बिहार के भागलपुर से गिरफ्तार दो साइबर ठग, दिल्ली पुलिस ने किया राज उघाड़

नेट बैंकिंग के जरिए लाखों की साइबर ठगी करने वाले दो शातिर आरोपियों को यमुनापार उत्तर - पूर्वी दिल्ली की साइबर पुलिस ने बिहार के भागलपुर से दबोच लिया है। आरोपियों ने एक व्यक्ति के बैंक खाते में सेंध लगाकर करीब साढ़े पांच लाख रुपये की ऑनलाइन ठगी की थी। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के कब्जे से ढाई लाख रुपये से ज्यादा की ठगी की रकम, वारदात में इस्तेमाल मोबाइल फोन और अहम दस्तावेज बरामद किए हैं。 डीसीपी आशीष मिश्रा ने बताया मामला उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली निवासी अनिल भसीन की शिकायत पर दर्ज किया गया था। शिकायत में बताया गया कि अज्ञात साइबर ठगों ने नेट बैंकिंग के जरिए उनके खाते में अनधिकृत तरीके से घुसपैठ कर बड़ी रकम निकाल ली। शिकायत मिलते ही साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन उत्तर - पूर्वी जिला की टीम ने जांच शुरू की और डिजिटल सुराग जुटाए। जांच के दौरान मिले तकनीकी इनपुट के आधार पर इंस्पेक्टर राहुल कुमार के नेतृत्व में टीम ने भागलपुर, बिहार में दबिश दी और 29 वर्षीय पितंबर कुमार और विकास कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पूछताछ में खुलासा हुआ कि आरोपी लोगों के मोबाइल पर खतरनाक एपीके फाइल भेजते थे। जैसे ही पीड़ित फाइल इंस्टॉल करता, आरोपी उसके बैंकिंग डिटेल्स तक पहुंच बना लेते थे और खाते से रकम उड़ा लेते थे। पुलिस का कहना है कि दोनों आरोपियों से जुड़े नेटवर्क और अन्य पीड़ितों की जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है। मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है。 इस मामले में पुलिस द्वारा दी गई जानकारी Two cyber criminals arrested from Bhagalpur, Bihar by Cyber Police Station, North-East District. A case vide e-FIR No. 00082/25 under Sections 308/318(4)/319/340 of the BNS was registered at Cyber Police Station, North-East District, on the complaint of Mr. Anil Bhasin, a resident of North East Delhi. The complainant reported an online fraud involving ₹5,81,775/-, committed by unknown cyber fraudsters who gained unauthorized access to his bank account through net banking. A dedicated team led by Inspector Rahul Kumar, SHO, Cyber PS–NED, collected crucial evidence and, based on the clues gathered during the investigation, arrested two accused persons: 1. Pitamber Kumar (29 years), S/o Yamuna Yadav, R/o Parbatti, Bhagalpur, Bihar; and 2. Vikas Kumar (29 years), S/o Late Munna Mandal, R/o Kharman Chak, Bhagalpur, Bihar. On their instance, cheated cash amounting to ₹2,35,000/-, one mobile phone used in the commission of the crime, and other incriminating documents were recovered. The accused used to send malicious APK files to victims’ mobile phones to gain access to their banking credentials. Further investigation in the case is underway.
