नूंह-गुरुग्राम के पैरलल लाइसेंस रद्द: हड़तालकारियों ने तीन दिनों में सरकार से ठोस जवाब माँगा
Jhajjar, Haryana:हड़ताली बिजली कर्मचारियों की दो टूक, नूंह-गुरुग्राम के पैरलल लाइसेंस रद्द होने से कम कुछ मंजूर नहीं सीएम और ऊर्जा मंत्री को दो जिलों के लाइसेंस की जानकारी न होने का दावा बताया हास्यास्पद, बोले कर्मचारी नेता राम दर्शन कौशिक- जानकारी नहीं है तो कुर्सी छोड़कर धरने पर आकर बैठें बिजली कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल के बीच पैरलल लाइसेंस का मुद्दा लगातार तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है। हड़ताल कर रहे बिजली कर्मचारियों ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा है कि नूंह और गुरुग्राम में दिए गए पैरलल लाइसेंस रद्द किए जाने से कम उन्हें कुछ भी स्वीकार नहीं है। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि जब तक उनकी मुख्य मांग पूरी नहीं होती, तब तक आंदोलन को लेकर उनका रुख स्पष्ट और अडिग रहेगा बिजली कर्मचारी नेता राम दर्शन कौशिक ने सरकार के रवैये पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि यदि मुख्यमंत्री और ऊर्जा मंत्री वास्तव में इस मामले से अनजान हैं, तो उन्हें अपनी कुर्सी छोड़कर बिजली कर्मचारियों के धरने पर आकर बैठना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्मचारियों की मांग को नजरअंदाज करने के बजाय सरकार को इस मुद्दे पर स्पष्ट रुख अपनाना चाहिए और पैरलल लाइसेंस रद्द करने के संबंध में ठोस निर्णय लेना चाहिए राम दर्शन कौशिक ने कहा कि बिजली कर्मचारी अपनी मांग को लेकर संघर्ष कर रहे हैं और सरकार से समाधान की उम्मीद लगाए बैठे हैं। कर्मचारियों की मांग है कि नूंह और गुरुग्राम में पैरलल लाइसेंस का मामला समाप्त किया जाए, ताकि बिजली कर्मचारियों की चिंताओं का समाधान हो सके। उन्होंने संकेत दिया कि कर्मचारी फिलहाल सरकार के रुख का इंतजार करेंगे, लेकिन मांग पूरी होने तक उनके आंदोलन की स्थिति में बदलाव की उम्मीद नहीं की जानी चाहिए तीन दिन तक इंतजार करेंगे कर्मचारी राम दर्शन कौशिक के अनुसार, बिजली कर्मचारी अगले तीन दिन तक इंतजार करेंगे। इसके बाद आंदोलन को लेकर आगे की दिशा तय करने के लिए सेंटर काउंसिल के फैसले का इंतजार किया जाएगा। सेंटर काउंसिल के निर्णय के बाद ही आगामी रणनीति स्पष्ट होगी। ऐसे में आने वाले तीन दिन बिजली कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल और सरकार के साथ चल रहे टकराव के लिहाज से महत्वपूर्ण माने जा रहे हैं फिलहाल कर्मचारियों ने साफ कर दिया है कि नूंह और गुरुग्राम के पैरलल लाइसेंस रद्द करना उनकी प्रमुख मांग है। अब देखना होगा कि सरकार कर्मचारियों की मांग पर क्या रुख अपनाती है और तीन दिन की अवधि के बाद सेंटर काउंसिल आंदोलन को लेकर क्या फैसला लेती है बाइट रामदर्शन जेइ झज्जर सुमित कुमार0

भीमताल में रिटेनिंग वॉल गिरने से दो नेपाली मजदूरों की मौत, एक घायल
Haldwani, Uttarakhand:नैनीताल जिले के भीमताल से दर्दनाक हादसे की खबर सामने आई है। भीमताल के मेहरा गांव में रिटेनिंग वॉल का निर्माण कार्य करते समय अचानक ऊपर से मलबा गिर गया, जिसकी चपेट में आने से दो श्रमिकों की दबकर मौत हो गई, जबकि एक अन्य श्रमिक घायल हो गया। हादसे के बाद मौके पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। सूचना मिलने पर भीमताल पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। घायल श्रमिक को उपचार के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र यानी सीएचसी भीमताल भेजा गया है। मलबे में दबने से गौरी देवी, और हरीश थापा की मौत हो गई। वहीं, घायल श्रमिक नेत्र बहादुर उर्फ संजू को उपचार के लिए सीएचसी भीमताल भेजा गया है। घायल श्रमिक से पूछताछ में भी निर्माण कार्य के दौरान ऊपर से मलबा गिरने की बात सामने आई है। घटना का संभावित समय दोपहर करीब ढाई से तीन बजे के बीच बताया जा रहा है। मृतक और घायल तीनों श्रमिक मूल रूप से नेपाल के राजापुर के निवासी बताए गए हैं। फिलहाल इस हादसे ने निर्माण स्थल पर श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।0

