गोंडा में संदिग्ध युवक पर भीड़ की मारपीट: वीडियो वायरल

एंकर- खबर गोंडा से है। जहाँ गोंडा जिले में इन दोनों लगातार संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों को चोर समझ उनके साथ लगातार लोगों द्वारा मारपीट की घटनाओं को अंजाम दिया जा रहा है। कुछ ऐसा ही एक और मामला निकल करके गोंडा के नगर कोतवाली क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सेमरा दम्मन से आया है। जहां रात्रि में 1:00 के करीब एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को गांव के लोगों ने रखवाली करने के दौरान देखा। युवक को जब गांव के लोगों ने पकड़ कर पूछताछ की तो वह कुछ नहीं बता रहा था। जिसके बाद लोगों ने उसकी तलाशी ली और उसके साथ मारपीट की है। इस पूरी घटना का वीडियो खुद ग्रामीणों ने बना करके सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल किया है। जहां वायरल वीडियो में देख सकते हैं कि लोग हाथ जोड़ करके पूछ रहे हैं लेकिन जब युवक नहीं बताया तो इसके बाद लोगों ने जमकर पिटाई की है। सूचना पाकर मौके पर पहुंची नगर कोतवाली पुलिस ग्रामीणों के चंगुल से छुड़ाकर की युवक को नगर कोतवाली ले गई है जहां पूछताछ करके आगे की कार्रवाई में जुटी हुई है। सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर सैकड़ो नहीं बल्कि हजारों लोगों की बीड़ी इकट्ठा हो गई और एक के बाद एक भीड़ में से भी लोगों ने युवक के साथ मारपीट की है। फिलहाल गोंडा की नगर कोतवाली पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

MEA cautioned citizens not to fall into such traps and exercise "strictest vigilance." "There have been a number of recent cases involving Indian citizens who have been lured to travel to Iran on false promises of employment. or with assurances that they would be sent further to third-countries for employment. Upon reaching Iran, these Indian nationals have been kidnapped by criminal gangs and ransoms have been demanded from their families for securing their release," MEA said in a statement. "In this context, all Indian citizens are strongly cautioned to exercise the strictest vigilance regarding such employment promises or offers. In particular, it may be noted that the Government of Iran allows visa-free entry to Indians only for tourism purposes. Any agents promising visa-free entry into Iran for employment or other purposes may well be in connivance with criminal gangs. Indian citizens are therefore advised not to fall prey to such offers," MEA further cautioned. (ANI)

Inducted in 1963, the MiG-21 has served for nearly six decades and has been a cornerstone of India''s air power. The first squadron, the 28 Squadron, raised in Chandigarh, was nicknamed ''First Supersonics'' as India''s first supersonic fighter. The MiG-21 aircraft saw extensive action in multiple operations, including the 1971 war with Pakistan, where it proved its combat effectiveness. Over the decades, it has trained generations of fighter pilots, many of whom recall it as both challenging and rewarding to master. In the 1971 war, MiG-21s struck the Governor''s residence in Dhaka, leading to Pakistan''s surrender. The aircraft has shot down multiple generations of enemy fighters--from F-104s in 1971 to the F-16 in 2019--making it one of the most battle-tested jets in IAF history. The MiG-21 was also fielded in the Kargil war. It was often the first choice of commanders, as it provided unmatched flexibility due to its unique attributes of high agility, fast acceleration, and quick turnaround, according to the Press Bureau of Information. According to the proclamation, every application will now require a fee of $100,000 per year - an attempt to curtail the overuse of the visa programme and encourage hiring of domestic workers. Signing the proclamation on Friday, at the White House, Trump said the “incentive is to hire American workers.” “We need workers. We need great workers. and this pretty much ensures that,” Trump added. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick also defended the move, saying the policy would discourage companies from hiring foreign workers. “So, the whole idea is, no more will these big tech companies or other big companies train foreign workers. They have to pay the government $100,000, then they have to pay the employee. So, it''s just not economic. You''re going to train somebody. You''re going to train one of the recent graduates from one of the great universities across our land, train Americans. Stop bringing in people to take our jobs. That''s the policy here. $100,000 a year for H-1B visas,” he explained Lutnick also confirmed that the visa can be renewed only for a total period of six years and will be applicable for both new and renewal applications. “So, either the person is very valuable to the company and America, or they''re going to depart. Stop the nonsense of letting people just come into this country on these visas that were given away for free,” he added. The proclamation claimed that the H1-B visa programme has been “deliberately exploited to replace, rather than supplement, American workers with lower-paid, lower-skilled labor” and is undermining both “our economic and national security.” According to the order, the Secretary of Labor will initiate a rulemaking to revise the prevailing wage levels as well. Both Trump and Lutnick asserted that all major tech companies are “on board.” “They love it. They really love it. They need it. I think they''re going to be very happy. Everyone''s going to be happy. And we''re going to be able to keep people in our country that are going to be very productive people,” Trump added. President Trump also signed an executive order creating a gold card programme that would enable people to obtain a visa for $1 million and corporations for $2 million. The H-1B visa programme, capped at 85,000 new visas annually, allowed US companies to hire skilled foreign workers in fields like technology and engineering. The latest move is expected to impact major American tech companies as well. According to Pew Research data, India-born workers received around 73 per cent of the total approved H1-B visas in 2023, followed by China with 12 per cent, primarily due to a huge backlog in approvals and a high