Satinder Kumar, SHO/PS 34 a team of officials of PS 34, the team of SI Naveen 1080/CHG, HC Hansdeep 1040/CP, CT Deepak 1725/CP, CT Sanjay 4802/CP got major success by arrested accused namely Sumit @ Golu S/o Bodh Raj R/o 221, 1st floor, Gali No. 1, Village Burail, Sector 45 UT Chandigarh, with in 24 hours of incident in case FIR No 34 dated 08.03.2026 U/S 309(6) The Bhartiya Naya Sanhita 2023 Police Station sector 34 CHD. The Snatched mobile phone Nokia C32 has been recovered from the possession of accused. BRIEF OF CASE: Case FIR No 34, dated 08.03.2026 U/S 309(6) The Bhartiya Naya Sanhita 2023 Police Station sector 34 CHD. It is submitted that above case has been registered on complaint of Ashok Kumar Batra, In which he stated that he works as an advocate on 08.03.2026 at about 08:30 PM he visited at Gaushala sector 45 to feed chapatis to cows, when he was going on the slip road from Gaushala towards sector 45 C/D, a boy engaged him in conversation, suddenly the boy pushed him and snatched his mobile phone from his right hand and that boy flew away from the spot. During the course of investigation, on the secret information accused Sumit @ Golu S/o Bodh Raj R/o 221, 1st floor, Gali No. 1, Village Burail, Sector 45 UT Chandigarh have been identified and arrested by local police. The said accused produced before the Hon’ble Court sector 43, Chandigarh, and sent to judicial custody.