UP-MLC चुनाव में वोटर लिस्ट गड़बड़ी पर कार्रवाई, SDMs निलंबित, सुरक्षा बढ़ी
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh:उत्तर प्रदेश की 11 mlc सीटों पर आज मतदान हो रहा है यूपी के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी नवदीप रिणवा भी अपना वोट डालने पहुंचे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने जी मीडिया से बातचीत में विभिन्न सवालों के जवाब दिए। 1 - वोटर लिस्ट नाम में गड़बड़ी रामहित यादव को राम ने यादव को मारा कैसे हुआ इस पर क्या कार्रवाई की。 जवाब - नवदीप ने कहा कि यह बहुत गंभीर विषय है इंग्लिश में टाइप करने पर जब सॉफ्टवेयर ने उसका हिंदी में अनुवाद किया तो वह राम ने यादव को मारा हो गया ऐसा होना नहीं चाहिए था इस मामले में संबंधित अधिकारी ero और aero से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है। इसके बाद पूरे प्रदेश भर में ऐसे नाम की जांच कराई गई तो 158 नाम निकल कर आए जिनका सॉफ्टवेयर के द्वारा हिंदी अनुवाद में नाम बदल गया सबको ठीक करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं आगे ऐसी गलती ना हो इसको लेकर भी सभी को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है। 2 - क्या यह भी हो सकता है कि इस नाम का व्यक्ति हो ही ना और गलत चढ़ गया हो। जवाब - ऐसा अभी तक संज्ञान में नहीं आया है वह व्यक्ति मौजूद है बस उसका नाम गलत हुआ है फाउल वोटर नाम की शिकायत अभी तक नहीं आई है अगर कोई शिकायत आएगी तो उस पर कार्रवाई होगी। 3 - पीलीभीत मामले में अपने कार्रवाई की मुद्दा बन गया कांग्रेस ने बड़े आरोप लगाए ऐसी गलती कैसे हुई। जवाब - यह बहुत बड़ी गलती है हम इसको मानते हैं सबसे पहले समाजवादी पार्टी की तरफ से पीलीभीत में एक नाम को लेकर हमसे शिकायत की गई हमने उसकी जांच कराई इसके बाद कई नाम गलत निकले इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए हमने दो एसडीएम स्तर के अधिकारियों को सस्पेंड किया संबंधित अधिकारी की सेवा समाप्त की गई मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया और सभी जिला अधिकारियों और निर्वाचन अधिकारियों को निर्देश है कि आगे इस तरीके की गलती पकड़े जाने पर उनके खिलाफ भी ऐसी ही कार्रवाई होगी पूरी सावधानी से वोटर लिस्ट बनाना होगा। 4 - एमएलसी का चुनाव बैلट पेपर से हो रहा है यह evm से कैसे अलग है और क्या सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत होती है। जवाब - बैलट पेपर से चुनाव ईवीएम से बिल्कुल अलग होता है क्योंकि यह एमएलसी का चुनाव है इसमें बहुत ज्यादा वोटर नहीं है वोटिंग के समय सावधानी बरतनी की जरूरत होती है इसीलिए इसमें पढ़े-लिखे लोग स्नातक और शिक्षकों को ही वोट करने अनुमति होती है वोट डालने का तरीका होता है वैलेट पेपर को फोल्ड करने का भी तरीका होता है अगर एक नाम की स्याही दूसरे पर चिपक गई तो वह वोट कैंसिल माना जाएगा।0

कुलगम सूचना विभाग ने जैव विविधता संरक्षण पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया
Kulgam, Information Department Kulgam organises awareness programme on conservation of Biodiversity, Wildlife at GDC D.H. Pora Information Department Kulgam, in collaboration with Government Degree College (GDC) D.H. Pora, today organised an awareness programme on forests, biodiversity and wildlife conservation at Degree College, DH Pora. DIO Kulgam, Showkat Hussain Ganie, in his inaugural address, highlighted the vital role of forests in maintaining ecological balance, regulating climate, conserving soil and water resources, and sustaining diverse forms of life. He stressed the importance of protecting the region’s rich biodiversity and wildlife habitats from deforestation, forest fires, pollution and human interference. He also emphasised the need to promote environmental awareness among youth and encouraged students to act as ambassadors of conservation by adopting eco-friendly practices and spreading awareness in their communities. During the programme, five students delivered speeches on various aspects of forest conservation, biodiversity protection and wildlife preservation. They highlighted the importance of protecting endangered species, conserving natural habitats, preventing illegal hunting, reducing plastic pollution and promoting the sustainable use of natural resources. The students also underlined the role of community participation and individual responsibility in addressing environmental challenges and safeguarding the natural heritage for future generations. Pamphlets highlighting the importance of forest conservation, biodiversity protection and wildlife preservation were also distributed among the students to further spread awareness about environmental protection and encourage responsible practices. Principal GDC D.H. Pora, Professor Abdul Salam Dar, in his address, underscored the importance of environmental education in developing responsible and environmentally conscious citizens. He stressed that educational institutions have a significant role in nurturing a conservation-oriented mindset among students and encouraging them to contribute towards protecting forests, wildlife and biodiversity. He appreciated the initiative of the Information Department Kulgam for organising the programme in collaboration with the college. Dr. Aftab, Assistant Professor in Environmental Sciences, highlighted the importance of preserving forests, biodiversity and wildlife, emphasising the need for environmental awareness and collective efforts towards conservation. At the conclusion, the participating students were felicitated with mementoes in recognition of their participation, while Dr. Aftab was also felicitated by the DIO Kulgam and the Principal with a memento in appreciation of his contribution to the successful conduct of the programme. दिवाली पर कोटा डोरिया साड़ियों की मांग विदेशों तक पहुंची
Noida, Uttar Pradesh:दीपावली पर कोटा डोरिया साड़ियों की डिमांड बढ़ गई है। राजस्थान सहित देश के अलग-अलग शहरों और विदेशों से भी इन साड़ियों के ऑर्डर मिल रहे हैं। कोटा से करीब 15 किलोमीटर दूर कैथून कस्बे में बुनकर दिन-रात साड़ियां तैयार करने में जुटे हैं। लगातार बढ़ रही मांग से बुनकरों का काम और आमदनी दोनों बढ़े हैं। यहां हाथों से तैयार होने वाली कोटा डोरिया साड़ियों की कीमत 10 हजार से लेकर 6 लाख रुपये तक है। कैथून में करीब 6 हजार घरों में हजारों बुनकर इस पारंपरिक कला से जुड़े हुए हैं। बुनकर बड़ी बारीकी से हथकरघों पर साड़ियां तैयार करते हैं। एक साधारण साड़ी बनाने में करीब 15 से 20 दिन लगते हैं, जबकि डिजाइनर साड़ी तैयार करने में 20 से 25 दिन का समय लगता है। सोने और चांदी के तारों से तैयार होने वाली खास साड़ियों को बनाने में तीन महीने तक लग जाते हैं। ऐसी साड़ियों को तैयार करने में तीन से चार बुनकर भी जुटते हैं। कोटा डोरिया साड़ी की खासियत इसकी हल्की बनावट और बारीक बुनाई