number of skilled immigrants from India. In August, the Department of Homeland Security proposed changes to the existing system by eliminating the lottery set up with a “weighted selection process.” The US Department of Justice (DoJ) also intensified its scrutiny of hiring practices under the H-1B visa program, calling on workers and employers to report instances where US citizens are unfairly overlooked in favour of foreign visa holders. The initiative is being led by Harmeet Dhillon, the India-born Assistant Attorney General of Civil Rights at the DoJ. Dhillon announced in August that the department has opened “several” investigations and taken action against “some” employers already. “Send us your leads,” she urged Americans to reach out on DoJ hotline. In December 2024, after the elections, Trump had endorsed the H-1B visas, saying he''s a “believer” in the program and had used it himself in the past. "I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I''ve been a believer in H-1B. I have used it many times. It''s a great program,” he had said. Trump weighed in after opposition over H-1B visas from far-right activists. Tesla CEO and former Trump aide Elon Musk had also vowed to go to “war” to defend H-1B visas.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Punjab sanctions over 15,500 crop residue management machines, Super Seeder emerge as most popular choice Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], September 19 (ANI): In [India] major step towards promoting sustainable agriculture and curbing stubble burning, the Punjab Government has sanctioned 15,613 Crop Residue Management (CRM) machines so far out of 16,837 total applications received from farmers seeking 42,476 machines across the state. Punjab Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian said this. Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state has rolled out an Rs 500 crore action plan for effective paddy straw management, aimed at promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing the environmental damage caused by stubble burning. Sharing details, the Minister highlighted that farmers across Punjab applied for 42,476 CRM machines to avail subsidy. Among these, the Super Seeder emerged as the most sought-after equipment with 14,493 applications. Other popular machines included the RMB Plough (4,265 applications), Mulcher (3,844), Zero Till Drill (3,771) and Rake (2,015). Of the 15,613 machines sanctioned so far, nearly 9,000 have already been procured by farmers. The Agriculture Minister urged farmers to refrain from burning paddy straw, stressing its harmful impact on soil fertility, air quality and public health. He encouraged farmers to adopt in-situ crop management solutions being promoted by the government. Administrative Secretary of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Dr. Basant Garg said the government''s efforts had yielded remarkable results, with stubble burning incidents declining by 70 per cent last year. Punjab recorded 10,909 cases in 2024 compared to 36,663 in 2023. He added that the state government remains committed to farmer welfare and sustainable agricultural growth by mechanising farm practices, easing the burden on farmers and enhancing productivity. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday launched ''Mission Chardikala'' to support the state government''s rehabilitation efforts for the flood-hit victims of the state.In a video message, Mann announced the launch of ''Mission Chardikala'' to rehabilitate affected families and urged citizens and Punjabis worldwide to contribute to the relief efforts. Mann further said that the state has suffered losses of approximately Rs 13,800 crore due to floods as per the initial assessment. The Chief Minister said, "Due to floods, Punjab has suffered losses of approximately Rs 13,800 crore as per the initial assessment. As water recedes, we will come to know the extent of the damage, and this figure could go up. People say this is the worst time in the history of Punjab. I say that these are the most testing times for Punjab. But any difficulty appears small before the determination and spirit of the people of Punjab. We have seen youth putting their lives in danger to save the lives of people in difficulty. This is our strength. This land of gurus, peers and martyrs is a blessed..." (ANI)

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:ECI delists 474 more political parties, initiates action against 359 others for violating norms New Delhi, Sep 19 (IANS) The Election Commission of India (ECI) has intensified its ongoing drive to clean up the electoral system by delisting another 474 Registered Unrecognised Political Parties (RUPPs) for failing to contest elections continuously for six years. The Commission, in a press note issued on Friday, said that with this second phase of action, a total of 808 RUPPs have been removed from the list since August 2025. Earlier, on August 9, 334 RUPPs were delisted in the first phase of the exercise. “In the first phase of this exercise, ECI had delisted 334 RUPPs on August 9, 2025. In continuation, in the second phase, ECI delisted 474 RUPPs on September 18, 2025, based on non-contestation in elections conducted by ECI continuously for 6 years. Thus, 808 RUPPs have been delisted in the last 2 months,” said the ECI in its press statement. Under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, political parties are granted privileges such as election symbols and tax exemptions upon registration. However, guidelines stipulate that if a party fails to contest any election for six consecutive years, it must be removed from the register. The latest round of delisting, conducted on September 18, saw the maximum number of RUPPs axed from Uttar Pradesh (121), followed by Maharashtra (44), Tamil Nadu (42), and Delhi (40). States such as Punjab (21), Madhya Pradesh (23), Bihar (15), and Andhra Pradesh (17) also featured prominently in the list, amongst others. In addition, the ECI has initiated