Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa X POST - ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ BhagwantMann ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ-ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ ਹਨ। ਕੇਵਲ ਜੂਨੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਉੱਚੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੈਅ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। 26-27 ਅਗਸਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਘੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੌਣ ਸੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ? ਰੂਲ ਕਰਵ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ? ਮਾਧੋਪੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ? ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ ‘ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੌਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ---- I have written a letter to Hon’ble CM Bhagwant Mann ji, raising serious questions on the floods in Amritsar and Gurdaspur. Suspending only juniors is not enough—real accountability must be fixed at the level of senior officials. Who was present on-site during the critical hours of Aug 26–27? Why was the Rule Curve not followed? Why was there no coordination with Madhopur? The people deserve transparent answers and justice. I hope my letter will be taken with the seriousness it deserves.
