Key Allegations: TTD Trust Board Member Bhanu Prakash Reddy alleged that former administrators looted Parakamani. On September 9, 2023, the Tirupati Lok Adalat delivered a verdict in the Parakamani scam, but the High Court has now stayed in that order temporarily. According to a report submitted by then Vigilance Officer Giridhar, the compromise at Lok Adalat happened only due to pressure from certain police officials. The identity of the police officer who exerted such pressure is expected to be revealed soon. The High Court has directed the CBCID to take up the investigation. On that day, only 9 U.S. dollar notes were recovered from Ravi Kumar. But what happened to the remaining 112 U.S. dollar notes? Each note was worth $100. This is not a case that can be compromised in Lok Adalat. It stands as the biggest scam in the history of TTD. Bhanu Prakash Reddy recalled that during the reign of King Shri Krishnadevaraya, those who looted the Lord’s temple were given the death penalty. He emphasized that every offering, every rupee placed in the Hundi belongs to Lord Venkateswara alone. This incident took place when YSRCP ruling & Bhuma Karunakar Reddy was serving as the TTD Chairman. The High Court has also directed all records related to Crime No. 24/2023, including the Lok Adalat judgment documents, TTD board resolutions, and other officials’ decisions, must be seized and produced before the court.
