Dhuri, Punjab:ਧੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੰਨਿਆ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਤਰਫੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਰੋਬੋਟਿਕ ਲੈਬ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਜੋਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਲੈਬ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਰੋਬੋਟਿਕ ਲੈਬ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

आज हिमाचल प्रदेश बार काउंसिल चुनाव, 20 सीटों के लिए 45 उम्मीदवार मैदान में
Shimla, Himachal Pradesh:हिमाचल प्रदेश बार काउंसिल में आज सदस्यों के लिए चुनाव होगा. करीब 55 साल पुरानी बाहर काउंसिल का सदस्य बनने के लिए अधिवक्ताओं के बीच कड़ा मुकाबला है. 20 सदस्य वाली काउंसिल के लिए कुल 45 उम्मीदवार मैदान में है. जिनके इस प्रतिष्ठित बार काउंसिल का सदस्य बनने पर आज फैसला होगा. पूरे प्रदेश की अदालतों की बार असोसिएशन में रजिस्टर्ड वोटर करेंगे उम्मीदवारों की किस्मत का फैसला करेंगे. प्रेफरेंशियल वोट के आधार पर आज सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 तक प्रदेश बार काउंसिल के लिए मतदान होंगे. हिमाचल प्रदेश बार काउंसिल में कुल 20 सीटें हैं. इनमें से 18 सीटों पर चुनाव होना है. इसके अलावा 2 सदस्य नामित किए जाएंगे. बार काउंसिल की कम से कम 9 सीटों पर केवल ऐसे अधिवक्ताओं का चुनाव होगा जो राज्य रोल में कम से कम 10 वर्ष से पंजीकृत हों. इसके अलावा न्यूनतम 4 सीटें महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए निर्धारित की गई हैं. चुनाव के परिणाम 23 अप्रैल को घोषित किए जाएंगे .0

Khanna, Punjab:ਬੰਪਰ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਬਣੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ, ਮੰਡੀ ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ: ਖਰਚੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਹੇ, ਭਾਅ ਥੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਸਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬੰਪਰ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾਲ 2 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਲੇਕੇ 7 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਖੰਨਾ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਘੀਆ, ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਮਿਰਚ, ਪੇਠਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ sਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਆਮਦ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਰੋਪੜ, ਫਤੀਆਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਸਲ ਵੇਚਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਘੱਟ ਭਾਅ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਰੋਪੜ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਲਗਭਗ 2500 ਰੁਪਏ ਗੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਕਿਰਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਜਬ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਘੀਆ ਦਾ ਲਿਫਾਫਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 2 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਨਾਲ 50 ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਦਾ ਹੈ। “ਜੇਕਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਨਾ ਵੇਚੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਜਬੂਰੀ ‘ਚ ਘਾਟੇ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਵੇਚਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ,” ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਖੀਰੇ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। 20 ਤੋਂ 22 ਕਿਲੋ ਦਾ ਲਿਫਾਫਾ ਕੇਵਲ 70 ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਰਿਟੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹੀ ਖੀਰਾ ਦਸ ਰੁਪਏ ਕਿਲੋ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਵੇਚਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਬੀਜ, ਖਾਦ, ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਸਲ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਠੇਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਬੋਝ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭਾਰੀ ਘਾਟਾ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ。 ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੁੱਖੜਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਾਹਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੰਗ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਅ ਡਿੱਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ。 ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ (MSP) ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਾਟੇ ਤੋਂ بچਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ。 ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਬੰਪਰ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਖੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਭਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਬਾਈਟ - ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀ0

मोहाली अदालत ने आतंकवादी साजिश और हथियार मामले में 10 आरोपियों पर आरोप तय
Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab:मोहाली अदालत ने आतंकवादी साजिश और हथियार मामले में 10 आरोपियों के खिलाफ आरोप तय कर दिए हैं। स्थानीय अदालत में अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश हरदीप सिंह की अदालत ने इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए पाया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दृष्टया पर्याप्त सबूत मौजूद हैं। यह मामला प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठन से जुड़े नेटवर्क, अवैध हथियारों की तस्करी और नशीले पदार्थों के कारोबार से संबंधित है। अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार, आरोपी एक बड़ी साजिश का हिस्सा थे और विदेश में बैठे अपने आकाओं के संपर्क में रहकर पंजाब में आतंकवादी गतिविधियों को अंजाम देने की योजना बना रहे थे। जांच में यह भी खुलासा हुआ है कि आरोपियों ने ड्रोन के जरिए भारत में हथियारों की तस्करी की और चुन-चुनकर हत्याओं की योजना बनाई थी। पुलिस ने 28 अक्टूबर 2023 को आरोपियों के कब्जे से विदेशी पिस्तौलें, कारतूस और संगठन से जुड़े दस्तावेज बरामद किए थे। इसके अलावा भारी मात्रा में हथियार, गोला-बारूद और हेरोइन भी जब्त की गई। अदालत ने गैर-कानूनी गतिविधियाँ रोकथाम अधिनियम, आर्म्स एक्ट, NDPS एक्ट और भारतीय दंड संहिता की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय किए हैं। फिलहाल सभी आरोपी न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का सामना करेंगे और मामले की अगली सुनवाई निर्धारित तारीख पर होगी।0

