Fire Incident at NHPC Colony Kishtwar, HR Office Building Gutted. A major fire broke out at the HR Office building in NHPC Colony of Kishtwar on early Monday morning, causing extensive damage to the structure. According to officials, the fire erupted in the Human Resource office building and quickly spread, leaving the building completely damaged. Fire and Emergency Services rushed to the spot and managed to bring the fire under control after hectic efforts. Teams from the Red Cross, SHO Kishtwar, CISF personnel and other officials also reached the site to assist in the rescue and control operations. No loss of life has been reported so far, while the exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
