Mr. Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister, State of Maharashtra, Writing this to draw your attention on a very important and serious topic. In Maharashtra, the rate of missing children is increasing. According to NCRB statistics, the rate has increased by almost 30% from 2021 to 2024. Interstate gangs are formed that chase children, then jump them to work, and make them beg. And these gangs are running away with small children and I don't understand exactly what action the government is taking against it. Maharashtra doesn't want government's answer to the hope that some cases of child escape are registered and returned to their families safely. Basically the numbers the NCRB is saying are the details of how many parents have filed complaints to the police, but will there be a few thousand such complaints reach the police? And understand, what about the trauma of the children in those days, even if the children are released again? Basically how does the gang that runs away children work and how does it work so rajerously? Doesn't the government want some tremendous action to be taken on this? Today we see children begging on the road, at the station, at the bus stand, who are they? Are the people with them begging really their parents? Doesn't the government want to investigate this or order to do DNA test if it is time? Today, small children are being fled away in this state, young girls are being fled away, lands in Maharashtra are being fled away, don't the ruling and opposition parties want to force the administration to take some steps on this state? Is the winter session just a purpose to approve supply demands to spit the government's wrong estimates? There is a situation that the minister is not in the hall to answer many times during the session. So, it seems unfair to expect the legislative discussion on a topic whether it is small children or girls who disappear. But this is the expectation of Maharashtra. Actually, the central government should talk to all the states and create an action group, but now the central government, which is discussing Vande Mataram, does not think hearing the outrage of mothers! Well. Maharashtra expects you to pay attention to the relationship between Chief Minister and Home Minister of the state today, not only by discussing it in the session but also by taking some concrete action. Raj Thackeray.
