Hyderabad woman murdered, robbed inside gated community SLUG: HYD WOMEN MURDER FEED: LIVE U 97-144 Hyderabad: A 50-year-old woman was brutally murdered and robbed inside the Swan Lake gated community in Kukatpally on Wednesday evening. The victim, identified as Renu Agarwal, was found dead in her home with her hands and legs tied and multiple injuries on her head and body. Police teams led by Balanagar DCP Suresh Kumar, Kukatpally ACP Ravi Kiran Reddy, and Inspector Venkata Subbarao reached the spot along with dog squads and forensic experts. Speaking to Zee Media Exclusively DCP Suresh Kumar Said ``she was attacked with a pressure cooker and knives. Renu lived with her husband,Rakesh Agarwal, and their son Shubham. The family runs a steel business in Fatehnagar, while their daughter Tamanna is studying outside the state. Investigations revealed that Roshan, a native of Jharkhand who has been associated with the family’s relatives for nearly nine years, had recently brought his acquaintance Harsha as a cook to the Agarwal household. Harsha had joined work just 11 days ago. On the day of the crime, Rakesh and Shubham had gone to work, leaving Renu alone at home. When she did not respond to phone calls in the evening, the family returned around 7 pm. With the help of a plumber, they broke open the door and found her lying in a pool of blood in the hall. DCP also said while choosing workers have to be very careful and thoroughly verified `` CCTV footage: Showed Harsha and Roshan leaving the residence with a suitcase, locking the house, and escaping on the family’s scooter. Investigators suspect the two tortured Renu to reveal the location of cash and jewelry before tying her up, attacking her, and fleeing with the valuables. A case has been registered, and five special teams have been formed to track down the absconding suspects at any time.