"We warn that the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will soon respond to and retaliate against this armed piracy by the US military," it added. The warning comes after the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said American forces had intercepted an Iranian-flagged cargo vessel, TOUSKA, in the Arabian Sea for allegedly violating a US naval blockade. "TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. forces operating in the Arabian Sea enforced naval blockade measures against an Iranian-flagged cargo vessel attempting to sail toward an Iranian port, April 19," CENTCOM said in a statement on X. It said the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance intercepted the vessel while it was heading towards Bandar Abbas. "Guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) intercepted M/V Touska as it transited the north Arabian Sea at 17 knots enroute to Bandar Abbas, Iran. American forces issued multiple warnings and informed the Iranian-flagged vessel it was in violation of the U.S. blockade," the statement read. According to CENTCOM, the vessel failed to comply with repeated warnings. "After Touska''s crew failed to comply with repeated warnings over a six-hour period, Spruance directed the vessel to evacuate its engine room. Spruance disabled Touska''s propulsion by firing several rounds from the destroyer''s 5-inch MK 45 Gun into Touska''s engine room. U.S. Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit later boarded the non-compliant vessel, which remains in U.S. custody," it added. The US command said the action was carried out in a "deliberate, professional, and proportional manner" and noted that since the blockade began, 25 commercial vessels had been directed to turn around. Earlier, US President Donald Trump also claimed that American forces had taken "full custody" of the vessel after it attempted to breach the blockade in the Gulf of Oman. "Today, an Iranian-flagged cargo ship named TOUSKA... tried to get past our Naval Blockade, and it did not go well for them," Trump said in a post on Truth Social, adding that the ship was intercepted after it refused to heed warnings. "Right now, U.S. Marines have custody of the vessel... We have full custody of the ship, and are seeing what''s on board!" he added. The incident comes amid heightened tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, with the US accusing Iran of violating a ceasefire and disrupting maritime traffic. The U.S. Navy Guided Missile Destroyer USS SPRUANCE intercepted the TOUSKA in the Gulf of Oman, and gave them fair warning to stop. The Iranian crew refused to listen, so our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engineroom. Right now, U.S. Marines have custody of the vessel. मंडी के लडभड़ोल में बेटा-बहू ने बुजुर्ग पिता पर दराट से हमला, हालत गंभीर
Sundar Nagar, Himachal Pradesh:लडभड़ोल क्षेत्र की कोलंग पंचायत में पेश आई शर्मनाक घटना, बेटे और बहू ने 63 वर्षीय पिता पर दराट और डंडों से किया जानलेवा हमला, पिता बुरी तरह घायल, अस्पताल में उपचार जारी, पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच की शुरू, डीएसपी पधर लोकेंद्र नेगी ने की मामले की पुष्टि। मंडी : यह घटना लडभड़ोल क्षेत्र के डगू गाँव में सामने आई है, जहाँ बेटे और उसकी पत्नी ने अपने ही 63 वर्षीय पिता पर जानलेवा हमला कर दिया। इस वारदात में बुजुर्ग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए, जिन्हें उपचार के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। घायल बुजुर्ग की पहचान प्रेम सिंह के रूप में हुई है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि उनके बेटे ने प्रेम विवाह किया है और उसकी पत्नी पहले से शादीशुदा थी। पारिवारिक विवाद के चलते घर में तनाव बना हुआ था। बताया गया कि घटना उस समय घटी जब प्रेम सिंह ने अपने बेटों और बहू को घर के ताले तोड़ते देखा। विरोध करने पर दोनों आरोपियों ने पीछे से बुजुर्ग के सिर पर भारी वस्तु से हमला किया, जिससे वह जमीन पर गिर पड़े। इसके बाद आरोपियों ने दराट और डंडों से उन पर बेरहमी से वार किए। हमले की आवाज सुनकर आसपास के लोग मौके की ओर दौड़े, और आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए। गंभीर रूप से घायल प्रेम सिंह ने 108 एंबुलेंस को कॉल किया, जिन्हें बाद में जोगिंदरनगर अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और जांच शुरू कर दी है। डीएसपी पधर लोकेंद्र नेगी ने बताया कि आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है और जल्द गिरफ्तारी की उम्मीद है।0
