Acting on precise input, BSF troops and NCB Amritsar raided a suspected house in Mohalla Nawa Katra, Kalanaur (Gurdaspur), where they apprehended a female smuggler and seized 3 heroin packets(gross weight:615 gms). She is currently in NCB custody for further investigation. In a separate late-night operation, alert BSF personnel apprehended 02 suspects in fields near village Pandori, Amritsar, recovering a motorcycle and two mobile phones. Interrogation is underway, with further recoveries expected. These consecutive successes reaffirm BSF’s steadfast commitment to safeguarding India’s borders and crushing smuggling networks.
