Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha Bhaderwah has strongly condemned the reported lynching of a Hindu man in Bangladesh over alleged blasphemy, in which the victim was brutally killed and his body set on fire. Members of the Sabha and locals hold protest at Lakshmi Narayan Chowk Bhaderwah. They expressed deep shock and anguish over the incident, terming it a grave violation of human rights and an assault on the principles of humanity and religious coexistence. They said such acts of violence in the name of religion are unacceptable and must be unequivocally condemned. The Sabha demanded swift and impartial justice for the victim and called upon the authorities concerned to take stringent action against those responsible. Emphasising the need for accountability, the members urged the Bangladesh government and international human rights bodies to ensure the safety, security, and protection of minority communities. They also appealed to the global community to take serious note of the incident and work collectively to uphold human rights, promote tolerance, and prevent the recurrence of such heinous crimes.
