A woman on a scooter had a miraculous escape after a truck moving in front of her lost control on an incline, rolled backwards and knocked down her vehicle.Though the impact of the accident threw her onto the road but she escaped by a whisker as the truck moved backward just inches away from her. The accident was captured by a nearby CCTV camera.The accident happened on the uphill stretch of the road from Peringalam town to Kozhikode medical college near CWRDM.

निवाड़ी जिले में ओरछा के अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व और ओरछा तहसीलदार पर न्यायालय ने पांच-पांच हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया गया है। जहां यह जुर्माना व्यवहार न्यायालय ओरछा ने लगाया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक न्यायालय द्वारा घोषित किए गए निर्णय के बाद भी अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व निवाड़ी और तहसीलदार ओरछा ने ओरछा के दो लोगों को जमीन से बेदखली और सिविल जेल की कार्यवाही के नोटिस दिये थे। जहां न्यायालय के निर्णय के बाद भी नोटिस जारी किए गए. जिसे न्यायालय ने अपने आदेश की अनदेखी माना और दोनों लोगों को हुई मानसिक और आर्थिक क्षतिपूर्ति को लेकर दोनों अधिकारियों पर पांच-पांच हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया है।

गाजियाबाद के थाना मधुबन बापूधाम क्षेत्र में दर्ज एक कथित दुष्कर्म के मामले में पुलिस ने जांच के बाद पीड़िता को ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस के अनुसार महिला ने झूठे आरोप लगाकर पैसे वसूलने की कोशिश की थी। ACP कविनगर स्वतंत्र कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि 8 मई को एक महिला ने विनीत गर्ग नामक व्यक्ति व दो अन्य अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ बलात्कार और ब्लैकमेल का आरोप लगाते हुए एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी। महिला ने आरोप लगाया था कि उसे नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया गया और अश्लील वीडियो बना ली गई जिसकी आड़ में उसे ब्लैकमेल किया गया।

निरसा स्थित भाकपा माले कार्यालय में शुक्रवार 9 मई को बीसीकेयू नई कमिटी गठन को लेकर सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान विभिन्न कॉलेरियों से काफी संख्या में मजदूर उपस्थित हुए। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत शहीद बेदी पर पुष्प अर्पित एवं झंडोतोलान कर किया गया। इस दौरान बीसीकेयू के महासचिव सह निरसा विधायक अरुप चटर्जी ने कहा की यह बीसीकेयू का पांचवा सम्मेलन है। हमारा यूनियन में वर्तमान में 16,500 कर्मचारी है। बीसीकेयू एक ऐसा यूनियन है जो लगातार मजदूर हित का काम करता रहा है और आगे भी करता रहेगा। हम लोग प्राइवेट माइंस का विरोध कर रहे हैं और जिसे लेकर के 20 मई से आम हड़ताल की घोषणा की गई है।
