Cold wave conditions intensified across Kashmir as night temperatures plunged sharply below the freezing point at most places in the valley,A layer of fog covered many parts of the valley, especially areas close to water bodies, reducing visibility during early hours.The dip in temperatures has led to freezing conditions across upper reaches and vulnerable pockets.Locals have been advised to exercise caution while travelling in areas prone to poor visibility.
