The Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Pensioners United Front, District Ganderbal, today submitted a detailed memorandum to Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Mr. Jatin Kishore, at the DC Office, highlighting various issues faced by pensioners across the district. The delegation was led by District President, Mr. Syed Nazir Ahmad Razvi. During the meeting, the delegation raised key concerns including timely disbursement of pensions, enhancement of medical facilities, clearance of pending dues, and the need for improved welfare measures for retired employees. The members also highlighted the financial and healthcare challenges being faced by pensioners in the current socio-economic scenario. The Deputy Commissioner gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured that the genuine demands and grievances would be examined on priority. He also assured that the matter would be taken up with the concerned departments for time-bound redressal. The Pensioners United Front expressed gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner for his positive response and for providing them an opportunity to present their concerns.