है। इसे रेशम और कपास के धागों से तैयार किया जाता है। खास डिजाइन और जरिया यानी सोने-चांदी के तारों का काम इन साड़ियों की खूबसूरती बढ़ाता है। यही वजह है कि इन साड़ियों की मांग देश के बड़े शहरों के साथ विदेशों में भी है। विदेशों में रहने वाले लोग अपने रिश्तेदारों के जरिए भी कैथून से साड़ियां मंगवा रहे हैं। बुनकरों के पास लगातार ऑर्डर आ रहे हैं और साड़ियों की पैकिंग के साथ देश-विदेश भेजने का काम जारी है। कोटा डोरिया साड़ियों का इतिहास सौ साल से अधिक पुराना है। कोटा राजपरिवार के संरक्षण में इस कला को पहचान मिली थी। बताया जाता है कि मैसूर से आए कुछ परिवारों ने कैथून में कोटा डोरिया बुनाई का काम शुरू किया था, जो समय के साथ बढ़ता गया। कोटा डोरिया को भौगोलिक पहचान के लिए भारत सरकार से जीआई टैग भी मिला हुआ है। इससे इस पारंपरिक उत्पाद की पहचान और उसके नाम की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होती है। कोटा डोरिया का सालाना कारोबार करीब 70 से 80 करोड़ रुपये बताया जाता है। कोटा संभाग में करीब नौ हजार पिटलूम यानी हथकरघे हैं, जिनमें अकेले कैथून में छह हजार और आसपास के 12 गांवों में करीब तीन हजार हथकरघे हैं। यहां प्रतिदिन 400 से 500 साड़ियां तैयार की जाती हैं। दीपावली पर बढ़ती डिमांड से बुनकरों को उम्मीद है कि इस बार कारोबार में अच्छी तेजी आएगी।0

Aram Pora, Ganderbal, Syed Mohammad Ruhullah Mosavi, President of the Shia Personal Law Board in Ladakh, has said that granting district status to Sankoo fulfils a legitimate demand of the people and should not be portrayed as a favour by the government. Mosavi said that the people are the real owners of the country, as governments are elected through their votes and are responsible for addressing public demands. “Granting district status to Sankoo was the legitimate demand of the people. It was the government's responsibility to listen to their concerns and fulfil their demand. It should not be described as a favour,” he said. He expressed gratitude to the Government of India for acknowledging the aspirations of the people but maintained that fulfilling a legitimate public demand was the government's responsibility. According to Mosavi, portraying the decision as a favour could weaken the people's position and undermine the legitimacy of their long-standing demand. Raises Objection to Certain Slogans Referring to the celebrations following the announcement of district status, Mosavi expressed concern over certain slogans reportedly raised during the event. He said that slogans unacceptable to Indian Muslims should be avoided, particularly near the shrines of two prominent religious scholars in the Sankoo area. He emphasised the importance of respecting religious figures, their shrines and their teachings, urging people to remain mindful of the religious and cultural sentiments of the local population. Meanwhile,commenting on the allocation of 13 seats for Sankoo under the college council arrangement, Mosavi said that the number might not be adequate in proportion to the area's population. He urged political representatives and community leaders to raise the issue with the authorities and work towards fulfilling the legitimate demands of the people. Mosavi reiterated that while the people appreciate the government's decision to grant district status to Sankoo, their legitimate rights should be recognised as entitlements rather than governmental favours.0
