Holi Celebration In Hill Special Attraction Was Matka Break Which Is From Last 70+ Years- Center Force Also Deputed In Town Darjeeling Hills Celebrated Holi with grandly which was started in the hill from 2 days ago and Holi was burnt around 1 am on 2nd March Due To Chandra Garhan And today the celebration of Holi started at 11am am the boy was gathered in the temple from where it was started thought out the NH110 like every year. The attraction in the hills specially in Kurseong is Holi Mudka (Handi), which is kept at various places in the city and these boys go to them and break it. And people are coming from the village area to see Handi breaking in the town. The Center Force Had Done the Route Marches through out the Main road, and when the Celebration started and precession came out after that the Center Force Had been Deputed in Road Side. And even the Police Force was placed in every places. Due to the Water Problem in Hills the Gila Holi isolated mostly less only the Youth Group played and enjoy the Gila Holi they (Guys) arrange for Water in Big Water Tank and that placed in The Vehicle (Pick Up) that water is used by them during the Matka Breaking through out the road. During the Dry Holi which starts from 3 o'clock and during dry Holi, band party and DJ are also brought from plains area and that also passes through out the NH110 along with the Dance in this the senior was take part The Nepali community in the hilly areas, not of the Bihari and Marwari community, is also involved in the color of color, especially the younger generation.
