A key planning was to involve hospitals in Kashmir and other places like Faridabad, Gurugram, Delhi ,as storage centers for weapons and explosives to avoid suspicion, a method reportedly inspired by Hamas's actions in Gaza. The group planned a series of serial blasts, car bombs, and drone strikes across multiple Indian cities, including Delhi, Gurugram, and Faridabad.
