Stringer...............Bhat Shahzad Location...............Bandipora 0310ZS_BPR_AWARNESS_R Students Step Inside Police Station: Bandipora Police Hosts Awareness & Quiz Programme Anchor:-In a unique initiative to strengthen community-police relations, Bandipora Police, in collaboration with Elixer Garden School, Aloosa, organised an educational programme at the Police Station Bandipora. Around 50 students participated in the programme, where they were familiarised with the functioning of a police station and introduced to traffic management systems. The students were also briefed about the newly introduced criminal laws to enhance their awareness of the legal framework. To make the session more engaging, a quiz competition was held within the police station premises. The winners of the competition were felicitated by SHO Bandipora, Inspector Iftikhar Ahmad, who encouraged the students to stay informed, disciplined, and responsible citizens. The initiative was widely appreciated as a step towards nurturing trust and understanding between the police and young learners, while also helping to spread awareness about law, order, and civic responsibility.
