੀਆਰ 131 ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮੱਧਰਾ ਤੇ ਹਲਦੀ ਰੋਗ ਦੀ ਰੋਗ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਬੋਨਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ 30 ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਬੋਨਸ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰੇ ।ਮੌਸਮ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਝਾੜ 10 ਤੋਂ 12 ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਘੱਟ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ 500 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਨਸ ਦੇਵੇ । ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਰਚੇ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਏ ਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਸਲ ਕਰੇ । ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ,ਰੁਲਦੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਗਰਾਹਾ ,ਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ,ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੱਲੀ ਨੰਗਲ, ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਾਲਮਾਜਰਾ ,ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ,ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ,ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ,ਬਲਕਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ,ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹਿਮਾ ,ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੂ ਔਲਖ ,ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਟਾਂਡਾ ,ਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੜਵਾ ,ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੇਰ ,ਨਿਰਵੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਡਾਲੇਕੇ ,ਜਸਕਾਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਲਖ ,ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹਿਮਾ ,ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੀ ,ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੀਖੀ

Nurpur, Himachal Pradesh:27वीं इंटर-पॉलिटेक्निक स्पोर्ट्स मीट शुरू एंकर ने बताया कि Kangra जिले के Fatehpur Sub-division की सरकारी महिला पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थान Rahen में आज 27वीं इंटर-पॉलिटेक्निक स्पोर्ट्स मीट Girls का रंगारंग आगाज़ हुआ। GPIB Rahen में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय प्रतियोगिता में प्रदेश के 16 सरकारी पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थान हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। “जीत से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है भागीदारी”— इसी थीम पर छात्राओं ने खेल कौशल का शानदार प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया है। इस राज्य स्तरीय स्पोर्ट्स मीट का आयोजन निदेशक, तकनीकी शिक्षा, वैकल्पिक एवं उद्योग प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा किया जा रहा है। उद्घाटन समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि कृषि एवं पशुपालन मंत्री प्रो. चंदर कुमार ने स्पोर्ट्स मीट का शुभारंभ किया और छात्राओं को खेलों में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि खेल शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के साथ-साथ अनुशासन, टीमवर्क और नेतृत्व क्षमता भी विकसित करते हैं। पहले दिन छात्राओं ने मार्च-पास्ट कर स्पोर्ट्स मीट की शुरुआत की। प्रदेश के 16 पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थानों से लगभग 200 छात्राएँ विभिन्न खेलों में भाग ले रही हैं। कॉलेज परिसर में उत्साह और जोश का माहौल पूरे दिन बना रहा। प्रधानाचार्य और स्टाफ ने मंत्री का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। मंत्री ने खेल सुविधाओं को और मजबूत बनाने का आश्वासन भी दिया। स्पोर्ट्स मीट में अम्बोटा, बिलासपुर, बणीखेत, चंबा, हमीरपुर, काँगड़ा, किन्नौर, कुल्लू, लाहौल–स्पिति, पांवटा साहिब, रोहड़ू, तलवाड़, सुंदरनगर, कंडाघाट और रेहन सहित 16 संस्थान हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। वॉलीबॉल, बैडमिंटन और टेबल टेनिस के मुकाबले पूरे दिन चले, जिनमें विभिन्न टीमों ने शानदार खेल का प्रदर्शन किया और दर्शकों का उत्साह भी देखने लायक रहा। “इस स्पोर्ट्स मीट का मकसद छात्राओं में खेल भावना को बढ़ावा देना है। जीत से ज्यादा हम भागीदारी को महत्व दे रहे हैं। ऐसे आयोजन युवाओं में टीमवर्क और आत्मविश्वास को मजबूत करते हैं।” तीन दिवसीय यह खेल प्रतियोगिता छात्राओं के लिए सीखने और अनुभव साझा करने का बड़ा मंच बन रही है। Rahen में खेलों के इस आयोजन ने पूरे क्षेत्र में उत्साह और ऊर्जा का माहौल बना दिया है। “इस स्पोर्ट्स मीट में शामिल होकर हमें नया अनुभव मिल रहा है। अलग-अलग संस्थानों की टीमों के साथ खेलना हमारे आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाता है। जीतना जरूरी नहीं, लेकिन ऐसे आयोजनों से बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिलता है।” बाइट – प्रो. चौधरी चंद्र कुमार कृषि मंत्री। बाइट – खिलाड़ी:

Delhi, Delhi:केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह, हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी, पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान, राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा, जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला, दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुखु, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल वी के सक्सेना, जम्मू कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा बैठक के लिए पहुंचे बैठक से पहले 2 मिनट का मौन किया गया आतंकवादी हमलों में मृतक लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि देने के लिए लद्दाख के उपराज्यपाल कविंदर गुप्ता पंजाब के उपराज्यपाल गुलाबचंद कटारिया भी मौजूद बैठक 8 घंटे बाद नॉर्दर्न जोनल काउंसिल की बैठक खत्म हुई काफी महत्वपूर्ण जैसे की पड़ोसी राज्यों में और दिल्ली में खास करके प्रदूषण की समस्या और हरियाणा द्वारा SYL का मुद्दा उठाया गया सतलुज यमुना लिंक कैनाल की समस्या सुलझाने पर हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान सबको फायदा होगा बैठक काफी महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है क्योंकि उन विषयों पर चर्चा होती है जिनमें सारे पड़ोसी राज्यों का समन्वय होना चाहिए और कैसे इन मुद्दों पर सब राज्य एक साथ मिलकर सुलझा सकते हैं फॉक्स रहता है सभी राज्यों से जुड़े डेवलपमेंट पर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बढ़ता क्राइम और तो और बच्चों के खिलाफ बढ़ते दुष्कर्म आदि बैठक इसलिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है ताकि केंद्रीय और राज्यों के बीच में भी समन्वय बना रहे और जहां पर केंद्रीय के सहयोग की जरूरत है केंद्रीय राज्यों का सहयोग कर पाए
