Hyderabad: The man who made the provocative remarks during the Milad-un-Nabi rally has been identified as Mohammad Rawoof, a resident of the Kalapathar area in Hyderabad. Police have also arrested another accused, Shaik Irfan, who was produced before the Nampally Court and subsequently sent to judicial remand. Investigations further revealed the role of a social media blogger from Mumbai, Mehtab alias Shaik Sahab, who allegedly recorded and circulated the video online. He is currently absconding, and police teams have launched a manhunt to track him down. Officials said that the circulation of such videos has the potential to create communal tension and warned that strict legal action will be taken against those spreading provocative content. The Hyderabad City Police have appealed to the public to refrain from sharing unverified or inflammatory videos on social media and urged community members to cooperate in maintaining peace and harmony in the city.