proceedings against 359 other RUPPs that have failed to submit their annual audited accounts for three consecutive financial years (2021-22 to 2023-24) and have also not filed mandatory election expenditure reports despite contesting polls. These parties span 23 states and union Territories, with Uttar Pradesh (127), Tamil Nadu (39), and Delhi (41) accounting for the bulk of non-compliant organisations. The Commission has directed Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) in the respective states and UTs to issue show-cause notices to the identified parties. Hearings will be conducted before any final decision on delisting is made. “In order to ensure that no party is unduly delisted, the CEOs of the respective States/UTs have been directed to issue show-cause notices to these RUPPs, following which, the parties will be given an opportunity through a hearing by the concerned CEOs,” it said. “The ECI takes the final decision on delisting of any RUPP based on the reports of the CEOs,” the Commission clarified.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Punjab and Haryana HC refuses to quash criminal proceedings against former Haryana minister Chandigarh, Sep 19 (IANS) The Punjab and Haryana High Court has refused to quash criminal proceedings against former Haryana minister and MLA Subhash Choudhary, his wife, brother, political advisor, and others in a loan fraud case involving the Yamunanagar Central Cooperative Bank. Chaudhary was a lawmaker from Jagadhari from 1996-2000 and was the Minister of State for Environment. He again got elected from Jagadhari from 2005-2009 in the Congress regime, when he came close to then Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. A bench of Justice Tribhuvan Dahiya, while dismissing the petition filed by one of the accused, Deep Chand, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., held that there was sufficient material collected during the investigation, establishing prima facie involvement of the accused in the alleged conspiracy. The FIR dated October 15, 2018, in Buria in Yamunanagar district invoked charges under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). It alleged that the former minister, his family members, and close associates procured agricultural loans of over Rs 71 lakh on the basis of forged documents and manipulated revenue records. Appearing for the Haryana government, Additional Advocate General Amit Sahni opposed the plea and submitted that the investigation had already been completed, a charge sheet was filed on March 16, 2021, and the trial court had also framed charges against the accused on June 8, 2021. He further submitted that the forging of revenue records for the purpose of availing a loan is an extremely serious matter and "in such cases of forgery, FIRs and charge-sheets ought not to be quashed". He argued that permitting quashing at this stage would embolden fraudsters and strike at the very root of the justice system. According to the prosecution, Choudhary, the two-time MLA, along with his wife Kusum Rani, brother Ashok Kumar, then Chairman of Yamunanagar Central Cooperative Bank, and political advisor Deep Chand, conspired to present barren land as fertile cultivable land to secure huge loans. Forged ''jamabandi'' and ''girdawari'' records were allegedly prepared in connivance with the local patwari. The loans, once disbursed, were never repaid, causing heavy loss to the cooperative bank. The court agreed with the state''s submissions, observing that the accused had even concocted a false narrative that their land was ravaged by floods to avoid repayment. It held that the fraudulent conspiracy stood well-documented and the offences were clearly made out. Consequently, the petition to quash the FIR and subsequent proceedings was dismissed, paving the way for the trial of the accused.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh:Decay of Dera Tahli Sahib in Lahore part of wider loss of Sikh heritage in Pakistan Islamabad, Sep 19 (IANS) Pakistan's neglect of the crumbling Dera Tahli Sahib, a Sikh shrine in Lahore, is not an isolated case but part of a broader tragedy with countless Sikh heritage sites across the country's rural and urban landscapes fading from memory, a report cited on Friday. It said that each forgotten sacred shrine deepens the divide between communities and their historical roots. “The story of Partition is not just one of human displacement but also of the erosion of centuries-old heritage. Among the most painful losses for Sikhs was separation from their sacred sites across what became Pakistan. Over 75 years later, many of these once-vibrant shrines have slipped so far from communal memory that they are almost as if they never existed," a report in 'Khalsa Vox' detailed. “One such forgotten gem is Dera Tahli Sahib in Lahore, once the spiritual seat and final resting place of Baba Sri Chand, the eldest son of Guru Nanak, founder of the Sikh faith. The site, which drew its name from a centuries-old Tahli (Indian rosewood) tree, today lies in ruins — its memory barely clinging on through fragments in old maps and bricks scattered in the dust,” it added. According to the report, the Pakistani governments, historians, and civil society bear the responsibility to reclaim the memory before it fades. Preserving Dera Tahli Sahib, it said, would not only honour Baba Sri Chand's legacy but also heal a wound that still lingers in the collective memory of Punjabis across borders. Scattered Sikh-era bricks provided further clues. For those present, it felt like rediscovering a lost heartbeat of history,” the report noted “Dera Tahli Sahib stands as a stark reminder of what has been lost. The Lahore Railway Station nearby—once the last departure point for countless Hindus and Sikhs fleeing Partition—already evokes powerful emotions for pilgrims. Restoring Dera Tahli Sahib could add yet another meaningful stop for the thousands of Sikhs who travel to Pakistan annually in search of their roots,” it stressed.

