REP-RAJU RAJ On 09-09-25 at about 2 pm PCR call received at PS Burari wherein the caller informed that his sister age 21 yrs went to Govt Hospital Burari where doctor Imran molested her. After enquiry, the victim "D" resident of Burari given her statement, wherein she reported that on 09-09-25 she went to Govt Hospital Burari (situated at Kaushik Enclave) alongwith her mother for treatment of lump on her chest. While the lady doctor was examining her, she alleged that Dr Imran entered the checking room and touched her chest without her permission. Later Dr Imran sent her to the basement for x ray testing. She alleged that Dr Imran also came at basement after following her and asked her to check her lump. When she refused and he tried to comfortable with her and given his mobile number. She alleged that Dr Imran had touched her chest without her permission and also touched her inappropriately. She fled towards lift and pressed the lift button, run away. Later, she told the above facts to her family members who made PCR call. Accordingly case FIR no. 798/25, dt 10-09-25, u/s 75/78 BNS PS Burari. During investigation, statement of victim got recorded u/s 183 BNSS by Ld. MM. Investigation also revealed that victim went to Govt Hospital Burari, where initially she was treated by Skin Deptt and later referred to Ortho Deptt, where Dr Imran met her, who referred her for X ray. The alleged Doctor Md. Imran s/o Md. Kamaal r/o Masaurhi, Distt Patna Bihar. He is on contract in the Govt Hospital Burari for the last three years at Ortho Deptt. He admitted that the victim came for treatment. Alleged doctor has been arrested by police. Further investigation is underway.