Kapurthala, Punjab:ਪਿੰਡ ਝੁੱਗੀਆਂ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਤਨਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਵਾਲਮੀਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਕਾਰਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਚ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਐਂਕਰ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਝੁੱਗੀਆਂ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਸ ਸੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਧੜਿਆਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਬਾਲਮੀਕ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਛਿੜਿਆ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਰੁਕਣ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਰਿਹਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਆਗੂ ਇਕ ਧੜੇ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਅਖ਼ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਧੜੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਉਹ ਵਾਲਮੀਕ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ (ਮਿੱਟੀ )ਭਰਤ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਮ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲੱਗਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਰਾਮ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆਂ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ।ਹਮਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੁੱਝ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਂ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਰੇ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਹਨ। ----- ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਰੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਮ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੱਖ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਕਾਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਲੋਕ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ । ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਭੜਕ ਗਏ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਹੋਰ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਓ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨੀ ਸੁਣ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਚ, ਕੁੱਝ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਰੁੱਖ ਅਖ਼ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਹਾਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਪਣਪ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਕੋਤਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਲਮਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਕਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ( ਇੱਕ ਧਿਰ)---- ਬਾਈਟ, ਅਜੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੇਰੇ ਇਲਾਜ਼, ਬਾਈਟ, ਸਾਗ਼ਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਜੇਰੇ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਬਾਈਟ, ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਆਗੂ। (ਦੂਜੀ ਧਿਰ ) ਬਾਈਟ,ਰਾਮ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦਾ ਪਤੀ

Samrala, Punjab:Varun Kaushal Samrala ਕੁਦਰਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੇਵੱਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਹੁਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਾਛੀਵਾਡ਼ਾ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ’ਚ ਬੌਣਾ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਈ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਹਡ਼੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਫਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਈ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੇਵੱਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਹੁਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਛੀਵਾਡ਼ਾ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਜਾਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਮਾਯੂਸ ਹੈ। ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਤਪਦੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਡ਼ੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਾਈ ਕਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਇਸ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਕਟਾਈ ਕਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਪੰਡ ਹੌਲੀ ਕਰ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੁਣ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇ ਫਸਲ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਮੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਵਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਛੀਵਾਡ਼ਾ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬੁੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਿੰਡ ਜਾਤੀਵਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਈ ਫਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਡ਼ੇ ਭਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਹਡ਼੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰੀਬ 4 ਏਕਡ਼ ਫਸਲ ਰੁਡ਼ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਜੋ ਦਰਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਫਸਲ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਖਾ ਗਈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਝੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਬੀਜ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਿਜਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਸਪਰੇਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜ਼ੂਦ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਨਾ ਸਕੀ। ਮਾਛੀਵਾਡ਼ਾ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਸੈਂਕਡ਼ੇ ਏਕਡ਼ ਫਸਲ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਾਹ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕੁਝ ਦਾਣੇ ਇਸ ’ਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਸਕਣ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ 20 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕਡ਼ ਬਿਜਾਈ ਖਰਚਾ ਆ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 35 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕਡ਼ ਠੇਕੇ ਦਾ ਜੋਡ਼ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ 55 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕਡ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਘਾਟਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ’ਚੋਂ ਮੁਨਾਫ਼ਾ ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ ਬਲਕਿ 55 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕਡ਼ ਘਾਟੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਏ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਆਵਜਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਈ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦਾ ਮੁਆਵਜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। Byte :- ਪੀੜਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਕੁੱਲ ਹਿੰਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਸਮਰਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿੱਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੇਡ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਬੀਜ ਪੀ.ਬੀ. 131 ਅਤੇ 128 ਦੀ ਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਬੌਣੇ ਵਾਈਰਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਝੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਪੌਦਾ ਵਧਦ ਫੁੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਬੌਣਾ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਵੀ ਛੋਟਾ-ਛੋਟਾ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਹੋਰ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸ ਫਸਲ ਦਾ ਝਾਡ਼ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਘੱਟ ਨਿਕਲੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਏ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦਾ ਮੁਆਵਜਾ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ। Byte :- ਕੁੱਲ ਹਿੰਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਭਾ
